Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种支撑构件系统,且更特别地系用来至少部分地支撑一墙壁。
背景技术
由砖块和其它建筑物或建构块,诸如混凝块所构成的墙壁具有可建构的最大长度和高度,在此最大长度和高度下,其可不需要额外的支撑件来防止墙壁的崩毁。通常地,砖瓦壁系藉由沿着该砖壁的设立的混凝土支撑件(concrete support)所支撑,该混凝土支撑件同时系为水平和垂直地设立,以支撑该墙壁。当该砖墙需要机械性地结合至该混凝土支撑件时,其传统的实施方式系使用金属杆,其系固定至该砖墙的水泥件以及固定至该混凝土支撑件上,以将该砖墙结合至该混凝支撑件。
然而,此传统方式的一个缺点系在于,该混凝土支撑件的构建和使用既浪费时间也需要大量劳力。为了形成该混凝土支撑件,其需要建构模板,以封闭混凝土所要注入的空间。该模板通常系由木板所构成,并且需要一木工来建构此模板。除此的外,在建构此模板期间,需要插入所述金属杆,用于将该砖墙结合至该混凝土支撑件,该金属杆穿过该模板的侧壁,因此该金属杆延伸于该模板外侧并且进入该模板的欲注入混凝土的内部空间。
如果需要的话,此需要一钢筋工来弯曲并且安装该金属杆。
在该模板系被完成且该金属杆已被插入之后,混凝土随即被注入该模板之中,并且在该模板移除之前使其固化。当该模板系被移除之后,该金属杆系结合至该混凝土并且该砖墙藉由该金属杆结合至该混凝土支撑件。
因此,使用混凝土支撑件支撑砖墙的传统式的方法系浪费时间、人力并且除了砌砖块工之外还需要三个不同的技工(木工、钢筋工以及混凝注入工)以建构该墙壁本身。
发明内容
根据本发明,其提供了一种支撑构件系统,该系统包含一组长形构件,每一个长形构件具有第一末端以及第二末端和预定的长度,每一个长形构件的预定长度系与其它每一个长形构件的预定长度不同,并且一末端构件包含一长形构件接合部用来与一长形构件的第一末端接合,以及一支撑结构接合部,该支撑结构接合部系用来与一支撑结构接合,并且该长形构件接合部容许从该支撑结构接合部至该长形构件的第二末端的距离可被调整,至少可调整至安置中的邻近的较长的长形构件的长度。
本发明的优点在于,藉由使得该长形构件和该末端构件的组合长度构件可调整,该长形构件不需要订制来适应欲支撑的特殊的墙壁。

具体实施方式
图1显示了一墙壁1的区段,其系藉由多个垂直加固件2(仅显示了一个)所支撑,该垂直加固件2系藉由多个水平加固件3(仅显示了两个)相互连接。如图1中所示,该垂直加固件2支撑该墙壁1的三个部分4、5、6,并且所述部分4、5、6邻近于该垂直加固件2的垂直边缘,是藉由多个系杆7机械地连接至该加固件2。

图1中的区域B的放大分解图显示在图3中,其中其可以看出,该系杆7包含一平面区段20,其具有两个凸块21形成于其上。所述凸块可以被插过该开口45、46以接合在该加固件2的侧壁中的插槽22、24,以将该系杆7附接至该C形突出部30。该插槽22、24的长度系大于该凸块21的长度以容许该系杆7的移动,并且因此容许调整该系杆7相对于该突出部30的位置。该系杆7的平面区段20系连接至一肋形区段23。该肋形区段23具有一肋形结构25。该肋形区段23与该平面区段20形成一大约90°的角度,使得当该凸块21被插入至该插槽22、24的中时,该系杆7的肋形区段23基本上垂直地延伸至该加固件2的侧壁。该系杆7的后立体图显示在图6中,其中其可以看出,该凸块21同时向后地延伸并直至该平面区段20的侧边。
图1中的区域C的放大分解图系显示在图4中,其中该连接器11系更详细地显示。该连接器11包含该U形区段12、13,其系相等于在连接器10中所使用的U形区段12、13。然而,该连接器11具有一焊接至该U形区段12、13的平板26。该平板26具有四个凸块27、28,该凸块27、28系被插入穿过该开口45、46以分别地接合在突出部30中的插槽22、24。该U形区段12、13配接在该水平加固件3的末端,而该加固件3的区段30、31的末端16位于在该连接器11的间隙14的中。
该连接器11系更详细地显示在图7之中。可以看出,该区段12、13系焊接至该平板26,因此与到边缘36的距离相比,区段12、13更为接近该平板26的边缘35。这使得该连接器11能够被旋转180°,以容许工人在将该连接器11附接至该垂直加固件2时选择该连接器11的方向,从而将该连接器11最适当地配接在该加固件2上。该凸块27、28系藉由冲压出该平板26的区段而形成该凸块27、28,其向后地延伸于该平板26后方。此容许该平板26的后表面可被安置靠在该加固件2的突出部30的外表面,并且该凸块27、28分别地插入通过该开口45、46,以接合在该加固件2的突出部30中的相应的插槽22、24,从而将平板26(因而就是该连接器11)附接至该垂直加固件2,并且因此将该水平加固件3结合至该垂直加固件2。
在使用时,该加固件2、3系藉由首先安装该垂直加固件2而被安装。该垂直加固件2,系藉由将该连接器10安装在该加固件2的上方和下方末端之中,并且将该加固件2定位在所希望的地方,而实现安装。当该加固件2位于正确的位置上时,固定器被敲击穿过平板15中的孔洞19,以将该连接器10固定至该上方支撑表面8和下方支撑表面9,并且藉此将该垂直加固件保持在正确的位置。
典型地,该垂直加固件2的长度系选择成其公称尺寸小于该加固器必须配接的垂直间隙的高度,并且该区段12、13的深度易于调整,以确保该连接器10和该加固件2的结合从该下方支撑表面9延伸至该上方支撑表面8。上连接器10的区段12、13完全地插入至该固定器2的上方端部不是必须的,仅仅该区段12、13的一部分插入该加固件2的上方端部就足够了。因此,这有助于该加固件2的高度的调整,以考虑该墙壁1设计高度和该墙壁1实际高度之间的差异和公差。
在该垂直加固件2被安装之后,该墙壁1系被建构并且系杆7系以合适的间距(典型地每300至400mm垂直距离)安装在该垂直加固件2的突出部30、31上,使得通过将肋形区段23定位于砖块层之间,将该肋形区段23机械性地锁定在该墙壁1上,并且藉由该砖层之间的水泥浆,将该肋形区段23固定。当该下方部分4、5被构建到需要水平加固件3的高度时,除了邻近于该垂直加固件两端的砖块之外,最后一层的砖块系被完成。该连接器11系被插入水平加固件3的每个末端中,并且该连接器11的平板26中的凸块系插入至邻近的垂直加固件2的突出部30、31中的插槽22、24,以将该水平加固器安装到该砖块的最后一层上。每一个末端砖块随后被铺设。在该水平加固件3上方的墙壁1建构的其余部分随后系藉由该墙壁部分建构在该加固件3上方而继续,系杆7以适当的间隔沿着该加固件2的侧边30、31插入,以接合于相邻的砖块层之间,从而将该墙壁部分6结合至该垂直加固件2。
为了能够预先制造加固件2、3来适应大部分的情况,该加固件系以250mm的增量制造,并且典型的长度为从3m至7.5m。多个连接器10、11亦系设有以不同长度制造的区段12、13,例如200mm、400mm和600mm。这使得特定加固件2、3的长度能够被扩展至具有一较长的有效长度,这是藉由不将该上末端连接器10或连接器11的区段12、13的全长插入至相应的加固件2、3之中来实现的,这也使得加固件2、3的某一长度可用于其中所需要的实际加固件长度较长的应用中。此容许该加固件2、3以预定的增量长度来制造,并且用于藉由选择该末端连接器10、11相对于该区段12、13的最合适的长度来调整有效长度。
一范例系显示在图8之中,其中该加固件2用来支撑一墙壁50。该连接器10,其系固定至一上支撑部8,用来扩展该加固件2的有效长度。可注意到的是,该连接器的U形区段12、13并非完全地插入于该加固件2中,这使得该加固件2能够被用来支撑该墙壁50,虽然该墙壁50高于该加固件2的顶端53。该水平加固件3可以相同的方式延伸。
举例来说,具有最长的区段12、13(其系为600mm)的末端连接器10,将使得该加固件2的有效长度能够扩展达250mm(邻近的最长的加固件的长度),而同时仍保持该区段12、13结合于该加固件2内侧的350mm的长度。对于该水平加固件3上的区段12、13,使用两个具有600mm长度的末端连接器11,将使得该水平加固件3能够扩展达500mm,而同时仍保持该区段12、13与该加固件3接合的350mm的长度。每一个加固件构件需要的最小结合部分系根据几何形状以及负载考虑来计算。
具有较短的区段12、13的末端连接器10、11,可被用于需要被扩展的加固件2、3的有效长度系较短的地方。举例来说,具有200mm的区段12、13的连接器10可以被使用在其所需的扩展小于75mm的地方,具有400mm的区段12、13的连接器10可被使用在其所需要的扩展小于150mm的地方。然而,用于一特定扩展长度的区段12、13的长度可以根据特殊的应用来确定。
因此,本发明具有的优点在于提供一支撑构件系统,其中该加固件2、3的长度并不需对于每一种情况专门制造。
Claims (18)
1.一种支撑构件系统,其包含:一组长形构件,每一个长形构件具有一第一末端和一第二末端及一预定的长度,每一个长形构件的预定长度与其它每一个的长形构件的预定长度不同;以及一末端构件,其包含用来与一长形构件的第一末端接合的一长形构件接合部,和用于与一支撑结构接合一支撑结构接合部,并且该长形构件接合部容许从该支撑结构接合部至该长形构件的第二末端的距离可被调整,至少可调整至安置中的邻近的较长的长形构件的长度。
2.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中该长形构件接合部可滑动地与该长形构件的第一末端相接合。
3.如权利要求2所述的系统,其中该长形构件接合部可滑动地接合在该长形构件的第一末端之中。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的系统,其中该末端构件的可调整性系藉由该长形构件接合部的长度所提供。
5.如前述任一项权利要求所述的系统,其中该长形构件的第二末端以及该支撑结构接合部之间的距离系可连续地调整。
6.如前述任一项权利要求所述的系统,其中任何长形构件与邻近的最长或最短的长形构件之间长度的差异系一预定的增量。
7.如权利要求6所述的系统,其中该预定增量对于该组中全部的长形构件而言系实质上相同。
8.如前述任一项权利要求所述的系统,其中该末端构件系能够与每一个长形构件的两末端接合。
9.如前述任一项权利要求所述的系统,其进一步包含一组末端构件,在该组中的每一个末端构件具有一长形构件接合部,其带有与其它每一个末端构件的接合端部的长度不同的长度。
10.如权利要求9所述的系统,其中所述长形构件接合部之间的长度差异系一致的。
11.如前述任一项权利要求所述的系统,其中每一个长形构件具有一侧壁,其在使用时用来被安装在一欲被支撑的墙壁的末端附近。
12.如权利要求11所述的系统,该侧壁包含多个接合机构,该接合机构容许一系杆构件被安装在该侧壁上,该系杆构件具有一从该侧壁突出的部分,以与该欲被支撑的墙壁接合。
13.如权利要求12所述的系统,其中多个接合机构系设在沿着该长形构件的侧壁的分离的位置,使得该系杆构件的位置系可调整。
14.如权利要求12或13所述的系统,其中该接合机构包含插槽。
15.如权利要求12至14中任一项所述的系统,其中该接合机构系设在该长形构件的相对侧边上,并且较佳地系设在该长形构件的全部四个侧边上。
16.如权利要求11至14中任一项所述的系统,其进一步包含一个或多个侧壁连接器,每一个侧壁连接器具有一附接区段用来附接至其中一个长形构件的侧壁,以及具有一连接区段用来连接至额外的长形构件,其中当该附接区段系连接至一第一长形构件并且该连接区段系连接至一额外的长形构件时,该第一长形构件系横越过该额外的长形构件。
17.如权利要求16所述的系统,其中每一个侧壁连接器的连接区段系非对称地安装在该侧壁连接器的附接区段上。
18.如前述任一项权利要求所述的系统,其中该长形构件用于支撑一由建构砖块所构成的墙壁。
