这两种化合物是磷酸二甲基-[3-(丙氧基羰基氨基)丙基]铵和亚磷酸二甲基-[3-(丙氧基羰基氨基)丙基]铵。
本发明化合物具有杀真菌活性,尤其对植物藻状菌病,例如葡萄霜霉病(葡萄生单锈霉),各种疫霉枯萎病,例如西红柿或马铃薯晚疫病(致病疫霉),腐霉属,丝霉属,盘梗霉属,霜霉属和假霜霉属。
本发明还提供一种用本发明化合物在已感染或易感染真菌区域防治真菌的方法,包括向所述区域施用有效量的本发明化合物。
本发明还提供包含本发明化合物及农学上认可的稀释剂或载体的农用组合物。
本发明组合物还可包含一种或多种其他活性成分,例如具有植物生长调节,除草,杀菌,杀虫或杀螨活性的已知化合物。或者,也可以先后施用本发明化合物与其他活性成分。

本发明组合物可包含,例如,分散剂,乳化剂或润湿剂。通常,其形式为水性浓缩物。
本发明组合物中活性成分的浓度,如果是施用于植株,以0.0001-1.0wt%为宜,尤其是0.0001-0.01wt%。在原料组合物中,活性成分含量范围很大,可以是例如5-95wt%。

或者,也可将所述活性化合物直接施用于植株,例如,在植株已经表现出真菌感染时喷洒液剂或粉剂,或在此之前作为预防措施。这两种情况中,优选的施用方式都是叶面喷洒。通常,在植物生长早期有效防治真菌十分重要,因为这是植物可能受到伤害最严重的阶段。如有必要,可在喷洒液剂或粉剂中包含芽前或芽后除草剂。有时还适宜在种植前或种植时对植株的根进行处理,例如将其浸在合适的液体或固体组合物中。在将活性化合物直接用于植株时,合适的施用率是0.025-5公斤/公顷,0.05-1公斤/公顷更好。

实施例1
向以75ml水配制的盐酸3-(二甲基氨基)丙基氨基甲酸丙酯(20ml,浓度:776.9g/l)水溶液中加入十二水合磷酸钠(8.8g,75ml水配制)。搅拌该混合物30分钟,蒸干,重溶于二氯甲烷(200ml),滤去白色不溶性固体(氯化钠)。将滤液蒸干,留下磷酸二甲基-[3-(丙氧基羰基氨基)丙基]铵,呈粘稠无色油状物。
核磁共振显示出相对于3-(二甲基氨基)丙基氨基甲酸丙酯的化学漂移,证实该产物是其盐。
实施例2
搅拌混合亚磷酸水溶液(2.87g,50ml水)与氢氧化钠(2.8g,50ml水),1小时。加入以水(50ml)配制的盐酸3-(二甲基氨基)丙基氨基甲酸丙酯(15.7g)溶液,搅拌30分钟,蒸干,加入二氯甲烷(450ml),再蒸干。将残留物重溶于二氯甲烷(150ml),静置1小时,滤去白色不溶性固体(氯化钠)。将滤液蒸干,留下亚磷酸二甲基-[3-(丙氧基羰基氨基)丙基]铵,呈粘稠无色油状物。
核磁共振显示出相对于3-(二甲基氨基)丙基氨基甲酸丙酯的化学漂移,证实该产物是其盐。
