Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于切削加工的切削刀具,包括一个可绕着一根轴线旋转的刀具底座,所述刀具底座具有至少一个用于一个刀座的凹口,所述刀座用作为切削嵌件的刀架,所述切削刀具还包括一个具有一个偏心轴颈的用于沿径向移动所述刀座的调整机构。
背景技术
在EP 0 739 258 B1中描述了一种具有一个铣刀头的铣削式切削刀具,在铣刀头的端面上设置多个切削嵌件,这些切削嵌件本身分别固定在一个刀座内。其中每个刀座设置在铣刀头内的一个槽内。所述刀座具有一个径向孔,一个偏心体贴靠在所述径向孔内,通过旋转所述偏心体可以调整所述刀座的轴向高度。在调整所述轴向高度之后通过固定螺栓将所述刀座固定在刀具头上。
在按EP 0 697 933 B1的铣刀头中,在圆周面的各个挖深的槽内分别设置一个带有一个切削嵌件的刀座和一个垫板。刀座和垫板的相互贴靠的表面设计有齿。另外,一个销子在径向上插在槽的底面的一个孔内,所述销子的头部相对于销子的光滑的圆柱形的部分是偏心的。所述偏心的头部安置在刀座背面上的一个凹槽内或一个通槽内并且具有一个内六角,以便能够旋转所述销子。通过偏心体的旋转可以轴向调整刀座。为了径向调整切削嵌件或刀座,使用一个旋入到刀座的一个螺纹孔内的螺栓。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,在一种如前言所述类型的切削刀具中实现一种替代现有技术的调整机构,所述调整机构可以简单地手工操作、结构简单地构成并且能够以尽可能高的精度足够精确地径向调整刀座或者固定于其上的切削嵌件。有利的是,这种调整机构也能用于很小的安装空间。
这个目的通过按照权利要求1所述的切削刀具来解决。
按照本发明,一个调整楔设置在一个刀座凹口内并且可以借助于一个偏心轴颈沿着轴向移动。例如当需要对不同尺寸的切削嵌件进行公差补偿的时候,通过调整楔在刀座内沿纵轴向的运动,刀座对应于由存在的楔角决定的行程上升或下降,由此可以精确地确定切削嵌件的径向距离。通过偏心体可以在不需要其它辅助工具的条件下沿两个方向,也就是径向向外和径向向内,对刀座进行径向调整。
有利的是,偏心轴颈在刀座的一个径向孔内导引,使得一个内六角钥匙或一个类似工具可以通过一个插入孔从外部径向地插入到偏心轴颈的一个凹口内,并且可以操纵偏心轴颈。此外,偏心轴颈具有一个偏心地设置的圆柱形的延长部分,所述延长部分嵌入到调整楔的一个配合的凹口内,使得在旋转偏心体时可以移动调整楔,并因此可以沿径向精确地调整切削嵌件的切削刀刃。
根据另一种结构,刀座可以借助于一个翼形楔固定在刀具底座上,所述翼形楔可以通过一个螺栓,优选通过一个双头螺纹螺栓固定在刀具底座上,其中,所述翼形楔在夹紧状态下夹紧地作用到一个刀座表面上。所述翼形楔用于在工作状态下,即在执行切削操作时,将刀座和切削嵌件的经过调整的径向定位固定。
为了将偏心轴颈不丢失地固定在刀座内,设有一个防止偏心轴颈沿径向移动的紧固套。
调整楔的楔角位于8°至12°之间,优选10°。

具体实施方式
本发明按照一个可绕着旋转轴线11旋转的镗杆10进行解释,然而本发明可以相应的方式在每个可绕着一根轴线旋转的刀具底座中得到应用。作为被描述的刀具底座,所述镗杆10具有一个包括一些侧边的接触面12a、b和c以及一个支承面12d的凹口。一个刀座13可以插入到该凹口内,所述刀座可以在其正面通过一个翼形楔33固定。刀座13在一个凹口内带有一个切削嵌件14,所述切削嵌件在当前情况下在一个角上带有一个由多晶体的金刚石制成的刀刃15。所述切削嵌件借助于一个紧固螺钉16固定在刀座上。
如在图1、2以及5至7的细节中可以看出,一个调整楔18设置在一个沿着纵轴线延伸的凹口17内,所述调整楔可以在凹口17内移动一个位移量a。在这种沿着纵轴线移动的情况下,刀座13的相应的弯曲的表面19以及调整楔18的孔表面20相互滑动,其中,通过改变调整楔18相对于刀座13的位置可以调整刀座的径向位置。图6和图7中显示了刀座的分别可调整的终端位置,图5和6描述了刀座的最大可能的径向向外的位移,图7描述了可调到最小的径向距离。支承在刀座的一个径向孔内的一个偏心轴颈21用于轴向移动调整楔。所述偏心轴颈有一个偏心地设置的圆柱形的延长部分22,所述延长部分嵌入到在调整楔18上的一个长孔23内。通过旋转偏心轴颈21,圆柱形的延长部分22改变其轴向位置,其中,调整楔18与位置改变相对应地在刀座内发生轴向移动。调整楔18以其平整的表面24紧紧地贴在支承面12d上,而刀座13可以径向向外运动一个行程,所述行程由轴向位移量a以及楔角α确定。图5和6分别显示了通过轴向位移a达到的最大刀座行程。当位移量a为0时(请参考图7),调整到刀座13的最小行程。
一个紧固套25用于防止沿着径向的丢失,在组装刀座、调整楔和偏心轴颈后,将所述紧固套敲入。
为操纵偏心体21,所述偏心体具有一个六角凹口,一个内六角钥匙26可以插入到该凹口内。
为组装在图1中描述的刀座,首先将偏心体21推入到当前的孔27内,直到由环形面28规定的止挡为止。接着将调整楔导入到刀座的当前的配合的凹口内,直到调整楔的长孔23处于圆柱形延长部分22的高度,之后将偏心轴颈和圆柱部分向下下降到在图5至7中描述的位置上。此后敲入紧固套25,它将刀座、夹紧部分以及具有延长部分的偏心体不丢失地锁定。现在,刀座可以下降到镗杆的规定的凹口内并借助于翼形楔33固定,其中,通过操纵双头螺纹螺栓30来操纵翼形楔表面29使刀座通过正面31夹紧。在通过翼形楔33很小的夹紧压力的情况下,可以径向调整刀座和因此径向调整切削嵌件14或切削嵌件14的切削部分15。在预装配刀座时,调整楔18贴在支承面12d上。如果通过一个当前的孔32导入一个六角螺栓旋转体26并且将其与偏心轴颈21的一个相应的凹口啮合,这样就可以通过旋转偏心轴颈和圆柱销22的与之连接的轴向移动使得调整楔18沿着轴向方向在轴向位置a=0(图7)和图5和6中描述的轴向位置a=2~3mm之间移动。刀座通过相互滑动的表面19和20实现径向行程,它使得在切削嵌件的切削刀刃沿着径向定位的意义上可以沿径向精细地调整。在优化地沿径向调整刀座后,通过操纵双头螺纹螺栓30降低翼形楔33并因此夹紧刀座13。
在本发明的装置中,特别有利的是,以可以很容易地手工操作的方式通过径向导入六角钥匙或其它的螺栓旋转体26可以执行刀座的径向调整。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于切削加工的切削刀具,包括一个可绕着一根轴线(11)旋转的刀具底座(10),所述刀具底座具有至少一个用于一个刀座(13)的凹口,所述刀座用作一个切削嵌件(14)的刀架,所述切削刀具还包括一个具有一个偏心轴颈(21)的用于沿径向移动所述刀座(13)的调整机构,其特征为:一个调整楔(18)设置在一个刀座凹口(17)内并且可以借助于一个偏心轴颈(21)沿着轴向移动。
2.按照权利要求1所述的切削刀具,其特征为:所述偏心轴颈(21)在刀座(13)的一个径向孔(27)内导引并且具有一个偏心地设置的圆柱形的延长部分(22),所述延长部分嵌入到调整楔(18)的一个长孔(23)内。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的切削刀具,其特征为:所述刀座(13)可以借助于一个翼形楔(33)固定在刀具底座(10)中,所述翼形楔可以通过一个螺栓优选通过一个双头螺纹螺栓(30)固定在刀具底座(10)中,其中,所述翼形楔(33)在夹紧状态下夹紧地作用到一个刀座表面(31)上。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的切削刀具,其特征为:借助于一个紧固套(25)防止所述偏心轴颈(21)沿着径向移动。
5.按照权利要求1至4之一所述的切削刀具,其特征为:所述调整楔(18)的楔角(α)为10°±2°。
