发明背景
超声波清洁是工业中熟知的清洁方法。例如,超声波清洁用于清洁浸入清洁溶液如氟代烃的共沸混合物期间或之后的电子元件。超声波清洁也已在很小的程度上在家庭范围内用于口腔卫生中,如用于超声波牙刷。
家用的用于从居室表面,包括硬质表面和纤维质表面除去除污垢渍和污垢的超声波清洁装置,公开于1999年11月16日提交的美国临时申请序列号60/165,758和2000年11月15日提交的国际申请PCT/US00/31431和1999年11月16日提交的美国申请序列号09/831,783中,所有这些文件均引入本文以供参考。与超声波能量结合使用可提供令人惊讶和出乎意料的优异清洁效果的清洁成分和组合物也已被公开。这些超声波清洁装置为消费者提供了从各种居室物品上除去除污垢垢和污渍的改进的方法,所述居室物品包括,但不限于,纤维质表面如衣物、家具保护织物和其它织物,以及地毯和硬质表面。

因此,本发明涉及提供具有改进的清洁效果的增强型超声波清洁产品和方法。
在一个实施方案中,本发明涉及包括清洁组合物和用于将超声波能量赋予待清洁表面的超声波生成源的超声波清洁产品。清洁组合物包括清洁组分和溶解气体源。
在另一个实施方案中,本发明涉及从需要清洁的表面上除去除污垢垢的多种方法。该些方法包括将包括清洁组分和溶解气体源的清洁组合物应用到需要清洁的表面,和用超声波能量源接触该表面。
在另一个实施方案中,本发明涉及包括清洁组分和溶解气体源的超声波清洁组合物。
本发明的产品、方法和组合物提供改进的清洁效果。不受理论的限制,据信清洁组合物中的溶解气体增强了超声波清洁过程中由超声波能量应用产生的空穴效果,从而增强了去除污垢和污渍的能力。根据下面的发明详述,这些和其它的目标及优点将会变得更加显而易见。

发明详述
本发明涉及超声波清洁产品和从待清洁表面上除去除污垢垢的方法。所述产品和方法提供改进的清洁性能和/或改进的清洁效率。
本文所用短语“超声波”清洁指使用超声波的清洁方法或设备,所述超声波,即,频率超过听觉范围的纵波,其中这些波的频率变化范围在约10kHz至10MHz之间。
超声波清洁产品可以用于硬质居室表面和纤维质表面。“纤维质表面”包括任何织物表面,如衣服,包括但不限于,衬衫、裤子、女装、裙子、罩衫、手套、帽子和鞋子,家具保护织物,如家具和汽车座、亚麻布、窗帘、纬幔、地毯、小地毯、挂毯、衬垫、擦拭物等。“纤维质表面”可以由,例如,天然纤维如棉、毛或丝;人造纤维,如聚酯、人造丝或涤纶;或天然和人造纤维的共混物,如涤棉布共混物构成。“硬质居室表面”包括居室环境内传统上被认为是无生命的硬质表面的任何表面,如餐具、板、玻璃、刀具、炊事用具,并且也包括其它表面如厨房柜台表面、洗碗池、玻璃、窗户、搪瓷表面、金属表面、瓷砖、浴缸、墙壁、天花板、地板等。的确,使用如本发明所述的产品显著改善了各种表面上的居室污垢的去除,居室污垢是指例如由食物、草屑、油脂物质或身体污垢造成的污垢。
如本领域所知,超声波超声触头通过在各种陶瓷材料(也称作压电结晶物质或PZT)应用电压来产生超声波。该电压作为交流电以所需的振动频率使用并引起陶瓷材料的运动。陶瓷材料连接至转换器上,所述转换器典型地包括转化部件和放大陶瓷材料运动的角突部件。角突包括顶端,本文称作超声触头顶端,用于与污面接触。陶瓷材料、转化器和包括顶端的角突的集合在本发明中通常称为超声触头。这些元件典型地用超声触头罩覆盖。
不受理论的限制,据信超声波能量通过激发空穴和生成热来增强清洁效果。空穴是液体研究中详细描述的一种现象。它是微气泡的重复形成和内爆,其引起液体中的高压冲击波并局部生成极高的温度。热还可以通过由陶瓷材料、转化器、角突、待清洁表面、污垢和液体清洁组合物吸收声能来生成。该吸收还可以定义为内部摩擦,并同时在上述不同物质的界面发生生成热的摩擦。不受理论的限制,据信超声波能量通过空穴作用和热改善了污垢的再水合和软化并由此使其易于清洁。据信,经由如上所述的冲击波的产生,通过增加清洁溶液向污垢中的渗透率可以做到这一点。这些冲击波,局部结合热,断开了污垢与基质之间的粘合键。摩擦热和空穴热还可以活化具体的化学物质(例如,热活化的漂白剂)且因此显著改善清洁效果。
使用本超声波产品和方法可以除去除污垢垢和污渍,而无需手动或宏观使用额外的力,无需擦拭、挤压或其它在被污染的物质或表面上引起磨损和撕裂的操作。这样做的话,使用者无需施加这种手工能量便可除去除污垢垢或污渍,由此增加了使用者的方便性。本说明书和权利要求通篇参考的污垢或污面涉及和包括污垢、污面、污渍、脏污的表面、和/或待清洁的表面。
如本发明所述的超声波清洁产品包括清洁组合物和超声波生成源,即,适于将超声波能量赋予待清洁表面的超声触头。超声触头以超声波频率振动。典型地,该超声触头适合以约10kHz至约100kHz的频率振动。在更具体的实施方案中,超声触头适合以约25kHz至约50kHz,且更具体地讲,约30kHz至约50kHz的频率振动。超声触头振动的振幅典型地在约1微米至约100微米的范围内,更具体地讲,在约10微米至约50微米的范围内,且还更具体地讲在约20微米至约30微米的范围内。较高值的振幅适用于使较结实的基质,例如,硬质表面、地毯、鞋子、沙发等获得良好清洁,同时在这些范围的较低端的振幅优选用于更易损的基质,包括衣物织物如粗斜棉布、人造丝等。同样地,更困难或深层的污垢可以使用较高振幅来清洁,同时较浅的或表面的污垢可以使用较低振幅来清洁。
附图1显示了可用于如本发明所述的超声波清洁产品中的超声波生成源的透视图。如附图1所示,手持式清洁装置100包括外壳102和外壳的外表面上的手柄104。在一个优选的实施方案中,手柄104与外壳102整体模压于外壳上部,并具有一个使消费者易于抓握的手柄和运输超声波清洁装置的构型。外壳可由任何适用的材料制成,在一个具体的实施方案中,外壳由模压塑料制成。超声波清洁装置包括与内置于外壳102内的电源(未显示)连接的超声触头106。为便于提供的装置重量轻,内置于外壳102中的电源可包括一个电子升压变压器。适合长度的缆线108连接超声触头106和电源。在一个优选实施方案中,缆线108包括双芯缆线,不仅将超声触头与电源进行电气连接,而且将超声触头与内置于外壳102中的一个或多个超声波清洁组合物贮液器用流体通道连接。面板110备有窗口112,便于允许使用者监控贮液器中清洁组合物的含量。优选地,贮液器可再填充或包括可替换小筒,可通过面板110获取所提供的贮液器。便利地,面板110备有手柄114,这有利于移动或打开面板110进入清洁组合物贮液器,如图1所示。
可再填充的贮液器的一种实施方案如附图2所示。包括外壳102的超声波清洁装置100具有空腔或凹槽120,用于容纳清洁组合物的可再填充贮液器122。如附图2所示,贮液器122的顶面包括图1所示的具有窗口112和手柄114的面板110。贮液器122可以从图2中所示的垂直位置旋转并嵌入凹槽120以便面板110与外壳102的相邻外表面平齐。嵌入凹槽120之后,贮液器与缆线108保持流体通道,以将清洁组合物供应到超声触头106。
如附图1所示,超声波清洁装置的外壳102优选包括当超声波清洁装置处于未使用状态时适合容纳超声触头的贮藏器130。附图1中的虚线表示容纳在贮藏器130内的超声触头。为了易于在其中容纳超声触头,同时防止运输超声清洁装置过程中超声触头从容器中意外移动,贮藏器130的尺寸优选稍大于超声触头的尺寸。
附图1和2图示说明了用于将超声能量赋予待清洁表面的超声波生成源的具体实施方案。然而,本领域普通技术人员应当理解,本发明的产品和方法也可以采用其它不同的超声波生成源实施方案。
本发明的超声波清洁产品包括与清洁组合物结合的超声波生成源。清洁组合物包括清洁组分和溶解气体源。已惊人地发现,在清洁组合物中包含溶解气体源提供了改进的清洁性能和/或改进的清洁效率,即,使传统上难以除去的污垢更易于除去,污垢可被更快地除去,和/或使用给定的能量输入可除去更多的污垢。不受理论的限制,据信清洁组合物中的溶解气体增强了使用清洁组合物进行超声清洁的过程中的上述空穴效果,由此增强了污垢和污渍的去除效果。
清洁组合物适合地包括足量的溶解气体源以改善应用了超声波且还应用了清洁组合物的待清洁表面的超声波清洁效果,与没有清洁组合物存在时应用到待清洁表面的超声波的清洁效果相比尤其如此。在一种实施方案中,清洁组合物包括按重量计约0.01%至约10%,更具体地讲按重量计约0.1%至约5%的基于清洁组合物重量的溶解气体源。
不受理论的约束,用于清洁组合物中的溶解气体源的化学组成并不是特别重要,因为据信溶解气体可增强上述超声波清洁体系中的空穴的物理现象。溶解气体在清洁组合物和使用清洁组合物的超声波清洁过程中可能是化学惰性的。在适当的实施方案中,溶解气体可以包括,但不限于,空气、二氧化碳、氮气、氧气、氦气,或它们的混合物。在更具体的实施方案中,溶解气体包括二氧化碳。本领域技术人员可以理解,这种溶解气体源可以多种形式提供。例如,二氧化碳可以通过使用充了碳酸气的水载体,其中,可以通过包括二氧化碳源,例如碳酸氢盐化合物或类似物来提供于清洁组合物中。可供选择地,溶解气体源可通过将气体组分与液体组合物结合来提供,所述气体组分为例如二氧化碳、氮气、或类似物,并且在增强的压力下,即,大于大气压的压力下包装组合物。清洁组合物中用于提供溶解气体的其它方法和形式将很变得显而易见并且在本发明的范围内。
为了获得清洁组合物中溶解气体源的改进的有益效果,为维持组合物中的溶解气体源而控制清洁组合物的参数是重要的。因此,根据气体的类型和清洁组合物的其它组分、组合物的物理形式、和/或组合物的包装,调节组合物的pH可能是必须的。因此,在一种实施方案中,清洁组合物的pH为约3至约9,更优选为约4至约7。当通过包含碳酸钠或碳酸氢钠的清洁组合物提供二氧化碳源时,清洁组合物的pH优选保持大于约4.5,更优选大于约5。在其它实施方案中,例如,其中清洁组合物加压包装,二氧化碳作为溶解气体提供,清洁组合物的pH优选小于约5.5,更优选小于约5,和甚至更优选小于约4.5。清洁组合物的pH以本领域熟知的方式使用适合的缓冲剂调节。
在一种实施方案中,当清洁组合物呈液体形式时,优选以便于维持组合物中的溶解气体的方式包装清洁组合物。因此,液体形式的清洁组合物适合加压包装,例如以大于大气压的压力,更具体地讲大于约2巴,甚至更具体地讲约2巴至约5巴的压力包装。
本发明的产品和方法中采用的清洁组合物还包括至少一种附加的清洁组分。所述至少一种附加的清洁组分可以包括任何本领域已知的常规清洁或洗涤组分,或它们的混合物。例如,清洁组合物可以包括一种或多种漂白剂、漂白活化剂、漂白促进剂、表面活性剂、酶、酶稳定剂、助洗剂、碱度来源、着色剂、香料、抗菌剂、抗微生物剂、分散剂、聚合物染料转移抑制剂、晶体生长抑制剂、光漂白剂、重金属离子螯合剂、抗晦暗剂、抗氧化剂、抗再沉淀剂、污垢释放聚合物、电解质、pH改性剂、增稠剂、研磨剂、金属离子盐、腐蚀抑制剂、泡沫稳定剂或抑制剂、加工助剂、织物软化剂、荧光增白剂、水溶助长剂等,以及它们的混合物。
清洁组分可以足够的量使用以提供预期的功能效果。在一种实施方案中,清洁组合物包括按重量计约0.0001%至约40%,更优选按重量计约0.1%至约20%,甚至更优选按重量计约0.5%至约10%的基于清洁组合物重量的清洁组合物。与该实施方案一致的组合物将典型地包括大多数含水的或非水的载体或溶剂。在另一个实施方案中,清洁组合物包括按重量计约50%至约99.99%,更优选按重量计约80%至约99.99%的基于清洁组合物重量的清洁组分。与该实施方案一致的组合物将典型地不包括或仅包括微量的含水的和/或非水的载体或溶剂。
下面包括适合用作清洁组分的组分的各种非限制性实施例。

本发明的清洁组合物优选包括按重量计约0.01%至约55%,更具体地讲约0.1%至约45%,更具体地讲约0.25%至约30%,且甚至更具体地讲约0.5%至约20%的表面活性剂。适合的表面活性剂包括下列。
(1)阴离子表面活性剂:可用于本发明的阴离子表面活性剂的非限制性实施例包括式CH3(CH2)x(CHOSO3 -M+)CH3和CH3(CH2)y(CHOSO3 -M+)CH2CH3的常规的C11-C18烷基苯磺酸盐(“LAS”)和伯、支链和任意的C10-C20烷基硫酸盐(“AS”),C10-C18仲(2,3)烷基硫酸盐,其中x和y是至少约7,优选至少约9的整数,M是水溶性阳离子,特别是钠,不饱和的硫酸盐如油基硫酸盐,C10-C18α-磺酸盐脂肪酸酯,C10-C18硫酸化烷基多苷,C10-C18烷基烷氧基硫酸酯(“AExS”;特别是EO 1-7乙氧基硫酸酯),和C10-C18烷基烷氧基羧酸酯(特别是EO 1-5乙氧基碳酸酯)。也可使用C10-C20常规肥皂。如果需要高起泡,则可使用支链C10-C16。其它常规有用的阴离子表面活性剂和辅助表面活性剂列于标准文本中,并且是洗涤剂领域已知的且适用于本发明。
(2)非离子表面活性剂:可用于本发明的非离子表面活性剂的非限制性实施例包括烷氧基化的醇(AE)和烷基酚,多羟基脂肪酸酰胺(PFAA),其典型的实施例包括C12-C18和C12-C14N-甲基葡糖胺,参见美国专利5,194,639和5,298,636,N-烷氧基多羟基脂肪酸酰胺,参见美国专利5,489,393,烷基多糖如公开于1986年1月21日公布的Llenado的美国专利4,565,647中的那些,烷基多苷(APG),C10-C18甘油醚,烷基酚的聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚丁烯氧化物的缩合物等。通常,优选漂白稳定的非离子表面活性剂。当存在时,这些非离子表面活性剂典型地以占组合物约0.1%至约50%,更具体地讲约0.1%至约15%的含量被包括。非离子助表面活性剂可以是低浊点非离子表面活性剂、高浊点非离子表面活性剂或它们的混合物。
(3)阳离子表面活性剂:可用于本发明的阳离子表面活性剂的非限制性实施例典型地以按重量计为约0.1%至约50%的含量,包括胆碱酯型季铵盐类化合物和烷氧基化的季铵盐(AQA)表面活性剂化合物等。最优选用于本发明含水液体组合物的是不会轻易地在产品中水解的可溶解的阳离子表面活性剂。优选是水可分散的阳离子胆碱酯型季铵盐表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂包括至少一个酯(即,-COO-)链和至少一个带正电荷的基团,并公开于美国专利4,228,042、4,239,660和4,260,529中。适合的烷氧基化的季铵盐(AQA)表面活性剂化合物公开于由宝洁公司于1979年5月30日公布的欧洲专利2,084中。用于制备清洁组合物的阳离子表面活性剂的含量典型地按重量计在约0.1%至约5%,优选为约0.45%至约2.5%的范围内变化。
(4)其它表面活性剂:两性的或两性离子清洁表面活性剂,当存在时,通常其含量按清洁组合物重量计在约0.1%至约20%的范围内是有用的。含量经常被限制为约5%或更少,特别是当两性表面活性剂较昂贵时更是如此。适合的两性表面活性剂包括,但不限于,式RR′R″N→O的胺氧化物,其中R是包含6至24个碳原子,优选10至18个碳原子的伯烷基,并且其中R′和R″各自独立地是包含1至6个碳原子的烷基。式中的箭头是半极性键的常规表示。氧化胺典型地以按清洁组合物重量计约0.1%至约20%,更具体地讲约0.1%至约15%,甚至还更具体地讲约0.5%至约10%的量使用。
适合的两性离子表面活性剂包括甜菜碱和甜菜碱样的表面活性剂,其中该分子既包含碱性基团也包含酸性基团,形成在很宽的pH值范围内给出兼有阳离子和阴离子亲水基的分子的内盐。它的一些普通的实施例描述于美国专利2,082,275、2,702,279和2,255,082中。典型地既包含季铵基又包含选自磺酸根和羧酸酯基的阴离子基的两性离子是可取的,因为它们在很宽的pH范围内维持其两性的特征。
酶-尽管在本发明的一个方面,组合物基本上不含酶,但在本发明的另一方面,掺入酶仍属于本发明的范围。适合的酶包括选自下列的酶:纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、过氧化物酶、蛋白酶、葡萄糖淀粉酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、角质酶、果胶酶、木聚糖酶、还原酶、氧化酶、酚氧化酶、脂氧合酶、木素酶、支链淀粉酶、鞣酸酶、戊聚糖酶、甘露聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、阿拉伯糖酶或它们的混合物。在一种实施方案中,使用常规可应用的酶如蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、角质酶和/或纤维素酶的混合物。酶可以悬浮液、“药丸”或“颗粒”的形式掺入本发明的洗涤剂组合物。其它适合类型的酶包括非离子表面活性剂中的浆液形式的酶,例如,由Novo Nordisk以商品名“SL”出售的酶或由Novo Nordisk以商品名“LDP”出售的装入微胶囊的酶。如果使用,则酶通常以每克组合物足以提供按重量计达约10mg,更典型地约0.01mg至约5mg活性酶的含量掺入本发明的非水液体组合物。换句话说,本发明的非水液体洗涤剂组合物典型地包括按重量计约0.001%至5%,优选约0.01%至1%的市售酶制剂。
酶稳定体系-本发明包含酶的组合物还可以任选地包括按重量计约0.001%至约10%,优选约0.005%至约8%,最优选约0.01%至约6%的酶稳定体系。该酶稳定体系可以是任何与去除污垢酶相容的稳定体系。该体系可以由其它制剂活性物自身提供,或被单独地添加,例如,通过配制人员或通过加工准洗涤剂酶提供。这种稳定体系例如可以包括钙离子、硼酸、丙二醇、短链羧酸、取代硼酸,以及它们的混合物,并根据清洁组合物的类型和物理形式来设计解决不同的稳定问题。
香料-可用于本发明组合物和方法的香料和香料成分包括各种天然的和合成的化学成分,包括,但不限于醛、酮、酯等。还包括各种天然提取物和精油,其包括各成分的复杂混合物,如桔油、柠檬油、玫瑰提取物、熏衣草、麝香植物、绿叶刺蕊草、凤仙花精油、檀木油、松油、雪松等。最终的香料可以包括该些成分的极其复杂的混合物。最终的香料典型地包括按重量计约0.01%至约2%的清洁组合物,和单个的香料成分可以包括最终香料组合物的约0.0001%至约90%。
分散剂聚合物-本发明的清洁组合物还可以包含分散剂聚合物。当存在时,分散剂聚合物的含量按组合物的重量计典型地在0至约25%,具体地讲约0.5%至约20%,更具体地讲约1%至约8%的范围内。尤其优选的是抑制碳酸钙或硅酸镁在餐具上沉积的聚合物。适用于本发明的分散剂聚合物还使用成膜聚合物进一步举例说明,所述成膜聚合物描述于美国专利4,379,080(Murphy),公布于1983年4月5日。适合的聚合物优选是至少部分地被中和的或多元羧酸的碱金属、铵或取代的铵(例如,一-,二-或三乙醇铵)盐。其它适合的分散剂聚合物包括公开于美国专利3,308,067、4,530,766、3,723,322、3,929,107、3,803,285、3,629,121、4,141,841、和5,084,535;欧洲专利66,915中的那些。也可使用分子量为约3,000至约100,000,优选约1,000至约20,000,丙烯酰胺含量按分散剂聚合物重量计少于约50%,优选少于约20%的丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸酯的共聚物。其它可用于本发明的分散剂聚合物包括分子量为约950至约30,000的聚乙二醇和聚丙二醇、纤维素硫酸酯、和聚天冬氨酸。
漂白剂和漂白活化剂-本发明的清洁组合物优选包含漂白剂和/或漂白活化剂。当存在时,漂白剂的含量典型地占清洁组合物的约1%至约30%,更典型地约5%至约20%,特别是当用于织物清洁时。如果存在,漂白活化剂的量典型地占清洁组合物的约0.1%至约60%,更典型地约0.5%至约40%。
用于本发明的漂白剂可以是任何现在已知的或正在为人们所熟悉的适用于纺织品清洁、硬质表面清洁或其它清洁目的的洗涤剂组合物的漂白剂。其包括氧漂白剂以及其它漂白剂。包括过碳酸盐漂白剂和过硼酸盐漂白剂的过氧漂白剂,例如,过硼酸钠(例如,一或四水合物),和过氧化氢可用于本发明。还适合的是有机或无机过酸。可用于本发明的适合的有机或无机过酸包括:过羧酸和其盐;过碳酸和其盐;过亚氨酸和其盐;过氧单硫酸和其盐;过硫酸盐如单过硫酸盐;过氧酸如二过氧十二二羧酸(DPDA);过邻苯二甲酸镁;过月桂酸;邻苯二甲酰氨基过氧己酸(PAP);过安息香酸和烷基过安息香酸;以及它们的混合物。尽管不是优选的,但可供选择地,漂白剂可以是氯漂白剂。氯漂白剂可以是任何便利的常规氯漂白剂。这种化合物经常被分为两类,即,无机氯漂白剂和有机氯漂白剂。
适合的有机过羧酸和过氧羧酸漂白剂公开于1984年11月20日公布的Hartman的美国专利4,483,781,1985年2月20日公布的Burns等人的美国专利4,634,551,Banks等人的欧洲专利申请0,133,354,1983年11月1日公布的Chung等人的美国专利4,412,934,和1987年1月6日公布的Burns等人的美国专利4,634,551。适合的过酸化合物描述于美国专利5,487,818、5,310,934、5,246,620、5,279,757和5,132,431中。
过氧化氢尤其适合用作本发明清洁组合物中的漂白剂。典型地,过氧化氢源可以按清洁组合物重量计约0.05%至约15%,更具体地讲约0.1%至约4%,更具体地讲约0.3%至约3%,且更具体地讲约0.5%至约3%的量使用。
漂白活化剂-可用于本发明的漂白活化剂包括酰胺、酰亚胺、酯和酸酐。通常存在至少一个取代的或未取代的酰基部分,其共价地与离去基团连接如结构R-C(O)-L。在使用的一种优选的方式中,在一个单独的产品中,漂白活化剂与过氧化氢源,如过硼酸盐或过碳酸盐结合。便利的是,单独产品导致水溶液(即,在洗涤过程中)中相应于漂白活化剂的过羧酸就地生成。产品本身可以是含水的,例如粉末,前提条条件是水在量和流动性方面是受控的,以便获得可接受的贮存稳定性。可供选择地,产品可以是无水固体或液体。关于上述漂白活化剂结构RC(O)L,离去基团中连接形成过酸的酰基部分R(C)O-的原子最典型地是O或N。漂白活化剂可以是具有无电荷、正电荷或负电荷的形成过酸的部分和/或无电荷、正电荷或负电荷的离去基团。可以存在一种或多种形成过酸的部分或离去基团。参见,例如,美国专利5,595,967、美国专利5,561,235、美国专利5,560,862,或美国专利5,534,179的双(过氧碳酸)。也可以使用适合的漂白活性剂的混合物。漂白活性剂可以用供电子的或释放电子的部分取代,在离去基团中或在形成过酸的一个部分或多个部分中,改变其反应和使其更匹配或更不匹配特定的pH或洗涤条件。适合的漂白活化剂和适合的离去基团,以及如何确定适合的活化剂的广泛的和详细的公开内容见美国专利5,686,014,5,622,646,美国专利5,503,639,美国专利4,966,723,美国专利4,915,854,美国专利4,751,015;美国专利4,545,784和4,397,757,欧洲专利申请284292,欧洲专利申请331,229,欧洲专利申请303,520,欧洲专利申请458,396和欧洲专利申请464,880。
漂白稳定剂-本发明组合物还可以包含漂白稳定体系。如果存在,漂白稳定剂典型地以占洗涤剂组合物约0.0005%至约20%,更典型地约0.001%至约10%,甚至更优选约0.01至约5%的含量存在,其中所述稳定剂选自螯合剂、助洗剂和缓冲剂。适合的漂白稳定剂包括“1,2-乙二胺”-四乙酸(EDTA)、硼酸盐缓冲剂、含磷缓冲剂、环己烷-1,2-二氨基四亚甲基膦酸缓冲剂以及它们的混合物。其它漂白稳定剂是专利领域熟知的并举例于国际专利93/13012、美国专利4,363,699、美国专利5,759,440和美国专利4,783,278中。
在一个具体的实施方案中,本发明的清洁组合物包括作为漂白组分的过氧化氢源。在另一实施方案中,过氧化氢漂白剂包括稳定剂,所述稳定剂可与过氧化氢漂白组分一起提供或作为单独的漂白稳定剂组分提供。优选的漂白稳定剂是乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA),并且以按清洁组合物重量计少于约0.1%,更具体地讲少于约0.05%的量使用。
助洗剂-助洗剂可通过各种机理起作用,所述机理包括通过离子交换与硬离子形成可溶解的或不溶解的络合物,和通过为硬离子沉淀提供比待清洁物品表面更有利的表面。根据最终用途和根据其它组分和组合物的物理形式,助洗剂含量可以大不相同。例如,高表面活性剂制剂可以是未复配的。清洁组合物可任选地包括按重量计至少约0.1%,优选约1%至约90%,更优选约5%至约80%,甚至更优选约10%至约40%的洗涤助洗剂。然而,不排除助洗剂的更低或更高含量。
适合的助洗剂包括,但不限于,磷酸盐和聚磷酸盐,特别是钠盐;碳酸盐,碳酸氢盐,倍半碳酸盐和碳酸盐矿物,除了碳酸钠或倍半碳酸钠;有机一-、二-、三-、和四羧酸盐,包括柠檬酸盐,特别是酸,钠、钾或链烷醇铵盐形式的水溶性非表面活性剂羧酸盐,以及包括脂族和芳族类型的低聚的或水溶性低分子量聚合物羧酸盐;植酸;硅铝酸盐和硅酸盐,包括沸石如沸石A、沸石P(B)、沸石X和沸石MAP;和天然的和合成的矿物助洗剂。它们可以用硼酸盐补充,例如用于pH缓冲目的,或用硫酸盐,特别是硫酸钠和任何其它填充剂或载体,其对稳定的表面活性剂和/或包含助洗剂的洗涤剂组合物的工程学是重要的。
可以使用助洗剂混合物(有时称为“助洗剂体系”),并且典型地包括两种或多种常规助洗剂,可任选的补充螯合剂、pH缓冲剂或填充剂,尽管当描述本文物质的量时,这些后面的物质通常单独计算。根据本颗粒组合物中的表面活性剂和助洗剂的相对量,优选的助洗剂体系典型地以表面活性剂与助洗剂的重量比率为约60∶1至约1∶80配制。
聚合去除污垢剂-如本发明所述的组合物可任选地包括一种或多种去除污垢剂。聚合去除污垢剂的特征在于其兼有亲水部分和疏水部分,所述亲水部分使疏水纤维如聚酯和尼龙的表面亲水,所述疏水部分通过洗涤循环的完成沉积在疏水的纤维上并在其上保持粘附并作为亲水的部分的锚定剂。这使得在后来的洗涤过程中,更易于洗净在使用去除污垢剂处理后存在的污迹。如果使用,则去除污垢剂通常包括按重量计约0.01%至约10%,优选约0.1%至约5%,更优选约0.2%至约3%的组合物。所有包括在本文中以供参考的下列文件描述了适用于本发明的去除污垢聚合物:1997年11月25日公布的Gosselink等人的美国专利5,691,298;1997年2月4日公布的Pan等人的美国专利5,599,782;1995年5月16日公布的Gosselink等人的美国专利5,415,807;1993年1月26日公布的Morrall等人的美国专利5,182,043;1990年9月11日公布的Gosselink等人的美国专利4,956,447;1990年12月11日公布的Maldonado等人的美国专利4,976,879;1990年11月6日公布的Scheibel等人的美国专利4,968,451;1990年5月15日公布的Borcher,Sr.等人的美国专利4,925,577;1989年8月29日公布的Gosselink的美国专利4,861,512;1989年10月31日公布的Maldonado等人的美国专利4,877,896;1987年10月27日公布的Gosselink等人的美国专利4,702,857;1987年12月8日公布的Gosselink等人的美国专利4,711,730;1988年1月26日公布的Gosselink的美国专利4,721,580;1976年12月28日公布的Nicol等人的美国专利4,000,093;1976年5月25日公布的Hayes的美国专利3,959,230;1975年7月8日公布的Basadur的美国专利3,893,929;和Kud等人于1987年4月22日公布的欧洲专利申请0 219 048。
粘土污垢去除剂/抗再沉淀剂-本发明组合物还可任选地包含典型地以按重量计约0.01%至约10.0%,更具体地讲约0.01%至约5%的量的粘土污垢去除剂和抗再沉淀剂,例如,水溶性乙氧基化的胺。
增白剂-本领域已知的任何荧光增白剂或其它增白或漂白剂都可以典型地以按重量计约0.01%至约1.2%的含量掺入该清洁组合物。适合的荧光增白剂包括,但不限于,二苯乙烯、吡唑啉、香豆素、羧酸、甲川菁、二苯并噻吩-5,5-二氧化物、吡咯、5和6元杂环、和其它混杂试剂的衍生物。这类增白剂的实例公开于《荧光增白剂的生产和应用》(TheProduction and Application of Fluorescent Brightening Agents),M.Zahradnik,John Wiley & Sons,New York(1982)出版。
染料转移抑制剂-本发明的清洁组合物还可以包括一种或多种在清洁过程中有效抑制染料从一种织物转移到另一种织物上的物质。通常,这种染料转移抑制剂包括聚乙烯吡咯烷酮聚合物、聚胺N-氧化物聚合物、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和N-乙烯基咪唑的共聚物、酞菁锰、过氧化物酶,以及它们的混合物。如果使用,这些试剂典型地包括按组合物重量计约0.01%至约10%,优选约0.01%至约5%,和更优选约0.05%至约2%。
泡沫稳定剂和抑制剂-用于稳定泡沫的化合物或用于减少或抑制泡沫形成的化合物可以掺入本发明的清洁组合物中。这两种化合物均是已知的。
在优选的实施方案中,组合物包括泡沫抑制剂。各种泡沫抑制剂是本领域技术人员熟知的并且可以被使用。参见,例如,Kirk OthmerEncyclopedia of Chemical Technology,第三版,第7卷,第430-447页(John Wiley & Sons,Inc.,1979)。适合的泡沫抑制剂包括一元脂肪酸和其可溶解的盐,高分子量烃如石蜡,脂肪酸酯(例如,脂肪酸甘油三酯),一价醇的脂肪酸酯,脂族C18-C40酮(例如,硬脂酮)等,N-烷基化的氨基三嗪,氧化丙烯,和单硬脂酰磷酸盐如单硬脂酰醇磷酸酯和单硬脂酰二碱金属(例如,K、Na和Li)磷酸盐和磷酸酯,和仲醇(例如,2-烷基链烷醇)和该醇与硅氧烷油的混合物。非表面活性剂泡沫抑制剂的另一优选的类别包括硅氧烷泡沫抑制剂,包括聚有机硅氧烷油,如聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚有机硅氧烷油或树脂的分散物或乳液,和聚有机硅氧烷与氧化硅颗粒的组合物,其中聚有机硅氧烷化学吸附或稠合到氧化硅上。硅氧烷泡沫抑制剂是本领域熟知的并且例如公开于1981年5月5日公布的Gandolfo等人的美国专利4,265,779中。还参见1990年12月18日公布的Starch的美国专利4,978,471,和1991年1月8日公布的Starch的4,983,316,1994年2月22日公布的Huber等人的5,288,431,和Aizawa等人的美国专利4,639,489和4,749,740的第一栏第46行至第四栏第35行。
本文组合物可以包括按重量计0%至约10%,更具体地讲0%至约5%,且更具体地讲约0.5%至约3%的泡沫抑制剂。
抗菌剂和抗微生物剂-抗菌剂是杀死细菌或阻止或抑制其生长的化合物或物质,抗微生物剂是杀死微生物或阻止或抑制其生长和繁殖的化合物或物质。适当地选择的试剂在使用和储存条件(pH,温度,光亮等)下保持所需时间长度的稳定性。这种试剂的期望性质是它们在处理、配制和使用时安全无毒、环境友好和高性价比的。抗菌剂和抗微生物剂的种类包括,但不限于,氯酚、醛、双胍、抗生素和生物活性盐。一些优选的抗微生物剂是溴代硝基丙二醇、冠脉扩张药、TRICLOSAN、合克替啶和对氯间二甲苯酚(PCMX)。
抗菌剂和/或抗微生物剂,当使用时,以杀死细菌的有效量使用,更优选以按组合物重量计约0.01%至约10.0%,更优选约0.1%至约8.0%,甚至更优选约0.5%至约2.0%的量使用。
如上所述,清洁组合物可以包括一种或多种清洁组分,所述清洁组分包括,但不限于,碱度来源、着色剂、晶体生长抑制剂、光漂白剂、重金属离子螯合剂、抗晦暗剂、抗氧化剂、电解质、pH改性剂、增稠剂、研磨剂、金属离子盐、腐蚀抑制剂、加工助剂、织物软化剂、水溶助长剂等,以及它们的混合物。这些组分用于各种洗涤剂组合物是熟知的,并且可以以本发明清洁组合物中的类似方式使用。
清洁组合物可以包括任何物理形式包括颗粒、粉末、片剂、凝胶、液体或类似物。在其中清洁组合物是粉末、颗粒或片剂形式的实施方案中,设想该组合物将被转化为凝胶或液体形式以与超声波生成源结合使用。因此,液体组合物可以包括一种或多种液体载体,并且非液体组合物可能适合于用一种或多种液体载体溶解和分散。液体载体可以作为清洁组合物组分的溶剂,和/或作为清洁组合物在其中分散而不是溶解的载体。如下文所用的术语“载体”用于包括液体介质,清洁组合物被溶解和/或分散在其中。
合适载体包括水,其可单独使用或与有机载体结合使用。在一种实施方案中,清洁组合物可以包括按重量计约10%至约99%,更具体地讲按重量计约50%至约98%,且更具体地讲按重量计约80%至约98%的水。在另一种实施方案中,载体可以包含少量的水或不含水,即,少于约5%,且更优选少于约1%的水,由此清洁组合物是基本非水的。
适用于本发明清洁组合物的载体还包括有机载体如低链醇,即,甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、丁醇,或它们的混合物,和乙二醇醚。乙二醇醚是本领域熟知的并且包括,但不限于,甲氧基丙氧基丙醇、乙氧基丙氧基丙醇、丙氧基丙氧基丙醇、丁氧基丙氧基丙醇、丁氧基丙醇,以及它们的混合物。这些有机载体可以任何适用于提供期望的液体形式和效果的量使用。典型地,有机载体以按清洁组合物重量计约0至约50%,更具体地讲按重量计约0.1%至约25%,和更具体地讲按重量计约0.5%至约10%的量使用。在一种实施方案中,乙二醇醚,或它们的混合物,以较低但有效的量使用,例如以按清洁组合物的重量计约0.1%至约5%的量使用。
如本发明所述的从需要清洁的表面上去除污垢的方法包括将本文所述的清洁组合物应用到需要清洁的表面上,并且用超声波能量源接触该表面,所述组合物包括清洁组分和溶解气体源。具体地讲,超声波能量被定向到需要清洁的并且在其上应用清洁组合物的表面区域。清洁组合物可以通过喷雾,或靠近超声触头顶端的出口应用。例如,当使用如图1和2所述的超声波能量源时,其中,清洁组合物的贮液器与超声触头保持流体相通,该超声触头可以被设计为同时将清洁组合物和超声能量应用到需要清洁的表面区域。
实施例
下列实施例说明了如本发明所述的超声波清洁产品。除非另外指明,整个实施例和说明书剩余部分中的份数和百分比都按重量计。
制备如表1所述的清洁组合物A-D。

每种组合物中加入痕量的50%NaOH以提供约9的pH。对于每个组合物,所有成分混合在一起,200ml所得溶液置于金属贮液器内。组合物A和B置于4.5巴的N2压力下(Equipment Comes Gaser-ShakerType GS-91/95-E)。组合物C和D置于2.72巴的CO2压力下(EquipmentComes Gaser-Shaker Type GS-91/95-E)。每种组合物以本文的超声波清洁方法使用,其中一部分组合物被应用到待清洁表面,且超声波能量也被应用到该表面。观察到了清洁速度的增加,特别在象在意大利面酱类的顽固食物污渍上的清洁速度。

Claims (10)
1.超声波清洁产品,其包括:
(a)清洁组合物,其包括清洁组分和溶解气体源;和
(b)超声波生成源,其用于将超声波能量赋予待清洁表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的超声波清洁产品,其中所述清洁组合物包括按重量计约0.0001%至约40%,更优选按重量计约1%至约20%的基于所述清洁组合物重量的所述清洁组分。
3.如权利要求1所述的超声波清洁产品,其中所述清洁组合物包括按重量计约50%至约99.99%,更优选按重量计约80%至约99.99%的基于所述清洁组合物重量的所述清洁组分。
4.如权利要求1所述的超声波清洁产品,其中所述清洁组合物包括按重量计约0.01%至约10%,更优选按重量计约0.1%至约5%的基于所述清洁组合物重量的所述溶解气体源,优选地,其中所述溶解气体源包括碳酸氢盐化合物。
5.如权利要求4所述的超声波清洁产品,其中所述溶解气体包括空气、二氧化碳、氮气、氧气、氦气、或它们的混合物,更优选包括二氧化碳或氮气。
6.如权利要求1所述的超声波清洁产品,其中所述清洁组合物的pH为约3至约9,更优选约4至约7。
7.如权利要求1所述的超声波清洁产品,其中所述清洁组分包括漂白剂,优选其中所述清洁组合物还包括按重量计约0.05%至约15%的过氧化氢源。
8.如权利要求1所述的超声波清洁产品,其中所述超声波能量的频率为约10kHz至约100kHz。
9.如权利要求1所述的超声波清洁产品,其中所述超声波能量的振幅为约1微米至约100微米。
10.使用如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁产品从需要清洁的表面去除污垢的方法,所述方法包括(a)将包括所述清洁组分和所述溶解气体源的所述清洁组合物应用到需要清洁的表面,和(b)用超声波能量源接触所述表面。
