Abstract

现有的信用卡环境和系统具有以下缺点:

Claims (17)

4.如果进行了预定次数的尝试发送SAC以获得对它的操作的访问,则ECC被自毁。这是为了在ECC被盗时防止欺诈行为。特许的批发商能够通过用于发行ECC的控制管理系统重新初始化ECC。
5.ECC可以在交易站(下文被称作TS)通过由发行公司或组织控制的系统控制功能而被失效。这使得如果需要的话能够立即终止ECC。
ECC是通过以下方式之一或以下方式的结合而与TS通信的一种智能设备:
●红外电信处理(图4)和/或
●无线频率电信处理(图5)和/或
●磁感应电信处理(图6)和/或
●有线电信(图7)处理。
6.ECC能够通过上述它的电信方式之一向计算机系统下载信息。这确保了在电源替换或充电时数据的完整性。另外它还方便了交易记录。
7.发送SAC的ECC对于每一个交易使用唯一的交易标识符。
8.ECC可被装入一个电子设备或装置中。这样的结合的例子是装入移动电话中。
9.ECC能够与链接至本地或远端系统控制功能的TS同步或独立地产生它自己的交易号。TS可以或能够是具有这样的功能的因特网站。
10.ECC金融限额可以通过与链接至本地或远端站系统控制功能的TS而被检验。一旦达到了它的金融限额,这控制ECC不产生进一步的交易。这种限额资金的功能是一种可以由发行ECC的金融机构激活,或被用户激活以相互校验并警告用户他或她的账户收支差额的可选方式。
11.ECC可以通过自动取款机(ATM)管理系统给或从ATM交易资金(这示出于图3)。这使得ECC能够提供并支持现金越来越少的社会。ECC也可以链接至个人计算机(PC)以提供并支持这样的交易(这示出于图2)。
12.ECC可以与TS交易电子现金而代替信用卡/借方卡资金。这可被用作一种外汇兑换设备,以便去往国外的旅行者可以选择持有一定量的他或她访问的国家的特殊货币。
13.因为每笔交易只能被ECC用它的唯一交易标识符产生,所以ECC防止批发商使用未检验的交易。批发商不能产生唯一的交易标识符。
14.ECC键盘可由伸缩板膜、橡胶和/或塑料材料制成,以提供耐久性和细长的尺寸。键盘可被设计成具有圆的或方的按键。
15.ECC可以在后面装磁带条并在前面装键盘以方便SAC电信。音频传感器可被用作电信设备以通过电话线用TS设备向批发商发送SAC以处理交易。
16.ECC可被用于存储多于一个信用卡/借方卡账户。这些卡可以是从不同的金融机构/组织/公司分配的卡。
17.ECC可以保留被批准信用卡/借方卡金融限额的信用卡/借方卡,并提供给用户(客户)有关他或她的账户限额未结算的他或她的金融收支差额的信息。这可用于一个或多个信用卡/借方卡账户。
