Description

用于卷取薄的轧制成品带材的卷取机结构
本发明涉及一用于在通过一冷却段之后在一设备的末端卷取薄的轧制成品带材的卷取机结构,该设备用于用按接近最终尺寸铸造的薄板坯连续轧制热轧带材横截面,卷取特别在两个水平地并平行地彼此浮动地布置的可张缩(Spreizbar)的卷取芯轴上进行,该芯轴彼此独立地被旋转驱动并支承在一可绕一共同的水平中心轴线旋转的支承架上,从精轧机列出来的成品带材可借助一送料装置-剪切机组合送至该芯轴上。
迄今为止,在热带轧机列上加热的有限长的板坯单独轧制成15t至25t的卷材。这些带材的卷取在轧机列的末端通常在地下卷取机上进行;在卷取区发生故障时,可以无困难地停住最接近的板坯的轧制或使带材选择未发生故障的第二卷取机。
为连续轧制(Endloswalzung)或准连续轧制构思了一种新的热带轧机列。此时,准连续轧制意味着,将5至10个板坯连续轧制成一例如1mm厚的薄带材,然后重新回过去用例如2-6mm的带材厚度进行单独的板坯轧制。
希望连续轧制有两个主要理由。第一个理由是,在连续轧制时,可保持轧制件中的牵引力是恒定的,也就是说,在带材端部无起源于不同的牵引条件的剖面截形变化和平面度变化。
第二个理由是,在单独的板坯轧制长期运行时,所要求的用于代替昂贵的冷轧带材的小于1mm的小热轧带材厚度不能无故障地送至卷取机之前的冷却辊道。这种很薄的带材易于以带的前端向上飘,而且这还会通过高速加强,用高速轧制最薄的带材时应当避免产量下降。
对于连续轧制,常常采用一种其形状为一旋转式卷取机的薄带卷取机,因为它对于用高速缠绕有好处。最重要的是,带材有可能水平进入,而且开始缠绕与最后缠绕在不同的位置。将带材分成各个卷材尺寸或卷材重量所需要的长度通过卷取机前的高速剪断机进行,该剪断机通常与送料装置组合。此送料装置-剪断机组合使之有可能在送入和切断带材时不必降低用于缠绕新卷材的速度。
尽管有较好的条件,但是在连续轧制和在一卷取机特别是旋转式卷取机中缠绕时,有时会如此产生故障,即不能成功地开始缠绕,这样就会在旋转式卷取机区中造成事故。由于设备的排列结构,不可能立即中断连续轧制,这是因为,从铸造设备出来的连续铸坯停留在精轧机列的所有轧机机座上。虽然可以开动在精轧机列前面的剪断机,禁止材料继续进入精轧机列。但是,对此必须注意,精轧机列要持续空轧约10~15S。在此时间中,在发生事故时,从精轧机座出来的剩余的材料量仍然进入发生故障的卷取机区并在该处引起混乱,这种混乱还延及卷取机前面的区域,还有送料装置-剪断机组。
本发明的目的为,从现有技术水平的前述问题和缺点出发,如此设计一卷取机结构,以使在卷取芯轴上开始缠绕带材而出现故障的情况下,设备可以向下运行,而不会在卷取机区或送料装置区内发生故障。
按照本发明,为了实现此目的,建议在送料装置-剪断机组合的前面布置一快速事故剪,与它相配的有一位于辊道平面外面最好是下面的收集室,以接纳从精轧机列出来的剩余材料。事故剪的任务为在发生故障的情况下直接在卷取机结构附近切断成品带材并送入收集室中,也就是说从轧制线上送出。
在本发明的一个优选的布置中规定,事故剪作为布置在辊道上方的摆动剪,该摆动剪具有固定地布置在辊道平面中的对刀,在对刀下方设置一用于剩余材料的作为收集室的废料接纳容器。摆动剪或冲击剪用于高速切断成品带材,其中,可摆动的刀从上方冲出,穿过成品带材,并与在辊道平面中的固定的对刀共同作用,将切断的剩余材料送入布置在下方的废料接纳容器中。
废料接纳容器按照本发明的另一特征可在侧面横向于辊道行走,以便排空。为此,容器设有轮子,该轮子可在轨道上行走。
为了将切断的成品带材的剩余材料送至收集室或废料接纳容器中,规定,直接设置在事故剪和收集室前面的辊道部分可以下降。此辊道部分不仅仅在发生故障时方下降,当带钢头被送料装置抓住并张紧时,该辊道部分可在连续轧制时做成总是向前弯的。由此,总是可以自由地接近废料收集室,以便在紧急情况时不损失操作时间。
按照本发明的事故剪最好用具有串接在前面的蓄能器的液压缸单元冲击地松开。由此,可以保证,在发生故障时,事故剪立即起反应。
在另一种布置中建议,未消耗的动能可吸收在弹簧中,该弹簧同时限制摆动剪的行程。这种弹簧吸纳了未通过剪切剩余材料消耗的那部分能量,并向下制动上部刀的行程,直至停止。
在附图中示出本发明的一个实施例并将在下面对其描述。
在唯一的附图中用粗线条的示意图示出了按照本发明的卷取机结构。用1代表旋转式卷取机,其卷取芯轴2布置在可绕共同的水平轴线3旋转的支承架4上并彼此独立地被旋转驱动。从未示出的精轧机列出来的成品带材5通过联合的送料装置-剪断机单元7的辊道6被送入,该单元用传动辊8抓住钢带头并送至位于起缠位置的卷取芯轴2。卷取芯轴2中的一个抓住成品带材5的头并开始缠绕该带材。以后,开始缠绕的带材连同此卷取芯轴2摆动至第二缠绕位置,在该位置,支承架4绕水平轴线3摆动。间歇地腾空的第二卷取芯轴此时位于开始缠绕的位置,并准备用于开始缠绕一新的带材。在达到卷材重量以后,就用送料装置-剪断机单元7切断成品带材,而紧随的新钢带头就被送至位于开始缠绕位置的卷取芯轴2上,以重新开始缠绕。
非常薄的成品带材在旋转式卷取机1区域中的开始缠绕可导致发生故障,该故障必然造成开始缠绕过程的中断。此时,用送料装置-剪断机单元7切断成品带材已不适于避免卷取机区中的混乱,这是因为,当一(未示出的)装在精轧机列前面的剪断机中断向精轧机列的供给时,串接在卷取机结构前面的精轧机列才沿卷取机结构的方向输送其它的剩余材料。当未采取预防措施时,至少位于精轧机列中的成品带材剩余量要以轧制速度在卷取机的故障区被输送。
本发明用总体上用9代表的事故剪解决此问题,该事故剪设计为摆动剪。此摆动剪的上刀10可绕在其支承架12上的水平摆动轴线11借助液压缸单元13摆至一剪切位置,在该剪切位置,上刀10与下刀14一致地切断成品带材。有一可在16处绕一水平轴线-由活塞-液压缸单元17驱动-向下摆动的辊道部分15,通过经过该可下降的辊道部分15,切断后的成品带材5就被引入收集室18,在该处该收集室要如此确定尺寸,以使其至少能接纳从精轧机列出来的剩余材料量。收集室18做成一废料接纳容器19,它可在轧道20上垂直于辊道6移出,以便在辊道区外面被排空。
其液压缸单元可通过未示出的蓄压器冲击地动作的快速事故剪提供这样的可能性,即在有故障的情况下造成成品带材通过的非常快速的中断,并将在精轧机列前面切断的剩余材料量送至布置在辊道6的下方的废料接纳容器中。同样可以避免如同卷取机前面的成品带量的混乱地揉成一团那样的卷取机结构的损伤。

Claims (6)

1.用于在通过一冷却段之后在一设备的末端卷取薄的轧制成品带材的卷取机结构,该设备用于以按接近最终尺寸铸造的薄板坯连续轧制热轧带材横截面,卷取特别在两个水平地并平行地彼此浮动地布置的可张缩的卷取芯轴之一上进行,该芯轴彼此独立地被旋转驱动并支承在一可绕一共同的水平中心轴线旋转的支承架上,从精轧机列出来的成品带材可借助一送料装置-剪切机组合送至该芯轴上,其特征为,在送料装置-剪断机组合(7)的前面布置一快速事故剪(9),与其配属的有一位于辊道平面的外面最好是下面的收集室(18),以接纳从精轧机列出来的剩余材料。
2.如权利要求1的卷取机结构,其特征为,事故剪(9)设计为布置在辊道(6)的上方的摆动剪(10,14),该摆动剪具有固定地布置在辊道平面中的对刀(14),在对刀下方设置一用于剩余材料的作为收集室(18)的废料接纳容器(19)。
3.如权利要求1和2的卷取机结构,其特征为,废料接纳容器(19)可在侧面垂直于辊道(6)行走。
4.如权利要求1至3的卷取机结构,其特征为,直接设置在事故剪(9)和收集室(18)前面的辊道部分(15)可以下降。
5.如权利要求1至4的卷取机结构,其特征为,事故剪(9)可用具有串接在前面的蓄能器的液压缸单元(13)冲击地松开。
6.如权利要求1至5的卷取机结构,其特征为,未消耗的动能可吸收在弹簧中,该弹簧同时限制摆动剪(10、14)的行程。
