技术领域

背景技术
套管针组件是一种手术器械,其用于获得对体腔的接触。套管针组件通常包括两个主要组成元件:由套管针外壳和套管针插管构成的套管针套管以及套管针闭塞器。套管针插管直接穿过皮肤接触体腔,并且套管针闭塞器插在套管针插管中。一旦接触到体腔,就可进行腹腔镜或者关节镜手术以及内窥镜过程。为了刺穿皮肤,将套管针插管的远端置于事先用手术刀割开的皮肤上。然后用套管针闭塞器刺穿皮肤并进入体腔。通过对闭塞器的近端施加压力,迫使套管针闭塞器锋利的尖端穿过皮肤,直至进入体腔。套管针插管通过由套管针闭塞器形成的穿孔插入,并将套管针闭塞器撤回,而将套管针插管留下作为进入体腔的路径。

将密封配置或者密封装置与套管针插管和套管针外壳联用来防止内腔镜手术中流体或气体的流出是很常见的。在内腔镜手术过程中,为了成功完成手术,必须保持内部气压。当器械进入和撤出置于腹腔中的套管针套管时,为了保持内部气压,套管针闭塞器和穿过套管针插管的器械都需要密封装置。
密封件还必须提供插入和取出手术器械时的良好的抗扯强度、抗刺扎性(resistance to snagging)以及低摩擦。器械相对于套管针插管的中心轴线成角度的插入和器械尖端的锋利程度是套管针密封失败的驱动因素。这两个因素可导致密封材料的“隆起”(tenting)。一旦产生隆起,穿刺器械持续的远侧运动将导致密封件的扯裂。
因此,当闭塞器或器械穿过套管针插管时,需要一种能够保护密封件的保护器。具体地说,需要存在一种保护器,其可与套管针组件中常用的鸭嘴密封件联用。本发明提供了这种保护器。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个目的在于提供一种与套管针组件联用的密封件。该密封件包括一个适于选择性地开启和闭合密封件的密封体和一个该密封体附近的保护器,用于保护密封体,防止器械穿过密封体。保护器包括至少一个安装用于枢转运动的翼片,该翼片包括一个通常向着密封件的中心定位的内边缘,以及一个外边缘,其被安装到一支撑构件上,该支撑构件将翼片保持在密封体上方的位置。翼片的形状和尺寸被设置成使密封体的大部分被翼片的轮廓覆盖。

保护器10适于与用于微创内窥镜手术过程(包括但不限于腹腔镜和关节镜手术过程)的低成本手术套管针组件18。这种手术套管针组件是一次性的,并且一个装置仅仅用于一个患者。
