Abstract
本发明涉及杀虫组合物,包含:a)0.001-5%,优选的是0.05-1%1-苯基吡唑型,特别是1-[2,6-Cl2-4-CF3苯基]3-CN-4-[SO-CF3]5-NH2吡唑的化合物;和c)40-99%,优选的是50-98%(最好是70-97%)植物粗粉。本发明也涉及用所述的组合物对付昆虫,特别是叩头虫的方法。
Description
本发明的主题是旨在防治各种形式的土壤昆虫的新颖组合物,特别是用于防治叩头虫(click beetles)的组合物。本发明也涉及用所述组合物的防治方法。
从专利申请EP 295117、WO 87/3781、93/6089和94/21606中可了解到用于防治昆虫的苯基吡唑型的杀虫化合物。专利申请EP 295117和836386也揭示了包含0.01%到5%该类活性物质的组合物。
叩头虫是昆虫的一科,它对某些作物,特别是玉米、甜菜、葵花、土豆和油菜作物特别有害。它们的有害特征更为明显,因为叩头虫的幼虫在土壤中能保留极长的时间(超过5年)。
饵料和通过摄食消耗的各种配方已被用于各种昆虫,但是,这些配方不一定对所有种类的昆虫都有效,人们仍然需要寻求对于施用变化极多特别有效,特别是用于防治叩头虫特别有效的杀虫剂形式或配方。
另外,对用于土壤上或土壤中的杀虫剂来说,很需要发现在剂量尽可能低的情况下能得到良效的条件和配方。
本发明的一个目的是完全或部分克服这些困难。
本发明的另一个目的是提供用于防治非群居昆虫有利和有效的组合物。
本发明的再一个目的是提供用于防治土壤昆虫,特别是叩头虫,更进一步地说是幼虫阶段的叩头虫有利和有效的组合物。
本发明的另一个目的是提供包含至少一种苯基吡唑型的杀虫活性物质,并能易于施用在土壤上或土壤里。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种杀虫组合物,尽管其施用剂量很低也具有良好的效能。
业已发现通过下面详述的本发明的组合物和防治方法可完全或部分地达到这些目的。本文本中指出的百分数,除非特别指出,都是重量/重量百分数。

b)0.05-10%,优选的是0.1-5%的一种(或多种)保湿剂,优选的是有机性质的保湿剂;和
c)40-99%,优选的是50-98%(更好是70-97%)的植物粗粉(vegetablemeal)。
式(I)定义中的烷基一般包括1-6个碳原子。由代表R5和R6的二价亚烷基及与R5、R6连接的氮原子形成的环一般是五-元、六-元或七-元环。
化学合成领域的技术人员可根据专利申请WO87/3781、93/6089、94/21606、EP 295117揭示的方法之一来制备式(I)化合物。该化合物在本文中称为活性物质。
在所用的植物粗粉中,可提及的是来自诸如小麦、大麦、黑麦、黑小麦、燕麦,或稻、高粱、大豆、玉米的谷类研磨得到的粗粉,优选的粗粉是玉米粗粉。这些植物粗粉的混合物也属于本发明的范畴。
在有机性质的保湿剂中,可提及的是植物来源的大分子亲水衍生物,特别是纤维质的亲水衍生物,最好是纤维素,也可以是一种或多种崩解剂。当诸如硬小麦的粗粉用于颗粒时,有利的是使用这些化合物。崩解剂包括:淀粉,羧甲基淀粉钠,诸如微晶纤维素的纤维素;改性纤维素,如羧甲基纤维素钠;膨润土,硅酸铝和硅酸镁;聚萘磺酸钠,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,二辛基磺基琥珀酸钠、木素磺酸盐;糖类衍生物,如乳糖、果糖、蔗糖、甘露醇、右旋糖;聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮的交联衍生物;使用崩解剂时,本发明组合物可含有0.5-30%重量,优选的是1-20%重量的所述试剂的干燥物质。
根据本发明组合物的不同,组合物也可包含3-30%,优选的是4-20%糖。糖特别选自单一、寡一或多有机糖,特别选自蔗糖、乳糖、果糖、右旋糖、葡萄糖或糖蜜或蜂蜜。
本发明的组合物也可包含防腐剂来防止粗粉降解,如苯甲酸钠、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、苯甲酸、对羟基苯甲酸及其酯衍生物以及碱金属盐或碱土金属盐,特别是钠盐,2-苯基苯酚及其碱金属盐或碱土金属盐,特别是钠盐,对-硝基苯酚。
其它添加剂也可包括诸如着色剂,或对害虫的引诱剂,或是对有用的或应当被保护的鸟类或动物的驱避剂。
可使用其它配制添加剂,如粘合剂、聚集剂、增进食欲剂、胶合剂、胶凝剂、溶胀剂或抗粘附剂等等。
优选的式(I)化合物包括R1是CN和/或R3是卤代烷基,和/或R4是NH2,和/或R11和R12各自独立地是卤原子,和/或R13是卤代烷基。
根据本发明特别优选的变体,用于本发明的式(I)化合物是5-氨基-3-氰基-1-[2,6-二氯-4-(三氟甲基)苯基]-4-[(三氟甲基)亚磺酰基]-1H-吡唑,实施例中命名为“氟虫腈”(fipronil)。
本发明的制剂一般为颗粒剂形式,粒径以0.1毫米到3厘米为好,优选的是0.5-4毫米。这些颗粒以在水中不溶为好(在某种意义上说,它们可抵抗水的崩解)。
可用简单地混合各种组成,优选的是根据任何本身已知的制粒或成丸技术在冰冷或加热状态下挤出或压制来制备本发明的组合物。对于这类颗粒的产生,可参照欧洲专利申请EP 0575838和/或其它技术,如本技术领域人员公知的挤出技术。
本发明也涉及保护作物免受昆虫,特别是叩头虫侵袭的方法,其特征在于,将有效量的,粒径为0.2毫米-2厘米的颗粒形式的组合物施加于种植区域的土壤上或土壤里(优选的是土壤里),所述的组合物包含选自式I产品、吡虫啉、啶虫脒(acetamiprid)、烯啶虫胺(nitenpyram)和噻中心嗪(thiamethoxam)的活性物质,优选的是式I产品。
本发明更具体地涉及保护谷类作物,优选的是玉米或甜菜或葵花或土豆或油菜的方法。有利的是在播种所述作物前或播种的同时施用本发明的制剂。
本发明也涉及防治昆虫,特别是叩头虫的方法,其特征在于将有效量的本发明组合物之一施用与存在昆虫或可能会存在昆虫的土壤上或土壤里(优选的是土壤里)。
对于有效量,组合物的用量相应于式(I)化合物在1-50克/公顷,优选的是3-40克/公顷的剂量范围。
特别防治昆虫多方面方法的一个特别特征在于,施用于土壤上或土壤里的组合物剂量接触时是不致命的,但摄入对是致命的。
换言之,对于叩头虫的例子来说,该方法包括通过施用接触不致命但摄入致命剂量的本发明制剂来杀死叩头虫。本发明处理方法能极大地减少式(I)化合物的施加剂量的良好效应的假设基于这样的事实:一旦本发明的饵料引起叩头虫的死亡,死亡的叩头虫本身可作为其它叩头虫的饵,因此也摄入了含杀虫剂的产品(死亡的叩头虫)。
本文中,杀虫剂和昆虫的术语应当从广义而普通的概念来理解,不能仅局限于科学概念(动物学概念)。因此,术语昆虫可被理解为形状很小的任何动物,如节肢动物(严格和动物学意义上的昆虫,蜘蛛纲的动物,多足动物)和线虫。
本发明能特别有效对付的土壤昆虫可提及的例子是:

在本发明对其尤为有效的土壤叩头虫中,可提及的是叩甲属,Athous spp.,Limonius spp.。
本发明的颗粒以插入土壤的深度1-5厘米为好。
本发明组合物特别有利之处在于与相似的已知组合物相比,本发明活性产物的使用剂量较低。
下列实施例阐述了本发明,但这些实施例并非用于限定。在这些实施例中,所用的式(I)化合物是氟虫腈。
实施例1:
将约8000颗未处理的玉米种子播种在0.1公顷地面上。将该地面划分成40-m2的块。
播种的同时,在每个播种排行中掺入2mm颗粒,所述的颗粒含有下列成分构成的组合物:
0.25%氟虫腈,
93.5%玉米粗粉,
2%纤维素,
4%乳糖,
0.2%对硝基苯酚,
0.05%染料蓝15.3(pigment blue 15.3)。
这样播洒的颗粒量可为2.5-10kg/公顷。未处理块作为对照来检验昆虫的危害程度。同样,也有的块用据称有效的市售杀虫剂处理,称为参照块。每个样式重复四次。
播种后大约20天,计数玉米植物的出芽数。
在St Hilaire(30)处,播种后22天,在每10米犁沟的4个未处理块上观察到10个植株。用6g/公顷剂量的氟虫腈(fipronil)处理的地块中,每10米犁沟观察到49棵植株。
用12.5克/公顷剂量的氟虫腈处理,每10米犁沟观察到48到50.5棵植株。
用25克/公顷剂量的氟虫腈处理,每10米犁沟观察到45.5到51.3棵植株。
用50克/公顷剂量的氟虫腈处理,每10米犁沟观察到49棵植株。
用常规颗粒(粘土载体)得到相同的结果需要施加200克氟虫腈/公顷。
挖出土壤来捕获和识别引起损伤的昆虫;未处理对照中存在着大量Agriotes属的叩头虫幼虫,特别是Agriotes sordidus。
实施例2:
将约98,100颗未处理的玉米种子播种在1公顷地面上。将该地面划分成27-m2的地块。
播种的同时,在每个播种排行中掺入2mm颗粒,所述的颗粒含有下列组成构成的组合物:
0.25%氟虫腈,
93.5%玉米粗粉,
2%纤维素,
4%乳糖,
0.2%对硝基苯酚,
0.05%染料蓝15.3。

用12.5克/公顷剂量的氟虫腈处理,每10米犁沟观察到43到46棵植株。
用25克/公顷剂量的氟虫腈处理,每10米犁沟观察到44.5到50棵植株。
用50克/公顷剂量的氟虫腈处理,每10米犁沟观察到49.8棵植株。
用常规颗粒(粘土载体)得到相同的结果(每10米52棵植株),需要施加200克氟虫腈/公顷。
挖出土壤来捕获和识别引起损伤的昆虫;未处理对照中存在着大量Agriotes属的叩头虫幼虫,特别是直条叩头虫。
实施例3:本发明的饵颗粒对土豆作物的效果试验。
播种同时,向播种排行的土壤里掺入由下列组分组成的本发明的颗粒:
12.5g/kg的氟虫腈(来自含有500克/升氟虫腈的悬浮浓缩物(SC)),
945.5g/kg的a)玉米粗粉(颗粒A)或b)稻粗粉(颗粒B),
40克/kg乳糖,
2克/kg对硝基苯酚。
播种后90天,比较以5和2.5克/公顷使用上述颗粒A和B,和以50和25克/公顷(来自Regent800WG)(化合物C)对Agriotes(叩头虫)的效果。
观察到下列结果,表达为每10个块茎的空洞数(=N):

Claims (17)
1.一种杀虫组合物,包括:a)0.001-5%,优选的是0.05-1%,最好是0.05-0.5%式(I)化合物:其中:
R1是卤原子,或CN基团,或甲基或CH3CO基团;
R2是S(O)nR3;
R3是烷基或卤代烷基;
R4代表氢原子或卤原子,或NR5R6,S(O)mR7,C(O)R7或C(O)O-R7,烷基,卤代烷基或OR8基团,或是-N=C(R9)(R10)基团;
R5和R6独立地代表氢原子或烷基,卤代烷基,C(O)烷基或S(O)rCF3基团,或R5和R6一起形成被一个或两个二价杂原子,如氧或硫所隔开的二价亚烷基;
R7代表烷基或卤代烷基;

5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,组合物也包含3-30%,优选的是4-20%糖类。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,糖类选自单-、寡-或多一有机糖类,特别选自蔗糖、乳糖、果糖、右旋糖、葡萄糖,或者是糖蜜或蜂蜜。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,它们也包含防治粗粉降解的防腐剂,系选自苯甲酸钠、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、苯甲酸、对羟基苯甲酸及其酯衍生物和它的碱金属或碱土金属盐,特别是钠盐,2-苯基苯酚和它的碱金属盐或碱土金属盐,特别是钠盐,对硝基苯酚。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,它们包含其它添加剂,如着色剂,或用于害虫的引诱剂,或对于有用的或应当被保护的鸟类或动物的排斥剂,和/或其它配制添加剂,如粘合剂、聚集剂、增加食欲剂、胶合剂、胶凝剂、溶胀剂和抗粘附剂等等。
9、根据权利要求1-8任一所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,式(I)化合物是5-氨基-3-氰基-1-[2,6-二氯-4-(三氟甲基)苯基]-4-[(三氟甲基)亚磺酰基]-1H-吡唑。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,本发明的制剂为颗粒形式,这些颗粒的粒径有利的是0.1毫米-3厘米,优选的是0.5-4毫米,这些颗粒以不溶于水为好。
11.一种防治昆虫的方法,其特征在于,对被种植区域的土壤上或土壤里施加如权利要求1-10任一所述的有效量的颗粒形式的组合物,所述的颗粒粒径为0.2毫米-2厘米,优选的是施加到土壤里。
12.根据权利要求11所述的保护作物的方法,其特征在于使用了式(I)化合物。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其特征在于,保护了谷类作物,优选的是玉米或甜菜或葵花或土豆或油菜。
14.根据权利要求11-13任一所述的方法,其特征在于,有效量的本发明组合物之一用于防治昆虫,特别是叩头虫。
15.根据权利要求12-14任一所述的方法,其特征在于,组合物的有效量相当于式(I)化合物的剂量为1-50g/公顷,优选的是3-40g/公顷。
16.一种防治昆虫的方法,包括在土壤上或土壤里施加接触不致命,但摄入可致命剂量的组合物。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,它可用于叩头虫防治。
