更具体地,欧洲专利0295117和0500209曾公开了将N-苯基吡唑类化合物用于防治有害昆虫,比如本发明所用的N-苯基吡唑类化合物。
一个与防治有害昆虫,尤其是那些栖息于私人或公共房屋或建筑的昆虫有关的具体问题是,难以达到或处理所有的昆虫,因而最需要有一种方法来消灭昆虫种群,尤其那些处理手段难及的昆虫或出于任何原因没有被处理到的昆虫。
在消灭或减少有害昆虫中的另一个障碍是,这些昆虫常能发现杀虫活性成分的存在,这样这些成分便成为昆虫的驱避剂或反摄食剂。
目前为止,防治大量昆虫种群尤其是直接处理不可及的昆虫的常用方法是,采用多种处理方法或多个地方放置含有杀虫活性成分的诱饵,或者将引诱剂与杀虫活性成分一起使用。

R5和R6各自选自氢原子、烷基、卤代烷基、-C(O)烷基、-S(O)rCF3;或R5和R6一起形成可被一个或多个杂原子所中断的二价基团;
R7选自烷基或卤代烷基;
R8选自烷基、卤代烷基或氢原子;
R9选自氢原子或烷基;
R10选自可任意地被一个或多个羟基、卤原子、-0-烷基、-S-烷基、氰基、或烷基或其组合所取代的苯基或杂芳基;
R11和R12各自选自卤原子或氢原子;
R13选自卤原子、卤代烷基、卤代烷氧基、-S(O)qCF3、-SF5
m、n、q、和r各自选自0、1和2;
X选自氮元素和C-R12基;
附加条件是,当R1是甲基时,R3是卤代烷基,R4是NH2,R11是Cl,R13是CF3,以及X是N。

在上面的描述中,烷基可以是1-6个碳原子的支链或直链。卤素可以是氟、氯、溴或碘,较佳地是氟或氯。
用于此处的式(I)化合物:的制备可根据上述专利文件中所述的任何方法进行,或者用化学合成领域中技术人员知识中的其他方法进行。

在本发明的另一方面,提供了一种防治昆虫(尤其是能在公共或私人房屋和建筑物或家中或房内走动或迁移的昆虫,即能够进入或定居在建筑物中昆虫)种群的方法,其中将引诱和杀虫有效量的上述式(I)化合物,作为其他食物中的食物提供给待防治的昆虫,而这些食物可邻近摆放。
本发明的方法特别好,因为它提供了更多的可能性以及放置杀虫活性成分时更大的自由度。因为其引诱特性,杀虫活性成分可放置在任何地方,而不仅限于昆虫路过或进食的特定的合适地方。
在本发明的一个优选例子中,提供了一种在食物储存、制造、提供或食用场所之内或附近防治昆虫种群的方法,该方法包括,将一定量的上述式(I)化合物作为另一种食物源提供给该昆虫,其中该化合物可有效地用作引诱剂和杀虫剂。因此,在正常使用建筑物和房屋之后,最好在其他食品的场所之内或附近,将引诱和杀虫有效量的式(I)化合物给昆虫摄取。
根据本发明,式(I)活性成分优选以诱饵形式使用,它可以是固体、液体和胶体诱饵。制备诱饵的方式对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。诱饵在上述的专利文献中已经有描述。没有必要在式(I)活性成分和载体或稀释剂中加入引诱剂以形成诱饵,因为此处的式(I)化合物可作为引诱剂和杀虫剂。
本发明方法特别适合作为防治昆虫种群如蟑螂、蚂蚁等昆虫,尤其是属于蠊科(Blatidae)或蚁(Formacidae)科的昆虫。在蟑螂的存在对公共健康造成危害的场所,即在房屋或建筑物中防治蟑螂,是本发明的一个优选特征,尤其是防治所谓美洲大蠊(Periplaneta americana),但是也可防治其他的蟑螂如德国小蠊(Blatella germanica)。
用于实施本发明的引诱剂组合物或诱饵可以以不同数量给昆虫摄取。然而,一般而言,有利的是提供这样的引诱剂组合物或诱饵,它含有适当形式以及数量为约0.00001-20克式(I)活性成分/100平方米,而以约0.001-1克/100平方米的式(I)化合物为更佳。
用于本发明的引诱剂组合物,一般含有约0.0001-15%(w/w)式(I)活性成分,较佳地约0.01-6%(w/w)式(I)活性成分。这些组合物可以是固体形式,如粉剂或颗粒剂或可湿性粉剂,或者是液体形式如浓缩乳剂或真溶液。
引诱剂可以含有任何合适的表面活性剂和/或载体,较佳地它们选自可被昆虫吞食的成分。载体本身可以是固态或液态。
式(I)化合物可依次使用,或者混合使用,尤其是与其他农药如杀虫剂、杀螨剂或杀菌剂混合使用。
引诱剂组合物可以简单混合各成分而制备。
通过下列实施例阐述本发明,而这些实施例并不限制本发明。
实施例
在一个1平方米限定区域的大圆环中,沿直径75厘米的圆环的周长放置各种食物和两种化合物(A)的诱饵。在圆环直径上对置的点上放置类似的诱饵片。
在试验之前24小时,释放蟑螂(25只雄的和25只雌的)并提供庇护所。所有的测试都在夜间于红外线照明下进行。对于每个测试品种都重复3次。在实验室灯熄后1小时开始观察。在120分钟内,按10分钟间隔记录在各场所搜食(foraging)的蟑螂。
实施例1
仅使用化合物(A)作为杀虫剂。
选用食物是:2片咬嚼酱菜(rodent chow),2片咬嚼果冻(rodent jelly)和2瓶水。
测出3小时搜食时间内搜食的德国小蠊数目并累加。
62只蟑螂去向化合物(A),43只去向酱菜,25只去向果冻,22只去向水。
实施例2
仅使用化合物(A)作为杀虫剂。
选用他食物是:2片咬嚼酱菜,2瓶油和2瓶水。
测出3小时搜食时间内搜食的德国小蠊数目并累加。
68只蟑螂去向化合物(A),25只去向酱菜,23只去向油,14只去向水。
实施例3
一种杀虫诱铒含有化合物(A),一种杀虫诱铒含有伏蚁腙(hydramethylnon)。
选用食物是:2片咬嚼酱菜,2片咬嚼果冻、2瓶水和1片伏蚁腙。
测出3小时搜食时间内搜食的美洲大蠊数目并累加。
35只蟑螂去向化合物(A)(但去向其他杀虫剂(伏蚁腙)的数目要小得多),17只去向酱菜,15只去向果冻,和18只去向水。
 尽管本发明以各种优选例子的形式进行描述,但是熟练技术人员知道可在本发明精神下进行各种修改、替换、省略和变动。

Claims (14)

1.一种引诱和防治蠊科(Blatidae)昆虫的方法,其特征在于,它包括将含有有效量的下式化合物作为活性成分的组合物或混合物给所述昆虫摄取:
其中:
R1是CN;
R2是S(O)nR3
R3是1-6个碳原子的烷基或卤代烷基,;
R4是-NR5R6
R5和R6各自选自氢原子、和1-6个碳原子的烷基、卤代烷基;
R11和R12各自选自卤原子或氢原子;
R13选自卤原子、和1-6个碳原子的卤代烷基、卤代烷氧基、-SF5
n选自0、1和2;
X选自C-R12基;
所述的有效量为0.001-20克所述化合物/100平方米。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述组合物或混合物含有0.0001-15%(w/w)式(I)活性成分。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
R1是CN;和/或
R3是1-6个碳原子的卤代烷基;和/或
R4是NH2;和/或

R13是1-6个碳原子的卤代烷基。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,式(I)化合物是5-氨基-3-氰基-1-(2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基)苯基-4-三氟甲基亚磺酰吡唑。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,昆虫种群在公共或私人房屋区域、公共或私人建筑物、或者公共或私人家居中。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所引诱及防治的昆虫种群能进入或定居于公共或私人房屋区域、公共或私人建筑物、或者公共或私人家居。
7.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,式(I)化合物以食物形式提供。
8.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,昆虫种群在食物储存、制造、提供或食用区域之内或附近的场所。
