Description

汽车千斤顶
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1的前序部分的汽车千斤顶。汽车千斤顶的支撑部件通过铰接件彼此可转动运动地连接。通常汽车千斤顶的支撑部件作为在横截面上成U形的、带有横向型臂的型件构成。其它的支撑部分,例如汽车千斤顶头或汽车千斤顶脚以站立的板凸起部构成。上述支撑部件的连接是这样实现的,即型臂和/或站立的板凸起部在铰接件的部位中叠置并设有孔,它们然后通过设置在该孔中的轴相连接。DB-OS 2 231 526中示出了这种类型的铰接件,在这些铰接件中栓作为轴应用。在按EP 0 332 565 A1的结构中,该轴通过冲口(Aushalsungen)构成。

在图2至7中放大示出了汽车千斤顶脚1栓在重力腿2上的情况。在图2至5中示出了用于构成铰接件5的一个两侧从外铆固的栓18,该栓同时穿过汽车千斤顶脚1的站立的板凸起部13中的和重力腿2的型臂15中的孔。
在按图2和3的结构中,两侧冲压出的压槽19从汽车千斤顶脚1的底部12指向内。这些压槽设置在重力腿2的型臂15的内侧,并靠近型臂15。在汽车千斤顶脚1的板凸起部13、重力腿2的型臂15和压槽19之间只有一个用于实现回转运动所需的间隙。由此实现型臂15的端部20的良好导向。压槽19伸展到栓18之下。从而栓18在需要时可以支撑在压槽19上。
按图4和5的结构大致相当于按图2和3的结构。从汽车千斤顶脚1的底部12向上成型的压槽21只在一侧脱离底部12,在另一侧压槽与底部12固定相连。
在图6和7的结构中,铰接件5这样构成,即从汽车千斤顶脚1的站立的板凸起部13向内伸出的冲口22嵌入重力腿2的型臂15的孔23中。在该结构中,型臂15的端部20的位置固定通过向内伸出的凸起部24形成。这些凸起部24也如压槽19、21一样,也是从汽车千斤顶脚1的底部12中冲压出来的并然后向上弯曲的。

Claims (6)

1.带有支撑部件的汽车千斤顶,这些部件作为在横截面上成U形的、带有横向型臂(15、17)的型件或者作为带有站立的板凸起部(13)的构件构成,并通过铰接件(5、6)这样彼此铰接连接,使横向型臂(15、17)和/或站立的板凸起部(13)在铰接件(5、6)的部位中叠置并且穿过横向型臂(15、17)中的或站立的板凸起部(13)中的轴向孔,其特征在于:该以其型臂(15)或板凸起部(13)围绕另一个型件或构件的U形型件或构件的底部设有向内伸出的压槽(19、21)或者凸起部(24),这些压槽(19、21)或者凸起部(24)是向内的,但是靠近另一个型件或构件的横向型臂(15、17)或板凸起部。
