Abstract

Description
背景技术
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述的电磁阀。
已知这样一种阀(DE 44 45 221 A1),其中挺杆外侧具有三个纵向削平部分用于将液体导入阀罩中,以对阀的衔铁产生一个液压力作用。因为挺杆在阀箱中以很小的径向间隙在阀体纵向孔中导向,但该径向间隙朝阀罩方向越来越大,同时由挺杆的削平部分所产生的通道的横截面明显减小,所以三个通道的液体分流在阀体的纵向孔中合并。因此阀罩内存在的空气很难排除。而阀内的空气增大了其工作噪声。
发明优点
具有权利要求1特征的本发明的阀,其优点是,液体可以很小的流动阻力从阀箱通过至少一个通道挤入阀罩中并将阀罩中存在的空气挤出,空气可通过另一个通道到达阀箱并由此从阀中排出。由于存在多个隔开的通道作为流路,这些通道只有在阀罩中相互连通,因此排除空气特别有效。
在从属权利要求中列举的措施给出了权利要求1所述阀的优选方案和改进方案。
借助权利要求2所述阀的设计方案,以有利的方式使液流导入挺杆的通道内得到有效的支持。
权利要求3和4给出了挺杆结构的优选措施。
权利要求5公开的本发明的改进方案通过在衔铁上设计的流路更有利于阀罩的排气。
权利要求6给出的措施在挺杆在阀体内无间隙导向情况下保证了闭合构件即使在公差情况不利时也能可靠地靠在支座型阀的阀座中。

具体实施方式
图1所示的用于汽车液压制动系统的电磁阀10主要由两个组件构成:一个固定在阀单元12的一阶梯孔11中的液压部件13和一个安放在该液压部件上的电部件14。
液压部件13具有一个阀体16,该阀体有一个贯通的纵向孔17。在电部件14一边,在阀体16上固定有一个阀罩18。在该阀罩18中装有一块衔铁19,可纵向移动并带有纵向的槽20。
在阀单元12的阶梯孔11中装有一个阀座件22,该阀座件带有周向安置的密封环23。该密封环将阀单元12的一个流入孔24与一个流出孔25分开。在流入孔24一边,在阶梯孔11中有一个过滤盘26。带有一个纵向孔27的阀座件22借助一个套筒28与阀体16相连。套筒28外侧有一个孔29。
套筒28包围着一个在阀体16和阀座件22之间延伸的阀箱31。在该阀箱中容纳一个过滤套筒32,其嵌入到阀体16的纵向孔17的一个直径较大的孔段33中。在该孔段33上接着一个空心圆锥形的过渡部分34过渡到纵向孔17的直径较大的部分。
在阀体16的纵向孔17中装有一根销状的挺杆36。该挺杆从衔铁19延伸到阀箱31中。挺杆36在纵向孔17的直径较小的部分的整个长度上以很小的径向间隙纵向可移动地导向。挺杆36外侧有四个相互分开的通道37,其沿着挺杆36,从阀箱31一直延伸到阀罩18(图1和2)。这些通道37以均匀间距分布在挺杆36上并且其横截面为凹形圆整。由于挺杆36伸到阀箱31中,由此阀箱因空心圆锥形过渡部分34具有一个横截面为楔形的向挺杆36方向的变窄部分38而与挺杆的通道37以利于流动的方式连通。
在背离阀罩的阀箱31中有一个支座型阀41的一个闭合构件40。该闭合构件有一个在阀座件22上的、空心圆锥形阀座42,该阀座42与阀座件22的纵向孔27处于液体流通连接中。与阀座件22相对,闭合构件40具有一个直径很小的圆柱形部分43,其边缘清晰地过渡到阀座42的一个球状部分44。闭合构件40在背离阀座一侧具有一个轴颈45,该轴颈与挺杆36同轴地以较大径向间隙地嵌入挺杆中。
此外在阀箱31中装有一个螺旋压缩弹簧形式的回位弹簧47,其一方面预压作用在阀座件22上,另一方面预压作用在闭合构件40上。在回位弹簧47的作用下,闭合构件40、挺杆36和衔铁19力连接地相互支撑。如图1所示,支座型阀41处于其打开位置,其中闭合构件40通过挺杆36使衔铁顶靠在阀罩18上。
阀10的电部件14主要包围从阀单元12伸出的阀体16及阀罩18和衔铁19。电部件14由一个线圈49和一个电绕组50组成,电绕组50由一个导磁壳体51及磁轭环盘52包围。阀体16同时也是阀10的磁极铁心与电部件14相连接。
阀10可以通过为其电绕组50通电从而对衔铁19产生一个磁力作用而致动。磁力使衔铁19相对阀体16运动。衔铁的运动通过挺杆36传递给闭合构件40。由此支座型阀41可从图示的打开位置转为球形部件44啮合在阀座42上的闭合位置,或者通过电流控制可移到任意的中间位置。在支座型阀43打开时,阀单元12的流入孔24与流出孔25相通。液体可以从流入孔24经过阀座件22的纵向孔27、阀座42、阀箱31、过滤套筒32、套筒28的孔29流到流出孔25。阀罩18通过挺杆36的通道37与充满液体的阀箱31处于液体连通中。
在制动系统第一次充液体时,阀罩18中会存在空气。空气以下述方式被挤出阀罩18:在从闭合位置打开的支座型阀41中,从阀座42流出的液流进入阀座42对面的阀箱31的变窄部分38中,再从这里经过至少一条通道37和衔铁19的至少一个槽20到达阀罩22中。在这里液体将存在的空气挤出,然后通过另一条通道37进入阀箱31中,液气混合物从该阀箱31通过流出孔25排出阀10。
Claims (6)
1、电磁阀(10),尤其用于汽车液压制动系统,具有一个阀体(16)、一个与阀体(16)连接的阀罩(18)、一个纵向可移动地装在阀罩(18)中的衔铁(19)、在阀体(16)中的一个纵向孔(17)和一个可在纵向孔(17)中纵向移动的挺杆(36),该挺杆用于将衔铁运动传递给在一个背离阀罩的阀箱(31)中的一个支座型阀(41)的一个闭合构件(40),从支座型阀(41)的一个阀座(42)流出的液体可以输入到该阀箱并通过挺杆(36)的至少一条通道(37)导入阀罩(18)中,其特征在于,挺杆(36)在阀体(16)的纵向孔(17)的整个长度上以很小的径向间隙导向并在外侧具有至少两个相互分开的通道(37),它们沿着挺杆(36)从阀箱(31)一直延伸到阀罩(18)。

6.根据权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,闭合构件(40)以一个与挺杆(36)同轴的轴颈(45)以较大的径向间隙装在挺杆(36)中。
