Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及洗涤织物的方法和组合物。
发明背景
在习惯用手洗涤织物的国家,即使使用高级洗衣用清洁产品,所达到的清洁程度也经常使人失望。
改善手洗效果的一个明显的途径是试着改进主洗洗涤剂配方中的成分。但是,发明者们现在意识到这个技术问题可以通过一种新的并且令人惊讶的方法来解决,通过该方法在漂洗过程中使去垢助剂作用于织物。同时改进了总体清洁/去污效果,在某些情况下,也有助于去除污渍。
本发明的定义
本发明提供一种洗涤织物的方法,该方法包括:
(i)一个洗涤步骤,在该步骤中将织物浸泡在包含洗涤剂表面活性剂、去垢助剂和任选的其他洗涤剂成分的含水洗涤液中;

(b)0-90%重量,优选0-85%重量,更优选0-80%重量,更加优选0-50%重量的pH缓冲剂,(a)与(b)的重量比为99.9∶0-10∶90,优选99∶0-15∶85,更优选95∶0-20∶80,和
(c)荧光增白剂和/或香料,所述组合物基本上不含有机表面活性剂。
本发明详述
本发明方法的基本特征在于在漂洗液中包含浓度为0.1-10g/l的去垢助剂。所述漂洗液必须基本上不含表面活性剂。例如,所述漂洗液应当含<0.25g/l,更优选<0.1g/l,最优选<0.05g/l的非皂合成表面活性剂。特别优选所述漂洗液完全不含这种表面活性剂。所述漂洗液也可以基本上不含皂。
漂洗液中的去垢助剂
优选去垢助剂的浓度为0.5-5g/l。
大范围的水溶性助剂可以用于本发明的方法。它们可以是水溶性的、不溶于水的或部分可溶的。可以使用一种或多种这类助剂。但最优选的是三聚磷酸钠。可用于该方法的其他水溶性去垢助剂是柠檬酸碱金属盐、碳酸碱金属盐(含方解石)以及次氮基三乙酸钠(NTA)。硅铝酸盐是典型的不溶性助剂。
优选助剂的量使pCa≥4,优选≥5。
缓冲剂
根据本发明的第二个方面,任选的pH缓冲剂(b)以组合物重量的0-90%重量,优选0-85%重量,更优选0-80%重量,特别是0-50%重量存在。当存在pH缓冲剂时,优选其含量为至少2%重量。
极为优选漂洗液的pH≥8.0。为此,如果助剂本身没有足够的碱性,则可以加入一种特定的碱性缓冲剂和/或使用一种是非助剂或半去垢助剂的缓冲剂,例如碱金属碳酸盐(无方解石)和/或酸式碳酸盐和/或硅酸盐。由此,优选的实施方案包括使用三聚磷酸钠作为助剂,在漂洗液中被选自碱金属碳酸盐(无方解石)、正磷酸盐、酸式碳酸盐和/或硅酸盐的试剂缓冲至pH大于8.0。但是,如果去垢助剂包含柠檬酸盐和/或NTA和/或硅铝酸盐,或者主要或仅仅由柠檬酸盐和/或NTA和/或硅铝酸盐组成,则只需要缓冲至pH≥5.5。
其他任选成分
还优选包括一种或其他任选成分,例如选自荧光增白剂、香料、淀粉、酶(例如脂酶)、去污聚合物、光漂白剂和上蓝剂的成分。在本发明的组合物的情况下,必须有荧光增白剂和/或香料。对于用在最终漂洗中的产品,高度优选包括消泡剂。
在前述内容的基础上也可以附加地或者选择性地包括一种粘土,例如膨润土型,例如还具有不超过2.0μm的数均粒径的粘土。这也有助于去除污渍。
产品形式
所述漂洗液可以以任何适当的形式与本发明的组合物一起使用,例如作为液体、膏状、凝胶、条状、片状或颗粒状产品。

胆甾醇
硬脂酸十六醇十八醇酯混合物
人造污垢组合物
将所述人造皮脂组合物分散在具有碳和氧化铁的水中,用粘土作为分散剂。

Claims (15)

1.一种洗涤织物的方法,它包括:
(i)一个洗涤步骤,在该步骤中将织物浸泡在包含洗涤剂表面活性剂、去垢助剂和任选的其他洗涤剂成分的含水洗涤液中;
(ii)一个漂洗步骤,在该步骤中将织物在含水漂洗液中浸泡至少30秒,所述漂洗液基本上不含表面活性剂,含有浓度在0.1-10g/l范围内的去垢助剂。
2.权利要求1的方法,其中所述漂洗液中去垢助剂的浓度在0.25-5g/l的范围内。
3.前述权利要求中任一项的方法,其中所述步骤(ii)中的去垢助剂包含水溶性助剂。
4.前述权利要求中任一项的方法,其中所述去垢助剂选自碱金属三聚磷酸钠、碱金属柠檬酸盐、正磷酸盐、碱金属碳酸盐、硅铝酸盐和碱金属次氮基三乙酸盐以及它们的混合物。
5.前述权利要求中任一项的方法,其中所述漂洗液还含有一种pH缓冲剂。
6.权利要求3-5中任一项的方法,其中所述水溶性助剂选自三聚磷酸盐、亚氨基二丁二酸盐以及它们的混合物,所述漂洗液被选自一种或多种碱金属碳酸盐(无方解石)、酸式碳酸盐和硅酸盐的一种缓冲剂缓冲至pH大于8.0。
7.权利要求3或4的方法,其中所述水溶性去垢助剂包含柠檬酸盐或次氮基三乙酸盐,所述漂洗液被选自一种或多种碱金属碳酸盐(无方解石)、正磷酸盐、酸式碳酸盐和硅酸盐的一种缓冲剂缓冲至pH≥5.5。
8.前述权利要求中任一项的方法,其中所述漂洗液还包含一种选自荧光增白剂、香料、淀粉、脂酶、去污聚合物、光漂白剂和上蓝剂的有益试剂。

10.一种在漂洗过程中处理洗涤过的织物的组合物,它包含:
(a)10-99.95%重量,优选15-99.0%重量,更优选20-95%重量的水溶性去垢助剂,
(b)0-90%重量,优选0-85%重量,更优选0-80%重量,更加优选0-50%重量的pH缓冲剂,(a)与(b)的重量比为99.9∶0-10∶90,优选99∶0-15∶85,更优选95∶0-20∶80,和
(c)荧光增白剂和/或香料,所述组合物基本上不含有机表面活性剂,
所述组合物基本上不合有机表面活性剂。
11.权利要求10的组合物,该组合物还包含有效量的选自淀粉、脂酶、去污聚合物、光漂白剂和上蓝剂的有益试剂。
12.权利要求10或11的组合物,该组合物处于粉状组合物、颗粒状、液体、膏状、凝胶、条状或片状的形式。
13.一种洗衣用洗涤剂产品,该产品包含:
(i)第一组合物,它包含洗涤剂表面活性剂、去垢助剂和任选的其他洗涤剂成分,
(ii)第二组合物,它是权利要求10-12中任一项的组合物。
14.权利要求13的产品,其中所述第一组合物(i)是一种颗粒状洗衣用洗涤剂组合物。
15.权利要求13或14的产品,其中所述第一和第二组合物在单独的初级包装中,并且又一起被装在共同的二级包装中。
