本发明涉及一种如权利要求1的前序部分所述的机床,尤其用于对至少一个在一个夹具中的工件进行车、铣、钻和磨削加工。
背景技术
在DE 42 36 866 A1中已知有这样一种机床。其中的工件夹持装置组成有两个相互相对配置在一个机床床身前侧的主轴箱,它们分别具有一根工件主轴和用来夹持两个分开的工件或一个位于上述两主轴箱之间的轴类工件的夹紧装置。在床身的前侧安装有一刀架托板,它具有一个平行于工件轴而在Z轴方向移动的水平刀架和一个位于该水平刀架上而能在Y轴方向上运动的垂直刀架。该垂直刀架承载有一个在X方向上运动的顶尖套筒,在它的前侧配置有一个设计为刀具转塔的刀具支座。用这一已知的机床能对要加工的工件除用车刀外也能用钻头或铣刀进行加工。但是该机床并未配备有工件的自动更换功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种本文一开始所述的机床,它在没有附加的操作装置的情况下也能实现工件的自动更换。
这一目的是通过一种具有权利要求1的特征的机床来实现的。而在从属权利要求中则列出了本发明的具有优点的发展形式和实用的结构形式。
根据本发明的机床的特殊优点在于,在十字刀架上移动的工件夹持装置不仅能在加工中使工件运动和定位,还能对其进行运输来实现工件的自动更换。工件因此能在一个夹具中被加工,并在加工之后无需另外的操作装置便能被运输到一个工件更换位置且在该位置上被自动取下。接着便可安装一新的工件并将其运输到加工区进行加工。特别优越的是,通过工件夹持装置的沿十字刀架运动方向的运动,还能进行纵向进给运动和/或横向进给运动。工件以可合乎目的进行旋转的方式安装在工件夹持装置中,且能在需要时经旋转驱动装置,优选地经环形电机来带动旋转。
在一个特别适合的实施例中,机床床身包括有两个相互间隔开的平行侧壁,位于刀具支座之上的带工件夹持装置的两十字刀架被可移动地配置在该两侧壁上。通过这种悬挂式的工件配置方式和配置在底侧的刀具,加工中落下的切屑则可自由地下落,并在下落处被以简单的方式运走。
在加工区中至少有一个刀具支座用于安装一个或多个刀具。优选地提供有多个其形式为刀具转塔或类似形式的刀具支座。在一个优选实施例中,除此之外还安装有一根电机主轴,用于驱动钻头、砂轮或铣刀等工具。特别优越的是,电机主轴能沿导轨面移动,优选地沿垂直于十字刀架的运动轴方向移动。根据另一个实施例,该电机主轴能绕一根垂直于其转动轴的轴摆动。在电机主轴工作范围内可提供一个图中未示出的刀具库,从该刀具库中根据需要取出所需的刀具来。

具体实施方式
在图1-图3中示意画出的用于通过钻、车、磨、铣等来加工工件的机床包括有一床身1,它具有两个相互间隔开的平行侧壁2和3,在这两个侧壁上配置有两个由电机驱动进行移动的十字刀架4和5,它们具有可自动操纵的工件夹持装置6和7,用于可松开地夹持、驱动和移动一个工件8。该机床在两侧壁2和3之间具有一个图1中左侧所示的加工区9和一个在右侧所示的工件更换区10,具有工件夹持装置6和7的两个十字刀架4和5能在所述两个区之间移动。两个十字刀架4和5分别具有一个在两个侧壁2和3上可沿一个第一运动轴(Z轴)移动的纵刀架11和12,以及一个与之垂直的可沿一个第二运动轴(X轴)移动的横刀架13和14,其上配置有工件夹持装置6和7。在所示实施例中,两纵刀架11和12可水平移动,两横刀架13和14可垂直移动。
两个工件夹持装置6和7在所示实施例中分别具有一个配置在两横刀架13和14中的夹紧套筒15,该夹紧套筒比如是由带有一个形式为环形卡盘或类似装置的集成夹紧机构的一根空心轴组成。两个相互同轴的夹紧套筒15被配置成可在横刀架13和14中绕着它们的中轴旋转并能分别通过一个比如设计成环形电机的旋转驱动装置16进行驱动。由此,一个被夹紧在两个工件夹持装置6和7中的工件能够被旋转驱动以实现一种车削加工,或者也可以被定位在一个所需的角度位置上来进行其他的加工。根据被加工工件的形状和尺寸,也可以使用其他的自动操纵的刀具夹持装置。
在机床加工区9中配置有多个刀具支座,它们在所示的实施例中由两个相互间隔开的且围绕一根水平纵轴线17摆动的六角刀架18和19以及一个位于两者之间的用于旋转驱动的刀具,尤其是铣刀、钻头或砂轮的电机主轴20所组成。六角刀架18和19以及电机主轴20配置在横向支座21、22和23上,这些横向支座在十字刀架4和5底下、床身1的两个侧壁之间延伸。在六角刀架18和19上以本身已知的方式配置有多个分布在其周围上的刀具。电机主轴20可在一个垂直于纵刀架和横刀架的运动轴的第三运动轴(Y轴)上移动。为此,电机主轴20被配置在一滑座24上,该滑座24在横向支座22的一侧经由一个图中未画出的驱动装置可在水平导轨25上移动。此外,该电机主轴20安装在滑座24上,使之能绕一根垂直于其旋转动轴的摆动轴26摆动。在电机主轴20的工作范围内可提供一个图中未示出的刀具库,用于储存加工所需的刀具。
在工件更换区10中,在床身1的两侧壁2和3中配置有两个相对置的通孔27,一个设计为输送带的运输装置28穿过所述通孔27。用该运输装置28,则可将待加工工件运输至机床中的一个预定的工件更换位置上,并将已加工好的工件运输至机床外的一个取下位置上。
如图2和图3所示,纵刀架11和12由图中未示出的驱动装置进行驱动可在两侧壁2和3的上侧上的水平导轨29和30上移动。两个结构相同的纵刀架11和12具有一个其俯视图为U形的中央区32和两个侧向的支承区31和33,其中一个支承区31具有一个短于中央区32的长度,而另一个支承区33具有一个长于中央区32的长度。在两个纵刀架11和12的中央区32中,各横刀架13和14由一相应的驱动装置驱动,可分别在垂直导轨34和35上垂直移动。两纵刀架11和12相互相差180°地配置在侧壁2和3上,这样它们部分地可交错移动。两个不同的支承区31和33形成一种稳定的三角支承,这样使得这种节省地方的配置不会对机床的导向情况产生有害影响,而且由此也不会对机床的刚性产生有害的影响。
图4中示出根据本发明的机床的另一实施例。该实施例不同于前述实施例的地方仅仅在于,这里的工件夹持装置和刀具支座是成对存在的。相互对应的部分因此也采用相同的参考标记。在两个纵刀架11和12上配置有两个可垂直移动的横刀架11,它们各具有一个工件夹持装置6。此外,电机主轴20以及图中未示出的六角刀架也分别成双提供。由此可同时加工两个工件。
以下根据图1所示的机床说明在具有自动工件更换的复合加工中的一个加工过程。图中的工件8是一个汽车轴的壳体,该壳体被夹紧在两个工件夹持装置6和7中。为比如对工件8侧向伸出于两工件夹持装置的两端进行车削加工,该工件8通过两个旋转驱动装置16的相应激励绕其纵轴线转动。借助于夹紧在六角刀架中的车刀和两个十字刀架4和5的相应的移动运动,便可实施所需的车削加工。其中的进给运动通过两横刀架13和14来进行,而两个纵刀架11和12则负责工件在纵轴线上的移动运动和纵向进刀。借助于配置在六角刀架之间的电机主轴20,则可实施所要求的钻、铣和磨削加工。其中在X和Z轴方向上的移动运动通过十字刀架4和5来进行,而在Y轴方向上的移动运动则通过滑座24来进行。在加工之后,加工好的工件通过两十字刀架4和5的相应的移动被运输到工件更换区10,并在那里在一个预定的工件更换位置上比如被卸到一个在运输带28上的合适的存放架上。在松开自动操纵的夹紧套筒15之后,两纵刀架11和12只须相互行移开,这样才能将工件释放。被加工好的工件然后便能借助运输带28从工件更换位置卸下并同时将下一个工件搬运到工件更换位置上。两纵刀架然后可以重新相互靠拢以安装新工件。通过两十字刀架的这一重新找准的移动运动,新工件最后便可紧接着被运输到加工区。以这样的方式,便能实现一种具有自动工件更换功能的全自动化复合加工。

Claims (13)

1.一种机床,尤其用于进行车、铣、钻和磨削加工,具有一个床身(1)、至少一个配置在该床身(1)上的刀具支座(18、19、20)和两个配置在床身(1)上的用于在加工中共同夹持一个工件(8)的工件支座,其特征为:所述两工件支座分别设计为具有可自动操纵的工件夹持装置(6、7)的十字刀架(4、5),所述十字刀架可在一个加工区(9)和一个工件更换区(10)之间移动以进行自动工件更换。
2.如权利要求1所述的机床,其特征为:所述两个十字刀架(4、5)具有可在一个第一运动轴(Z轴)方向上移动的纵刀架(11、12),所述纵刀架由电机驱动进行移动,以便可在加工区(9)内移动来实现在加工时的一进给运动并可在工件更换区(10)内共同沿相同的方向移动来将工件运输到一个工件更换位置以及可沿相互相对的方向移动来将已加工好的工件卸下或安装一个新工件。
