Abstract

一种将固体状物料粉碎或研磨成小颗粒或粉末状产品的生产工艺流程,其特征是在将经粉碎或研磨后的物料进行气力输送的同时用带滤网的离心分离器进行气力分级筛选和卸料,如需要可将滤网孔径依次减小的若干个离心分离器串联起来使用,在一个循环过程中分离出若干不同粒度的成品或半成品来。具有节省设备和基建投资,能耗低,生产效率高,适用面广,经济效益显著等优点。

Description

气力分级分离的粉碎或研磨工艺流程
本发明涉及一种粉碎或研磨工艺流程,它可广泛用于小麦制粉、玉米加工、饲料粉碎、矿石粉碎等各种制造小颗粒状或粉末状产品的行业中。
粉碎或研磨是生产许多工业产品和人民生活必需品的必不可少的工序。目前国内外的粉碎或研磨工艺流程有两种,一种是一次粉碎或研磨工艺,即用一台机器即将物料粉碎或研磨制成合格品,如饲料粉碎用的锤片粉碎机,小麦制粉用的“一风吹”磨,矿石粉碎用的“雷蒙磨”等。这种粉碎或研磨工艺是落后工艺,产品粒度差异大,生产效率低,能耗高。目前多数企业都已采用多次粉碎和研磨工艺,其工艺流程为先对物料进行一次粉碎或研磨后经筛选,再进行第二次粉碎或研磨,并以此类推直到制成合格产品。物料大多采用气力输送方法周转,卸料都采用离心分离器(俗称刹克龙)和袋式滤尘器,这种方法因每次粉碎或研磨后的物料都要过筛,而且有些要求较高的(如小麦制粉)还要过几次筛,所需设备投资大、能耗大、生产效率低。
本发明目的是提供一种能节省投资,减少能耗,提高生产效率的粉碎或研磨工艺流程。
本发明的目的是通过将原多次粉碎或研磨工艺流程中用于卸料的离心分离器改为带滤网的离心分离器,并省去全部或大部分筛选设备实现的。
本发明采用的带滤网的离心分离器是在原离心分离器出风管下端增加滤网筒和清除筒上积尘的清灰机构制成的。改变滤网孔径能控制分离物料的粒度,将若干滤网孔径依次减小的离心分离器串联起来使用可在一次循环中分离出几种不同粒度的物料来。因此,若无过高的粒度要求或其他特殊要求,这种分离器可以取代全部筛选设备。而且用这种气力筛选分级的方法分离出的颗粒状物料中含有细粉状料的比例比普通筛分法要低得多。这在某些场合具有重要意义。由于本发明只是增加若干台价格相对较低的离心分离器而省去的全部或部分筛选设备则价格较高且占地面积大,所以本发明能节省投资。本发明是用一机两用的方法在气力输送的过程中完成分级筛选的,所耗能量的增加值只需加大风机型号或电机功率即可解决,气力分级筛选比起普通筛选也肯定要快,所以本发明有能耗低,效率高,经济效益显著等优点。
本发明是一种将固体状物料粉碎和研磨成小颗粒或粉末状成品的生产工艺流程。在这个工艺流程中物料在进行一次粉碎或研磨后用气力输送到两个滤网孔径由大变小的离心分离器分别卸下成品和半成品,半成品被送入粉碎机或磨机再次粉碎和研磨,依此类推,直到将原料全部制成成品。在此工艺流程中如果需要可以用若干个滤网孔径依次减小的离心分离器在一个循环过程中分离出粒度不同的成品或半成品来。被分离出的不同粒径的半成品可分别进行下道工序加工。如果工艺流程中气力分级筛选精度不够,或成品粒度过细,则应保留原有工艺中部分高精度筛选设备和袋式滤尘器等相关设备。

  1. 一种将固体状物料粉碎或研磨成小颗粒或粉末状产品的生产工艺流程,其特征是在将经粉碎或研磨后的物料进行气力输送的同时用带滤网的离心分离器进行气力分级筛选和卸料,如需要可将滤网孔径依次减小的若干个离心分离器串联起来使用,在一个循环过程中分离出若干不同粒度的成品或半成品来。
