借助这项发明的能够清洁地板和提高地板光泽的组合物,现有技术的缺点被克服,上述的目的得以实现。在一个实施方案中,组合物包括按重量计0.1-30%的乙二醇溶剂、0.1-30%的能清洁和提高地板涂层光泽的增塑剂、0.1-30%的非离子型表面活性剂、胺和非必选的水。
在另一个实施方案中,增塑剂是磷酸三(丁氧基乙酯),而乙二醇溶剂是二甘醇一乙基醚。
在优选实施方案中,乙二醇溶剂是二甘醇一丁基醚。
在第三个实施方案中,非离子型表面活性剂是有1到10摩尔乙氧基的C8-C15烃,而胺是二乙醇胺。
在第四个实施方案中,包括有C8-C20烃链的氨基化合物,而且氨基化合物是也被称为古柯酰胺二乙醇胺的油酸二乙醇胺酰胺。
在第五个实施方案中,包括高熔点氧化的聚乙烯蜡。
在第六个实施方案中,组合物包括三乙酸化乙二胺以及着色剂和芳香剂。
优选实施方案的描述
下面的表1在实施例1中举例说明这项发明的优选配方之一以及在实施例2-7中已被用来相对清洁方案验证实施例1的配方的其它相关的配方。本质上大量的清洁剂将涂到干净的白色乙烯基复合砖(“VCT”)——一种有6个涂层、每个涂层0.0003-0.0005英寸厚、并且允许每个涂层干燥1小时的复合砖上。这些砖被干涂的或悬浮在水混合物中的细石墨弄脏。然后,这些配方被稀释,而这些砖瓦通过用稀释溶液覆盖得到清洗。红色垫子与Gardner洗刷器试验装置一起使用,以模拟清洁过程。其它的垫子也可以被使用,包括刷子和海绵。在清洁之前和之后,都用MinoltaCR200色度计读取反射率读数。这台仪器能够发现颜色的细微变化,而且在这种情况下从白色到黑色/灰色。
表1中的配方从实施例3中的碱性清洁剂变化到诸如在实施例5、6、7中举例说明的那些在市场上买得到的一些维护剂。在北美和欧洲使用的实施例2和4也被包括在内。实施例2的产品有许多能在实施例1的产品中找到的相同组分,其主要差别是不包含磷酸三(丁氧基乙酯)(商品名KP-140)。实施例3的清洁剂是用于清洁磨光的和未磨光的地板的标准清洁剂的例子。它由溶剂、表面活性剂和胺/氨组成。实施例4的产品是不仅包含表面活性剂而且包含丙烯酸酯聚合物和高熔点的聚乙烯蜡的传统的地板维护剂。实施例5的产品是不包含磷酸三(丁氧基乙酯)(“KP-140”)但确实作为增塑剂的维护剂的例子。实施例6和7的其它产品展示维护剂的一般类别和它们的清洁性能。当这些产品有多种稀释用途的时候,各种不同的稀释从1∶8延伸到1∶128。只有实施例1和2的产品是具有能够超出传统的稀释范围被稀释并且仍然展现清洁作用的能力的超级浓缩物。
实施例1的产品表现出超过在提高光泽方面有其它的主要利益而且仍然不侵蚀涂层的传统的碱性清洁剂和中性清洁剂的清洁性能。
实施例1的产品是通过边搅拌边将乙二醇醚引入适当的容器制备的。在添加KP-140、Tergitol 15-S-9之后添加古柯酰胺二乙醇胺(the cocamide diethanolamine)。随后,依次添加水、EDTA、芳香剂和染料。相似的程序可以在制备实施例2-14的产品中使用。
在表1中,在例子5和6中所用的X′表示某种组分被包含在它们的配方里面。因为它们是分别购自Spartan Chemical Co.和Level Industries的市售产品,所以这些组分没有数量。所用的每种组分特定的数量没有在标签上指出。

下面的程序是在试验表2的产品时使用的。黑色的VCT地板被剥离和清洁,而且采用下面的步骤。首先,用上述的稀释产品实例填充Clark自动擦洗器。其次,地板分割成25英尺的区段。第三,擦洗器配备下压力为100磅的红色清洁垫,而且每种清洁剂都被用于擦洗,然后立刻借助抽真空从地板拿掉。然后,在初始的应用之后,进行第二次和第三次重复擦洗。第四,在第三次应用之后,抛光机(1500转/分钟)在经过处理的表面上通过三次。在整个试验过程中,都在地板上读取最初、第三次应用之后和和在抛光之后的光泽读数。
表3展示研究各种不同的主要组分的作用和清洁性能的其它方案和配方。人们可以看到最有效的清洁是在使用KP-140作为主要组分的情况下获得的。所用的表面活性剂的数量和类型影响清洁性能,而优选的非离子型表面活性剂表现出最好的结果。胺也呈现积极的影响,但是不如使用磷酸三(丁氧基乙酯)和表面活性剂那样显著。蜡就清洁而言不是关键成份,因为在所有包含这种组分的配方中在清洁方面不显著的增加。

下面的程序是在试验表4的产品时使用的。砖被涂上两层Premia地板涂复层、干燥和磨光。清洁剂/光泽增强剂被涂上去,然后被干燥和磨光,重复4个周期,接下来用蓝色的剥离垫抛光表面。最后,反复涂溶液跟在抛光后面,重复附加的4个周期,总共8个周期。所有的稀释都按1∶32进行。
表5描绘在清洁剂中与溶剂和表面活性剂组合时碱性度的不利影响及其从地板上剥离地板涂复层的能力。虽然碱性度在历史上已被用来增加清洁能力,但是它确实有有害的作用。请注意,即使实施例1的产品有溶剂、表面活性剂和低碱性度,它对涂上一层Premia地板涂复层的砖瓦也没有不利的影响。这是理想的,因为现有技术教导我们,为了增强硬表面的清洁,有效的清洁剂通常是由碱性组分或与溶剂的组合组成的。这种技术表明:虽然碱性度能改善清洁性能,但是它在获得好的清洁方面不是关键组分,这是有益的,因为所用的地板涂复层和设备没有表现出有害的作用。
下面的程序是在试验表5的产品中使用的。首先,VCT砖瓦被清洁和剥离。其次,涂布5层Premia地板涂复层,在涂布每个涂层之后,用对应于该涂层的数字在砖瓦上作记号。然后,将这些砖瓦干燥48小时,此后砖瓦被切成2英寸*12英寸、剥离和放进Gardner擦洗器,清洁剂/维护剂的稀释液被允许在砖瓦上停留5分钟。最后砖瓦用轻的清洁垫(红色)擦洗25个周期,并且记录除去的涂层编号。

尽管磷酸三(丁氧基乙酯)对于清洁地板涂复层和提高地板涂复层的光泽两者都是优选的,但是如同在表1、1A和3的实施例中展示的那样其它的增塑剂也可以使用。
工业应用
这项发明的组合物在清洁地板涂复层和提高地板涂复层的光泽两方面是有用的。它们能够用水稀释并且仍然提供清洁和提高光泽。
Claims (14)
1.一种用来清洁和提高地板光泽的组合物,该组合物包括:
按重量计0.1-30%的乙二醇溶剂;
0.1-30%的能够清洁和提高地板涂层的光泽的增塑剂;
0.1-30%的非离子型表面活性剂;
胺;以及
非必选的水。
2.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中增塑剂是磷酸三(丁氧基乙酯)。
3.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中乙二醇溶剂是二甘醇一乙基醚。
4.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中乙二醇溶剂是乙二醇一丁基醚和乙二醇一己基醚。
5.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中非离子型表面活性剂是有1到10摩尔乙氧基的C8-C15烃。
6.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中胺是二乙醇胺。
7.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中胺是古柯酰胺二乙醇胺(cocamidediethanolamine)。
8.根据权利要求1的组合物,进一步包括有C8-C20烃链的氨基化合物。
9.根据权利要求8的组合物,其中氨基化合物是油酸二乙醇胺酰胺。
10.根据权利要求1的组合物,进一步包括蜡。
11.根据权利要求10的组合物,其中蜡包括高熔点的聚乙烯或聚丙烯。
12.根据权利要求1的组合物,进一步包括三乙酸化乙二胺。
13.根据权利要求1的组合物,进一步包括着色剂和芳香剂。
14.一种清洁和提高地板光泽的方法,包括使地板接触根据权利要求1的组合物。
