技术领域
本发明涉及一种带孔的织物及其制造方法。
现有技术
带孔的织物是已知的,例如作为窗帘的织品。各个孔是在制造织物时,也就是说在织造过程中形成的。这类织物如窗帘织品是用于室内用途的,并且,由于其耐久性的特征而可能不适于室外使用。
用于室外的耐风雨的织物通常没有这种孔并且仅由于这样的事实提供某种透明度,即织物做成具有比较粗糙的结构的或是所用的纱线是多少有些透明的。
已经从DE1535440A和DE2834873A1知道,在织造过程之后,通过移动纬线和/或经线而在织物中形成孔,例如通过使针或销按所要求的距离穿过织物范围,而不损伤织物的纱线。
DE2040002A描述了一种用于对成叠的织品层冲孔,以便形成周向轮廓的设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的为提供一种用于温室天棚、垂直的遮阳帘、窗户遮阳篷等的稳定的和耐风雨的织物,其中,上述织物将射入的阳光的强度降低至预定的水平,而另一方面又保持一定水平的足以使人方便的透明度。
按照本发明,此目的通过在织造过程以后形成孔而实现,其方式为做出小孔,它包括切割织物纱线和必要时稳定切割的或移动的织物纱线。采用这种织物,就有可能与织物的结构和几何形状无关地做出差不多任何尺寸、密度和几何形状或结构的孔。
如果通过冲孔而形成孔,就可通过加热和适当地选择冲孔销/针的几何形状,以便使纱线由于在冲孔过程中所作用的压力和温度而在冲孔边缘熔化或烧结在一起。因此,可得到由冲孔而形成的小孔边缘的实际上自动的稳定。这特别适用于使用人造纱线如聚酯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酰胺、聚氯乙烯或聚丙烯酸酯的情况。在采用涂层纱线的情况,涂层对纱线提供额外的机械稳定性。孔边缘的熔合与涂层提高了孔的尺寸稳定性,但通常并不是必需的。
此外,本发明涉及制造这种织物的方法,其中,首先通过按传统的方式织造生产上述织物,然后做出小孔,特别是通过冲孔或激光切割而做出小孔。最好采用热塑性纱线,以便通过在冲孔或激光切割过程中的熔合或烧结而得到稳定。

优选实施方式的描述
按照本发明的织物的孔包括一具有一个尺寸在0.5-3mm之间的圆形形状。
孔密度要选择成使孔的自由截面区占织物面积的1%-30%。
在示例性实施例中,采用具有纤度Nm34/2的喷丝-彩色聚丙烯酸酯纱线作为织物,且其经织密度(core density)为30线/cm和纬织密度为15线/cm。
在图1所示的实施例中,提供一冲孔工具7,它包括一其形状为阳模的上部8和一其形状为阴模的下部9,其中,上部8沿由箭头10表示的方向作上升下降运动,以使当织物沿由箭头11表示的方向前进时,通过切割织物纱线再次做出孔1。
在图2所示的实施例中,提供一冲孔工具,它包括一上部12和一下部13,织物2沿由箭头14表示的方向经过工具,其中,上述上部12在实际冲孔工具的前端的一部分包括一环形轴肩15,它产生一包围上述孔1的压实区16,其中,除去此机械压实外,还提供了织物的预热和/或上部12的加热。

Claims (5)

1.一种带孔(1)的织物(2),其特征为,所述孔(1)在后续工序中通过成孔操作而形成,该成孔操作包括通过冲孔或激光焊切割织物纱线,并在必要时稳定切割的或移动的织物纱线。
2.如权利要求1的织物(2),其特征为,所述孔(1)通过冲孔而形成,其中,纱线要如此选择,以使由于在冲孔过程中所作用的压力和温度,所述纱线在冲孔边缘熔化或烧结在一起。
3.制造带孔(1)的织物(2)的方法,其特征为,所述织物(2)通过按传统方式织造生产,并只是在之后才做出孔。
4.如权利要求3的方法,其特征为,所述孔通过冲孔或激光切割而形成。
5.如权利要求4的方法,其特征为,所述在冲孔或激光切割过程中而形成的孔通过熔合或烧结切割的纱线得到稳定。
