Claims (10)
- 3層構造を有する3次元立体形状織物において、
上記織物は、裏面層、中間層、表面層と上記裏面層と中間層を連結する第1連結層、上記中間層と表面層を連結する第2連結層から形成され、
上記織物を形成する経糸は、基本的に裏面層、第1連結層、中間層、第2連結層、表面層を順に形成した後、裏面層に連結されて連結経糸を形成し、さらに裏面層を形成する過程が行われ、
裏面層から始まる経糸を1、2、3、4、第1連結層から始まる経糸を5、6、中間層から始まる経糸を7、8、第2連結層から始まる経糸を9、10、表面層から始まる経糸を11、12、13、14とすると、
経糸1、2、3、4が裏面層を形成した後、表面層を形成した後連結経糸を形成しながら裏面層100へ移動する経糸13、14と接すると、経糸3、4は第1連結層を、経糸1、2、13、14は裏面層を形成し、
経糸5、6は、第1連結層を形成し、中間層を形成する経糸7、8と接して共に製織されて中間接結部を形成した後、経糸5、6は中間層を、経糸7、8は第2連結層を形成し、
経糸11、12、13、14は、表面層を形成し、第2連結層を形成する経糸9、10と接して共に製織されて表面接結部を形成した後、経糸13、14は裏面層と連結され、経糸9、10、11、12は、表面層を形成して織物を製織し、製織後上記連結経糸を切断させることから形成されることを特徴とする3層構造を有する3次元立体形状織物。 - 上記表面層には、上記連結経糸が別途の緯糸と交差して織物の表面に露出した突出部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3層構造を有する3次元立体形状織物。
- 上記第1連結層、第2連結層は、同一角度に傾斜するように製織されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3層構造を有する3次元立体形状織物。
- 3層構造を有する3次元立体形状織物において、
上記織物は、裏面層、中間層、表面層と上記裏面層と中間層を連結する第1連結層、上記中間層と表面層を連結する第2連結層から形成され、
上記織物を形成する経糸は、裏面層、第1連結層を形成した後、裏面層に連結されて第1連結経糸を形成し、さらに裏面層を形成する過程が反復的に行われる第1グループの経糸と、表面層、第2連結層、中間層を形成した後、表面層に連結されて第2連結経糸を形成し、さらに表面層を形成する過程が反復的に行われる第2グループの経糸とから構成され、
裏面層から始まる第1グループの経糸を1、2、3、4、第1連結層から始まる第1グループの経糸を5、6、中間層から始まる第2グループの経糸を7、8、第2連結層から始まる第2グループの経糸を9、10、表面層から始まる第2グループの経糸を11、12、13、14とすると、
経糸1、2、3、4が裏面層を形成した後、第1連結層及び第1連結経糸を形成した後裏面層と連結される経糸5、6と接すると、経糸3、4は第1連結層を、経糸1、2、5、6は裏面層を形成し、
経糸5、6は、第1連結層を形成し、中間層を形成する経糸7、8と第2連結層を形成する経糸9、10と接して共に製織されて中間接結部を形成した後、経糸5、6は第1連結経糸を、経糸7、8は第2連結経糸を、経糸9、10は中間層を形成し、
経糸11、12、13、14は、表面層を形成した後第2連結経糸を形成し、表面層と連結される経糸7、8と接すると、経糸13、14は第2連結層を形成し、経糸7、8、11、12は、表面層を形成して織物を製織し、製織後上記第1、第2連結経糸を切断させることから形成されることを特徴とする3層構造を有する3次元立体形状織物。 - 上記表面層と裏面層に、上記第1、第2連結経糸が別途の緯糸と交差して織物の表面に露出した表面突出部と裏面突出部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の3層構造を有する3次元立体形状織物。
- 上記第1連結層と第2連結層は、中間層を基準として相互対称になるように製織されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の3層構造を有する3次元立体形状織物。
- 織物に使われる経糸、緯糸または経糸および緯糸は、120〜190℃の融点を有する低融点糸で製織されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の3層構造を有する3次元立体形状織物。
- 上記裏面層、中間層、表面層はメッシュ構造で製織されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の3層構造を有する3次元立体形状織物。
- 上記第1、第2連結層は、上記裏面層、中間層、表面層よりも織物の密度がより高い構造で製織されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の3層構造を有する3次元立体形状織物。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の3層構造を有する3次元立体形状織物で製造されることを特徴とするブラインド。
