Abstract
可调节的去毛刺工具具有切削头(12)和柄部(14)。切削头包括具有凹入部分(30)的伸出凸脊(28)。柄部具有与开放端部和开放侧面螺纹孔连通的凹槽(34)。凸脊滑动定位在凹槽内,其中调节螺钉旋入螺纹调节孔内并且部分定位在凸脊的凹入部分内,使得调节螺钉的转动造成切削头的横向运动,由此调节去毛刺工具的切削直径。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可调节的去毛刺工具,该工件能够对具有不同孔直径的孔去毛刺。去毛刺工具通常设计成对具有给定孔直径的孔去毛刺。为了对具有不同孔直径的孔去毛刺,需要具有适当直径的去毛刺工具。不可避免的是,每个去毛刺工具需要设计成与去毛刺工具的直径配合的切削刀片或切削镶块。因此,对于具有不同孔直径的孔进行去毛刺的能力需要一定量的去毛刺工具和适当切削刀片或镶块的库存。
背景技术
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够对具有变化范围的孔直径的孔去毛刺的可调节的去毛刺工具。
按照本发明,提供一种可调节的去毛刺工具,该工具具有纵向转动轴线,并且包括可调节地连接到柄部上的切削头,切削头包括镶块凹口、前表面和后表面,其中凸脊从后表面伸出,凸脊具有凹入部分。
柄部具有与开放端部和开放侧面螺纹调节孔连通的凹槽,凸脊滑动地定位在凹槽内,其中可调节螺钉螺纹旋入螺纹调节孔中,并且部分定位在凸脊的凹入部分内。
最好是,凸脊具有燕尾形状,并且凹槽具有互补的燕尾形状。
按照本发明,凹槽和螺纹调节孔与纵向转动轴线横向延伸。
最好是,切削头设置两个轴向延伸的椭圆形通孔,并且柄部设置两个相应的轴向延伸螺纹固定孔,该固定孔通向柄部的前表面。
另外最好是,切削头通过定位在通孔内并且旋入螺纹固定孔内的两个固定螺钉固定在柄部上。
通常,切削镶块保持在镶块凹口内。

具体实施方式
首先参考图1和2,表示按照本发明的去毛刺工具10。去毛刺工具10具有限定从前到后方向的纵向转动轴线A,并且包括可调节地连接到大致圆柱形的柄部14上的大致圆柱形的切削头12。切削头12具有固定或滑动地保持在镶块凹口18内的切削镶块16。在附图中表示面向前的切削刃20(20’、20”)。用于对孔的前边缘去毛刺的面向前的切削刃20’和用于对通孔的后边缘去毛刺的面向后的切削刃20”。在图1中,切削头12表示成位于非调节位置。在非调节位置上,去毛刺工具10能够对于具有通过切削刃20离开纵向转动轴线的距离限定的给定最小直径的孔去毛刺。在图2中,切削头12表示位于调节位置。在调节位置上,去毛刺工具10能够对于具有大于给定最小直径的直径的孔去毛刺,这是由于切削头12相对于图1所示的非调节位置横向移位,使得切削刃20如图2所示位于离开纵向转动轴线A的较大距离处。为了去毛刺工具10的操作者使用方便,设置给出切削头12相对于非调节位置的相对移位的刻度22。

切削头设置两个轴向延伸椭圆形通孔40,并且柄部14设置两个相应的轴向延伸的螺纹固定孔42,固定孔42通向柄部14的前表面32。切削头12通过位于通孔40内并且旋入螺纹固定孔42的两个固定螺钉44固定在柄部14上。在调节切削头12的相对位置时,足够的是松开固定螺钉44,它们不必完全拆卸,这是由于通孔40的椭圆形形状足以确保切削头12横向自由运动。将理解到用于横向调节切削头12的所述机构使得切削刃20的横向位置可以在连续范围数值上调节,由此使得去毛刺工具10在连续范围直径上对孔去毛刺。对于所有所需要的直径使用相同的切削镶块16。

Claims (6)
1.一种可调节的去毛刺工具(10),具有纵向转动轴线A并包括可调节地连接到柄部(14)上的切削头(12),切削头(12)包括镶块凹口(18)、前表面(24)和后表面(26),其中凸脊(28)从后表面(26)伸出,凸脊(28)具有凹入部分(30);
柄部(14)具有与开放端部和开放侧面螺纹调节孔(36)连通的凹槽(34),凸脊(28)滑动地定位在凹槽(34)内,其中可调节螺钉(38)旋入螺纹调节孔(42)中,并且部分定位在凸脊(28)的凹入部分(30)内。

3.如权利要求1所述的可调节的去毛刺工具(10),其特征在于,凹槽(34)和螺纹调节孔(42)与纵向转动轴线A横向延伸。
4.如权利要求1所述的可调节的去毛刺工具(10),其特征在于,切削头(12)设置两个轴向延伸的椭圆形通孔(40),并且柄部(14)设置两个相应的轴向延伸螺纹固定孔(42),该固定孔通向柄部的前表面(32)。
5.如权利要求4所述的可调节的去毛刺工具(10),其特征在于,切削头(12)通过定位在通孔(40)内并且旋入螺纹固定孔(42)内的两个固定螺钉(44)固定在柄部上。
6.如权利要求1所述的可调节的去毛刺工具(10),其特征在于,还包括保持在镶块凹口(18)内的切削镶块(16)。
