流体控制阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种流体控制阀,更具体地说是涉及一种适合只容许重力诱导液流的阀。
背景技术
业已发现,这种类型的阀具体应用在容许液体以一方向流动并且阻止气体以相反方向流动。这样一种阀最初应用在小便装置中。其中必须容许尿液通过该阀流入一污水处理系统,同时阻止恶臭气体反向倒流。
为了上述目的,有人业已设计一些包括某一种液阱的阀,但是该些阀具有众所周知的缺点,诸如液体的损耗或液体的污染以及因固体沉淀物而引起的闭塞。
稍后的研制结果导致采用一从一阔大入口部份延伸的扁平软管,较佳的是用有弹性的软管。该些阀是自水运工具尤其是汽艇所用的排泄管阀研制出来的。
美国专利US 6,401,266及荷兰专利NL 1015745C叙述了本专利申请人所知的阀。
这两种阀因沿着该扁平管边缘的弹性最差的弯曲处上积聚的沉积物而受损。由于缺乏弹性,该沉积物亦难以清除。当该沉积物进一步扩大时会使该管变宽直到一程度使该阀不再密封阻止气体倒流。
这样的阀极不符合小便器应用的需要。在任何情况下,该些阀难以制作。
已知的阀在压差过高下还会遭受一纵向的向内坍陷而损坏,在保持一要求的灵敏度的同时,很难在事先设计预防该向内坍陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在以上概述的阀,其将至少在某种程度上克服所述的缺点。
根据本发明,提供一种止回阀,其特征在于其包括一部件(4),所述部件(4)具有一由一极易流动的弹性材料制成的扁平片件(6),所述片件(6)与一自支承的槽形部份的一端(5)端接;以及一互补部件,所述互补部件设有一表面使所述片件(6)的另一端可靠在所述表面上密封。
本发明的进一步特征在于规定该互补部件如同一镜像那样做成与该部件相同的结构以及该些部件的自支承端可以紧贴在一起。
本发明的更进一步特征在于规定该些部件的自支承端带有一向外延伸的支承凸缘以及可调节该些部件以防备该纵向的向内坍陷。
本发明还规定调节该些部件可以通过一比较硬的构件,其设有沿该槽形部份接合处至到该扁平片件的向外突出肋,或者是通过一硬的扁平构件,其设有一或多个表面使该些部件可至少局部地靠在上面密封。

图1所示为阀的一部件的透视图;
图2所示为一对紧贴在一起并且放置在一支承台上的部件;
图3所示为放置在一小便器出口且具有防备向内坍陷的调节器的阀的详图;
图4所示如图3所示的但具有不同调节装置的阀。
具体实施方式
图中所示的一小便器(1)具有一与一污水处理系统(图中未示)连接的出口(2)。该出口内装有一止回阀(3)。
该阀(3)包括一从合适的塑料或弹体材料模制的部件(4),其一端为槽形部份(5)而另一端为一固有柔软性极高的软性片件(6)。
作为该阀的一实施例,可使厚度为0.8毫米的的槽形部份(5)与一0.2毫米厚的薄片部份融合成一体,但该例子不能视为对本发明的保护范围起限制作用。
在使用时该片件必须紧靠一相对表面以密封小便器的出口,防止气体从污水处理系统倒流。
在可使用一单一部件(4)的同时,该阀最好是由两个这样的部件(4)组成,该两部件沿着至少该些硬度足以自支承的槽形部份(5)紧贴在一起。
可在制造该两部件时的模制作业中使该两部件达到紧贴,或者可选择地利用合适的粘合剂使槽形部份的边缘紧贴。
一向外伸出的外围支承凸缘(7)设置在槽形部份(5)外边缘上。如图4所示,该凸缘(7)用来把阀(3)设置在小便器出口。
如下所述,片件(6)给予阀在运作时所必需的灵敏度并且使阀(3)可更好地支承在一管(8)上,正如图4所示,并且要注意的是该管(8)具有槽(9),其从出口端(10)沿该管长度部份地延伸。该槽(9)大体上与片件(6)的边缘对齐,这有助于在使用时使在片件(6)之间的横向流可有一到出口(10)的自由流。这种横向流的可用性对于确保不会像早期类型的阀般出现尿液固体物质的积聚来说很重要。在使用时,这种结构成为自冲洗。
图3a及图3b所示为一种变型。其较佳地结合在该阀的结构里以防止由一在该出口的压力增量引起该阀两边的压力突变或剧变使该些片件(6)纵向向内坍陷。这是早期的小便器阀设计所具有的另一问题。
一对支承肋(11)彼此相反对置地设在槽形部份(5)与片件(6)之间的接合处上,而且该对肋可以形成用来把该阀(3)设置在小便器出口的定位器的一部份。该组合可作为上述所提的带槽管(8)的替换。
当槽(5)带有相反对置的肋(11)时,通过使肋(11)以摩擦力固定在管(8)里就可以避免使用粘合剂。此时肋(11)会把阀部件稳固地保持在一起。
图3c及图3d所示为另一可选择的替换,其具有一自出口盖格栅(12)且啮合在阀(3)中的销。
该阀(3)安装容易,通过把出口盖格栅(12)从出口拿开;把阀(3)插入,将凸缘(7)放置在出口(12)的内肩上。最好在凸缘(7)及该肩之间使用一合适的密封剂。然后把格栅(12)重置于出口内完成组装。
在使用时,在片件(6)之间的尿液由于重力而流入污水处理系统。该液流在片件(6)的每一面之间形成一小的压差,经过实验,业已发现,在该液流通过阀的时候会提供一在流体上游的的正作用密封,该密封阻止恶臭气体通过倒流逸出该阀,不管有否出现任何横向流。
该阀可经济地制造并且通过试验证明该阀可自清洁,所以其使用寿命长。
在该阀可具体应用在小便器的同时,应该察觉该阀可以具有其它的类似用途,而且在不脱离本发明的保护范围下,为应付所述应用,该些部件可以由不同的材料制成以及更耐用。

Claims (10)

1.一种止回阀(3),其特征在于所述止回阀包括一部件(4),所述部件(4)具有一由一弹性材料制成的扁平片件(6),所述片件(6)与一自支承的槽形部份的一端(5)端接;以及一互补部件,所述互补部件设有一表面使所述片件(6)的另一端可靠在所述表面上密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的止回阀(3),其特征在于:所述互补部件如同一镜像那样做成与所述部件(4)相同的结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的止回阀(3),其特征在于:所述自支承端(5)可以紧贴在一起。
4.根据权利要求3所述的止回阀(3),其特征在于:所述自支承端(5)可以通过粘合剂紧贴在一起。
5.根据权利要求2所述的止回阀(3),其特征在于:所述部件(4)的自支承端(5)带有一向外延伸的凸缘(7)。
6.根据权利要求2所述的止回阀(3),其特征在于:所述止回阀包括一防止所述片件(6)纵向向内坍陷的调节装置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的止回阀(3),其特征在于:所述调节装置包括一管(8),所述管(8)的一端带有凸缘,并且具有槽(9),所述槽(9)从自由端(10)沿所述管(8)长度部份地延伸。
8.根据权利要求7所述的止回阀(3),其特征在于:所述调节装置包括向外对置的肋(11),所述肋从所述槽形部份(5)之间的接合处到所述凸缘(7)且以摩擦力装在所述管(8)中。
9.一种根据权利要求2所述的小便器阀(3)。
10.一种包括一根据权利要求2所述的止回阀(3)的小便器。
