技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于接收广播并警告用户注意该广播的设备及方法。
背景技术
根据现有技术的广播接收设备需要用户在节目的特定播出时间调谐广播接收设备到包括周期性广播节目的特定频道，以便用户观看节目。例如，用户需要记住所期望的节目的指定的播出时间，并在指定的播出时间将其广播接收/播放设备调谐到发送该节目的广播频道。另一方面，其需要用户做先行安排(例如，预设以录制)来调谐到包含周期性广播节目的特定频道，以便后来可以查看该节目。
举例来说，如果戏剧“ABCD”周期性地播出，例如每周一播出，于是用户(例如通过控制其广播接收设备)必须每周一次在其记住的播出时间调谐到包含该戏剧的频道来观看该戏剧。另一方面，用户必须做出先行安排来在该戏剧的播出时间调谐到包含该戏剧的频道。

发明内容

现在将详细参考本发明的优选实施例，其示例描述于附图中。
图1是说明根据本发明的用于警告用户注意节目的方法的一个实施例。
首先，确定节目是否是用户周期性(或经常)观看的节目或其一部分。可以针对该用户，对可用频道的所有节目作出象这样的确定。周期性观看/广播的节目可以是一般地正常地播出节目的不同情节/片断的节目。这种节目的示例可以是每晚播出的晚间新闻，每周播出的迷你连续剧(mini-series)，每周一晚播出的周一足球之夜等。
广播发送端可以发送节目，及关于该节目的周期信息。该周期信息可以包括在承载该节目的广播信号中所包含的SI(系统信息)数据中。该广播发送端可以是基站、网络站等。
该周期信息可以用来确定节目是否在频道上周期性播出。因此，用户的广播接收/播放设备在用户观看的频道被改变之前，检查在包含在所接收的广播信号中的SI数据中是否包括有周期信息(S10)。
优选地，如果得出所接收的节目是周期性播出的节目，则该设备可以确定用户是否已观看该节目至少(不小于)一定量的时间(S20)。可以利用域值来确定用户是否已观看节目至少一定量的时间。该域值可以是预先确定的或临时由用户设定的。
如果确定用户没有连续观看该节目至少等于该域值的时间(步骤S20的“否”)，例如如果用户从当前观看的频道/节目改变频道，则该设备可以另外确定是否用户已经观看新的频道上的节目至少一段等于该域值的时间。也就是说，该方法返回到步骤S10。
另一方面，如果确定用户连续观看该节目至少一段等于该域值的时间(步骤S20的“是”)，则可以在节目观看信息中登记该连续观看的节目(S80)。在该实施例中，节目观看信息可以是列表的格式，在这种情况下，节目观看信息在此也可以称为节目观看列表。在步骤S80，该登记步骤可以包括存储当前观看的节目信息(例如，节目名称、节目播出时间、节目频道等)作为部分的节目观看信息。

如果用户观看给节目的时间量超过该域值(S40的“是”)，则在节目搜索信息中登记该节目(S50)。该节目搜索信息可以是列表的格式，在此情况下，该节目搜索信息可以称为节目搜索列表。该节目搜索信息可以包括节目信息例如节目名称、节目播出时间、该节目播出的频道等。
一旦在节目搜索信息中登记了该节目，该设备确定在接收的SI数据中是否存在任何变化(S60)。如果存在变化，则确定在接收的(变化了的)SI数据中是否存在与在节目搜索列表中登记的节目的频道、开始时间和标题(节目名称)相同的频道、开始时间和标题。作为一种变化，可以仅检查相同的节目名称或任何标识该节目的参数。
如果在变化了的SI数据中存在与在节目搜索列表中登记的节目的频道、开始时间和标题相同的频道、开始时间和标题(步骤S70的“是”)，则在节目搜索列表中登记的节目可以登记在节目观看列表中(S80)。也就是说，处理过程返回到步骤S80，并继续该流程。

图2是根据本发明一个实施例的节目观看列表的示例。如图2所示，该节目观看列表可以包含例如标题、播出时间、频道和节目下次播出时间的信息作为登记的节目观看信息的部分。例如，可以登记周期性播出的节目的标题(“DEF”)，根据该节目的标题，可以在节目观看列表中登记该节目的信息例如播出时间(“22:00”)、频道(“110”)和下次播出时间(“9/20 22:00”)。其他的变化也是可能的。
如果SI数据中的关于节目的信息表示该节目周期性地播出，可以基于该节目的标题在SI数据识别该节目的下次播出时间。然而，如果SI数据中关于该节目的信息没有表示该节目周期性地播出，可以显示或表示符号“未检测”，或表示符号可以保持为空。
如果节目是周期性播出的，则可以在节目观看信息中登记该节目。因此，有必要使用SI数据的某些字段来表示节目是否是周期性播出的。也就是说，关于节目是否是周期性播出的信息可以被包括在广播信号内指定的区域/字段上，以便广播接收设备知道在哪里访问这些信息。

在图3A中，节目标志字节表示从星期日到星期六节目是否周期性播出。如果该节目能够播出，该节目标志的比特B6、B5、B4、B3、B2、B1和B0表示一周的日子。例如“0”和“1”的周期信息可以根据一周中的日子来分配。举例来说，如图3B中所示，节目“周一足球之夜”可以具有比特“0100000”这样的节目标志，其中“1”值表示该节目每周一播出(B5)。其他的变化也是可能的。

根据本发明的警告用户注意节目的播出时间的方法，可以通过到警告屏幕的符号、图标、字符、HTML等视觉表示，通过产生音频警告信号，或者通过两者。在此，如果用户当前正在广播接收设备的屏幕上观看某些内容，或如果广播结束设备开启，则可以在广播接收设备的屏幕显示，或音频地通过该广播接收设备播放警告信号/指示。如果广播接收设备是便携装置，例如移动电话、PDA等，则该装置通常被开启，从而可以通过该装置来通知用户。
如果在SI数据中存在关于节目的广播信息，则可以在节目开始之前，警告节目的播出时间。因为当电源被关断的时候，由于设置的置顶盒可以接收SI数据，从而可以为用户产生警告信号。
图4是根据本发明的用于接收和/或警告注意广播的设备的一个
实施例的示范结构。
如图4所示，该广播接收设备包括传输解码器10，其将接收的信号(例如，广播信号)转换成传输流，并输出该传输流。视频解码器20将从传输流获得的视频数据解码，并将解码的视频数据输出到显示单元25用于显示。音频解码器30将从传输流获得的音频数据解码，并将解码的音频数据输出到扬声器35，用于音频播放。
SI解码器40分析在传输流中包含的SI数据，并从分析的信息中产生和输出表示节目的周期播出的节目观看信息到存储单元70，以存储该节目观看信息。在接收到具有新的/更新的SI数据的新的广播信号时，可以持续地或规则地更新节目观看信息。
控制单元90搜索存储在存储单元70中的节目观看信息，并将节目的播出时间(和其他信息)输出到警告单元95用于警告用户。例如，控制单元90将关于节目“ABCD”开始时间的信息输出到警告单元95。然后，警告单元95根据其警告指示设置警告用户，该设置可以由用户或该设备来设置或修改。
存储单元70还可以存储例如包括关于节目“ABCD”的信息的节目搜索信息，用户观看该节目至少一定量的时间，尽管在SI数据中不存在关于该节目的周期信息。
在此情况下，控制单元90确定在由SI解码器40分析的节目信息中在关于节目ABCD的周期信息中是否存在变化。
在图4中，广播接收设备的警告单元95、显示单元25和扬声器35是分离的单元。但是，警告单元95可以是显示单元25、扬声器35或其两者。也就是说，广播接收设备的显示单元25和/或扬声器35可以用来作为警告用户的装置，或者其他显示单元和/或音频单元可以用来警告用户。在后者的情况，警告单元95被设置来与其他显示单元和/或音频单元(例如，通过网络、无线等)进行通讯，以便能够警告用户。此外，在广播接收设备当前被关断的情况，如果需要，该设备可以依靠存储的或电池电源来工作，使得警告单元95能够警告用户。
如图4中所示的广播接收设备的所有部分都是可操作地连接的。该广播接收设备可以是数字电视、置顶盒(连接到显示器例如电视)、PC或工作站、笔记本电脑、移动终端(例如移动电话或PDA)等等。而且在确定节目的观看时间长度的步骤S20或S40中，其可以基于该设备被调到频道的时间的长度，而用户是否实际观看该节目则不是必需的。
根据本发明的用于接收广播和/或警告用户注意该广播的设备及方法具有如下的优点，其自动地警告用户注意用户周期性观看的节目，而无需用户知道该节目的播出时间或当前时间。这对用户来说是便利的，并且有利于节目提供商和相关的广告商，因为用户很少可能错过节目观看。
对于本领域技术人员而言，显而易见的是，本发明可以作出多种修改或变化，而不脱离本发明的精神和实质。因此，本发明意在覆盖落在所附权利要求及其等效范围内的本发明的修改和变化。

Claims (31)

1.一种用于警告用户注意广播的方法，该方法包括：
确定在接收的广播信号中是否存在表示节目周期性播出的周期信息；
如果该确定步骤确定在广播信号中存在关于该节目的周期信息，则在节目观看信息中登记该节目；和
基于该节目观看信息，在节目的播出时间之前，警告用户注意该节目的播出时间。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中该周期信息位于该广播信号的系统信息(SI)数据字段中。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法，其中该SI数据字段是与SI数据相关的用户专用描述符字段。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中该节目观看信息包括下列的至少一个：
节目的名称，
节目的播出时间，
包含节目的广播频道，或
节目的下次播出时间。
5.一种警告用户注意广播的方法，该方法包括：
确定在接收的广播信号中是否存在表示节目周期性地播出的周期信息和确定节目是否至少播放了一定量的时间；
如果该确定步骤确定该节目是周期性播出的节目，并且至少播放了一定量的时间，则在节目观看信息中登记该节目；和
基于该节目观看信息在节目开始之前，警告用户注意该节目。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法，其中该周期信息位于广播信号的系统信息(SI)数据字段中。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法，其中该SI数据字段是与SI数据相关的用户专用描述符字段。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法，其中关于每一节目的周期信息表示为用户专用描述符字段中的标志字节。
9.如权利要求5所述的方法，其中该警告步骤是通过产生视觉警告信号和/或音频警告信号来执行的。
10.如权利要求5所述的方法，进一步包括：
如果该确定步骤确定该节目不是周期性播出的节目，并且确定该节目至少播出了一定量的时间，则在节目搜索信息中登记该节目。
11.如权利要求10所述的方法，进一步包括：
确定关于在节目搜索信息中登记的节目的周期信息中是否存在变化；和
如果在周期信息中的变化表示该节目现在是周期性播出的节目，则将在节目搜索信息中登记的该节目登记在节目观看信息中。
12.如权利要求5所述的方法，其中该节目观看信息根据节目的名称以列表的格式来存储。
13.一种用于警告用户注意广播节目的方法，该方法包括：
利用广播信号，确定节目是否已计划周期性地播出；
确定该节目是否是用户已至少观看了一定的持续时间的节目；和
基于这些确定步骤的结果，有选择地警告用户注意该节目即将播出的时间。
14.如权利要求13所述的方法，其中如果这些确定步骤确定该节目计划周期性地播出并且确定用户已至少观看该节目一定的持续时间，则该有选择地警告步骤警告用户注意该节目即将播出的时间。
15.如权利要求13所述的方法，其中确定节目是否已计划周期性播出的步骤包括检查广播信号中包含的SI(系统信息)数据。
16.如权利要求13所述的方法，进一步包括：
如果该确定步骤确定该节目没有计划周期性地播出，并且确定该节目已由用户至少观看了一定的持续时间，则存储关于该节目的信息作为部分的节目搜索信息。
17.如权利要求16所述的方法，其中存储在节目搜索信息中的关于该节目的信息被存储作为节目观看信息，并且如果该节目的周期性状态发生变化，则在有选择地警告步骤中利用该节目观看信息来警告用户。
18.一种广播接收设备，包括：
系统信息(SI)解码器，用于分析接收的SI数据；
存储单元，用于如果在由SI解码器分析的信息中包括表示该节目是否周期性播出的周期信息，则将关于节目的信息存储为节目观看信息；
控制单元，用于检查节目观看信息，并基于该节目观看信息产生关于该节目即将播出的时间的控制信号；和
警告单元，基于从控制单元接收的控制信号，警告节目即将播出的时间。
19.如权利要求18所述的设备，其中如果由广播接收设备接收的节目至少显示了一定量的时间，则该存储单元将关于节目的信息存储作为节目搜索信息。
20.如权利要求18所述的设备，其中如果SI解码器从接收的SI数据分析与节目搜索信息相关的节目的周期信息，则控制单元输出控制信号来警告节目即将播出的时间。
21.如权利要求18所述的设备，其中该SI解码器从SI数据的用户专用描述符字段来分析周期信息。
22.如权利要求18所述的设备，其中该警告单元是显示到屏幕的视频信号的显示单元和/或输出音频信号的扬声器。
23.一种用于警告用户注意广播的设备，该设备包括：
控制器，用于确定在接收的广播信号中是否存在表示节目周期性播出的周期信息，并且如果确定在广播信号中存在关于该节目的周期信息，则在节目观看信息中登记该节目；和
警告单元，基于该节目观看信息，在该节目的播出时间之前，警告用户该节目的播出时间。
24.一种用于警告用户注意广播的设备，该设备包括：
控制器，用于确定在接收的广播信号中是否存在表示节目周期性播出的周期信息，并且确定节目是否已至少播出一定量的时间，并且如果确定该节目是周期性广播的节目，并至少播放了一定量的时间，则在节目观看信息中登记该节目；和
警告单元，基于该节目观看信息，在节目开始之前，警告用户该节目。
25.如权利要求24所述的设备，其中如果确定该节目不是周期性播出的节目，并且至少播放了一定量的时间，则控制器将该节目登记在节目搜索信息中。
26.如权利要求25所述的设备，其中控制器确定与在节目搜索信息中登记的节目相关的周期信息中是否存在变化，并且如果周期信息中的变化表示该节目现在是周期性播出的节目，则将在节目搜索信息中登记的该节目登记在节目观看信息中。
27.一种用于警告用户注意广播节目的设备，该设备包括：
控制器，其利用广播信号确定节目是否已计划周期性地播出，并确定该节目是否是用户已至少观看了一段时间的节目；和
警告单元，基于控制器确定的结果，有选择地警告用户该节目即将播出的时间。
28.如权利要求27所述的设备，其中如果控制器确定该节目计划周期性播出，并且确定该节目已由用户至少观看了一定的持续时间，则警告单元警告用户注意该节目即将播出的时间。
29.如权利要求27所述的设备，其中该控制器通过检查包含在广播信号中的SI(系统信息)数据来确定该节目是否计划周期性地播出。
30.如权利要求27所述的设备，进一步包括：
存储单元，用于如果控制器确定该节目没有计划周期性地播出，并且确定该节目已由用户至少观看了一定的持续时间，则存储关于该节目的信息作为部分的节目搜索信息。
31.如权利要求30所述的设备，其中如果节目的周期性状态发生变化，则控制器将存储在节目搜索信息中的节目的信息存储作为节目观看信息，并利用该节目观看信息来警告用户。
