细波形面条以及用于生产细波形面条的挤压模具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种细波形面条,这种面条通过对它的弯曲被制成波形形状。本发明还涉及一种生产这种细波形面条的挤压模具。以下将使用到的“面条”一词包括通常的细面条和冷面条。
背景技术
在现前的技术中,细波形面条的形成通过两种典型的方法来实现。在一种方法中,波形面条通过在粗细不变的面条上施加一定的机械力而制得,这种粗细不变的面条从挤压机的挤压口被挤成拉长条形状,重复地在全方位推拉它们,以弯曲它们。在另一种方法中,使用一对将平的面片切成长的面条的轧辊,细波形面条通过交替调整这对轧辊的相对转动速度而制得。
然而,由以上传统方法制得的细波形面条却有一些问题。例如:细波形面条有一个波长相对较大的波形外形。即,在这种质量的面条上的产生的弯曲效果很小。因此,在水中不容易变软,而且咀嚼时没有良好的口感。用先前的技术制成的细波形面条,面条在水中的变软和它的口感最终取决于面条的粗细程度。
发明内容
因此纵观以上问题就有了本发明,本发明的一个目的在于提供一种细波形面条,每根面条被弯曲成波形外形的形状,它的波长短而且面条上形成的波峰波谷有低的高度或深度,每根面条上每个波峰和波谷通过连接器相互连接在一起。当每条面条弯成波形的外形,并用以保持这个波形的外形时,面条的整个表面区域增大了,因此可使面条容易在水中变软并改善它的口感。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种用于生产上述细波形面条的挤压模具。
如上所述,本发明提供一种制成与面条实际粗细无关的细波形面条,这种面条有诱人的外形和柔软的质地,并且容易在水中变软和具有很好的口感。
此外,根据本发明,生产这种波形面条的方法在挤压出面条后不需要单独的烘干步骤。即,制作好的面条在室温下自然冷却,只要散去热气就可包装了。结果是,只要简单地将开水浇在面条上,并盖没面条便可快速烹饪。
虽然以上描述了本发明的较佳实施例,可以理解的是,只要不偏离所附权利要求中本发明的范围和实质,本技术领域中普通的技术人员可以作出各种修改、增加和替代。

具体的实施方式
本发明通过用于生产细波形面条的挤压模具3来体现它的特征,挤压模具3上有许多挤压孔4,挤压孔4有一个主挤压孔41和一个连接器挤压孔42。
较佳地,主挤压孔41的直径在0.6毫米到1.0毫米之间。延续主挤压孔41形成的连接器挤压孔42,有一个向着末端变窄的尖角形状。较佳地,连接器挤压孔42的长度L在1毫米到3毫米之间,与主挤压孔41连接的基部的宽度W在0.1毫米到0.3毫米之间。
为了挤压细波形面条,以上所述本发明的挤压模具3安装在一个传统的面条挤压机上(未示出),一个挤压螺杆以每分钟1500转至2000转的转动速度挤压一个发起的小麦面团,较佳地,小麦面团的湿度在40%到60%之间。可以理解的是任何谷物成分都可以混和并揉成面团。
准备好的面团通过主挤压孔41和连接器挤压孔21被挤压,同时被面团与螺杆产生的摩擦热加热。通过主挤压孔41和连接器挤压孔构成的每个挤压孔4,挤压出与连接器2连接的面条1。连接器2的挤压速度比面条1的挤压速度低许多。特别地,位于连接器挤压孔42末端处的连接器2挤压速度比位于与主挤压孔41连接的连接器挤压孔42基部的挤压速度低。结果是,被低速挤压通过接挤器压孔42的连接器2用来在快速挤压通过主挤压孔41的面条1上施加拉力。这样,如图3所示,面条1相对连接器2左右交替地弯曲。由于小麦面团与高速转动的螺杆之间的供热,面团的粘性增强,这样,连接器2可充分和稳定地将拉力作用在面条1上。

1.一种细波形面条,包括:
与连接器相连的面条,每根面条相对每个连接器左右弯曲,形成波形外形。
2.一种用于生产细波形面条的挤压模具,包括:
多个挤压孔,每个挤压孔有一主挤压孔和一连接器挤压孔,连接器挤压孔延续主挤压孔并连接在柱挤压孔的圆周上。
3.如权利要求2所述的挤压模具,其特征在于:
主挤压孔的直径在0.6毫米到1.0毫米之间;连接器挤压孔42有一个向着其末端变窄的尖角形状,长度在1毫米到3毫米之间,与主挤压孔连接的基部的宽度在0.1毫米到0.3毫米之间。
