背景技术
骨关节病是临床常见病、多发病。临床当中使骨关节受累的病变很多，如：急慢性类风湿性关节炎、骨性关节炎、腰椎间脱出、膨出、肩周炎、颈椎病、股骨头坏死等病变，这些病症具有复发率高，不易根治特点。随病情发展可出现压迫神经、肌肉萎缩、关节病理性脱位、强直等症状，在诊疗患者疾病过程发现，如采用针灸、电疗、牵引等疗法，对病症较轻、病史较短的患者有一定疗效，但对病症较重的患者疗效欠佳，且易复发。还有的患者采用西医临床常用的非激素类抗炎药治疗，如消炎痛、双氯灭痛、布洛芬等药物，这些药具有起效快，止痛效果好，但长期服用易出现许多副作用，如过敏反应、胃肠道症状、贫血、肝肾功能损害等，还有一些重症患者采用激素类抗炎药物，如强地松，地塞米松等药物，该药物虽能起到消炎止痛作用，但不能根治也不能抑制病情发展，且停药困难，长期服用副作用较多。如：胃肠道症状、向心性肥胖、心慌、血压升高、骨质疏松、无菌性骨坏死等，服用中成药或中西合剂，疗效不稳定，不能消除病状，消除痛苦。

本方药麻黄、桂枝、防风、羌活、细辛中药配伍具有良好的辛温发散作用，独活、威灵仙、木瓜、桑寄生配伍则祛风除湿功效显著，茯苓、薏苡仁配伍是相须为用能利水健脾渗湿；而附子与上药中的细辛配则能加强温经祛寒作用。上述诸药有机结合共奏祛风散寒除温功效，为君药。使病变骨关节的肿大积液、喜暖怕凉酸沉症状，通过上述诸药的协同作用，激发阳气，调节腠理毛窍、肾窍开合，祛除风寒湿三种邪气。现代药理研究，桂枝、羌活所含挥发油能扩张血管、调整血液循环，增加营养性血流，利于散热发汗；麻黄所含松油醇有解热发汗作用。附子所含的乌头生物碱具有良好的镇痛作用；木瓜中所含的抗坏血酸对关节炎有消肿作用，防风、细辛、独活、威灵仙所含的有效成分具有显著的镇痛抗炎作用。对关节炎、腰腿痛、神经痛效果明显。本方剂中川芎、桃仁、红花、乳香、没药、川牛膝、延胡素、姜黄、地鳖虫、三七、赤芍药，配伍具有活血化瘀的功效，为臣药。现代药理研究证明川芎嗪能扩张外周血管，对慢性微循环障碍有明显的改善作用；桃仁的醇提物能扩张血管，抑制血液凝固，红花能抑制血小板聚集，增强纤维、蛋白溶解，三七具有良好的止血作用，而三七根总皂甙能抑制血小板聚集，具有镇静作用，还能调节过高或过低的免疫反应，但不干扰正常的免疫反应，川牛膝中的皂甙对关节炎有促进显性肿胀消退作用；延胡素中的延胡素元素具较强的镇痛作用，而赤芍药、乳香、没药所含有效成分均有良好的抗炎消肿止痛作用。本发明药中当归、鸡血藤、党参、黄芪配伍具有益气补血的功效，共为佐药，现代药理研究它们能调节或增强机体的免疫功能的，杜仲、狗脊、骨碎补、续继配伍具有补肝肾强筋骨的作用。虫类药具有走串之性，地龙、全蝎配伍能活血通络，牵引诸药直达病处的作用，牵引经之义共为使药，协助君药，臣药发挥疗效，诸药配伍不但能抑制免疫炎性反应，很多药均入肝肾两经以调节内分泌功能，中医理论认为肝主筋、肾主骨，以本发明中药能使各种原因引起纤维蛋白溶解，清除自由基，起到抑制关节滑膜增生和血管开成，阻止骨质被侵袭，改善病变关节的血液循环，修复已被破坏的骨质，活血化瘀药与通络药配伍能起到良的舒筋活络作用，使钙化或弯缩的关节韧带得以恢复，防止关节病理性脱位，纤维性强直或骨性强直。益气养血药的应用扶正固本，提高机体免疫能力，使久病之后，气虚乏力症状得到恢复。
具体实施方式
一种治疗骨关节疾病的口服中药，由以下中药组成：羌活15-25g，独活15-25g，姜黄10-20g，当归15-20g，赤芍药10-15g，黄芪10-20g，党参20-30g，防风15-25g，麻黄10-15g，桂枝10-25，全蝎10-20g，地龙10-20g，茯苓15-25g，薏苡仁15-25g，威灵仙10-20g，延胡索15-25g，乳香10-20g，没药10-20g，地鳖虫15-25g，红花10-20g，桃仁10-15g，川芎15-25g，骨碎补10-20g，续断15-20g，川牛膝15-20g，三七10-15g，细辛5-10g，附子10-15g，木瓜15-20g，杜仲10-20g，桑寄生15-20g，狗脊10-20g，鸡血藤10-20g。
将上述的药物均匀混合，粉碎后过箩，装入胶囊即可备用，每日口服二次或三次，每次五粒，7天为一副药。
本发明药的功效为温经散寒除湿，活血化瘀通络，益气养血，利筋骨止痛。本发明药不但疗效快捷，而且长期服用无副作用，但是不能用于热性病症，中药重在治本，有骨关节病的病人，经用本药物治疗，不但关节病症全愈，而且伴随的全身症状消失，使患者彻底康复，如患有风湿、类风湿的患者，随病情发展不但侵袭关节，还伴有乏力无汗或自汗，精神不振，身体喜暖怕凉，食欲不佳，胸闷，口干不渴，大便稀溏，夜间或晨起各关节紧皱重着僵硬等全身机能低下的症状，经用本发明中药治疗后，伴随的全身症状即可逐渐缓解，直到彻底康复，临床中可广泛应用于骨性关节炎、寒湿性。
本发明口服中药疗效稳定，长期服用无副作用，对各种骨关节病变具有治愈疗效。一些外治不愈的骨关节病患者通过治疗已能行走劳作，数年后均无复发，治愈患者的年龄从青年人到八十多岁的老年人，病史从几年到三十多年不等，治疗时间为2个疗程，其中类风显性关节炎的患者多数已处于纤维性强直阶段。经统计，共治愈急慢性类风湿关节炎620例，其中骨性强直2例，寒湿性关节炎160例，骨性关节炎108例，腰椎间盘脱出、膨出患者80例，颈椎病、颈肩综合症94例，肩周炎40例，股骨头坏死2例，末稍神经炎72例，坐骨神经痛50例，足跟骨痛10例，软组织损伤34例。
病例1：白××，男，85岁，该患者自感近两年颈椎酸痛、怕凉，活动不利，且逐渐加重，伴头晕，右手拇指、食指、中指麻木。X线片示：颈椎骨质退行性改变，椎管狭窄，C4-5、C5-6、C6-7椎间盘钙化。诊断为颈椎病。该患者中药口服，治疗4周，诸症消失痊愈。
病例2：刘××，女，46岁，该患者颈椎、右肩臂疼痛，怕凉喜暖，活动不利1个月。X线片示：颈椎5、6节间隙变窄，右侧为著，曲度反向，自述提重物或右臂向下垂时疼痛加重，曾服用中西药、针炙、牵引等疗法，略有缓解，但停止治疗仍然疼痛，查：第5、6颈椎及右肩关节、前臂内外侧压痛(+)。该患者服中药口服共治疗4周，每日三次，痊愈，能参加劳作。
病例3：李××，男，77岁，该患者自述一年前左膝关节出现疼痛，活动不利，行走时诸症加重，近二个月感觉左髋关节疼痛，活动不利，左下肢着地疼痛加重，左侧卧压近左髋关节能时疼痛剧烈，行走时靠柱拐支撑，经几家医院治疗和买药服用均无明显效果，来诊时查，左膝关节略肿内外髁及髌骨上下缘压痛(+)，伴屈伸不利，左髋关节压痛(+)。X线片示：左膝关节髁间隙隆突变尖，髌骨上下缘有骨刺形成，左股骨头扁平，骨密度不均，左髌关节间隙变窄。服用本发明药1疗程，左膝关节诸症消失，左髌关节共治疗3个疗程痊愈，不用拄拐则行走自如。
病例4：王××，女，56岁，该患者腰部扭伤史3年，平素自感腰酸痛，活动不利，伴右下肢麻木，夜间晨起时症状加重，经医院诊断为“椎管狭窄”，近年当中曾多方治疗未愈，经用本发明药口服1周诸症减轻，共治疗5周而痊愈。
病例5：李××，女，44岁，该患者右肩关节、肩胛酸痛，怕凉，活动不利四年，加重半年，每当劳作或遇凉时，疼痛加剧，伴全身喜暖怕凉，精神萎糜，舌淡苔少白，脉沉细弱，胸椎正侧经X线片示：胸椎生理曲度呈反“s”型，T5-12椎体前缘均有不同程度的骨质变突，诊断胸椎退行性变，胸椎生理曲度侧旁畸形，该患者服用本发明药1周，症状消失，自觉精神状态佳，无明显喜暖怕凉，可以正常劳作。
病例6：叶××，女，27岁，该患者两脚掌、双膝关节、双手指关节疼痛、怕凉、肿胀一年半，每当夜间或晨起时诸症加重，伴乏力、无汗、喜暖怕凉，精神萎糜，行走时双足不能踩硬物，经服用本发明药，治疗1周其它关节疼痛肿胀缓解，唯脚掌、面疼痛、肿胀较重。用药3周诸关节疼痛、肿胀已明显缓解，全身怕凉，重着感已减轻，自感食饮不佳，行走后双膝关节疼痛，重着感加剧，睡眠不佳，舌淡苔白腻，共治疗7周诸症消失，可以正常劳作。
病例7，王××，女，58岁，该患者腰部外伤后疼痛，怕凉，强直二十三年，加重二年。CT片示L3/4，L4/5，L5/s1椎间盘膨出；L3/4，L4/5，L5/s1椎间盘积气，L5椎体后缘后纵韧带钙化，诊断为腰椎间盘退行性变。并伴高血压，BP100/180mmHg，经服用本发明中药治疗7周，诸症痊愈，可以干家务。
病例8，宋×，女，55岁，该患者自感十年前开始全身各关节经常疼痛，怕凉、肿大、活动不利，时轻时重，每到春季加剧，近几年双膝关节疼痛，肿大、变形，曾服用中西药治疗未愈。诊断为类风湿关节炎骨性强直，平素身体怕凉喜暖无汗，烦燥食欲不佳，口干不渴，尿淡白便溏，舌淡白苔厚腻，脉浮缓濡，经服用本发明治疗7周，右膝关节及全身伴随症状消失，左膝关节已能屈伸，疼痛怕凉均明显缓解，总共治疗4疗程诸症消失，已能行走劳作治愈。
病例9，吴××，女，60岁，该患者风湿病史三十年，时轻时重，近两年腰酸痛怕凉，强直不能弯腰，右膝关节肿大、酸痛、怕凉、屈伸不利，诸症逐渐加重，自感乏力无汗纳差，夜间疼痛加剧而影响休息，便稀无形，尿白不利，口干不渴，舌淡苔厚白腻，脉沉细弱，经服用本发明药治疗1疗程腰部疼痛，怕凉缓解，已能轻松活动，右膝关节肿大积液消失，疼痛缓解，但还感右髁窝“筋短”，屈伸不利，共治疗3个疗程诸症痊愈。
病例10，高××，女，56岁，该患者糖尿病史2年，曾服用“三消丸”药控制血糖，一年前自感足掌趾麻木，继而针刺样疼痛、肿胀，近年来双手指麻木疼痛，自感肿胀不能握拳，诸症夜间加重。伴乏力，口略干渴，尿略频色黄，舌淡边有裂纹，苔厚略黄，经服用本发明药治疗1周后，复诊双足底、双手肿胀减轻，疼痛麻木明显缓解，共治疗3周，疼痛、麻木、肿胀等症消失。
病例11，张×，男，45岁，该患者双手指疼痛、怕凉、苍白，夜间加重，病症10年，右手较左手重，右手中指尖溃破，指甲增厚变形，经医院诊断为“末稍神经炎”，自述每当溃烂加重时静点“青霉素”，月余能略有缓解，来诊时右手中指尖疼痛剧烈，伴乏力、腰酸痛，尿清淡白，舌淡苔白有裂纹，脉沉弱无力，用本发明中药内服治疗2周，其他手指症状明显缓解，右手中指疼痛较以前减轻，皮肤微红不再苍白，指尖溃烂已开始结痂封口，且疮面较以前缩小，乏力减轻，腰不酸，脉沉弱较以前应指，治疗2个疗程而痊愈。
病例12，李××，男，46岁，该患者曾在工作当中扭伤右髋关节，当时并为引起注意，服用“沈阳红药”，休息后仍然坚持工作，但自感疼痛，活动不利等症状逐渐加重，曾在其他医院治疗，没有明显效果。来我院治疗，X片示：右侧股骨头大部分缺，其内结构模糊，密度减轻，左侧髋关节面模糊密度增高，髋关节间隙消失，关节脱位，沈通氏线、同氏线消失。诊断为右侧重度股骨头坏死(头缺如)来诊时查：右侧髋关节前后压痛(+)伴肌肉萎缩。不能右侧卧，不能翻身，行走时靠双拐支撑，自感右下肢轻左下肢短，服用本发明中药，敷药，2周后自感右髋关节疼痛减轻，活动时右下肢较用药前轻松，治疗10周后疼痛明显缓解，休息时已能在床上翻身，治疗六个疗程时，行走不用拄双拐，治疗13个疗程，疼痛消失，行走自如，已能干家务活。

1、一种治疗骨关节疾病的口服中药，其特征在于以由下中药组成：羌活15-25份，独活15-25份，姜黄10-20份，当归15-20份，赤芍药10-15份，黄芪10-20份，党参20-30份，防风15-25份，麻黄10-15份，桂枝10-25，全蝎10-20份，地龙10-20份，茯苓15-25份，薏苡仁15-25份，威灵仙10-20份，延胡索15-25份，乳香10-20份，没药10-20份，地鳖虫15-25份，红花10-20份，桃仁10-15份，川芎15-25份，骨碎补10-20份，续断15-20份，川牛膝15-20份，三七10-15份，细辛5-10份，附子10-15份，木瓜15-20份，杜仲10-20份，桑寄生15-20份，狗脊10-20份，鸡血藤10-20份。
