Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种隔热导管,这种隔热导管具有至少一个内管、一层直接覆盖在内管上的基于发泡聚胺酯或三聚异氰酸酯的隔热层以及一个由热塑性塑料制成的外套。
背景技术
由EP-0 634 602 B1已知有一种隔热导管,它由一个塑料制成的内管,一个与之间隔距离同心布置的外管和一个充满了内管和外管之间的环腔、由基于聚胺酯的发泡塑料制成的隔热层组成。隔热层由一层薄膜围住,它既与隔热层也与外管粘结。另一种可选择的方案是用金属带,最好是一种铝带,铝带另外还有任务是起到动力气体的渗透闭塞作用,以便最大程度上阻止动力气体的向外扩散。
由EP-0 897 788 B1已知了一种制造隔热导管的方法,在此方法中由一个成型成软管的塑料薄膜将一个或多个内管包封起来,在内管和塑料薄膜之间的空腔里装入一种可发泡的塑料并接着盖上由热塑性塑料制成的一个外套。由塑料薄膜成型的软管可以在一个具有许多成对布置的半模的装置里移动。半模的内表面具有一种波纹状轮廓,通过扩散开的泡沫就将软管成型在这轮廓里。在软管的波浪形轮廓上放上外套,因此这外套就具有波纹形的外轮廓。塑料薄膜由一种可热变形的塑料,例如聚乙烯组成。
可见所描述的导管的缺点在于:在应用一种聚乙烯薄膜时不能实现对所用动力气体二氧化碳、戊烷、环戊烷等的渗透闭塞。
在EP 1 288 558 A1中公开了一种隔热导管,其由一个内管、一层包围该内管的由发泡塑料制成隔热层以及一个塑料外套组成。一金属板网制成的带状层直接位于隔热层上。在金属板网层上涂覆了一层可热变形的塑料薄膜,一线材螺线形地卷绕在其上。在发泡时将产生的泡沫压入并通过金属板网中的孔,并使塑料薄膜形成向外的螺旋线形的波纹。在下面对外套挤压时,外套嵌入波纹中,这样外套同样获得螺旋线形的波纹。塑料薄膜由此具有障碍特性,并且为此目的具有一层金属层。
EP 0 960 723 A2公开了一种隔热导管,具有一个金属或者塑料内管、一层基于聚胺酯或者三聚异氰酸酯泡沫的隔热层以及一个塑外管。在隔热层和外管之间设置一层作为泡沫的推动介质的障碍的合成薄膜,其由两侧涂有塑料层的金属薄膜构成。向着外管的塑料层由可熔性的塑料制成,其通过在聚胺酯发泡时产生的热软化,并粘结在外管的内表面上。
在DE 32 07 742 A1中公开了一种吸水的塑料管,其设有周向包层。周向包层由一种由聚酰胺、聚氯乙烯或者这种塑料制成的层压塑料制成的气体扩散阻挡层构成,并且在外面有聚乙烯保护层。
金属薄膜的应用导致了不可能有热变形性,因而就不可能制成具有波纹表面的塑料外管。
发明内容
本发明的任务是改善开头所列类型的隔热导管,从而几乎完全避免了动力气体通过塑料外套而向外扩散出去。薄膜应该是可以热变形的,从而可以按照在EP-0 897 788中所描述的方法来制造导管。
该项任务的技术解决方案在于一种隔热导管,具有至少一个内管、一层直接覆盖在内管上的基于发泡聚胺酯或三聚异氰酸酯的隔热层以及一个由热塑性塑料制成的外套,该外套具有波浪形的表面,其中导管在隔热层和外套之间有一层不仅与外套接触、而且与隔热层接触的可热变形的塑料薄膜,而且,该塑料薄膜由多个非金属层组成;至少一个层对于位于发泡聚胺酯或三聚异氰酸酯的小气室里的动力气体是不透过的;而且不仅向着外套的层与该外套粘结,而且向着隔热层的层也与隔热层相粘结。
按照本发明的一个优选实施例,塑料薄膜的壁厚达60至70微米。该对动力气不透过的层的壁厚达10至20微米,最好为12至16微米。以及由热塑性材料制成的外包层的壁厚达15至25微米。
本发明的主要优点在于:最大程度上阻止了动力气体的向外扩散,从而使管子的隔热性能在一个很长的超过30年的时间内几乎保持不变。
新型构造的外套可以使导管是非常柔性的,而且可以在大约0.5米小的半径上弯曲,这在铺设导管时是有利的。由于塑料薄膜既与隔热层又与塑料外套牢固粘结,因而实现了一种纵向的水密封性,而且避免了在围绕小半径弯曲时塑料薄膜扯破。
另一个主要的优点在于:不需要对EP 0 897 788中所述的方法进行较大的改变。
当然本发明并不限于按照EP 0 634 602或EP 0 897 788所述的导管,而且也可用于如由EP 0 892 207所已知的导管。

具体实施方式
图1表示了按本发明构思的一种隔热导管的侧视图,其中导管的个别构件已去掉了。
用1表示内管,它将介质,一般是来自于远距离供热中心的热水输送给用户。内管1由一种交联的聚乙烯(PE-X)制成,但它也可以由另一种塑料制成,或者由金属制成,尤其作为波纹管。在这导管里也可以有两个内管1,它们相互平行并有间距。上水和回水都用一个导管。
内管1由一个隔热层2包围住,该隔热层由用环戊烷发泡的聚胺酯组成。另一种可选择方案这隔热层也可由三聚异氰酸酯泡沫组成。
在隔热层2上是一层塑料薄膜3,它基本上用作为所产生的泡沫的模型。此外塑料薄膜还阻止了环戊烷的向外扩散,从而使聚胺酯泡沫在极长时间内都保持其形状并首先保持其隔热性能。
在塑料薄膜上是一层挤压的塑料外套4,它优选由聚乙烯制成。
在隔热层2里还可以有未示出的电导线,它与一个监测装置相互联系应能对钻入隔热层2的湿气进行测定。
此外在隔热层里可以设有电缆或光缆,它们可以用来进行数据传输。
隔热导管具有一种环形波纹状外套4。受方法的影响这隔热层2以及塑料薄膜3的表面也成环形波纹状。因此这就提出了:导管优选地按EP 0 897 788 B1中所描述的方法来制造。
图2表示了通过一个如优选使用的塑料薄膜的一个剖视图。
塑料薄膜3的厚度达60至70微米,该塑料薄膜具有一层核心层3.1以及两个边缘层3.2。核心层3.1与边缘层3.2通过附着中介层3.3相连接。
核心层3.1由一种对环戊烷不能透过的材料组成,最好是由乙烯(乙烯醇-共聚物(EVOH),聚乙烯醇(PVAL)或聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯组成;该核心层的壁厚达10至20微米,最好为12至16微米。边缘层3.2的任务是在制造导管保护核心层3.1以及用于保证塑料薄膜3与隔热层2以及塑料外管4良好粘结住。优选聚乙烯或聚酰胺作为边缘层3.2的材料。该边缘层3.2的壁厚达15至25微米。
塑料薄膜以复合压层方法制成,其中在核心层3.1和边缘层3.2之间设有附着中介层3.3。包含有羧基族的改性聚烯烃适合于作为附着中介层的材料。附着中介层3.3优选含有一种乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯-共聚物(EVA)。
可以有利地使用的塑料薄膜的外形尺寸如下:

除了对环戊烷有良好的不透性之外这薄膜的优点还在于:它对水蒸气是有条件地可透的。因此其优点为:在于由塑料,例如聚乙烯制成的内管来说穿过内管壁扩散过去的水蒸汽则穿过外管而导出至包封物里。

1.隔热导管,具有至少一个内管(1)、一层直接覆盖在内管上的基于发泡聚胺酯或三聚异氰酸酯的隔热层(2)以及一个由热塑性塑料制成的外套(4),该外套具有波浪形的表面,其中导管在隔热层(2)和外套(4)之间有一层不仅与外套(4)接触、而且与隔热层(2)接触的可热变形的塑料薄膜(3),其特征在于,塑料薄膜(3)由多个非金属层(3.1,3.2,3.3)组成;至少一个层(3.1)对于位于发泡聚胺酯或三聚异氰酸酯的小气室里的动力气体是不透过的;而且不仅向着外套(4)的层(3.2)与该外套粘结,而且向着隔热层(2)的层(3.2)也与隔热层相粘结。
2.按权利要求1所述的隔热导管,其特征在于,对动力气体不透过的层(3.1)由乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物组成。
3.按权利要求1所述的隔热导管,其特征在于,对动力气体不透过的层(3.1)由聚乙烯醇组成。
4.按权利要求1所述的隔热导管,其特征在于,对动力气不透过的层(3.1)由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇制成。
5.按权利要求1所述的隔热导管,其特征在于,向着外套(4)和隔热层(2)的层(3.2)由热塑性塑料制成。
6.按权利要求5所述的隔热导管,其特征在于,所述热塑性塑料是聚乙烯、聚酰胺或乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物。
7.按权利要求1所述的隔热导管,其特征在于,塑料薄膜(3)是一种复合薄膜而且各个层(3.1,3.2)各自通过一个附着中介层(3.3)而连接。
8.按权利要求7所述的隔热导管,其特征在于,附着中介层(3,3)含有一种具有羧基族的改性聚烯烃。
9.按权利要求7所述的隔热导管,其特征在于,附着中介层(3,3)含有一种乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物。
10.按权利要求1所述的隔热导管,其特征在于,薄膜(3)的壁厚达60至70微米。
11.按权利要求1所述的隔热导管,其特征在于,对动力气不透过的层(3.1)的壁厚达10至20微米。
12.按权利要求1所述的隔热导管,其特征在于,由热塑性材料制成的外包层(3.2)的壁厚达15至25微米。
