背景技术

发明内容

具体实施方式

更仔细地参阅图1,该装置包括两个固定机构18,20,用于容纳和夹紧断面部分5,6。固定机构18,20可以打开以容纳和夹紧断面部分5,6,然后关闭将断面部分夹紧到适当的位置。固定机构18,20安装到滑轨或类似的机构(未显示)上,以便沿箭头A和B的方向滑动,使夹紧的断面部分5,6的端部互相靠近和离开。热塑性箔片或膜的材料卷22通过支撑机构(未显示)安装在两个固定机构18,20中间上方。箔片可以如24所示从材料卷22拉出。
在箔片24的路径的两侧分别设置了加热器26,28,两个加热器26,28安装到传输单元34上,传输单元34可沿箭头C和D的方向前后移动,使加热器26,28可沿方向C移动到图1所示的位置,和沿方向D移动使之空出两个固定机构18,20之间的空间。
箔片24可以由聚烯烃或其他适当的热塑性材料制成。
在使用中,两个端部将进行连接的断面部分5,6,夹固在固定机构18和20,将进行连接的端部从固定机构相对突出。一段箔片24从材料卷22拉出,通常进入图1所示的位置。传输单元34沿箭头C的方向移动,以便使加热器26,28进入图中所示的位置。然后启动加热器,加热器26,28可对断面部分5和6以及箔片24加热。
传输单元34然后沿方向D退回,使加热器26,28空出固定机构18,20和箔片24之间的空间。然后使固定机构18,20互相靠近,以便使断面部分5,6的端部在一定的压力下与箔片24的两侧接触。加热的箔片24因此与断面部分5和6的两个端部牢固地热粘结在一起,如图2所示。然后打开固定机构18,20释放连接的断面部分。
根据本发明的重要特征,箔片24上设置了穿通的切口24A。这些切口可保证,在完成的接头中,空气可从箔片的一侧流到另一侧,如图2中的箭头E和F所示。因此,切口24A防止了在带5,6受到压力的情况下箔片24两边的压力积聚。压力作用可以发生在将密封带安装到车身时或使用时关门形成的挤压,尤其是可能发生在密封带具有封闭的中空内部时。任何这种压力积聚都可能使箔片爆裂或接头开裂。切口24A通过允许空气从箔片的一侧流到另一侧消除了这种危险。
应当理解,切口24A可以被槽或其他的孔、小孔或切缝代替。箔片可通过其他的方式使空气或气体流过。
对于材料和断面部分的特征,箔片24可以具有任何适当的形式来保证有效的粘结,例如,可以具有在120到130℃之间的熔点。所介绍的装置和方法可以提供非常快的硬化点(在4到5秒钟)并能够马上承受载荷。进行硬化成为不必要。
图3显示了对图1的装置的改进。在图3所示的装置中,箔片24没有在整个长度和表面上设置以密集间隔分布的切口24A。而代之以少量的切口24B。如图3所示,切口24B以三个一组设置(在本实施例中),各组沿卷曲箔片24的长度以预定的间隔分开(最好是以等距离)。在实际操作中,材料卷22通过预定的角度周期性地进行分度,使下一组的三个切口24B定位在加热器26,28之间的位置,以便进行下一步的粘结操作。当然每组设置三个切口24B并不必要。这些切口可以多些或少些,例如各组可以只由一个切口组成。
在进行的改进中,图3所示的几组切口24B可以由很大间隔的孔组成的组来代替。孔可以是圆的或任何其他适合的形状。还有,显然各个组能够由一个或一个以上的孔组成。
在上面所介绍的实施例中,切口24A或24B,或是孔,以及箔片24的材料可以通过加热器26,28的作用使这些切口或孔变大。
图4显示了另一个实施例,其中材料卷22中的箔片24没有任何的切口或孔。而对加热器26,28进行了改进。首先,加热器安装在单元34上以便能够整体地沿箭头E和F的方向互相移近或离开。第二,如图4所示,箔片24的一部分被切除,加热器28的表面28A(即面对箔片24的表面)设置了至少一个孔成形冲头36,该冲头从表面28A向外突出。加热器26的对应表面(在图4中看不到)设置了相配合的凹进部分38,冲头36和凹进部分38在图5中显示,图5是加热器26,28的一部分的平面图。
在使用中,两个断面部分5,6夹紧在固定机构18,20的适当位置,如已经说明的。一段没有孔的箔片24从材料卷中脱开,传输单元34移动加热器26,28进入图4所示的位置。
现在,加热器如箭头E所示互相靠近,故冲头36和对应的凹进部分38相对移动,冲头36进入凹进部分38,因而在箔片24上冲出孔来。加热器然后启动对箔片进行必要的加热,加热既可以在加热器与箔片接触时,也可以在沿箭头F的方向缩回到图4所示的位置以后。进一步的操作将参考图1进行介绍。
在图6和7显示的又一个改进中,除了传输单元34和加热器26,28外(在图6中传输单元34和加热器26,28未显示),还设置了分离的供给单元40。分离的单元40设置了两个冲头支承件42、44,其形状类似于加热器26,28。各个支承件支撑了一个或多个类似于冲头36的冲头46,和一个或多个类似于凹进部分38的凹进部分48(见图7)。在操作中,带有加热器26,28的单元34开始与箔片24不接触,分离的单元40移动进入适当位置,如图6所示,并通过未显示的机械驱动沿箭头G和C的方向移动,从而将冲头支撑件42,44定位在箔片24的两侧。冲头支承件42,44然后沿箭头E,F的方向互相靠近在箔片上冲出一个或多个切口、孔或小孔来。分离的单元40然后(沿箭头D和H的方向)移动以便离开箔片24。这样就允许带有加热器26,28的单元34移动到适当位置(进入图4显示的位置),通过已经说明的方式对箔片加热并使粘结发生。
图4和图6显示的组合件具有的优点是可以使用平面箔片24,不须任何切口、孔或者小孔,这些切口或孔可通过冲头36和凹进部分38和加热器26,28的移动(见图4和5)在现场形成,或者通过冲头46和冲头支承件的移动来形成。
很清楚,可以设置不止一个冲头36和不止一个相配合的凹进部分38,或者一个以上的冲头46和相配合的凹进部分48,以便产生出所要求的多个切口、孔或其他小孔。
在箔片上形成切口、孔或其他小孔的冲孔动作可在加热之前或之后进行。
如参考图4和图6所介绍的,孔或其他小孔是通过冲头36或46结合凹进部分38或48进行的机械打孔在箔片24上形成。但是也可以通过其他的适当的非机械方式来形成这些孔或其他小孔,如通过空气或气体射流或电火花装置。这些其他的装置在图4所示的装置的情况下可设置在一个或两个加热器26,28上。或在图6所示的装置的情况下设置在一个或两个冲头支承件42,44上。

Claims (24)

1.一种互相连接的断面部分组合件,其包括两段带状部分(5,6),可通过位于所述两段带状部分端面之间并粘结到所述端面的片状热连接材料(24)形成端面对端面的连接,其特征在于,所述连接材料(24)允许空气从中通过。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合件,其特征在于,所述连接材料(24)是空气可通过的材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合件,其特征在于,所述连接材料(24)是带孔的。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组合件,其特征在于,所述连接材料(24)设置了多个穿通的切口(24A)。
5.根据前面权利要求中任一项所述的组合件,其特征在于,所述连接材料(24)具有箔片状。
6.根据前面权利要求中任一项所述的组合件,其特征在于,所述连接材料(24)是热塑性材料。
7.一种可将两个断面部分端面对端面地连接起来的箔片状材料,所述箔片材料包括热敏箔片(24),当置于两个端部之间并对加热作出响应后可将两个所述端部粘结起来,其特征在于,所述箔片(24)允许空气从中通过。
8.根据权利要求7所述的材料,其特征在于,所述箔片(24)是空气可通过的。
9.根据权利要求7所述的材料,其特征在于,所述箔片(24)是带有孔的。
10.根据权利要求9所述的材料,其特征在于,所述箔片(24)包括多个穿通的切口(24A)。
11.根据权利要求7到10中任一项所述的材料,其特征在于,所述材料是热塑性材料。
12.一种可端面对端面地连接两段带状部分的装置,其包括可端面对端面地夹紧所述两段带状部分(5,6)的机构(18,20),当所述两个端面互相分开时可将热敏连接材料(24)定位在所述两段带状部分(5,6)的端部之间的机构(22),对所述连接材料(24)和所述两段带状部分(5,6)的端部加热的加热装置(26,28),和传输机构,可使所述两段带状部分(5,6)相互接近,使得所述加热的端部与所述加热的连接材料(24)接触,由此所述连接材料(24)与所述两段带状部分(5,6)的端部粘结起来,其特征在于,所述连接材料(24)允许空气在所述带状部分(5,6)粘结的端部之间通过。
13.根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述热敏连接材料已经定位在所述两段带状部分(5,6)的端部之间时,孔成形装置(36,46)在所述连接材料(24)上形成一个或多个孔,以便空气从中通过。
14.根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述孔成形装置(36,46)包括机械打孔装置。
15.根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述孔成形装置(36,46)包括气动装置。
16.根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述孔成形装置包括电动装置。
17.根据权利要求13到16中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述孔成形装置支承于可将所述孔成形装置(46)移动到孔成形位置的支撑机构(42,44)。
18.根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述加热装置(26,28)设置成可移入和移出对连接材料(24)和所述两段带状部分(5,6)的端部进行加热的位置,所述支撑机构(42,44)可在所述加热装置(26,28)未处于加热位置时将所述孔成形装置(46)移动到孔成形位置。
19.根据权利要求13到16中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述孔成形装置(36)支承于所述加热装置(26,28),并包括在所述连接材料位于所述两段带状部分(5,6)的端部之间进行单孔或多孔成形时朝所述连接材料移动所述加热装置(26,28)的机构。
20.根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置与所述连接材料(24)相结合。
21.根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述连接材料(24)包括材料卷(22),所述材料从所述材料卷脱开进入所述两段带状部分(5,6)的端部之间的位置。
22.根据权利要求20或21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述连接材料(24)设置了多个允许空气从中流过的孔(24A),所述孔沿所述连接材料(24)的长度间隔预定的距离,所述装置还包括分度机构,可使所述材料连续地以与孔之间预定距离相对应的预定数量前进,以便连续地将所述孔定位在所述两段带状部分(5,6)的端部之间。
23.一种在两个断面部分(5,6)的端部之间形成接头的方法,其包括步骤:固定所述端面部分(5,6),将热敏连接材料(24)定位在所述两个断面部分(5,6)的端部之间,对所述连接材料和所述断面部分(5,6)的端部加热,将所述断面部分(5,6)互相移近使所述加热的端部与所述加热的连接材料(24)接触,由此所述连接材料(24)与所述断面部分(5,6)的端部粘结到一起,其特征在于,所述连接材料(24)允许空气从所述断面部分(5,6)的粘结的端部之间通过。
24.根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,通过在所述连接材料(24)置于所述断面部分(5,6)的端部之间后,在所述连接材料上形成一个或多个孔(24A)的步骤,由此可允许空气从所述连接材料通过。
