Abstract

本发明提供确保乘客占据的空间更大、从而提高乘坐舒适度的一种车辆用座椅,包括:一座椅靠背,该靠背包括:一由管材制成的座椅靠背框架;一次框架,该框架由管材制成且其上端焊接固定在上述座椅靠背框架上,该座椅靠背通过上述靠背框架和上述次框架支承在上述支承框架上;一斜倚装置,该装置使得靠背发生旋转而支承在任意位置上;一升降杆机构,该机构使得座垫发生旋转而支承在任意位置上;支承上述靠背、上述斜倚装置以及上述升降杆机构的一对支承框架。

Description

车辆用座椅
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于汽车、船舶、飞机以及火车等车辆用座椅,特别涉及一种结构紧凑且能够确保乘客占有的空间比较宽敞的车辆用座椅。
背景技术
在上述汽车等车辆中,如果使得乘客坐着舒适,那么可使用相对于车内空间而言较大的座椅。座椅大,一方面使得乘客的舒适度提高,但是由于增加靠背和座垫的厚度,这样乘客占据的空间变得前后狭窄,所以另一方面也存在损害乘客的舒适度的问题。
在特开平9-169232号公报中公开了这样一种结构的车辆用座椅,其中通过焊接将钢板制成的侧板固定在座椅靠背框架的左右。
在上述座椅中,座椅靠背框架是由钢管制成的,因此,结构形成得较为紧凑,但是,为了具备足够的强度,在座椅靠背框架的左右侧上固定有侧板。为了确保前后方向上的强度,上述侧板应当选用幅宽较大的侧板。因此,靠背的厚度必然增大,乘客占据的空间变得狭窄。
发明内容
本发明是针对上述的问题而提出的。本发明的目的在于提供一种结构紧凑的座椅。
本发明的车辆用座椅包括:支承在车辆上的一对支承框架;座椅靠背,该靠背包括:由管材制成的座椅靠背框架,由管材制成且其上端焊接固定在上述座椅靠背框架上的次框架,该座椅靠背通过上述靠背框架和上述次框架支承在上述支承框架上;斜倚装置,该装置使得靠背发生旋转而支承在任意位置上,支承在上述支承框架上而容纳在其面上;升降杆机构,该机构使得座垫发生旋转而支承在任意位置上,支承在上述支承框架上而容纳在其面上。
因为上述靠背是通过上述靠背框架和上述次框架而支承的,不具有现有技术中的侧板,所以靠背的厚度得以减小。另外,上述靠背、上述斜倚装置以及上述升降杆机构支承在一对支承框架上而容纳于其面上,将结构设计在座垫下是不必要的,因此,座垫结构较小。
上述车辆用座椅优选在其靠背框架的下端和上述次框架的下端之间存在间隙,同时,上述斜倚装置的后端的宽度设置在上述间隙中。
因为上述斜倚装置对着靠背框架和上述次框架而没有突设在外侧,所以能够形成更小的靠背。
在上述车辆用座椅中,最好其斜倚装置具有装置机构,且覆盖住上述靠背框架的下端和上述次框架的下端。
上述靠背框架和上述次框架的强度得以加强,且确保上述斜倚装置的支承。
在上述车辆用座椅中,最好其升降杆由扇形齿轮和齿轮构成,以便将座垫旋转而支承在任意位置上。
上述升降杆机构不需要复杂的机构,结构紧凑,且因为在座垫下不必具有其它机构,所以能够使得座椅更加小型化。
本发明提供的车辆用座椅,能够使得座椅靠背、斜倚装置以及升降杆机构任意之一得以小型化,所以能够确保乘客占据的空间更大,从而提高乘客的舒适度。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图1~5对本发明的一实施例中的座椅装置1予以说明。在上述附图中,FR表示前方,RR表示后方,UP表示上方,LWR表示下方。上述这些方向是为了便于说明而定义的,也可为与上述方向相反的实施方式。
座椅装置1为形成车辆用座椅的基本骨架的东西。如图1、2所示,该座椅装置1大体上包括:一对滑动装置2;一对支撑框架3;座垫部4;靠背部5;斜倚装置6;翻转机构7;升降杆机构8;走得进去(walk-in)机构9。该车辆用座椅虽然是通过将头托架、座椅带、座椅罩等部件组合而形成的,但是在图中未示。上述车辆用座椅是通过将上述滑动装置2与车辆的车体相结合以供使用的。
上述滑动装置2包括:在上侧具有沟的固定导轨13;一可滑动地嵌合在上述沟中的可动导轨14,该导轨的断面形成为倒T字形;一滑动锁定机构15,该机构是为将上述可动导轨14停止在合适位置上而设置的;一螺旋弹簧16,该弹簧用于将上述可动导轨14向前方驱动,且设置在固定导轨13和可动导轨14之间。另外,尽管图中未示,该滑动装置2还包括为将可动导轨14在固定导轨13上滑动的滚子和滚珠轴承。上述滑动装置2具有一对且设置在上述座椅的两侧上左右对称,通过分别设置在前侧的第一托架11和设置在后侧的第二托架12,从而将上述滑动装置2固定在车体的底面10(参照图2)上。
如图3所示,上述支撑框架3是由其上具有长孔22且呈近似直角三角形的钢板形成的框架本体21形成的。上述一对框架本体21的底边向下侧,与上述底边相垂直的边向垂直方向,剩余的斜边向前方,将上述一对框架本体21分别固定在一对可动导轨14上。长孔22形成为圆形,该长孔22为了允许后述的第3轴部27的动作且指向上方斜前方。
如图3所示,上述升降杆机构8包括:突设在上述一对框架本体21内侧的第1轴部23以及第2轴部24;轴支承在上述第1轴部23上的齿轮25;轴支承在上述第2轴部24上的扇形齿轮26。上述扇形齿轮26在其前侧形成有齿26a,且与轴支承在其前方的上述齿轮25相齿合。上述长孔22是以在第2轴部24为中心的圆弧上具有长径而形成的。上述齿轮25在操作装置30的作用下可发生旋转。当将上述操作装置30保持在上方时,通过上述齿轮25的旋转该扇形齿轮26向下方旋转,上述垫框架31的上述前端部31b向上方旋转。当将操作装置30相反地操作时,上述前端部31b向下方旋转。
如图1所示,上述座垫部4包括:一闭合环状的垫框架31;多个设置在该垫框架31上的支架35;通过该支架35沿着前后方向设置的多个S字形的弹簧32。该座垫4覆盖在图中未示的衬垫和表皮上而构成座垫。该垫框架31固定在位于其后端部31a上的上述第3轴部27上。如图3所示,该垫框架31还包括位于其稍前方下侧上的支架34和由橡胶等弹性材料制成的缓冲材33,通过上述支架34和缓冲材33,将该垫框架31设置在该第2轴部24的上侧的周面上。利用该缓冲材33,可减小当该垫框架31接触该第2轴部24时产生的噪音。
上述扇形齿轮26的该第2轴部24包括:固定在该框架本体21上的固定轴28;可旋转地轴支承在该固定轴28上的旋转轴29。在该固定轴28和旋转轴29之间利用润滑油等适当的润滑剂进行润滑。上述固定轴28包括为防止该旋转轴29脱离且将其两端扩大等的拔出防止装置。
上述座椅靠背5包括:一由钢管制成的座椅靠背框架41;一次框架42,在上述座椅靠背框架41的下端部41a的后侧上通过焊接固定其上端部42b;架设在座椅靠背框架41两侧的多根金属线43。该座椅靠背5覆盖在图中未示的衬垫和表皮上而构成靠背。上述座椅靠背框架41的下端部41a和次框架42的下端部42a之间存在间隔,该斜倚装置6容纳于该间隔中。为了支撑头托架(图中未示),该座椅靠背包括位于其上部的多个架托45。
上述斜倚装置6包括:一罩壳51,该罩壳用于覆盖上述座椅靠背框架41的下端部41a和次框架42的下端部42a;一支承在上述罩壳51上的装置机构56;一将靠背部5向前方一直驱动的弹簧54;为解除上述斜倚装置6的锁定的装置控制杆55。当解除上述斜倚装置6的锁定时,在弹簧54的作用下,该靠背5向前方倾斜。上述装置机构56包括:一支架52;一支撑在上述框架本体21的上端部的基板53。通过将下端部41a焊接在该罩壳51的前端部上以及将次框架42的下端部42a焊接在该罩壳51的后端部上,从而将上述座椅靠背框架41固定。
如图4所示,上述翻转机构7包括:一区分61;一在该第3轴部27的后方延长的臂63;突设在该第3轴部27的前侧上的第5轴部65。虽然位于该框架本体21的外侧,但是嵌合在该第3轴部27上。该区分61还包括形成以该第3轴部27为中心的圆弧形状的贯通孔62,该臂63还包括突设在其外侧面上的第4轴部64,第4轴部64可移动地嵌合在该贯通孔62中。在该第4轴部64和第5轴部65之间,设有螺旋状的弹簧66。因为一方面该第4轴部64的旋转中心为第3轴部27,该弹簧66设置在位于其前方的第5轴65上,所以,将该第4轴部64向贯通孔62的上端或下端驱动。因此,贯通孔62的中央附近便成为弹簧66的向上或下之一驱动力消失且不安全的死点。
如图2和4所示,上述走得进去(walk-in)机构包括:一踏板控制杆71;一与该踏板控制杆71联动的滑动解除环74和滑动解除板72。该踏板控制杆71从上述垫框架31的第3轴部27延伸设置到该座椅装置1的后方下侧,在其中间部位设有枢轴71a。该滑动解除环74大体呈直线形状,其前端为具有切口75的叉状端74b,后端部74a可旋转地轴支持在该枢轴71a上。该滑动解除板72为一平板,该平板为具有第一翼片72a和第2翼片72b的飞镖形状,通过第6轴部73可旋转地轴支承在该框架本体21上。该第一翼片72a的前端上突设有销栓76,该销栓76与上述切口75可滑动地嵌合。在该切口75的终端81和该销栓76之间存在适当的富裕量。在该第一翼片72a和第2翼片72b上,连接有各自的滑动锁定解除线78、77。在该踏板控制杆的中间,结合有结合到该斜倚装置6上的斜倚解除线79。利用弹簧80一直给该滑动解除板72从后方施加驱动力。
该走得进去(walk-in)机构9根据押下该踏板控制杆71的量来控制该滑动锁定机构15、该斜倚装置6以及该翻转机构7的动作。当将该踏板控制杆71向下压时,该垫框架31以第3轴部27为中心向上方旋转;当将该踏板控制杆71更进一步向下压到中间位置时,该第4轴部64超过上述的死点而旋转在弹簧66作用下向下驱动,上述垫框架31向上跳动(翻转)。同时,上述滑动解除环74虽然其后端部74a在上述踏板控制杆71的作用下向下方和前方押下,但是,因为该销栓76和后端81之间存在余量,所以该销栓76不再动作。另外,当向下压为将该第4轴部64超过该上述死点的该垫框架31,该弹簧66的弹力作用下上述垫框架31容易地回归到初始位置。
当将上述踏板控制杆71再向下压到最终位置时,上述后端81碰到上述销栓76而向前方推压。这样,该滑动解除板72以第6轴部73为中心发生旋转,牵拉上述滑动解除线77、78,从而解除上述滑动锁定机构15的锁定。当解除上述滑动锁定机构15的锁定时,上述可动滚子14在上述弹簧16的驱动下移动到前方。同时,上述斜倚解除线79也向下牵拉,所以解除斜倚装置6而座椅靠背5向前方倾斜。
尽管对本发明的最佳实施例作了描述,但是,本发明不限于上述实施例。根据上述公开的内容,本领域的技术人员可根据该实施例的修正和变形来实施本发明。

Claims (4)

1.一种车辆用座椅,包括:支承在车辆上的一对支承框架;包括由管材制成的座椅靠背框架、由管材制成且其上端焊接固定在上述座椅靠背框架上的次框架、通过上述座椅靠背框架和上述次框架支承在上述支承框架上的座椅靠背;使靠背发生旋转而支承在任意位置上,支承在上述支承框架上而容纳在其面上的斜倚装置;使座垫发生旋转而支承在任意位置上、支承在上述支承框架上而容纳在其面上的升降杆机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用座椅,其中上述车辆用座椅优选在其靠背框架的下端和上述次框架的下端之间存在间隙,同时,上述斜倚装置后端的宽度设置在上述间隙中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车辆用座椅,其中斜倚装置具有装置机构,且覆盖住上述靠背框架的下端和上述次框架的下端。
4.根据权利要求1∽3之一所述的车辆用座椅,其中为将座垫旋转而支承在任意位置上,该升降杆包括扇形齿轮和齿轮。
