技术领域
本发明涉及将鞋帮与鞋底相连用的共挤出粘剂薄膜。
背景技术
在装配鞋子时,最后是将鞋底连接到鞋帮。经常不例外的是使用胶粘剂,在高档鞋中,鞋帮经常是直接或通过一个中间结构与鞋底连接在一起。除了粘合外,将鞋底和鞋帮封接在一起。

鞋底与鞋帮粘附在一起后,鞋底和鞋帮之间的胶粘结合必需达到或超过SATRA(制鞋联盟贸易研究协会(Shoe & Allied Trade Research Association))公布的关于鞋底粘附用的胶粘剂的标准,尤其是SATRA TM409:鞋子成品中鞋底粘合的耐热性/热时效;SATRA TM92:鞋子的抗挠曲性;SATRA TM411:鞋子的剥离强度。

将热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(如IrogranCA116 Huntsman)以约0.0005英寸-0.005英寸的厚度与厚度约为0.0005英寸-0.005英寸的酸酐改性的乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(如Bynel3800系列,尤其是BynelE418,或FusabondC系列,尤其是MC 190D,Dupont)层压成为共挤出物。然后将此共挤出物层压到未模制的涂有乙烯乙酸乙烯酯基胶粘剂的乙烯共聚物基平板上,方法是将此共挤出物面对乙烯乙酸乙烯平板酯在60-1000psi的压力下通过压辊,压辊的温度高于乙烯共聚物基胶粘剂的活化温度。
如此领域已知的那样,随后切出该饼,然后按照现有技术进行模压,形成具有上表面的鞋底,该上表面上结合有胶粘剂共挤出物。
参考图1,以10表示鞋底,其中包括鞋底材料12、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体14和酸酐改性的乙烯乙酸乙烯酯16。
无需进一步的处理步骤,鞋底就可与鞋帮进行结合。
尽管已经就具体的热塑性聚氨酯胶粘剂和乙烯共聚物基胶粘剂进行了描述,但其它合适的胶粘剂还包括热塑性聚氨酯混合物和聚酯或聚胺。
胶粘剂包括以下挤出物的组合:酸酐或酸改性的乙烯乙酸乙烯酯/热塑性聚氨酯;酸改性的乙酸丙烯酯/热塑性聚氨酯或丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯;丙烯酸或酸改性的乙酸酯/热塑性聚氨酯;丙烯酸或酸改性的丙烯酸/聚酯;酸或酸酸酐改性的聚烯烃/热塑性聚氨酯或丙烯酸酯改性的聚氨酯或酸酸或酸酐改性的聚烯烃或酸酸或酸酐改性的丙烯酸/热塑性聚氨酯或丙烯酸酯改性的聚氨酯;乙烯共聚物/热塑性聚氨酯。
具体说,以下鞋底材料/内部胶粘剂/外部胶粘剂的组合被认为适合本发明的目的,所有的鞋底都是模压成形的:
鞋底材料       内部胶粘剂           外部胶粘剂              鞋帮
Phylon或EVA    酸或酸酐改性的EVA    热塑性聚氨酯            皮革
Phylon或EVA    酸或酸酐改性的丙     烯热塑性聚氨酯或        皮革
               酸酯                 聚氨酯丙烯酸酯
EPDM聚合物     酸或酸酐改性的聚     烯热塑性聚氨酯或        皮革或织物
或共聚物       烃                   聚氨酯丙烯酸酯
天然橡胶或SBR  酸或酸酐改性的聚     烯热塑性聚氨酯、        皮革或织物
               烃                   聚氨酯丙烯酸酯或聚酯
以上描述限制于本发明一个具体的实施方案。然而显然,在了解本发明的一些或所有优点之后,可对本发明进行变化或修改。因此,所附权利要求书的目的是覆盖属于本发明真实精神和范围内的所有变化和修改。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于形成鞋子用鞋底的平板材料,其特征在于,所述材料包括:
具有上表面的未模制的鞋底材料;
与鞋底材料的上表面邻接的内部乙烯共聚物基胶粘剂;
与内部胶粘剂邻接的外部热塑性聚氨酯基胶粘剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的平板材料,其特征在于,所述内部胶粘剂选自酸改性的乙酸丙烯酯、丙烯酸或酸改性的乙酸酯、丙烯酸或酸改性的丙烯酸、酸或酸酐改性的聚烯烃以及乙烯共聚物。
3.如权利要求2所述的平板材料,其特征在于,所述外部胶粘剂选自热塑性聚氨酯、丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯、丙烯酸酯改性的聚氨酯、聚酯和聚胺。
4.如权利要求3所述的平板材料,其特征在于,所述未模制的鞋底材料选自乙烯共聚物、Phylon、EVA、EDPM共聚物或天然橡胶和合成橡胶的共聚物。
5.如权利要求4所述的平板材料,其特征在于,所述内部和外部胶粘剂的厚度均在约0.0005-0.005英寸的范围内。
6.如权利要求5所述的平板材料,其特征在于,所述鞋底材料的厚度约为0.125-4.0英寸。
7.如权利要求1所述的平板材料,其特征在于,当所述外部胶粘剂键合到鞋帮时,形成的胶粘结合达到或超过SATRA标准TM409、TM92和TM411。
8.制造用于鞋底制造的未模制的平板的方法,其特征在于,所述平板具有上表面,所述上表面包括:
与外部热塑性聚氨酯基胶粘剂邻接的内部乙烯共聚物;
将内部胶粘剂施加在上表面上。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述内部胶粘剂选自酸改性的乙酸丙烯酯、丙烯酸或酸改性的乙酸酯、丙烯酸或酸改性的丙烯酸、酸或酸酐改性的聚烯烃以及乙烯共聚物。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述外部胶粘剂选自热塑性聚氨酯、丙烯酸改性的聚氨酯、丙烯酸酯改性的聚氨酯、聚酯和聚胺。
11.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述相接包括共挤压形成层压物。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述施加包括层压法。
