Abstract
本发明涉及一种用以对齐许多叠放成一摞的纸张(04)的至少前边缘的装置和方法,同时保持诸纸张(04)的顺序,其具有一支承台(16),在其一侧设有一前边缘挡块用以对齐纸张(04)的前边缘。其中在支承台(16)的前面设有一支承板,其上可以放置前边缘未对齐的成摞纸张(04)。装置中设有一纸张进给器(02),借其可从支承板上取下纸张(04)以形成下面搭叠的搭叠流,其中在纸张进给器(02)的后方设有一翻转装置(06),借其可将搭叠流翻转成使每一纸张(04)在其前边缘的区域内是可自由接近的。在翻转装置(06)的后方设有一输送装置(17),借其可将纸张(04)向支承台(16)的前边缘挡块的方向输送而形成一新的纸摞,并在那里对齐其前边缘。
Description
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1、8或10前序部分所述的用以对齐叠放成一摞的纸张的方法和装置。
将装置例如用于(但决不只是用于)沿至少一个边缘以足够的精度相叠对齐印刷的纸张,从而随后可将该叠纸沿边缘切齐。对于有些印刷产品,例如设有记录编号的有价证券,在纸张印刷以后要求保持这些纸张在一摞中的顺序。
DE 68 09 156 U描述了一种装置,用以制造有序的一摞薄平的邮件,其中使不规律到达的邮件搭叠(geschuppt)并码放在一摞上。
DE-PS 12 32 986公开了一种用于折叠的纸摞的堆叠装置。其中搭叠的纸摞借助于带式输送系统绕一滚筒导向和翻转。随后将纸摞沿着挡块对齐并堆叠。
EP 0 173 959 A1披露了一种纸张处理机,它从第一摞的下面输给纸张。处理后借助于带式输送系统将未搭叠的纸张向一存放处输送并利用一抽吸输送带码放在第二摞的上面。
由EP 06 14 840 A1已知一种装置,其构成一振动台的型式。在该振动台中设有一支承台,其中在至少两个支承台的邻近的侧面设有侧面的挡块,可以使其接触纸张的侧边缘。为了对齐成一摞设置的纸张将纸摞放在支承台上并随后将支承台向两挡块的方向倾斜到使纸张的侧边缘依靠重力接触挡块。然后使振动台处于振动状态,以便由此松动纸摞并且可以使各个纸张相互相对进行对齐运动。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种用以对齐叠放成一摞的纸张的装置和方法。
该目的按照本发明通过权利要求1、8或10的特征来达到。
利用本发明可得到的优点特别在于:前边缘未对齐的纸摞不是直接放在支承台上,而是放在一前置的支承板上。其中在装置中设有一纸张进给器,其逐个取下放在支承板上的纸张并在形成下面搭叠的搭叠流(Schuppenstrom)的情况下继续输送。在这个下面搭叠的搭叠流中,每一纸张的前边缘总是位于紧接的前面的纸张的下面。结果即使是在逐个分开时也不会改变纸张的顺序。在纸张进给器的后方,装置中设有一翻转装置,借其使搭叠流翻转。通过搭叠流的翻转使每一纸张在其前边缘的区域内是可自由接近的。为了真正对齐各个纸张,还在翻转装置的后方设置一输送装置,借其将诸纸张逐个输送到支承台的前边缘挡块。通过纸张的前边缘支承在前边缘挡块上而达到要求的诸纸张对齐,并同时形成一新的纸摞,其全部总是贴紧前边缘挡块。由于诸纸张在向前边缘挡块的对齐运动的过程中分别放在新形成的纸摞的上面,对齐运动不受其他的纸张的重量阻碍。但同时保持纸张在纸摞中的顺序,而不同于例如反复堆叠的情况。在原来的纸摞的全部纸张已完全通过以后,在支承台上形成新的前边缘对齐的纸摞,其中原来最上面的纸张完全位于新纸摞的下面。
本发明的一个实施例示于附图中,以下更详细地加以描述。其中:

为了构成一装置01,可以采用已知的纸张进给器02。在纸张进给器02中设有一图1中隐藏看不见的支承板,其上可以放置叠放成一摞的纸张04,例如包括有价证券和记录编号的印刷的纸张。借助于一可移动的抽吸装置03将纸张04以已知的方式和方法逐个从纸摞上取下并向翻转装置06的方向继续输送,形成下面搭叠的搭叠流,在该搭叠流中纸张04以其前边缘总是位于前面的纸张04的下面。
在纸张进给器02与翻转装置06之间设有一侧面吸引测标(Seitenziehmarke)07,沿其在侧面对齐搭叠流的各个纸张04的右边的侧边缘。
其中在纸张进给器02中的抽吸带08的输送速度高于在翻转装置06中的抽吸带09的输送速度,从而导致降低在侧面吸引测标07上对齐诸纸张04以后搭叠流的输送速度。借此扩大了各个纸张04之间在搭叠流中的搭接并且搭叠流由此较缓慢地继续输送,从而侧面已对齐的纸张的材料运行将更为平稳。在操作台11上可以输入装置01用的控制指令并显示不同的工作状态。
在翻转装置06的入口,如图2中所示。纸张04被吸入抽吸带09与环绕的导向带12之间并翻转150°-210°,而向辊13如一抽吸辊13的方向继续输送。抽吸辊13向运动箭头14的方向转动,从而在入口处下面搭叠的搭叠流的纸张04翻转成使纸张04在翻转装置06的出口处在其前边缘的区域内总是可自由接近的,到这里每一纸张04的后边缘在搭叠流中位于相应后续的纸张04的下面。
在翻转装置06的出口的后方设有一支承台16,在其后端设有一图2中隐藏看不见的前边缘挡块。借助于用作为输送装置17的具有两个可旋转驱动的抽吸体18如抽吸辊18的抽吸体装置17,可以在纸张的前边缘的区域内依次吸附搭叠流的各个纸张04,并将其向隐藏看不见的前边缘挡块方向输送。通过装置01的连续操作在支承台16上形成一新的叠摞设置的纸张04,其前边缘和侧边缘总是对齐的。为了使由抽吸体装置17作用在新纸摞的纸张04上的重力不阻碍前边缘的对齐,可以利用一未示出的传感器测量新纸摞的高度并根据该测量值垂直调整抽吸体装置17。借此使抽吸辊18以其圆围总是位于新纸摞的上面的高度,并因而并不压在总是应对齐的最上面的纸张04上。
装置01例如可如下操作:
在由装置01抽出例如一百张纸04以后,对于一规定的时间关闭装置01,从而中断纸张的运行。然后通过翻转装置06将分别集中于一搭叠流中的纸张04向支承台16的方向输送并在那里堆叠而形成一新的纸摞。一旦搭叠流的全部纸张04在前边缘测标上对齐,则相应的纸摞由支承台16向一后置的装置(未示出)继续输送,该装置例如用于纸张04的边缘的切齐。
在全部的过程中从第一摞中取下的纸张的前端指向输送方向,亦即纸张的前端相对于输送方向在堆叠的情况下也是前置的。
对于钞票印刷,装置01中设置一照像系统,借其可以观测各个纸张04的记录编号。
图3中示出具有环绕的导向带12和抽吸辊13的翻转装置06的从下面看去的透视图。可以看出,导向带12沿翻转装置06的出口由抽吸箱22导向,并从而在翻转装置06的出口处以抽吸带12的方式操作。由此确保在翻转装置06的出口处吸附纸张04并按这种方式固定其位置。

Claims (16)
1.一种用以对齐许多叠放成一摞的纸张(04)的至少前边缘的装置,同时保持各纸张(04)的顺序,此装置具有一支承台(16),在其一侧设有一前边缘挡块用以对齐纸张(04)的前边缘,在支承台(16)的前面设有一支承板,其上放置前边缘未对齐的成摞纸张(04),并且,装置(01)中设有一纸张进给器(02),通过所述纸张进给器从支承板上取下纸张(04),形成下面搭叠的搭叠流,其中,在纸张进给器(02)的后方设有一翻转装置(06),通过所述翻转装置将搭叠流翻转,使得每一纸张(04)在其前边缘的区域内是可自由接近的,并且,在翻转装置(06)的后方设有一输送装置(17),通过所述输送装置将纸张(04)向支承台(16)的前边缘挡块的方向输送,而形成一新的纸摞,并在那里对齐其前边缘。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,装置(01)中设有一侧面吸引测标(07),靠着它可在侧面对齐搭叠流中的各纸张(04)的一个侧边缘。
3.按照权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,侧面吸引测标(07)设置在纸张进给器(02)与翻转装置(06)之间。
4.按照权利要求2或3所述的装置,其特征在于,在靠着侧面吸引测标(07)对齐侧边缘以后,降低纸张(04)的输送速度以扩大各纸张(04)在搭叠流中的搭接。
5.按照权利要求1至4之一项所述的装置,其特征在于,在翻转装置(06)中设有一辊(13),可使搭叠流的纸张(04)接触所述辊的圆周并且可通过辊(13)的旋转驱动使之翻转。
6.按照权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,在翻转装置中设有一导向带(12),借其可将纸张(04)至少部分地压紧到辊(13)的圆周上。
7.按照权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,导向带(12)至少在翻转装置(06)的出口处构成为抽吸带(12)。
8.用于对齐纸张的方法,有以下步骤:
-将纸张(04)逐个从一摞的上面取下和分离,并且形成一搭叠流;
-将该搭叠流翻转,从而纸张(04)的上面处于下面;
-将各纸张沿一前边缘挡块对齐,并紧接着形成一新的叠摞,其中各纸张从上面放置在该叠摞上。
9.按照权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,将各纸张(04)在一单独的辊(13)上导向以便翻转150°-210°。
10.一种用以借助于至少一个具有一抽吸体(18)的输送装置(17)输送纸张(04)的装置(01),其特征在于,抽吸体(18)设置在一由许多纸张(04)组成的叠摞的上方,并且在抽吸体(18)与该叠摞之间可将搭叠的纸张(04)输送给叠摞,并且抽吸体装置(17)是可以垂直移动地安装的。
11.按照上述权利要求之一项所述的装置,其特征在于,输送装置(17)的输送速度是可改变的,特别是可调的或可控的。
12.按照上述权利要求之一项所述的装置,其特征在于,输送装置(17)构成为抽吸体装置(17)的型式,其抽吸体(18)在可自由接近的前边缘的区域内吸附搭叠流的纸张(04),并通过相应的驱动向着前边缘挡块的方向输送。
13.按照权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,抽吸体(18)构成为可旋转驱动的抽吸辊(18)的型式。
14.按照上述要求之一项所述的装置,其特征在于,抽吸体装置(17)是可垂直移动地安装的。
15.按照权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,抽吸体装置(17)是弹性安装的。
16.按照权利要求14或15所述的装置,其特征在于,抽吸体装置(17)的垂直位置可以根据新形成的纸张(04)叠摞的高度进行改变。
