Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗涤织物的方法。所述方法是提供良好清洁性能的洗涤过程,尤其是针对引起恶臭的污垢。
背景技术
已在现有领域中描述了在衣物洗涤循环内使用光敏组分的益处,例如,去污效果的改善,或者微生物诸如细菌和孢子的消除。
光漂白剂需要光源,以便在洗涤过程中最有效。在洗涤过程中包括光源,例如,但包括在自动洗衣机的滚筒中的光源,可用于增加光漂白剂的性能。然而,在洗涤过程中包含光源致使光漂白剂与其它化学物质(诸如香料、增白剂、调色染料和酶)的相容性的另外问题。
需要提供一种洗涤过程,其可以在洗涤过程期间活化光漂白剂,但也克服活化的光漂白剂与其它化学物质(诸如香料、增白剂、调色染料和酶)的不相容性的问题,例如,以便保护这些洗涤剂组分免于被光活化的光催化剂氧化降解。
发明内容

步骤(a),主洗涤步骤
在主洗涤步骤(步骤(a))中,用水性洗涤浴来洗涤染污的织物,所述水性洗涤浴包含去污表面活性剂以及以下组分中的一种或多种:香料、增白剂、调色染料、酶、以及它们的任何组合。

光漂白剂

可能优选的是:

(c)所述光漂白剂是荧光桃红B,并且其中所述人工光源提供波长为460nm至570nm的光;
(d)所述光漂白剂是赤藓红,并且其中所述人工光源提供波长为460nm至550nm的光;并且/或者
(e)所述光漂白剂是酞菁衍生物,并且其中所述人工光源提供波长为550nm至750nm的光。
水性洗涤浴
水性洗涤浴通常通过使衣物洗涤剂与水接触来形成。衣物洗涤剂通常包含去污表面活性剂以及以下组分中的一种或多种:香料、增白剂、调色染料、酶、以及它们的任何组合。
漂洗溶液
漂洗溶液包含增白剂。漂洗溶液可包含香料,然而,漂洗溶液可能优选地不包含任何有意添加的香料(可能存在自主洗涤浴携带到漂洗溶液中的香料)。可能优选的是,漂洗溶液不包含与光漂白剂不相容的其它化学物质,例如可能在存在光漂白剂的情况下不稳定的化学物质。此类化学物质可包括酶、调色染料和/或增白剂。
另外,漂洗溶液可包含在漂洗步骤期间向织物提供益处的化学物质。此类化学物质可包括织物软化剂。
漂洗溶液通常通过使织物增强剂与水接触来形成。织物增强剂通常包括织物软化剂。合适的织物软化剂包括阳离子季铵化合物、粘土、硅氧烷、以及它们任何组合。
人工光源
通常,人工光源存在于自动洗衣机的洗涤滚筒中。优选地,人工光源由一个或多个LED、或两个或更多个LED、或三个或更多个LED、或甚至四个或更多个LED提供。优选地,人工光源由一个或多个灯泡、或两个或更多个灯泡、或三个或更多个灯泡、或甚至四个或更多个灯泡提供。
通常,在所述漂洗步骤(b)的至少一部分期间存在并打开人工光源,并且所述人工光源以使存在于所述水性漂洗溶液中的光漂白剂活化的此类方式向所述水性漂洗溶液提供光。对于漂洗步骤(b)的大部分持续时间,人工光源优选地是打开的,对于整个漂洗步骤(b),人工光源可以是打开的。
在所述主洗涤步骤(a)的至少一部分期间关闭所述人工光源,并且所述人工光源在此时不向所述水性洗涤浴提供任何光。对于主洗涤步骤(a)的大部分持续时间,人工光源可以是关闭的,对于整个主洗涤步骤(a),人工光源可以是关闭的,并且所述人工光源在此时不向水性洗涤浴提供任何光。

可能优选的是,人工光源发射漫射光。
漫射光被定义为波束扩散为46°至130°或更高的光,其对应于根据NEMA(国家电气制造商协会)波束扩散分类(c.f.表4)的波束类型4至7。

衣物洗涤剂
用于本发明的水性洗涤液体可包含一种或多种去污表面活性剂,通常包括但不限于:阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、以及它们的组合。
用于实施本发明的可用阴离子表面活性剂自身可具有若干不同的类型。例如,高级脂肪酸的水溶性盐(即“皂”)是本文水性洗涤液体中可用的阴离子表面活性剂。这包括碱金属皂,诸如包含约8至约24个碳原子,并且优选约12至约18个碳原子的高级脂肪酸的钠盐、钾盐、铵盐和烷基铵盐。皂可通过脂肪和油的直接皂化而制得,或通过游离脂肪酸的中和而制得。尤其可用的是衍生自椰子油和牛脂的脂肪酸的混合物的钠盐和钾盐,也就是牛脂和椰子油的钠皂或钾皂。适用于本文的附加非皂型阴离子表面活性剂包括在其分子结构中具有包含约10至约20个碳原子的烷基基团和磺酸或硫酸酯基的有机硫酸反应产物的水溶性盐,优选碱金属盐和铵盐(术语“烷基”中包括酰基基团的烷基部分)。此类合成阴离子表面活性剂的示例包括但不限于:a)具有直链或支链的碳链的烷基硫酸钠、烷基硫酸钾和烷基硫酸铵,尤其是通过硫酸化高级醇(C10-C20碳原子)获得的那些,诸如通过还原牛油或椰子油的甘油酯所产生的那些;b)具有直链或支链碳链的烷基乙氧基硫酸钠、烷基乙氧基硫酸钾和烷基乙氧基硫酸铵,尤其是其中烷基基团包含约10至约20、优选约12至约18个碳原子的那些,并且其中乙氧基化链具有平均在约0.1至约5、优选约0.3至约4、并且更优选约0.5至约3范围内的乙氧基化度;c)烷基苯磺酸钠和烷基苯磺酸钾,其中烷基基团以直链或支链的碳链构型,优选以直链的碳链构型包含约10至约20个碳原子;d)烷基磺酸钠、烷基磺酸钾和烷基磺酸铵,其中烷基基团以直链或支链构型包含约10至约20个碳原子;e)烷基磷酸或膦酸钠、烷基磷酸或膦酸钾和烷基磷酸或膦酸铵,其中烷基基团以直链或支链的构型包含约10至约20个碳原子;和f)烷基羧酸钠、烷基羧酸钾和烷基羧酸铵,其中烷基基团以直链或支链分构型包含约10至约20个碳原子,以及它们的组合。尤其优选用于实施本发明的是包含C10-C20直链烷基苯磺酸盐(LAS)和C10-C20直链或支链未烷氧基化烷基硫酸盐(AS)的表面活性剂体系。优选用于实施本发明的是LAS表面活性剂,如上文所述。LAS可以足以形成含有约100ppm至约2000ppm,优选约200ppm至约1500ppm,更优选约300ppm至约1000ppm的LAS的含水洗涤液体的量存在于预处理组合物或随后添加的织物处理组合物中。
水性洗涤液体可包含(作为LAS的替代物或与LAS组合)一种或多种AS表面活性剂,如上文所述。AS表面活性剂可以在约100ppm至约2000ppm、优选约200ppm至约1500ppm、更优选约300ppm至约1000ppm范围内的量存在于水性洗涤液体中。
水性洗涤液体还可包含一种或多种具有在约0.1至约5、优选约0.3至约4、并且更优选约0.5至约3范围内的平均乙氧基化度的C10-C20直链或支链烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐(AAS)。此类AES表面活性剂可以在约0ppm至约1000ppm、优选约0ppm至约500ppm、更优选约0ppm至约300ppm范围内的量存在于其中。
此外,水性洗涤液体可包含约0ppm至约1000ppm、优选约0ppm至约500ppm、更优选约0ppm至约200ppm的非离子表面活性剂。优选的非离子表面活性剂是具有式R1(OC2H4)nOH的那些,其中R1为C10-C20烷基基团或烷基苯基基团,并且n为约1至约80。尤其优选的是具有1至20的平均烷氧基化度的C10-C20烷基烷氧基化醇(AA)。
可用于本文的其它表面活性剂包括两性表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂。此类表面活性剂熟知用于衣物洗涤剂中,并且其通常以约10ppm至约300ppm、优选约15ppm至约200ppm、更优选约20ppm至约100ppm的含量存在。
水性洗涤液体包含以下组分中的一种或多种:香料、增白剂、调色染料、酶、以及它们的任何组合。合适的香料包括香料包封物。合适的酶包括蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶、甘露聚糖酶、果胶酸裂解酶、DNA酶、氧化酶、以及它们的任何组合。
本发明的水性洗涤液体还可包含一种或多种常用于配制衣物洗涤剂组合物的辅助成分,诸如助洗剂、填料、载体、结构剂或增稠剂、粘土污垢移除/抗再沉积剂、聚合物去垢剂、聚合物分散剂、聚合物油脂清洁剂、酶稳定体系、胺、漂白化合物、漂白剂、漂白活化剂、漂白催化剂、染料、染料转移抑制剂、螯合剂、软化剂或调理剂(诸如阳离子聚合物或硅氧烷)、卫生和恶臭处理剂等。优选地,本发明的水性洗涤液体基本上不含任何织物软化剂。
水性漂洗溶液
水性漂洗液包含光漂白剂。
本发明的漂洗溶液可基本上由水组成,或者由去离子水或自来水组成。漂洗溶液可包含一种或多种织物护理剂,所述一种或多种织物护理剂选自:织物软化剂、表面改性剂、抗皱剂等。例如,本发明的水性漂洗溶液可包含量在约10ppm至约2000ppm、优选约20ppm至约1500ppm、更优选约50ppm至约1000ppm范围内的织物软化剂。优选地,织物软化剂为阳离子化合物,诸如季铵化合物、阳离子硅氧烷、阳离子淀粉、绿土粘土、以及它们的组合或衍生物。更优选地,其为式(I)的二酯季铵化合物:

本文的水性漂洗溶液可包含其它物质,其非限制性示例包括表面活性剂、溶剂、盐(例如,CaCl2)、酸(例如,HCl和甲酸)、防腐剂和水。优选地,本发明的水性漂洗液体基本上不含上文所述的用于水性洗涤液体的阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂,并且更优选地,其基本上不含任何表面活性剂。
实施例
实施例1:在主洗涤过程中在光和光催化剂下的酶稳定性
将含有以下成分的清洁组合物(表1)置于具有50ml水和六个5cm×5cm针织棉样本(Warwick Equest,Ltd.)的广口瓶中。将广口瓶置于在光箱内,并且每2分钟手动搅动。40分钟后,取出等分试样并且测量酶活性。使用蛋白酶底物N-琥珀酰基-ALA-ALA-PRO-PHE对硝基苯胺(PNA)来分析蛋白酶活性,并且使用无限淀粉酶试剂测定来分析淀粉酶活性。
对于参考,将相同组合物置于具有50ml水和六个5cm°5cm针织棉样本(WarwickEquest,Ltd.)的广口瓶中,并将广口瓶保持在黑暗中。

实施例2:在光和光催化剂下的恶臭分解
将含有以下成分的漂洗组合物(表3)置于含有10ml水和18ppm粪臭素(恶臭组分)的带隔片的烧瓶中(以有利于顶部空间分析)。将广口瓶置于光箱内15分钟,取样顶部空间并使用GC-MS进行分析。
这涉及在用PDMS-SPME纤维(聚二甲基硅氧烷-固相微萃取)取样之前在30℃处温育样品。然后在Agilent 7890B气相色谱仪的热入口中解吸纤维。在DB-5柱上分离存在于顶部空间中的粪臭素,并且使用质谱由Agilent 5977B质谱仪来鉴定。
实验在2个条件下运行:水溶液和100ppm LAS,从而模拟将主洗涤表面活性剂携带到漂洗循环中。

表4显示恶臭的顶部空间水平,其被表示为处理后剩余的顶部空间的百分比。可以观察到,在比较洗涤过程中(组合物4和7),在处理后存在零恶臭减少。本发明组合物(组合物5、6、8和9)显著去除粪臭素(恶臭)。

Claims (10)
1.一种洗涤织物的方法,其中所述方法包括以下步骤:
(a)在主洗涤步骤中,用水性洗涤浴来洗涤染污的织物,所述水性洗涤浴包含去污表面活性剂以及以下组分中的一种或多种:香料、增白剂、调色染料、酶、以及它们的任何组合;以及
(b)在漂洗步骤中,用水性漂洗溶液来漂洗所述染污的织物,所述水性漂洗溶液包含光漂白剂,
其中在所述漂洗步骤(b)的至少一部分期间存在并打开人工光源,并且所述人工光源以使存在于所述水性漂洗溶液中的光漂白剂活化的方式向所述水性漂洗溶液提供光,
并且其中在所述主洗涤步骤(a)的至少一部分期间关闭所述人工光源,并且所述人工光源不向所述水性洗涤浴提供任何光。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述方法是在自动洗衣机中执行的,并且所述人工光源为存在于所述自动洗衣机的洗涤滚筒中的灯泡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述光漂白剂选自:核黄素;荧光桃红B;赤藓红;这些光漂白剂中任一个光漂白剂的盐;这些光漂白剂中任一个光漂白剂的衍生物;以及它们的任何组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中:
(a)所述光漂白剂是噻吨酮,并且其中所述人工光源提供波长为300nm至400nm的光;
(b)所述光漂白剂是核黄素,并且其中所述人工光源提供波长为400nm至480nm的光;
(c)所述光漂白剂是荧光桃红B,并且其中所述人工光源提供波长为460nm至570nm的光;
(d)所述光漂白剂是赤藓红,并且其中所述人工光源提供波长为460nm至550nm的光;并且/或者
(e)所述光漂白剂是酞菁衍生物,并且其中所述人工光源提供波长为550nm至750nm的光。
5.根据任一前述权利要求所述的方法,其中所述水性洗涤浴包含调色染料。
6.根据任一前述权利要求所述的方法,其中所述水性洗涤浴包含增白剂。
7.根据任一前述权利要求所述的方法,其中所述水性漂洗溶液包含织物软化剂。
8.根据任一前述权利要求所述的方法,其中所述人工光源包括两个或更多个灯泡。
9.根据任一前述权利要求所述的方法,其中所述人工光源发射漫射光。
10.根据任一前述权利要求所述的方法用于向经洗涤的织物提供白度和新鲜感益处的用途。
