Abstract
一种绞股蓝保健饮料,它的主原料是绞股蓝,制作方法:清除干品原料中的杂质,切成短段,筛去灰屑,多次加热保温提取浸提液,经过滤、配料、均质、杀菌、无菌灌装成绞股蓝保健饮料。

本发明专利涉及一种保健饮料及其制作方法。
目前,公知的保健饮料有补锌饮料、陈皮饮料、仙人掌饮料、银杏枣汁等。
本发明专利的目的是提供一种绞股蓝保健饮料的配方和绞股蓝保健饮料的制作方法。
本发明专利的目的是这样实现的:将葫芦科植物绞股蓝、甜叶菊干品除去杂质,切成短段,筛去灰屑,放入夹层锅,加入纯净水,多次煮沸保温,浸泡提取浸提液,浸提液经双联过滤泵泵入不锈钢混合桶中。将多次提取的浸提液在不锈钢混合桶中混合。混合液经竹碳过滤器除去气味,由不锈钢增压泵泵入不锈钢配料桶中。薄荷采用以上同样的装置和低温提取浸提液,温度为60~70℃,再与绞股蓝、甜叶菊浸提液混合在一起,均质,经紫外线灭菌器,无菌灌装。灌装好的玻璃瓶,放在100℃水浴中杀菌20分钟。绞股蓝保健饮料配方:主原料为绞股蓝,配料为甜叶菊、薄荷和纯净水。绞股蓝保健饮料呈浅黄色,明亮。绞股蓝味苦、寒,甜叶菊甜度高,薄荷清凉,故绞股蓝保健饮料低糖却甜度适口,清凉,回味甘苦,别具风味。鲜品绞股蓝,甜叶菊、薄荷则采用低温漂烫,快速冷水漂洗,多次在加纯净水中加温浸提、甩干提取浸提液,其他制作方法和装置与干品相同。
由于采用上述方案,可简便提取绞股蓝、甜叶菊和薄荷浸提液,制作绞股蓝保健饮料。

在附图中,切断机(1)将清除杂质的绞股蓝、甜叶菊切成短段,通过输送机(2)定量装入夹层锅(3),加入纯净水,多次煮沸保温、浸泡,浸提液经双联过滤泵(4)泵入不锈钢混合桶(5)中混合,混合体经竹碳过滤器(6),由不锈钢增压泵(7)泵入不锈钢配料桶(8)中,薄荷采用另一套同样的装置,采用同样的方法低温浸提多次,多次浸提液均由不锈钢增压泵泵入不锈钢配料桶(8)中,与绞股蓝、甜叶菊浸提液混合,均质,经紫外线灭菌器(9),由自动灌装机(10)在灭菌条件下灌装。鲜品绞股蓝、甜叶菊和薄荷则采用低温漂烫,快速冷水漂洗,多次加温浸提,甩干提取浸提液。其制作方法和装置与干品相同。绞股蓝含绞股蓝皂甙1-52,其中3、4、8、12分别与人参皂甙Rb1、Rb3、Rd、Rf2结构相同,另含黄酮、糖类。故以绞股蓝为主原料配制的绞股蓝饮料功能为:1、清热解毒、止咳化痰,适宜气管炎。2、防癌抗癌,适宜防治多种癌症。3、有降压、降脂、降糖作用,适宜高血压、高血脂、高血糖等病人饮用。4、促进代谢和治疗胃酸过多症。5、治疗白毛病。6、无任何毒副作用,清凉可口,长期饮用可滋补强壮,延年益寿。
Claims (2)
1、一种绞股蓝保健饮料,将绞股蓝、甜叶菊、薄荷除去杂质,切成短段,绞股蓝与甜叶菊、薄荷分别加纯净水加温浸泡提取浸提液,混合两种浸提液、均质、灭菌、灌装制成的绞股蓝保健饮料,其特征是:配方主要原料是绞股蓝,配料是甜叶菊、薄荷。
2、根据权利要求1所述绞股蓝保健饮料的制作方法,其特征是:干品采用多次加热保温浸泡提取浸提液,鲜品采用低温漂烫,快速冷水漂洗。多次加纯净水加温浸泡,甩干提取浸提液。
