Abstract

本发明属于车辆技术领域,公开了一种混合动力驱动系统及混合动力汽车。该混合动力驱动系统包括发动机,第一同步机构选择性抵接于第一齿轮副和第二齿轮副;第二同步机构选择性抵接于第三齿轮副和第五齿轮副,以将第五轴的转动转化为第三轴的转动,第三同步机构配置为选择性抵接于第四齿轮副;第一差速机构连接于第三轴并通过第一驱动轴驱动后车轮转动;第二差速机构连接于第六轴并通过第二驱动轴驱动前车轮转动;发动机通过第一轴驱动第二轴转动,用于第一电机的发电,第一电机能够将储存的电能传递至第二电机,使第二电机驱动第五轴转动。该混合动力驱动系统解决频繁换挡带来的变速器性能和可靠性问题,降低加工难度。

技术领域
本发明涉及车辆技术领域,尤其涉及一种混合动力驱动系统及混合动力汽车。
背景技术
目前,基于自动变速器改进的混合动力大部分都是在发动机和变速器之间增加一个电机或者在自动变速器的某一个齿轮上并联一个电机,以实现纯电动驱动,制动能量回收,加速增扭等功能。
采用这种方式,仍然需要通过切换双离合器实现换挡,不能依靠电机调速,并且换挡品质不高,软件控制难度很大。同时,这种将普通的自动变速器改进为混合动力变速器的方式,并不能使发动机经常在低油耗区域工作,油耗降低的幅度小,且混合驱动模式少,无法实现更多的节油模式。另外,目前市场上新兴的双电机混动方式,都是横向布置在整车上,由于整车横向空间受限,使得布置结构非常紧凑,受限增扭空间,增加相应的零部件设计和生产难度,生产成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种混合动力驱动系统及混合动力汽车,解决频繁换挡带来的变速器性能和可靠性问题,降低加工难度。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种混合动力驱动系统,包括:
发动机、第一轴及第二轴,所述第一轴的一端连接于所述发动机,另一端选择性连接于所述第二轴;
第三轴,所述第三轴、所述第二轴及所述第一轴同轴设置;
第四轴和第五轴,所述第四轴连接于所述第五轴;
第六轴,所述第六轴、所述第四轴及所述第二轴平行间隔设置;
第一齿轮副、第二齿轮副及第一同步机构,所述第一齿轮副、所述第二齿轮副位于所述第二轴和所述第四轴之间,所述第一同步机构被配置为选择性抵接于所述第一齿轮副和所述第二齿轮副,以将所述第二轴的转动转化为所述第四轴的转动;
第三齿轮副、第四齿轮副、第五齿轮副、第二同步机构及第三同步机构,所述第三齿轮副和所述第五齿轮副位于所述第五轴和所述第三轴之间,所述第二同步机构被配置为选择性抵接于所述第三齿轮副和所述第五齿轮副,以将所述第五轴的转动转化为所述第三轴的转动,所述第四齿轮副位于所述第五轴和所述第六轴之间,所述第三同步机构配置为选择性抵接于所述第四齿轮副,以将所述第五轴的转动转化为所述第六轴的转动;
第一差速机构、第一驱动轴及后车轮,所述第一差速机构连接于所述第三轴,所述第一差速机构通过所述第一驱动轴驱动所述后车轮转动;
第二差速机构、第二驱动轴及前车轮,所述第二差速机构连接于所述第六轴,所述第二差速机构通过所述第二驱动轴驱动所述前车轮转动;
第一电机及第二电机,所述第一电机连接于所述第二轴,所述第二电机连接于所述第五轴上,所述发动机通过所述第一轴驱动所述第二轴转动,用于所述第一电机的发电,所述第一电机能够将储存的电能传递至所述第二电机,使所述第二电机驱动所述第五轴转动;
所述混合动力驱动系统包括以下十五个模式,其分别为车辆前轮发动机驱动和发动机发电模式、车辆后轮发动机驱动和发动机发电模式、车辆四轮发动机驱动和发动机发电模式、车辆前轮纯电驱动和发动机发电模式、车辆后轮纯电驱动和发动机发电模式、车辆四轮纯电驱动和发动机发电模式、车辆前轮纯电驱动和发动机不发电模式、车辆后轮纯电驱动和发动机不发电模式、车辆脱困模式、车辆四轮纯电驱动和发动机不发电模式、车辆前轮混合驱动和发动机发电模式、车辆后轮混合驱动和发动机发电模式、车辆四轮混合驱动和发动机发电模式、车辆倒车和发动机不发电模式、车辆静止和发动机发电模式。
作为优选,还包括离合机构,所述离合机构包括主动部和从动部,所述主动部连接于所述第一轴,所述从动部连接于所述第二轴,所述主动部和所述从动部能够选择性相互抵接。
作为优选,所述第一齿轮副包括第一主动齿轮和第一从动齿轮,所述第二轴穿设于所述第一主动齿轮,所述第一主动齿轮啮合于所述第一从动齿轮,所述第一从动齿轮套设于所述第四轴上并能够相对于所述第四轴转动,所述第一同步机构选择性抵接于所述第一从动齿轮。
作为优选,所述第二齿轮副包括第二主动齿轮和第二从动齿轮,所述第二轴穿设于所述第二主动齿轮,所述第二主动齿轮啮合于所述第二从动齿轮,所述第二从动齿轮套设于所述第四轴上并能够相对于所述第四轴转动,所述第一同步机构选择性抵接于所述第二从动齿轮。

本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供的混合动力驱动系统,第一轴、第二轴、第三轴、第四轴、第五轴、第六轴相互平行设置,第一轴、第二轴和第三轴同轴设置,第四轴和第五轴同轴设置,第六轴单独设置在一条直线上,使得该混合动力系统纵向布置在整车上,解决了传动装置轴向空间受限的问题,结构紧凑,降低零部件的生产难度,降低了生产成本。同时,通过设置发动机、第一电机和第二电机两个电机,省去了传统变速器的多挡位设计,由发动机源源不断驱动第一电机发电,第一电机为第二电机提供充足的电能,通过第二电机调速驱动,解决电动车续航短、充电时间长的问题。通过第一同步机构能够选择性抵接于第一齿轮副和第二齿轮副,以将第二轴的转动转化为第四轴的转动,布置了两个档位,保证第二电机在最优的工作区间,有利于提高第二电机的效率。
该混合动力驱动系统,发动机不论在车速高时参与驱动,还是车速低时不参与驱动,发动机都处在最经济的工作模式,使油耗大大降低,经济性好。并且该混合动力驱动系统可实现前轮单独驱动、后轮单独驱动以及四轮驱动的切换,混合驱动模式多,可以实现更多的节油模式。
本发明还提供了一种混合动力汽车,可以实现更大幅度的油耗降低,并避免频繁换挡带来的变速器性能和可靠性问题,并且纵向布置在整车上,轴向空间富裕,零部件设计和生产难度低,扭矩容量大,并实现更好的操控性能。

本实施例提供了一种混合动力驱动系统,适用于混合动力汽车。如图1所示,该混合动力驱动系统包括发动机90、第一轴1、第二轴2、第三轴3、第四轴4、第五轴5及第六轴6,第一轴1的一端连接于发动机90,另一端选择性连接于第二轴2,第三轴3、第二轴2及第一轴1同轴设置,第四轴4连接于第五轴5,第六轴6、第四轴4及第二轴2平行间隔设置。将第一轴1、第二轴2、第三轴3、第四轴4、第五轴5、第六轴6相互平行设置,第一轴1、第二轴2和第三轴3同轴设置,第四轴4和第五轴5同轴设置,第六轴6单独设置在一条直线上,使得该混合动力系统纵向布置在整车上,解决了传动装置轴向空间受限的问题,结构紧凑,降低零部件的生产难度,降低了生产成本。
进一步地,该混合动力驱动系统还包括第一电机70和第二电机80,第一电机70连接于第二轴2,第二电机80连接于第五轴5上,发动机90通过第一轴1驱动第二轴2转动,用于第一电机70的发电,第一电机70能够将储存的电能传递至第二电机80,使第二电机80驱动第五轴5转动。本实施例提供的混合动力驱动系统,通过设置发动机90、第一电机70和第二电机80两个电机,省去了传统变速器的多挡位设计,由发动机90源源不断驱动第一电机70发电,第一电机70为第二电机80提供充足的电能,通过第二电机80调速驱动,解决电动车续航短、充电时间长的问题。

该混合动力驱动系统,发动机90不论在车速高时参与驱动,还是车速低时不参与驱动,发动机90都处在最经济的工作模式,使油耗大大降低,经济性好。并且该混合动力驱动系统可实现前轮单独驱动、后轮单独驱动以及四轮驱动的切换,混合驱动模式多,可以实现更多的节油模式。
为了实现发动机90可以在工作状态和断开状态切换,如图1所示,该混合动力驱动系统还包括离合机构60,离合机构60包括主动部60a和从动部60b,主动部60a连接于第一轴1,从动部60b连接于第二轴2,主动部60a和从动部60b能够选择性相互抵接。当主动部60a和从动部60b相互抵接时,发动机90驱动第一轴1转动,通过主动部60a和从动部60b带动第二轴2转动,实现发动机90的动力输出;当主动部60a和从动部60b相互分离时,发动机90驱动第一轴1转动,主动部60a和从动部60b断开,实现发动机90的动力中断。
进一步地,第一齿轮副10包括第一主动齿轮10a和第一从动齿轮10b,第二轴2穿设于第一主动齿轮10a,第一主动齿轮10a啮合于第一从动齿轮10b,第一从动齿轮10b套设于第四轴4上并能够相对于第四轴4转动。第二齿轮副20包括第二主动齿轮20a和第二从动齿轮20b,第二轴2穿设于第二主动齿轮20a,第二主动齿轮20a啮合于第二从动齿轮20b,第二从动齿轮20b套设于第四轴4上并能够相对于第四轴4转动,第一同步机构7设置于第一从动齿轮10b和第二从动齿轮20b之间,第一同步机构7选择性抵接于第一从动齿轮10b和第二从动齿轮20b,以实现两个档位的切换。

进一步地,第四齿轮副40包括第四主动齿轮和第四从动齿轮40b,第五轴5穿设于第四主动齿轮,第四主动齿轮啮合于第四从动齿轮40b,第四从动齿轮40b套设于第六轴6上并能够相对于第六轴6转动,第三同步机构8选择性抵接于第四从动齿轮40b,从而完成对前车轮66的驱动。可以理解的是,第三主动齿轮和第四主动齿轮可以是单独设置,也可以两者共用同一个齿轮。
如图2所示,第一轴1的两端通过分别通过第一左轴承11和第一右轴承12固定在机体上。第二轴2的两端通过第二左轴承21和第二右轴承22固定。第三轴3的两端通过第三左轴承31和第三右轴承32固定,第二同步机构9固定在第三轴3的中间位置,第二同步机构9的两侧分别设置有第三从动齿轮30b和第五从动齿轮50b,第三内左轴承33放置于第三从动齿轮30b和第三轴3形成的内腔中,使得第三从动齿轮30b可以在第三轴3上实现相对自由转动。第三内右轴承34放置在第五从动齿轮50b和第三轴3形成的内腔中,使得第五从动齿轮50b可以在第三轴3上实现相对自由转动。
第四轴4两端通过第四左轴承41和第四右轴承42固定,第一同步机构7固定在第四轴4的中间位置,第一同步机构7的两侧分别设置有第一从动齿轮10b和第二从动齿轮20b,第四内左轴承43和第四内右轴承44分别放置在第一从动齿轮10b和第二从动齿轮20b与第四轴4形成的内腔中,使得第一从动齿轮10b和第二从动齿轮20b可以在第四轴4上实现相对自由转动。第五轴5的两端通过第五左轴承51和第五右轴承53固定,第五轴5的中间位置设置有第五中间轴承52。第六轴6的两端通过第六左轴承61和第六右轴承62固定,第三同步机构8固定在第四从动齿轮40b的一侧,第六内轴承63放置在第四从动齿轮40b和第六轴6形成的内腔中,使得第四从动齿轮40b可以在第六轴6上实现相对自由转动。
本实施例提供的混合动力驱动系统的工作过程如下:
一、车辆前轮发动机驱动和发动机发电模式
发动机90处于工作状态,离合机构60的主动部60a和从动部60b处于连接状态,发动机90带动第一电机70进行发电。第一从动齿轮10b和第二从动齿轮20b其中一个与第一同步机构7接合,发动机90的驱动力会通过第一齿轮副10或第二齿轮副20传递到第四轴4,第四轴4带动第五轴5转动,然后通过第四齿轮副40将驱动力传递至第六轴6,第三同步机构8与第四从动齿轮40b接合,动力经由第二差速机构64和第二驱动轴65,驱动前车轮66转动,在此过程中第二电机80只是随着第五轴5转动,起到了随动作用,第二电机80不产生驱动力。
二、车辆后轮发动机驱动和发动机发电模式

第二电机80利用存储的电能产生驱动力,然后通过第五齿轮副50将驱动力传递至第三轴3,第二同步机构9与第五从动齿轮50b接合,动力经由第一差速机构61和第一驱动轴62,驱动后车轮63转动,实现车辆脱困。
十、车辆四轮纯电驱动和发动机不发电模式
发动机90不工作,离合机构60的主动部60a和从动部60b处于断开状态,电机不发电。

第二电机80利用存储的电能产生反向驱动力,并将反向驱动力通过第三齿轮副30将驱动力传递至第三轴3,第二同步机构9与第三从动齿轮30b接合,动力经由第一差速机构61和第一驱动轴62,驱动后车轮63,实现倒车功能。
十五、车辆静止和发动机发电模式
发动机90处于工作状态,离合机构60的主动部60a和从动部60b处于连接状态,此时发动机90带动第一电机70进行发电。第一同步机构7与第一从动齿轮10b和第二从动齿轮20b均未发生接合,因此第一主动齿轮10a和第二主动齿轮20a分别带动第一从动齿轮10b和第二从动齿轮20b在第四轴4上空转,发动机90的驱动力没有传递到第四轴4,因此第六轴6没有驱动力传递至第二差速机构64,不驱动前车轮66;第三轴3也没有驱动力传递至第一差速机构61,不驱动后车轮63。在此过程中,第二电机80不工作,不产生驱动力,因此不驱动后车轮63。
本发明还提供了一种混合动力汽车,可以实现更大幅度的油耗降低,并避免频繁换挡带来的变速器性能和可靠性问题,并且纵向布置在整车上,轴向空间富裕,零部件设计和生产难度低,扭矩容量大,并实现更好的操控性能。
