背景技术

具体实施方式
图1示出了在一设备(没有详细示出)中被转动地夹持的一挤压出的塑料管的一管段2的插座区域1的一正视图。以一已知方式将管段2挤压成为带有一波纹外壁3和一光滑内壁4的一双壁管。管段2具有在挤压期间成形的一插座区域1,该插座区域有一扩大的直径和用一环形或锥形段5连接于被结合的管壁。

直接布置在异形挤压模7的前方的是加热装置11的石英辐射器10,该辐射器与异形挤压模可一起运动,用于使设置有一挤压出的增强层的插座区域增塑或稍许熔化。非接触作用的加热装置11还能够具有热空气喷嘴或类似结构,用于加热该管段。但是红外线辐射是较佳的。加热装置11较佳地固定于外形挤压头或挤压器8,使异形挤压模7的运动与加热装置11的一对应的运动相关联,始终加热挤压模前方的管壁段。按照图1,石英辐射器10固定于一加热装置架21,该加热装置架自身又固定于挤压器或它的挤压头。
布置在异形挤压模7后方的是一成形辊12,用该辊使挤压出的层校准和光滑。如图1所示,成形辊12装在支承框架20上和能够通过一调节装置沿径向对着管段或支承心轴6放置。在所示的实施例中,成形辊12位于一可枢转杆22上,该枢转杆围绕一轴线装在支承框架20上,该轴线平行于管子的纵向,装在支承框架20上的一加压缸可使该枢转杆22枢转。
另外,支承框架20设置有用于从外部辐射地冷却挤压出的塑料的一冷却装置24。一冷空气风扇25以一有利的方式直接在成形辊12之外将冷空气吹到增强的插座区域。
图3示出了通过带有一波纹外壁和一光滑内壁的一双壁塑料管的插座区域的一剖面图,已以上述方式将一增强塑料层15挤压在插座区域1和过渡区域5上。
还能以这样一方式实施本发明的方法,即仅将对应于内管4的直径的保持心轴6的外段13插入设有制取一插座区域的管段内,然后将插座挤压在带有过渡段14的心轴6上,从而将插座结合到管段2。
图4示出了通过带一波纹外壁和一光滑内壁的一双壁塑料管的端部的一剖面图。该管终止在外壁被熔化至内壁的一区域。被挤压在这端段26上的是插座16,该插座最初呈锥形向外扩展,从而连接于一圆筒形段。插座16的壁厚显著大于塑料管的外壁和内壁的壁厚。
图5示出了另一可能的插座形状。三壁塑料管具有由一波纹壁相互连接的一光滑外壁和一光滑内壁。挤压在外壁的外侧上的是插座16,该插座从超过最初被挤压出的、没有一插座的管子的端部的表面延伸。在上述方式中,利用转动方法将插座完全地、直接地挤压在从管子突出的心轴上。在这情况下,同样能够制取带有显著大于管子的外壁或内壁的壁厚的一壁厚的插座16。
图6和7示出了位于一单壁波纹管的端部的增强插座。按照图6,能够将一增强塑料层挤压在单壁波纹管的成形插座上。按照图7,还能够将一插座挤压在最初制造的、没有一插座的管子的端部上。

Claims (22)

1.一种在由热塑性材料制造的一挤压出的塑料管,较佳地是一波纹管上制取一增强插座用的方法,其中所述管子在诸带有插座的预定段长度处被挤压,该插座的壁厚在所述管子的壁厚范围内,以及其中将带有端部插座的管段与所述管子分开,
其特征在于:将至少一增强塑料层(15)挤压在各管段(2)的插座区域(1)上。
2.按照权利要求1的方法,其特征在于:各管段(2)被支承呈可围绕它的纵向轴线转动和被旋转运动,以及,在所述管段旋转时通过一挤压器的一模头(7)挤压出所述至少一层塑料(15)。
3.按照权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于:所述塑料层通过一异形挤压模(7)以一根绳(9)形状施加,该塑料绳的宽度或厚度是所述插座的长度的一部分,其特征在于:以这样一方式沿着所述管段的纵向使所述异形挤压模(7)和/或所述转动的管段(2)移动,即以一螺旋形状在其上挤压出所述塑料绳和以一圈位于另一圈的顶部上的许多圈方式形成所述增强的塑料层。
4.按照权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于:通过一平板模挤压出所述至少一层塑料(15),该平板模的挤压狭槽对应于所述插座的长度。
5.按照权利要求1至4的任一项的方法,其特征在于:将所述塑料层和/或诸圈施加在一层或一层位于另一层的顶部上的多层内。
6.按照权利要求1至5的任一项的方法,其特征在于:在挤压出所述塑料层(15)之前加热所述插座区域(1)。
7.按照权利要求6的方法,其特征在于:通过辐射,尤其是通过在所述挤压模(7)的前方的至少一石英辐射器(11)所进行的红外线辐射加热所述插座区域(1)。
8.按照权利要求6的方法,其特征在于:通过在所述挤压模(7)的前方吹热空气加热所述插座区域(1)。
9.按照权利要求1至8的任一项的方法,其特征在于:由一成形辊(12)校准所述挤压出的塑料层和/或使其光滑。
10.按照以上权利要求的任一项的方法,其特征在于:将一可转动的支承心轴至少插入设置有一插座的所述管段的端部。
11.按照权利要求10的方法,其特征在于:控制所述支承心轴的温度,由此在挤压所述塑料层(15)之前较佳地加热所述支承心轴,在挤压所述塑料层期间将它的温度保持为一预定温度,然后使它冷却。
12.一种在由热塑性材料制造的一挤压出的塑料管,较佳地为一波纹管上制取一增强的插座用的方法,从该管子分出诸有预定长度的管段,
其特征在于:
将至少在其一端要形成一插座(16)的各管段(2)放置在一支承心轴(6)上,心轴的外轮廓与内部插座区域互补,所述管段(2)和所述支承心轴(6)围绕所述管段的纵向轴线转动,将形成所述插座的至少一层塑料(15)挤压在靠近所述管段的所述支承心轴(6)上,并将该层塑料结合至所述管段的所述端部。
13.按照权利要求10的方法,其特征在于:以与按照权利要求2至11的所述插座增强的相同方式在所述管段上形成所述插座。
14.一种在由热塑性材料制成的一挤压出的塑料管上制取一增强插座的,尤其是用于实施按照上述权利要求的任一项的方法用的设备,它包括用于围绕它的纵向轴线转动地支承所述塑料管的一支承结构(6,20),带有指向所述塑料管的表面的一异形挤压模(7)的一挤压器(8),以及相对于所述异形挤压模(7)、围绕所述管的纵向轴线制取所述塑料管(2)的转动用的一回转传动装置,由此设置所述异形挤压模(7)和/或异形挤压模可移动,使在所述塑料管相对于所述异形挤压模(7)转动时可以将所述插座挤压在所述塑料管(2)上。
15.按照前一项权利要求的设备,其特征在于:设置一可转动地被支承的支承心轴(6),在该心轴上可以放置所述塑料管的至少一端,由此相对于所述支承心轴(6)的表面设置所述异形挤压模(7),使为了形成插座在所述支承心轴和所述塑料管转动时可以将至少一层塑料直接挤压在所述支承心轴(6)上和/或位于所述支承心轴上的所述管段的外表面上,尤其在所述塑料管(2)的预成形的插座段上。
16.按照前一项权利要求的设备,其特征在于:提供用于调节在所述异形挤压模与所述塑料管和/或所述支承心轴(6)的所述外表面之间的距离的一间距装置(17)。
17.按照以上权利要求的任一项的设备,其特征在于:提供用于在所述塑料管(2)与所述异形挤压模(7)之间沿着所述塑料管的纵向的一轴向运动的一轴向运动装置(18),由此较佳地设置用于控制所述管与所述异形挤压模之间的轴向运动和旋转运动的一控制装置,使所述异形挤压模执行围绕所述塑料管和/或所述支承心轴的一螺旋线运动。
18.按照以上权利要求的任一项的设备,其特征在于:设置一温度控制装置,用于控制所述支承心轴(6)的温度,由此所述温度控制装置包括一加热装置和一冷却装置。
19.按照以上权利要求的任一项的设备,其特征在于:设置一加热装置,用于加热所述塑料管的其中将要挤压所述插座的区域,由此较佳地将所述加热装置(11)设置在所述管的转动方向中的所述异形挤压模(7)的紧接的前方。
20.按照以上权利要求的任一项的设备,其特征在于:较佳地在所述塑料管的转动方向中直接在所述异形挤压模(7)之后设置一成形辊(12),用于校准用于形成所述插座而挤压出的所述塑料层和/或使该层光滑。
21.按照以上权利要求的任一项的设备,其特征在于:设置一冷却装置(19),尤其是一冷却风扇,用于从外部冷却挤压出的塑料层。
22.按照以上权利要求的任一项的设备,其特征在于:设置一管子夹持装置(27),用于在插入和/或取出所述支承心轴(6)时夹持和沿轴向固定所述塑料管。
