Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于制造铝合金筒仓或罐的方法,该筒仓或罐由数个相互连接在一起的环组成,每个环由多个环段组成,该环段在它们的周边上设置有垂直于改环段延伸的连接凸缘,包括:
-在板的周边焊接上连接凸缘以形成圆筒段,该板和凸缘由铝合金制成;
-通过连接凸缘将多个圆筒段结合在一起以形成具有一个希望数量的圆筒环,所述凸缘已经形成在这些环段的直的周边上并通过诸如铆钉、螺栓等机械连接件被相互接合;
-通过连接凸缘将多个以这种方式形成的环结合在一起以形成筒形罐或筒仓壁,所述凸缘已经形成在侧向的弯曲的周边上并通过诸如铆钉、螺栓等机械压紧件被相互接合,并使这些连接凸缘防水密封。
这些方法已经在美国专利申请US-A4718208中被公开。在所述相互接合的缝之间必须进行防水密封。为了达到上述效果,传统的方法是或者将圆筒段的凸缘焊接在一起或机那个它们的壁段相互焊接在一起。
所述的方法需要花费大量的实践,并且需要较多的制造设备。这些是相当不理的,特别是对于筒仓必须在现场组装的情况下。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于筒仓或罐的防水密封的方法,以便不需要在组装现场进行焊接。
为了实现所述目的,所述环和所述段的板没有通过焊接被连接在一起,和将密封胶施敷由在两个连接边缘的向外的自由端中的两个接合槽形成的一个腔道中。
根据前述的方法,因为通过密封胶进行防水密封,不再需要在现场具有焊接设备。所需要的只是一个敷胶枪,这是一个明显比焊接设备较轻和较小的装置。这种枪的费用也远远低于焊接设备的费用。
为了确保在段之间的凸缘之间的连接具有足够的刚度,根据本发明段之间的连接优选通过螺栓来完成。铆接也通常可以实现在相互连接的环之间的机械连接。
本发明提供了一个包含密封胶的腔道,该腔道由两个在凸缘中的相同的槽形成,上述槽在凸缘的整个长度上延伸并且位于各自凸缘的自由端的前边缘,和该腔道延伸进入凸缘的连接表面。
需要指出的是,在德国专利申请DE-A2434314中也描述了一种铝合金筒仓,该筒仓由多个圆筒环构成,在圆筒环的周边具有垂直于上述环延伸的凸缘。借助于螺栓或类似物件通过将连接凸缘连接在一起,环被结合成为一个圆筒筒仓壁,通过选择凸缘的厚度和螺栓来确保在凸缘之间的接合表面的区域的最大张应力。可以不用焊接而通过在相互接合的凸缘表面之间加入具有○形圈形式的密封件来获得防漏密封。在不将筒仓拆卸成圆筒环的情况下不能更换这些具有○形圈形式的密封件。这些已知的筒仓没有凹槽用来在相互连接的两个凸缘的向外的自由端上填充密封胶。此外,该圆筒环不能由通过垂直接缝连接在一起的段构成。

图1是一个筒仓的透视图,该筒仓由多个相互堆叠在一起的环构成,该环形成了圆筒段;
图2是通过本发明的连接凸缘在两个圆筒段之间连接的截面视图;
图1显示了由环2组成的筒仓1,环2由多个圆筒段2形成。在例如螺栓6的帮助下,这些环借助于直的连接凸缘4由多个圆筒段3相互连接在一起而形成。在例如铆钉7的帮助下,这些环借助于弯曲的连接凸缘5背连接形成筒仓的连接环和其它部件。
图2显示了在两个圆筒段之间连接的截面视图,该连接可以是一个弯曲的或直的连接。从壁8上以一个基本直角延伸的连接凸缘10通过焊缝12被连接到壁8上。通过焊缝13以相似的方式在连接壁9上设置一个连接凸缘11。通过诸如铆钉、螺栓等机械连接件17将两个圆筒段彼此相互基本保持在位。连接凸缘10在它的自由端设置有槽18,该槽18与在相邻的连接凸缘11上的相似的槽19接合。在又两个槽18,19形成腔道14中施加密封胶20以便使接缝16防水密封。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于制造铝合金筒仓或罐的方法,该筒仓或罐由数个相互连接在一起的环组成,每个环由多个环段组成,该环段在它们的周边上设置有垂直于该环段延伸的连接凸缘,包括:
-在板的周边焊接上连接凸缘以形成圆筒段,该板和凸缘由铝合金制成;
-通过连接凸缘将多个圆筒段结合在一起以形成具有一个希望数量的圆筒环,所述凸缘已经形成在这些环段的直的周边上并通过诸如铆钉、螺栓等机械连接件被相互接合;
-通过连接凸缘将多个以这种方式形成的环结合在一起以形成筒形罐或筒仓壁,所述凸缘已经形成在侧向的弯曲的周边上并通过诸如铆钉、螺栓等机械压紧件被相互接合;
其特征在于:所述环和所述段的板没有通过焊接被连接在一起,和将密封胶施敷由在两个连接边缘的向外的自由端中的两个接合槽形成的一个腔道中。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,使用基于硅树脂的密封胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过铆钉形成在所述环的凸缘之间的机械连接。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,构成所述环的所述段的凸缘被螺栓机械地连接在一起。
5.一种根据前述权利要求之一所述的方法制造的筒仓或罐。
