Abstract

Description
本发明涉及对具有控制存取的区域进行存取,在该控制存取时,在控制存取区域使用一种无接触存取底板(support),尤其涉及一种一次性使用的无接触票券及其制造方法。
与标准接触型媒体相反,在公共运输网络例如法国RATP地铁或SNCF铁路网络中提供存取具有控制存取的区域的存取媒体日益广泛地使用“无接触”技术。后者必需插入一种票券阅读器中以便形成使该底板的有效性能被检查的接触。时间一长,该票券阅读器刷子将会变脏而导致没有接触,从而要求用户多次执行该操作,结果导致明显地耽误时间。
在无接触媒体和票券阅读器之间的信息交换通常通过在该无接触媒体内所提供的第一天线和位于该票券阅读器中的第二天线之间的远程电磁耦合来完成。而且,该底板(support)装备有一个以连接到半导电盘片或芯片的第一天线为特征的电子模件,该盘片或芯片在其他部件中间包含一个射频(RF)零件,一个被提供给该票券阅读器的信息存储于其中的存储器以及要求编译要发送的信息和处理被接收的信息的逻辑功能。
实际上有两组运输网络用户,即永久用户和临时用户。对于第一组,ISO格式无接触智能卡是最好的解决办法,因为分布在已产生的旅游总数上的该卡的成本在长时间内始终对用户来说仍然是低的。但是,对想要购买单程旅游卡的临时用户所构成的第二组旅游成本来说,该卡的成本将变得过高。
这就是为什么本发明的目的打算以票券的形式供给一种提供对控制存取区例如公共运输网络进行存取的媒体,该票券可快速地进行生物降解,虽然它以象无接触存取卡那样相同的功能性为特征,尽管该票券尺寸小,但非常便宜。
本发明的第二各目的是打算提供制造一次性票券的方法,该票券具有象无接触存取卡那样相同的功能性,尽管该卡尺寸小。
因此本发明涉及一种提供对具有控制存取的区域进行存取的票券,这时,该票券无接触地呈现在授权对该区域进行存取的票券阅读器的前面,所述票券具有Edmonson格式,并包含一个用保护涂层覆盖在两个表面的纸质票券实体。该纸质票券实体装有一个通孔,包含一个集成电路和一个天线的电子模件在该通孔中。后者在被热固化之前由通过使用在可聚合的化合物中的银粉进行丝网印刷获得的至少一圈导体构成。

根据本发明的一个特征,一种具有象该集成电路那样的相同厚度和在集成电路的位置以通孔为特征的覆盖层被放置在电子模块上面,而被该覆盖层覆盖的该电子模件被热分层(hot-laminated)以便减小天线的电阻。

票券10提供存取象图1所说明的RATP地铁网络那样具有控制存取的区域。其特征是,票券实体12具有一种67mm×30mm的Edmonson格式和一个包含必要的电子设备的电子模件14,该电子模件使得在一个适当的票券阅读器的前面持有该票券的用户能够获得对该网络的存取,例如使自动门打开。该票券实体12的背面以被印刷的信息为特征,例如图形,识别语句(RATP),字母数字信息,条码等。
在图2的透视图中所表示的票券实体由大约0.5mm厚的中心纸层和二个薄层涂层或正面-反面覆盖层18和20构成,该覆盖层由厚度范围为0.03mm-0.05mm的纸,或者,象聚脂或聚氯乙烯那样的塑料形成。该票券实体的总厚度通常在0.560mm和0.640mm之间或以下。
位于该票券实体的通孔中的电子模件14被夹在两层保护涂层18和20之间。
图3所说明的电子模件主要由用具有厚度在0.08mm和0.15mm之间的、集成电路或芯片24以及天线24位于其上的纸或塑料材料制造的底板组成。该集成电路被设计用于处理由票券阅读器发送和由天线接收的13.56MHz的电磁信号,并发送存储在该集成电路22中的信息,该集成电路还被设计用于通过调制用作载频的847MHz电磁信号对具有控制存取的区域进行存取。
天线24以测量每边19mm的正方形螺旋的形式出现,并至少具有一圈,最好是在6和10圈之间,该圈为正方形或圆形,并且它的两个末端通过连接26和28被连接到集成电路22。应该指出,天线24的电感具有使它与集成电路输入电容形成谐振电路的数值。
天线的制造构成本发明的一个重要的特征,因为有助于提供更廉价的票券。使用丝网印刷技术的该制造工作在于在作为天线底板的电路绝缘基片上使用由在可聚合的化合物或溶剂中的细银粉组成的墨水印刷天线圈,该底板最好是纸,但是它也可以是如上所述的塑料材料。在干燥和加热处理后,获得如图3所述的用聚合的化合物中的银形成的导电螺旋条。然后电介质墨水25垂直地被印刷在该圈上。在热处理该墨水后,导电带27被印刷,使它连接到天线末端29,并且连接到接线末端28,这样确保与集成电路的电连接,其他的连接在末端26上形成。应该指出,形成天线24的导体的宽度,圈之间的距离和圈数确定天线的电感。
使用天线底板带和通过反复执行上述天线印刷操作使该天线可以连续地制造。然后用图3所示的方式将芯片安装在每个天线的中心,该芯片与天线的末端连接最好使用导电的黏合剂完成,当然也可以使用焊接。现在电子模件可以切断。
但是,在切断该电子模件以前,最好在本发明范围执行一个重要的操作。如图4所示,每个电子模件14由一个底板15组成,在该底板上天线24被丝网印刷,并且在该底板上安装集成电路或芯片22。当天线的厚度可忽略不记时,对于具有一定厚度的芯片22情况就不是这样。这就是为什么在切割该带以前或以后在每个模件上安装纸或塑料材料覆盖层21。这个覆盖层具有稍微大于芯片的厚度,并装备一个开口23,其尺寸稍微大于芯片的尺寸以便使后者与该孔相配合。因此,当该覆盖层被安装时,模件的厚度实际上是恒定的(除了在厚度稍微被减小的区域外),从而当涂层被应用时,避免在芯片周围的32厚度被减小。
最后,在本发明范围内的一个及其重要的操作被执行。这一步骤涉及允许天线特征被明显地改进的热分层操作。该天线的电阻必须尽可能多地减小,以便为了使用天线的电感尽可能获得最高的传输功率,而在天线中流通尽可能大的(电流)密度。已经注意到,这种电阻的减小是通过施加在20和120kg/cm3之间的压力而获得的,并且主要通过应用最好在80℃和170℃之间的温度,通过热分层操作而被执行。
这种票券制造方法如图5所示由票券实体30的条或多带的形成而开始。为此,一个给定厚度和宽度等于10个票券宽度(该宽度可以不同)的纸带32从卷轴34被回绕,进入成形台,在那里纸带32被穿孔,以便形成通孔,并且被设计用于接收电子模件,然后根据需要在两边被印刷。该台36也将带32按一张票券的宽度切成10个带,然后绕在票券卷轴上(未示出)。
如图6所示的下一步在于应用保护涂层或覆盖层的层。如以前所定义的那样,纸或塑料材料(聚脂,聚氯乙烯或其他塑料材料)条40被使用,并从卷轴42供给,具有双倍于票券的宽度,以便能够覆盖票券实体的前后。从卷轴42供给的带40实际上构成覆盖层,其特征是一个粘合剂层和一个薄层垫片纸。
然后,该带40进入切割台44,在那里垫片纸被切割以便在经过滚筒48后从半个带40能够移动一条垫片纸46。因此垫片纸从那里被移动的覆盖层具有一个粘合剂面50,而邻近的带52仍然被垫片纸保护。然后从卷轴56供给的票券实体54的带被施加到粘合剂面50上。
下一步操作在于当它们参照图4被制造时,将该电子模件定位到票券实体带的孔中。必须指出,该模件通过覆盖层条50上面的粘合剂层被保持在它的孔中。此外,给它的覆盖层装上电子模件与票券的其余部分无关,并且没有优先的定位轴。因此它可以以任何方式放置在8个可能位置的孔中。这种能力很有意义,因为它不要求额外的精确,因此模件定位方法成本低。此外,通过粘接使模件牢固不是必不可少的。
最后,在垫片纸涂层被移走后未暴露的垫片纸部分52被折叠成票券实体带54。
必须指出,当刚才所说明的方法被择优时,两个分离条可以用作保护涂层以代替被折叠成票券条的正好一个单条。此外,粘接方法也可以用在覆盖层被热分层成票券实体以代替使用简单的粘接剂粘接。
上述无接触存取票券提供若干显著的优点。第一,它具有低成本价格,因为与灵巧卡比较当具有象后者相同功能性时它执行一种廉价的制造方法并使用将它的成本减小到相当低的材料。另外,当使用纸底板时它是可以生物降解的,并且这是及其重要的,因为在第一次使用之后这种票券通常被作废。
Claims (10)
1.一种票券,当票券(10)无接触地呈现在授权存取具有控制存取的区域的票券阅读器前面时,它将提供对该区域的存取,所述票券具有一种Edmonson格式,并包含在两个表面用保护涂层(18,20)覆盖的纸票券实体(12),所述纸票券实体装有一个通孔,包含一个集成电路(22)和一个天线(24)的电子模件位于该通孔中,所述天线至少由在被热固化之前用一种可聚合的化合物中银粉通过丝网印刷获得的一圈(导体)构成。
2.根据权利要求1的票券,其中所述天线(24)由在6和10之间的若干圈组成。
3.根据权利要求2或3的票券,其中所述天线(24)由一个或多个正方形的圈(导体)形成。
4.根据权利要求1,2或3的票券,其中所述电子模件(14)由纸底板(15)组成,在该纸底板上通过丝网印刷获得天线,并且所述集成电路(22)通过焊接或用导电粘合剂粘接被固定在所述天线的末端之间。
5.根据权利要求4的票券,其中所述电子模件(14)还包含一个以孔为特征的覆盖层(21),所述集成电路(22)位于该孔中,这样使得所述模件在所述集成电路(22)的位置或外部具有恒定的厚度。
6.根据权利要求1-5的任何一项的票券制造方法,其特征在于:
a)准备具有相当于若干票券宽度的宽度的纸条(30)或多带,
b)形成穿过所述条被设计用于接收所述票券的电子模件的孔,
c)将所述条切成若干单条(54),每条相当于一卷票券(56),以及
d)在将该电子模件插入所述孔中后,连续地先将第一层保护涂层然后将第二层保护涂层放置在具有所述孔的所述条的每一边。
7.根据权利要求6的方法,其中所述步骤d)在于:
d1)准备在用垫片纸覆盖的一边具有粘合剂的第一保护涂层条(50),
d2)去掉所述垫片纸(46)以便不覆盖粘合剂面,
d3)粘接相当于一卷票券的所述单个带(54),并将所述孔安排在所述粘合剂面上,
d4)将所述电子模件放置在所述孔中,所述电子模件用所述第一层保护涂层的粘合剂保持在该孔中,以及
d5)用具有粘合剂面的第二层保护涂层(52)覆盖被粘接到所述第一层保护涂层的所述带上。
8.根据权利要求7的方法,其中两层保护涂层最初形成测量相当于一卷票券的所述单带的双倍宽度并具有用垫片纸覆盖的粘合剂面的单带(40),垫片纸带(46)最初从这一部分移走,该部分将形成第一层保护涂层以便固定所述单带(54),然后垫片纸完全从所述双倍宽度带移走,这样它就能够折叠并粘接到所述单带上,然后在电子模件被放置到所述孔中后用作后者的第二层保护涂层。
9.根据权利要求6,7或8的任何一项的方法在将后者放进步骤c)所述的孔中之前还包含用于电子模件的以下制造步骤:
c1)在纸底板(15)上丝网印刷所述天线(24),
c2)当通过粘接或焊接将所述集成电路(22)连接在所述天线的末端之间时将它放置在所述纸底板上,
c3)将覆盖层(21)安装在所述模件上,所述覆盖层具有象所述集成电路相同的厚度,并且在所述集成电路的位置以通孔为特征,以及
c4)用所述覆盖层继续进行所述电子模件的热分层,以便减小所述天线的电阻。
10.根据权利要求9的方法,其中热分层步骤以在20-120kg/cm3之间的压力和80-170℃之间的温度被使用。
