技术领域
本发明涉及一种选择性驱动设备,特别是,涉及一种用于车辆的制动器和锁定装置的设备。
背景技术
众所周知,目前车辆领域中逐渐提出车型的充分多样化,特别对“混合”车辆具有一种不断增加的兴趣,在操作方面,这种“混合”车辆结合了摩托车的特征和四轮车辆的稳定性。这些车型,例如,以装备有两个转向前轮的三轮车辆和以名称QUAD为人所知的四轮车辆为代表。
在这些日益复杂的车辆中,有必要预见各种相关的操作组,例如防侧倾系统和悬架的冲程停止设备(stroke stop device)以及制动器。
实际上,有可能在一些操作中,例如在暂时停车以停泊或者等待红绿灯时,除了制动车辆外,有必要停止悬架的冲程以免失去平衡而导致乘客摔倒。
另一方面,在通常的车辆操作中,有必要使制动器能够独立于其他任何组而单独驱动。
按照上述内容,很明显对选择性驱动设备存在需求,这种装置自身允许对不同操作组,例如后轮制动器、悬架的冲程停止系统和防侧倾系统的插入和/或缩回进行控制。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是解决现有技术中的问题,提供一种选择性驱动设备,该设备是可靠并安全的,而且能够在任何行驶条件下保证车辆的稳定性。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种选择性驱动设备,该设备简单且有成本效益地进行生产。
本发明的这些和其他目的可以通过按照本发明的选择性驱动设备来实现,本发明具有所附权利要求1的特征。
本发明的更多特征在随后的权利要求中被强调。
大体上,按照本发明的一种选择性驱动设备属于此种类型,即包括一个作用在驱动杆上的驱动器,该驱动杆具有至少一个用于驱动第一操作组的推进元件,以及一个在启动位置和静止位置之间移动的凸轮元件,在启动位置,凸轮元件作用在第二操作组上,在静止位置,第一操作组的活动与第二操作组无关。

此后,为了更好地理解本发明,描述将集中于在具有两个转向前轮和一个后轮的转动三轮车辆上的应用。
特别是,选择性驱动设备将按照使用者的需要控制同时驱动或者阻止一个或多个操作组的可能性。
详细地讲,由按照本发明的设备同时控制的操作组由钢索9和车辆后轮制动器的制动蹄10和液压组以及防侧倾系统的锁定设备3表示,该液压组又由泵12和用于启动悬架的冲程停止设备14、14′启动的液压回路13组成。
尽管本描述针对前面提到的操作组,然而现在很清楚不应认为其限制在此特定应用中。
在图1、2和3中示出的按照优选实施例的驱动设备1包括一个作用在驱动杆7上的驱动器5。杆7包括一个用于驱动第一操作组12、13的推进元件7a和一个在启动位置和静止位置之间移动的凸轮元件6,在启动位置,凸轮6作用在驱动车辆后轮制动器的第二操作组上,在静止位置,第一操作组的活动与第二操作组无关。特别是,驱动设备1装有一个驱动器5,该驱动器5作用在一个蜗杆19(未直接示出)上,该蜗杆19将运动传递到一个转接齿轮21(具有确定的传动比)上,使得一对齿轮24和25转动。

第一操作组由一个油泵12和前悬架的冲程停止设备14、14′表示,其中油泵12又作用在液压回路13上,启动防侧倾系统的锁定设备3。
如前所述,同一根杆7还作用在凸轮6上。该凸轮6具有特定的特征,即可以插入启动位置或者缩回静止位置。凸轮6的插入或者缩回是通过恰当的控制装置例如强制控制式的控制器26(desmodromic control)产生的,该控制器26由使用者直接通过杆、按钮或者依靠钢索27的其他物体(图2)来启动。
在启动位置,凸轮6作用在一个释放杆元件16上,该释放杆元件16驱动后轮制动器9的钢索。后轮制动器9的钢索作用在后轮制动器的制动蹄10上,将后轮置于锁定位置。凸轮6在启动位置时,按照本发明的选择性驱动设备允许将车辆的防侧倾系统的锁定元件3、前悬架冲程停止设备14、14′和后轮制动器同时启动。
已经说明凸轮6还具有一个静止位置:该位置用于在有必要移动具有插入的滚动锁定器(rolling lock)的车辆的情况下取消对后轮制动器的锁定。这种情况由释放杆元件16来启动。
释放杆元件16由一组杆(leverism)组成,允许后制动钳本身从杆7上脱开。在这种情况下杆7的转动驱动防侧倾系统的锁定设备3和冲程停止设备14、14′,但是不锁定后轮制动器。
然而,应当注意凸轮6不能以后轮制动器的已知方式进行驱动,换言之,通过一个踏板或者手动杆17,还包括泵12的驱动。
按照本发明的有利方面,杆7以这种方式成形,即具有一个作为开关的突出物7B,在这种意义上其作用在一个微型开关(未示出)上,该微型开关向控制部件发送一个信号来检测第一操作组12、13是否处于操作状态。
在图4和5中描述了驱动设备的一个不同实施例的一种可选解决方案。这种可选解决方案与以前描述的不同之处在于少了两个齿轮24、25,这两个齿轮用于将蜗杆19的推力传送到杆7。
有利地,在8处枢转的杆7同样在本实施例中通过传动钢索9和释放元件16来控制后轮制动器10的制动蹄。
同时当杆元件16驱动时,驱动器5通过蜗杆19和凸轮6作用在推进器7b上,以便驱动液压回路13的泵12。
详细地讲,在8处枢转的杆7通过一个盘形弹簧15(Belleville spring)驱动用于启动液压回路13的泵12,该液压回路13用于操作防侧倾系统的锁定设备3和前悬架的冲程停止设备14、14′。
同样在这种情况中,凸轮6具有两个位置。特别是,静止位置允许第一操作组的驱动与第二操作组9、10的驱动分离,该第一操作组又由油泵12和回路13表示。
凸轮6的静止位置允许杆7将自身与杆元件16分离,并且以这种方式,使得有可能独立于后轮制动器10而只是驱动第一操作组12、13。
同样在这种情况下,不管凸轮6的位置如何,车辆后轮制动器10的驱动从不牵涉第一操作组12、13的驱动。
反之,通过选择性驱动设备的第一操作组12、13的驱动,本发明的目的,可以涉及或者不涉及按照凸轮6的位置驱动第二操作组9、10。
按照优选实施例对本发明的描述用于图示但是非限制的目的,但是应当理解本领域一般技术人员可以对本发明进行变化和修改,不会因此偏离相关的保护范围,相关的保护范围由所附权利要求限定。
Claims (8)
1.驱动设备(1),其包括作用在驱动杆(7)上的驱动器(5),其特征在于,所述杆(7)包括至少一个用于驱动第一操作组(12、13)的推进元件(7b)和一个在启动位置和静止位置之间移动的凸轮元件(6),在启动位置上,所述凸轮(6)作用在第二操作组(9、10)上,在静止位置上,所述第一操作组(12、13)的活动与所述第二操作组(9、10)无关。
