技术领域
本发明涉及一种可挤压的饮料瓶,而且,尤其涉及这样一种饮料瓶,该饮料瓶在可挤压的同时,还具有足够的径向刚度,从而使该瓶适于热罐装,且在搬运的过程中防止其损坏或变形。
背景技术
可挤压的饮料瓶,虽然最初主要是自行车运动员和其它运动员使用,但现在由于运动饮料消费量的增加,可挤压瓶子的应用越来越广泛。此类瓶子的特有之处在于使其尺寸大小合适,易于一只手握持,而且其容量适于一人饮用。瓶子的顶端具有一可重新闭合的阀,该阀被制成大小适合于容纳在消费者的唇缘之间,通过挤压瓶子,饮料可从该阀中流出。
目前有迅速扩大的各种不同的可挤压瓶子的设计。但是,我们希望生产一种瓶子,它可以让消费者通过控制挤压速度的方式,来相对容易地挤压瓶子,使瓶中的饮料在该挤压速度下通过上述阀流出,但这与让瓶子具有足够的径向刚度或对挤压的阻力的需求是相矛盾的,而该径向刚度会使瓶子经受住罐装、船运、分配等操作。特别是,瓶子的罐装通常是采用热罐装操作,而且在室温下将其中液体气密密封,并在室温或冰冻状态下保存。这会导致在瓶子密封之后,瓶中液体和气体的顶部空间会缩小。结果是瓶中的压力低于周围的压力,由此产生的真空力会使瓶子被压扁。在长期储存时,由于外部的水蒸气渗入瓶中,瓶中会产生附加的真空。因此,瓶子需要抵抗由真空压力所产生的压扁现象。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种饮料瓶,可通过挤压该瓶子分配其中的内容物,该瓶子可使使用者相对容易地挤压瓶子,而且其也具有足够的径向刚度以抵抗损坏和/或不希望的变形。
发明内容
参考下述详细说明和和附图,该目的以及其它目的将会变得清楚明白,而且这些目的通过一个可挤压瓶实现,该可挤压瓶包括一中空瓶体,瓶体上具有一中间面板部分,该面板部分与上部和下部凹入的加固环邻接。中间面板包括很多凹入的握持环,每一握持环介于两个突起的加固环之间,多个凹入的垂直肋条延伸在上部和下部的凹入加固环之间,而且贯穿经过突起的加固环。这些垂直肋条相对于瓶子的纵轴成不对称地间隔。在优选实施例中,瓶子上具有围绕瓶子圆周均匀间隔的奇数个垂直肋条。在所公开的实施例中,瓶子上具有7个垂直肋条和4个握持环。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,图1示出了本发明中可挤压瓶子10的透视图。其中瓶子优选地用公知的吹塑成型方式由PETE制成。
瓶子10包括一瓶底部12,该底部12是分割成部分向内凹入的形式,用以增加强度。底部12的上部是一沿径向向外突起的下部缓冲部分14和一沿径向的凹入环16。在凹入环16的上部直接是本发明的面板部分,整个用附图标记18来表示,该部分会在下面将进行详细的描述。
面板部分18的上部是一上部凹入环20和向外突出的缓冲部分22,上述两部分与下部的凹入环16及缓冲部分14是类似的。在缓冲部分22的上部是一凹入的圆周环24,该圆周环限定了圆锥形瓶肩部或圆顶部分26的下部边界。
瓶子10的上端终止于颈部端面28,且在上端具有用于接收一可折卸的螺旋盖(未示出)的外螺纹30和瓶颈外缘32。螺旋盖典型地包括一内螺纹底部,该底部与颈部端面28上的外螺纹30啮合。该螺旋盖的上终止于一管口,该管口由消费者操作而在打开和闭合位置之间移动。参见如美国专利4,967,941和6,338,425及外观设计402,899和405,693,这些文献作为参考包含在本文中。
当打开管口并挤压瓶子10的侧壁而在液体内容物中产生一内部压力时,饮料就从瓶子10中排出。饮料从瓶子中排出的速度由通过挤压瓶壁而在内容物中产生的压力大小来决定。因此,可期望的是,将瓶子侧壁构造成用一只手挤压就允许容易而可控制的变形。但是,瓶壁也必须足够刚硬和抗变形,以便可以经受热罐装过程中产生的真空,以及在制造加工、载运和分配过程中存在的粗暴处理。
因此,与本发明一致的是,面板部分18被独特地构造,以便满足这些相互矛盾的设计标准。面板部分18包括多个凹入的圆周环状结构34a-d,该圆周环位于下部凹入环16和上部凹入环20之间。突起的环状结构36a-e与每个环状结构34a-d相邻接。
每一凹入环34a-d的结构适于将一手指舒服地放在上面,这便于瓶子被消费者的一只手就可以牢固的握持。如图所示,瓶子具有四个凹入的握持环34a-d,一个握持环用于一个手指。当然,在不脱离本发明的情况下,可以使用不同数目的握持环。
重要的一点是,面板部分18包括多个垂直的、凹入的肋条38,该肋条位于下部凹入环16和上部凹入环20之间,且贯穿经过握持环34a-d和突起的环状结构36a-e。如图6所示,这些垂直的肋条38导致侧面板具有多个垂直方向的握持部件40a-g。垂直肋条38可将由凹入的握持环34a-d产生的径向强度减至一充足的程度,以便允许面板部分18被挤压变形,从而可控制地分配瓶中的内容物。
本发明的一个重要方面是,垂直肋条38围绕面板部分18的圆周方向间隔分布,以至于没有一个垂直肋条38与任何其它的垂直肋条在直径方向上是相对的。这种不对称性有助于确保瓶子10在径向上具有足够的刚性,以经受住预期的热罐装和处理过程中的压力。
如果垂直肋条38在面板部分18的圆周方向上是均匀隔开的话(如说明性实施例所示),那么应该具有奇数个垂直肋条38,以确保互相之间没有哪两个在直径方向上是相对的。在说明性实施例中,瓶子具有7个垂直肋条38。当然垂直肋条的数目是可以变化的,只要瓶子仍满足可挤压度和硬度这两个标准即可。
如此,上述公开了满足本发明发明目的的可挤压瓶子。虽然瓶子是通过优选实施例的方式描述的,但我们并不是将本发明局限于实施例中。相反,本发明是由所附的权利要求的内容来限定的。

Claims (4)

1、一种可挤压瓶子,包括一个具有垂直轴的中空的瓶体,且具有一个限定圆周的中间面板部分,该面板部分与一个上部凹入的加固环和一个下部凹入的加固环邻接,所述中间面板部分包括多个凹入的握持环,每一握持环与两个突起的加固环邻接,而且所述面板部分还包括多个凹入的垂直肋条,这些垂直肋条延伸在所述上部和下部的凹入加固环之间,并穿过突起的加固环,所述垂直肋条围绕所述瓶体的垂直轴非对称地间隔分布。
2、根据权利要求1所述的可挤压瓶子,其特征在于,所述垂直肋条为奇数个垂直肋条,而且所述垂直肋条围绕瓶体的圆周方向均匀间隔分布。
3、根据权利要求2所述的可挤压瓶子,其特征在于,所述垂直肋条的数目是7个。
4、根据权利要求1所述的可挤压瓶子,其特征在于,所述握持环的数目是4个。
