背景技术
热熔胶胶膜是一种带离型纸或不带离型纸的膜类产品,可以方便地进行连续或间歇操作,可广泛用于各类织物、纸张、高分子材料及金属粘合,现有的防水热熔胶膜用于绝缘地板的由于长期的弱电和潮湿环境,对热熔胶膜的粘接性要求较高,同时防水和绝缘性不满足长期使用的需求。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种绝缘地板用防水热熔胶膜及其制备方法。
本发明提出的一种绝缘地板用防水热熔胶膜,包括TPU防水透湿膜、丙烯酸乳液气泡颗粒和胶合板热熔胶膜,所述TPU防水透湿膜的层数为四层,且四层TPU防水透湿膜对称分布在胶合板热熔胶膜的两侧外壁上,所述胶合板热熔胶膜和TPU防水透湿膜的相对一侧内壁之间与两层TPU防水透湿膜的相对一侧内壁之间均设置有气泡,且丙烯酸乳液气泡颗粒均匀填充在气泡的内部,所述胶合板热熔胶膜为聚氨酯热熔胶膜,且胶合板热熔胶膜由聚氨酯树脂、萜烯树脂、石油树脂、微晶蜡、领苯二甲酸二丁酯、碳酸钙、BHT和叔丁基过氧化-2丁基乙基碳酸酯制成,所述TPU防水透湿膜由二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯和扩链剂反应得到的刚性嵌段以及二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯和大分子多元醇反应得到的柔性链段交替构成。
优选地,所述聚氨酯树脂为主体树脂,萜烯树脂和石油树脂均为增粘树脂,微晶蜡为粘度调节剂,领苯二甲酸二丁酯为增塑剂,碳酸钙为填料,BHT为增塑剂,叔丁基过氧化-2丁基乙基碳酸酯为主交联剂。
优选地,所述聚氨酯树脂、萜烯树脂、石油树脂、微晶蜡、领苯二甲酸二丁酯、碳酸钙、BHT和叔丁基过氧化-2丁基乙基碳酸酯的质量百分比分别为30-35%、6-15%、10-20%、3-8%、1-4%、25-35%、0.5-2%和0-1%。

S1:按上述的原材料按照质量百分比称量后送入高速混合机中,加温后搅拌;
S2:将步骤S1中搅拌后的原材料送入热熔胶机中制得热熔胶熔融液;
S3:将步骤S2中制得的热熔胶熔融液放入挤出涂布机制成胶合板热熔胶膜;
S4:通过二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和扩链剂反应得到的刚性嵌段以及二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和大分子多元醇反应得到的柔性链段交替制成TPU防水透湿膜,依据两侧各两层TPU防水透湿膜复合胶合板热熔胶膜;
S5:在S4中膜与膜之间夹层进行气泡注塑,同时在气泡内填充上丙烯酸乳液,形成丙烯酸乳液气泡颗粒,在高温中会破裂散落至夹层之间,形成成品膜;
S6:将S5中的成品膜整合切边后包装。
本发明中的有益效果为:通过设置有TPU防水透湿膜和胶合板热熔胶膜之间形成夹层式结构,同时内部设置的丙烯酸乳胶气泡颗粒在高温和溶胀时,会形成一个绝缘隔热的夹层,在传统的热熔胶膜的基础上提升了防水性和绝缘隔热性,整体的生产过程中原料比例合理,粘接工艺简单,综合性能优良,符合批量生产要求。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1,一种绝缘地板用防水热熔胶膜,包括TPU防水透湿膜、丙烯酸乳液气泡颗粒和胶合板热熔胶膜,TPU防水透湿膜的层数为四层,且四层TPU防水透湿膜对称分布在胶合板热熔胶膜的两侧外壁上,胶合板热熔胶膜和TPU防水透湿膜的相对一侧内壁之间与两层TPU防水透湿膜的相对一侧内壁之间均设置有气泡,且丙烯酸乳液气泡颗粒均匀填充在气泡的内部,丙烯酸乳液气泡颗粒为有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液在热熔胶膜下形成的颗粒物,有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液为有机硅化合物与丙烯酸酯的乳液聚合物,胶合板热熔胶膜为聚氨酯热熔胶膜,且胶合板热熔胶膜由聚氨酯树脂、萜烯树脂、石油树脂、微晶蜡、领苯二甲酸二丁酯、碳酸钙、BHT和叔丁基过氧化-2丁基乙基碳酸酯制成,TPU防水透湿膜由二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯和扩链剂反应得到的刚性嵌段以及二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯和大分子多元醇反应得到的柔性链段交替构成,聚氨酯树脂为主体树脂,萜烯树脂和石油树脂均为增粘树脂,微晶蜡为粘度调节剂,领苯二甲酸二丁酯为增塑剂,碳酸钙为填料,BHT为增塑剂,叔丁基过氧化-2丁基乙基碳酸酯为主交联剂,聚氨酯树脂、萜烯树脂、石油树脂、微晶蜡、领苯二甲酸二丁酯、碳酸钙、BHT和叔丁基过氧化-2丁基乙基碳酸酯的质量百分比分别为30-35%、6-15%、10-20%、3-8%、1-4%、25-35%、0.5-2%和0-1%。
参照图2,一种绝缘地板用防水热熔胶膜的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:按上述的原材料按照质量百分比称量后送入高速混合机中,加温后搅拌;
S2:将步骤S1中搅拌后的原材料送入热熔胶机中制得热熔胶熔融液;
S3:将步骤S2中制得的热熔胶熔融液放入挤出涂布机制成胶合板热熔胶膜;
S4:通过二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和扩链剂反应得到的刚性嵌段以及二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和大分子多元醇反应得到的柔性链段交替制成TPU防水透湿膜,依据两侧各两层TPU防水透湿膜复合胶合板热熔胶膜;
S5:在S4中膜与膜之间夹层进行气泡注塑,同时在气泡内填充上丙烯酸乳液,形成丙烯酸乳液气泡颗粒,在高温中会破裂散落至夹层之间,形成成品膜;
S6:将S5中的成品膜整合切边后包装。

Claims (5)
1.一种绝缘地板用防水热熔胶膜,包括TPU防水透湿膜、丙烯酸乳液气泡颗粒和胶合板热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述TPU防水透湿膜的层数为四层,且四层TPU防水透湿膜对称分布在胶合板热熔胶膜的两侧外壁上,所述胶合板热熔胶膜和TPU防水透湿膜的相对一侧内壁之间与两层TPU防水透湿膜的相对一侧内壁之间均设置有气泡,且丙烯酸乳液气泡颗粒均匀填充在气泡的内部,所述胶合板热熔胶膜为聚氨酯热熔胶膜,且胶合板热熔胶膜由聚氨酯树脂、萜烯树脂、石油树脂、微晶蜡、领苯二甲酸二丁酯、碳酸钙、BHT和叔丁基过氧化-2丁基乙基碳酸酯制成,所述TPU防水透湿膜由二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯和扩链剂反应得到的刚性嵌段以及二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯和大分子多元醇反应得到的柔性链段交替构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝缘地板用防水热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯树脂为主体树脂,萜烯树脂和石油树脂均为增粘树脂,微晶蜡为粘度调节剂,领苯二甲酸二丁酯为增塑剂,碳酸钙为填料,BHT为增塑剂,叔丁基过氧化-2丁基乙基碳酸酯为主交联剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝缘地板用防水热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯树脂、萜烯树脂、石油树脂、微晶蜡、领苯二甲酸二丁酯、碳酸钙、BHT和叔丁基过氧化-2丁基乙基碳酸酯的质量百分比分别为30-35%、6-15%、10-20%、3-8%、1-4%、25-35%、0.5-2%和0-1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝缘地板用防水热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸乳液气泡颗粒为有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液在热熔胶膜下形成的颗粒物,有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液为有机硅化合物与丙烯酸酯的乳液聚合物。
5.一种绝缘地板用防水热熔胶膜的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:按上述的原材料按照质量百分比称量后送入高速混合机中,加温后搅拌;
S2:将步骤S1中搅拌后的原材料送入热熔胶机中制得热熔胶熔融液;
S3:将步骤S2中制得的热熔胶熔融液放入挤出涂布机制成胶合板热熔胶膜;
S4:通过二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和扩链剂反应得到的刚性嵌段以及二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和大分子多元醇反应得到的柔性链段交替制成TPU防水透湿膜,依据两侧各两层TPU防水透湿膜复合胶合板热熔胶膜;
