尽管上述的接合技术是令人满意的,但还是发现可以进行改进,特别是在该接合本身的结构方面。现有的技术必须以与薄片本身的平面成90度角切割该第二薄片的前端,并且将该前端直接接合到第一薄片的尾端上。这必须在高速下实施,以便可以连续不间断的操作该包装机器,该包装机器每小时可以生产多于20,000个包装制品。但是该薄片的切割端处的暴露的纤维经过包装机的消毒系统。然后,在含有接合的包装本身被抛弃之前,暴露纤维在连续的纵向密封包装材料管子中与产品接触。因此即使很小还是有一种风险,即困在该暴露的纤维中的灰尘和/或者微生物可以污染装在该包装中的产品的产品上游,该产品注定被抛弃,当进行接合时该包装被抛弃。
从法国专利1453997知道一种用于生产具有防水层的容器的接合层压材料的方法。该方法涉及在用防水层覆盖具有一倾斜表面的材料的一层的端部之前,切割它。该防水层还覆盖该倾斜表面并且割成超过倾斜表面端部延伸的长度,以限定一可以围绕切割端折叠并密封的折翼。但是,在连续操作一成型,灌注和密封类型的灌注机器期间,不可以切割包装材料的层压薄片而具有一可环绕一连接处被折叠的聚乙烯折翼,以便以从法国专利1453997中得知的方式密封该切割端。
从美国专利3449186得知一种用于将薄片材料的两段接合在一起的方法,该方法使得每段具有在其上涂装的至少一层热密封材料。待接合在一起的两个薄片被预切割或者切槽。然后两个薄片被撕开以便产生楔型部分。该楔型部分从薄片段中撕下,并且一个段的该热密封部分被放置在另一个段的撕开部分上,两个段被热密封在一起。这导致了一具有可与最初的薄片材料相比的厚度的连接。当这个方法适合于在包装材料生产厂中使用时,不可能在连续操作一成型的,灌注和密封类型的包装机器期间,以从美国专利3449186得知的方式,预切割两个薄片,从两个薄片撕下楔型部分,然后将它们接合在一起。所产生的连接具有可与初始薄片材料相比的厚度,这一事实还产生了在检测接合以便能够抛弃含有该接合的灌注有产品的密封包装制品方面的困难。此外,撕掉操作将不可避免地产生许多灰尘。而当在包装材料生产厂中控制这一点时,必须坚决地在包装机器中避免使用任何产生过量的纸尘的方法。
从美国专利4755412还知道一种层压制品,通过形成一具有硬的层的起初的薄片,并且在纵向均匀间隔的区域内切除该层,然后在该区域中进行切割以便将包装带分开,来获得该层压制品。该切割是等间距的并且将每个区域分成两个边缘区域,它们彼此的宽度比为5∶1-3∶2。降低层的厚度之后,流体密封的热塑料层被挤压到该薄片上并且层压该薄片以覆盖整个宽度。在更宽的边缘区域中层压制品的厚度逐渐减少到最小的厚度,在不小于边缘区域厚度的一半的宽度区域上保持该最小厚度。一个纵向的薄片边缘沿最小厚度区域的中心的线折叠180°。这样,当以这种方式生产的薄片用来在一成型,灌注和密封类型的灌注机器形成连续的纵向密封的灌注有产品的管子时,可以不需要附加的密封带也不用在纵向密封区域产生增加厚度的区域,将纵向边缘密封在一起。可是,还是在这种情况中,在连续操作一成型,灌注和密封类型灌注机器期间,不可以横向切割包装材料的层压薄片的尾端,并且不可以美国专利4755412的方式将新卷状的包装材料的前端接合到该尾端上。
本发明的目标
因此必须提供一种改进的接合,用于在上述的类型的包装机器中进行连续,不间断的生产密封包装制品期间,将一个包装材料薄片的前端连接到另一个包装材料的薄片的尾端上。
因此,本发明的目标是提供一种方法,该方法用于在成型,灌注和密封类型的包装机器的连续的不间断的操作期间,将包装可倾倒产品的预皱的层压包装材料的第一和第二薄片接合在一起,该方法克服了现有方法中遇到的问题。
在这个目标中,本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于将包装可倾倒的产品的预皱的层压包装材料的第一和第二薄片接合在一起的方法,该方法可以在与传统的接合方法大致相同的时间内实施,而无须任何延长该包装材料箱。
本发明的另一个目标是提供一种用于将包装可倾倒产品的预皱的层压包装材料的第一和第二薄片接合在一起的方法,该方法提供了一种结构简单的接合,该接合不会在其经过箱,包装机器的消毒工作站和包装成型工作站时断裂。
本发明的进一步的目标是提供一种用于将包装可倾倒产品的预皱的层压包装材料的第一和第二薄片接合在一起的方法,该方法保证了在包装材料的端部的将与待包装的产品接触的切割纤维的密封。
本发明的另一个目标是提供一种用于将包装可倾倒产品的预皱的层压包装材料的第一和第二薄片接合在一起的方法,该方法允许该包装材料的内部层的完整性和连续性,该内部层注定要与待包装的产品接触。
发明内容
在后面将清楚的上述的目的和目标,和其他方面是通过一种方法获得的,该方法用于将在一成型,灌注和密封类型的包装机器中生产可倾倒产品的密封包装制品的预皱的层压包装材料的第一和第二薄片接合在一起,每个薄片包括至少一个以纤维为基层,该纤维基层具有一覆盖了至少一个第一聚合物层的第一侧面,该第一聚合物层限定了用于与待包装产品接触的内表面,该纤维基层还具有一覆盖了至少一个第二聚合物层的第二侧面,该第二聚合物层限定了一外表面,所述的方法包括如下步骤:
-通过该薄片的所述的内表面沿一预定的方向定位,保持所述的第一薄片的端部;
-下切割所述的第二薄片的一端部以便形成一下切割表面;
-将所述的第二薄片的下切割表面叠置在所述的第一薄片的端部上,同时所述的第二薄片的所述的外表面与所述的第一薄片的内表面接触,和
-将所述的第二薄片的所述的下切割表面粘合到所述的第一薄片的所述的端部上,
因此提供了一种接合,在该接合处,所述的第一薄片的内表面和所述的第二薄片的内表面一起限定了一完整的连续的内部表面。

具体实施方式
参照附图1,附图标记1和2分别标识包装材料的第一薄片的尾端和第二薄片的前端,它们以传统方式被接合在一起。层压的包装材料薄片1,2的类型是用于生产可倾倒食品如牛奶,番茄酱,酸奶,果汁,葡萄酒,茶等的密封包装制品。
每个薄片1,2具有多层结构,该多层结构包括由诸如纸的材料制成的纤维基层3。纤维基层3在其一侧覆盖有一内部层4,该内部层4用来构成密封包装制品的内表面和与待包装的可倾倒食品接触的。纤维基层的对置侧面覆盖有一外部层5,该外部层5还可以由诸如聚乙烯塑料材料构成。该外部层5通常包括一沿该薄片的长度重复的印刷图案。在生产密封包装制品期间,一种重复的图案以已知方式位于每个完工包装制品上。
图1中示出的薄片1,2通过传统方法在接合6处被连接在一起。第一薄片1的热密封材料的内部层4被接合例如热密封到第二薄片2的热密封材料的外部层5上。如上所述,这个方法具有这样的缺点,即纤维基层3的暴露端7在接合6处产生并且当在成型,灌注和密封类型的灌注机器上生产具有粘合薄片的包装制品时与产品接触。
图2-4示出了一种改进的将两个包装材料的邻接的薄片接合在一起的方法,该包装材料的类型用于根据本发明在成型,灌注和密封类型的包装机器中生产可倾倒食品的密封包装制品。
附图标记10和20分别标识用于在成型,灌注和密封类型的包装机器中生产可倾倒产品的密封包装制品的预皱的层压包装材料的第一和第二薄片。第一薄片10包括一纤维基层11,该纤维基层11具有覆盖了例如聚乙烯的第一聚合物层13的第一侧面12,该聚合物层13限定了一内表面14,该内表面14将与待包装的食品接触。第一薄片的纤维基层11也具有第二侧面15,该侧面15覆盖有至少一个例如聚乙烯的第二聚合物层16,该聚合物层限定了一外表面17。
类似地,第二薄片20包括一纤维基层21,该纤维基层21具有一覆盖了例如聚乙烯的第一聚合物层23的第一侧面22,该聚合物层限定了一内表面24,该内表面将与待包装的食品接触。该第二薄片20的纤维基层21也具有一覆盖了至少一个例如聚乙烯的聚合物层26的第二侧面25,该聚合物层限定了一外表面27。
当包装材料薄片10,20用于无菌包装可倾倒食品如超高温度下处理的牛奶(UHT牛奶)时,每个将放置成与食品接触的包装材料薄片的内表面14,24还设有一阻挡材料层(未示出),例如铝,该阻挡层然后覆盖一例如聚乙烯的塑料层。
如图2-4所示的,根据本发明的方法涉及通过沿一预定方向定位的第一薄片10的内表面14,保持该第一薄片10的尾端部分18。实践中,这在第一薄片10从包装材料的供给卷轴上退绕并喂给一成型,灌注和密封类型的包装机器中时发生。当供给卷轴差不多用完时,第一薄片10的尾端部分18在预定位置用已知的夹持方式,被保持,即第一薄片10的尾端部分18的内表面14对着第二薄片20的前端部分28的外表面27。
第二薄片20的前端部分28必须制备成为接合做准备。如图3所示,通过对第二薄片的前端部分28进行下切割以形成一下切割表面29来进行该制备。该切割步骤以这样的方式实施,即限定一在第二薄片20的外表面24和下切割表面29之间的一锐角。限定在该第二薄片20的外表面24和下切割表面29之间的该锐角为10-40度,较好在15-25度,最好为20度的锐角。当从用于接合的包装材料的储备卷轴上退绕,制备第二薄片时,实践中该切割操作通常在接合操作之前进行。
一旦通过尾端部分18的内表面14面对第二薄片20的前端部分28的外表面27,该第一薄片10的尾端部分18被保持,并且第二薄片20的前端部分28被切割形成一下切割表面29以限定一在第二薄片20的外表面24和下切割表面29之间的锐角,则下切割表面29被叠置到第一薄片的尾端部分18上。在这个位置中,如图3所示,第二薄片20的外表面27与第一薄片10的内表面14接触。
参照图4,根据本发明的方法的下一步在于将第二薄片20的下切割表面29接合在第一薄片10的尾端部分18上。实践中,这是通过向该第一薄片10的尾端部分18和第二薄片20的前端部分28施加热量与压力利用任何合适的方法而进行的。例如,如果包装材料的类型是用来无菌包装可倾倒产品的并且设有铝阻挡层(未示出),可以使用感应加热或者脉冲加热。下切割表面29的上游的第二薄片20的外表面27还可以被密封到第一薄片10的内表面14上。
如图4所示的,上述的方法生产一接合30,在该接合处,包装材料的厚度为初始材料如第一薄片10或者第二薄片20厚度的两倍。但是在现代成型,灌注和密封类型的包装机器中这是期望的,其中包装材料的厚度改变用来检测接合的存在,以便抛弃受侵袭的包装制品。
优选地,在根据本发明的接合30中,在包装过程期间,无论第一薄片10还是第二薄片20,它们的纤维基层21,11的纤维都没有向产品暴露。这是通过将第二薄片20的下切割表面29密封到第一薄片10的内表面上来获得的。注意到,第一薄片10的内表面14和第二薄片20的内表面24,以这样的方式一起限定一整体的连续的内表面14,24。
本发明的方法的另一个优势是只需改变一个或者两个待接合在一起的薄片。这使得用于连续包装工艺中的第一薄片没有任何中断,而只有第二薄片的前端需要,通过在其上提供下切割来简单地为接合做准备。只有当要进行接合时,第一薄片10才沿一预定位置被保持。如果需要的话,可以切割该第一薄片10的尾端19,以便提供一直的,一致的尾端19。然而,这只需要在将第二薄片20的下切割部分29叠置到所述的第一薄片10的尾端部分18之前立即进行。
进一步的优势是,当这个新的,改进的接合方法用于包装机器时,大致与传统的接合方法如图1中所示的相同时间内完成该接合。这意味着,当使用本发明的新方法时,一般设置在成型,灌注和密封类型的包装机器中的传统的包装材料箱也是足够的。因此,新的接合方法可以在现有的包装机器上经过较小的改变就可以实施。
本文所述的本发明在不离开所附权利要求书的范围下可以被修改。

Claims (10)

1.一种将用来在成型,灌注和密封类型的包装机器中生产可倾倒的食品的密封包装制品的预皱层压包装材料的第一(10)和第二(20)薄片接合在一起的方法,每个薄片(10,20)包括至少一个纤维基层(11,21),该纤维基层(11,21)具有一覆盖了至少一个第一聚合物层(13,23)的第一侧面(12,22),该第一聚合物层(13,23)限定了一将与待包装的食品接触的内表面(14,24),还包括一覆盖了至少一个第二聚合物层(16,26)的第二侧面(15,25),该第二聚合物层(16,26)限定了一将与待包装的食品接触的外表面(17,27),所述的方法包括如下步骤:
-通过在所述的第一薄片(10)的所述的内表面(14)沿一预定的方向设置,保持该第一薄片(10)的一端部(18);
-下切割所述的第二薄片(20)的一端部(28)以形成一下切割表面(29);
-将所述的第二薄片(20)的所述的下切割表面(29)叠置到所述的第一薄片(10)的所述的端部(18)上,同时所述的第二薄片(20)的所述的外表面(27)与所述的第一薄片(10)的所述的内表面(14)接触;和
-将所述的第二薄片(20)的下切割表面(29)粘合到所述的第一薄片(10)的所述端部(18)上,
其中提供一接合(30),在该接合处,所述的第一薄片(10)的所述的内表面(14)和所述的第二薄片(20)的所述的内表面(24)一起限定一整体的,连续的内表面(14,24)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述的保持所述的第一薄片(10)的所述的端部的所述的步骤包括保持所述的第一薄片(10)的尾端(18),并且其中所述的下切割所述的第二薄片(20)的端部(28)的步骤包括下切割所述的第二薄片(20)的前端(28)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中将所述的第二薄片(20)的所述的前端(28)处的至少一个下切割表面(29)粘合到所述的第一薄片(10)的所述的尾端(18)的步骤包括向该第一薄片(10)的尾端(18)和所述的第二薄片(20)的所述的前端(28)施加热量和压力的步骤。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中通过在所述的第一薄片(10)的所述的内表面(14)沿一预定的方向设置,保持该第一薄片(10)的一端部(18)的步骤,包括通过所述的第一薄片(10)的内表面面向所述的第二薄片(20)的所述的外表面(27)保持所述的第一薄片(10)的步骤。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述的下切割所述的第二薄片(20)的一端部(28)以形成一下切割表面(29)的步骤,包括限定出在所述的第二薄片的所述外表面(24)和所述的下切割表面(29)之间的锐角的切割。

7.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中限定出在所述的第二薄片的所述外表面(24)和所述的下切割表面(29)之间的锐角的切割步骤包括以在15-25度之间的角度进行的切割。
8.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中限定出在所述的第二薄片的所述外表面(24)和所述的下切割表面(29)之间的锐角的切割步骤包括以20度的角度进行的切割。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述的下切割所述的第二薄片(20)的一端部(28)以形成一下切割表面(29)的步骤,是在通过所述的第一薄片(10)的所述的内表面(14)沿一预定方向设置,保持所述的第一薄片(10)的所述的端部(18)之前,进行的。
10.根据权利要求4所述的方法,还包括在将所述的第二薄片(20)的下切割部分(29)叠置到所述的第一薄片(10)的所述的尾端部分(18)上之前,进行切割所述的第一薄片(10)的尾端(19)的中间步骤。
