本发明涉及具协同增强的杀微生物作用并至少含有两种活性组分的新型作物保护活性成分混合物,以及在作物保护中使用这类混合物的方法,特别是用于控制和预防病害的发生。

我们惊奇地发现,在预防和控制植物病害中,依据本发明的组分及Ⅱ的混合物Ⅰ不仅在抗多种目标病原体上表现出互补作用或在抗同样病原体上表现出纯加成作用,而且它们也表现出显著的协同增强作用。
两种活性成分的有利混合比例为Ⅰ∶Ⅱ=25∶1至1∶20。优选Ⅰ∶Ⅱ=20∶1至1∶10和12∶1至1∶8。

当结构式Ⅰ的组分同作为组分Ⅱ的甲霜灵、特别是同至少为85%纯型的对映体R-甲霜灵ⅡB(其余为S-对映体)配合使用时,会产生特别有效的混合物。
其它优选的混合物为这样的混合物,其中组分Ⅱ是霜脲氰或代森锰锌。
含有作为附加第三种组分的代森锰锌的组分Ⅰ和Ⅱ的混合物也是优选的。
依据本发明的活性成分混合物Ⅰ+Ⅱ具有保护植物抗病害发生的非常有效的特性。利用本活性成分混合物,可以控制或消灭在多种有益植物、作物或其部位处(果实、花、叶、主茎、块茎、根)发现的微生物,甚至生长后期的植物部位也不会受到这些微生物的损害。它们还可以用做处理植物繁殖材料的拌种材料,特别是种子(果实、块茎、谷粒)和培育植物(如稻),以保护其不受真菌的侵染和土壤中植物病原体的危害。依据本发明的活性成分混合物的特点在于,植物对其具有耐受性而且对环境无害。
由于作为组分Ⅱ的典型制剂可以控制卵菌纲(Oomycetes)真菌(如疫霉属、霜霉属、盘梗霉属、腐霉属、单轴霉属),依据本发明的混合物的特点是具有对抗这些病害的高效力。然而,该活性成分混合物还可以对抗下列种类的植物病原体真菌:子囊菌纲(例如黑星菌属、叉丝单囊壳菌属、百粉菌属、链核盘菌属、球腔菌属、钩丝壳属);担子菌纲(例如驼孢锈菌属、丝核菌属、柄锈菌属)和半知菌纲(例如葡萄孢属、长蠕孢属、喙孢属、镰孢属、壳针孢属、尾孢属、链格孢属、梨形孢属以及特别是Pseudocercosporella herpotrichoides。
这里所披露的适用于本发明范围内的目标作物实例如下:谷物(小麦、大麦、黑麦、燕麦、稻、高梁和相关作物);甜菜(糖甜菜和饲料甜菜);梨果、干果、浆果(苹果、梨、李子、桃、杏、樱桃、草莓、山莓和黑莓);豆科植物(蚕豆、小扁豆、豌豆、大豆);油料作物(油菜子、芥末、罂粟类植物、橄榄、向日葵、椰子、蓖麻、可可、花生);葫芦类(南瓜、黄瓜、甜瓜);纤维植物(棉花、亚麻、大麻、黄麻);柑橘类水果(橘子、柠檬、葡萄柚、红橘);蔬菜(菠菜、莴苣、芦笋、白菜、胡萝卜、洋葱、蕃茄、马铃著、柿子椒);樟科植物(鳄梨、樟属植物、樟脑)或诸如玉米、烟草、坚果、咖啡、甘蔗、茶叶、葡萄藤、蛇麻草等植物、芭蕉科植物和乳胶类植物以及观赏植物(花、灌木、落叶树和针叶树)。不局限于上述实例。
依据本发明的活性成分混合物尤其适用于受卵菌纲真菌危害的作物,即那些受到各种霜霉类真菌危害的作物。这些作物包括葡萄藤、马铃著、烟草、蔬菜(例如蕃茄、意大利薄皮南瓜、黄瓜、鳄梨)和诸如柑橘类的水果;蛇麻草、糖甜菜、香蕉、玉米、观赏草(草皮)等等。也可以利用活性成分混合物来保护豆科植物(蚕豆、豌豆、小扁豆)、玉米、高粱和向日葵的繁殖材料(如种子),特别是用来抗霜霉菌科真菌的危害。然而,这些混合物另外还可以用于其它作物,特别是如上所述的谷类(如小麦和大麦)。
结构式Ⅰ和Ⅱ的活性成分的混合物常常可以组合形式进行使用。结构式Ⅰ和Ⅱ的活性成分可同时施用于待处理的区域或植物,或者可在同一天中相继使用,需要的话,可同其它载体、表面活性剂或其它可促进施用的配制领域常用添加剂一同使用。适宜的载体和添加剂可以是固体或液体,以及那些适宜于配制的物质,例如天然或再生性矿物质、溶剂、分散剂、湿润剂、粘合剂、增稠剂、粘结剂和肥料。
施用活性成分混合物(在每一情况中包括至少活性成分Ⅰ和Ⅱ中的一种)的优选方法是在植物的气生部分进行施用,特别是在叶部(叶部施用)。施用的数量和速率取决于病原体的生物和气候环境。另外,活性成分可以通过根系经土壤或水分到达植物(内吸作用),方法是用液体制剂来浸泡植物的具体部位(例如在稻的生长期间)或在土壤中掺入固体形式的物质,例如颗粒形式(土壤施用)。结构式Ⅰ和Ⅱ的化合物还可以用于种子籽粒来达到种子处理的目的(涂敷),方法是用活性成分的液体制剂连续浸泡块茎或籽粒,或者用预先混合的湿润制剂或干制剂进行涂敷。另外,对其它类型的植物应用在特殊情况中也是可能的,例如对芽体或子实头的特殊处理。该组合的化合物可以纯活性成分进行使用,或者最好是与常规配方所使用的辅助剂一同使用,因而可通过已知的方法对它们进行处理来得到如乳化浓缩物、涂敷膏、直接喷淋液或稀释液、稀释乳剂、可湿性粉剂、可溶性粉剂、粉剂、颗粒剂,或进行封胶处理,例如以聚合体的形式。可选择施用方法和组合物特性以适用于所要达到的目的和周围环境,如喷淋、雾化、粉化、播散、刷拂或倾倒。活性成分混合物的有效施用量通常为20-1000g a.i./ha,特别是50-800g a.i./ha,特别优选为100-700g a.i./ha。用于种子处理的施用量为每100公斤种子0.5-800ga.i.,优选为5-100g a.i.。
可通过已知的方法制备配方,例如将活性成分与增充剂仔细混合和/或研磨,例如与溶剂、固体载体以及可能的话还有表面活性剂。
以下为可能的溶剂:芳香烃,尤其是C8到C12的馏分,例如二甲苯混合物或取代萘、邻苯二甲酸酯(如邻苯二甲酸丁二酯或邻苯二甲酸二辛酯)、脂族烃(如环己烷或石蜡)、醇和二元醇及其醚和酯(如乙醇、亚乙基二醇、亚乙基二醇单甲醚或亚乙基二醇单乙醚)、酮(如环己酮)、强极性溶剂(如N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、二甲基亚砜成二甲基甲酰胺)和环氧化或非环氧化植物油(如环氧化椰子或大豆油)或水。
通常可用作粉末和分散性粉剂的固体载体为地表性天然矿物质,如方解石、滑石、陶土、蒙脱石或绿坡缕石。为了改善物理特性,可能要加入高分散性的硅石或高分散性的吸收聚合体。可能的粒状、颗粒用吸附载体为多孔类型,如漂石、砖石、粗砂、海泡石或皂土,或非吸附性载体材料,如方解石或沙。此外,可使用大量的无机或有机性预颗粒处理化的材料,特别是如白云石或细碎性植物残渣。
依据所配方的结构式Ⅰ和Ⅱ的活性成分的特性,适宜的表面活性化合物为具有良好乳化、分散和湿润特性的非离子性、阳离子和/或阴离子表面活性剂。表面活性剂应理解为也指表面活性剂混合物。
可以促进使用的特别有益辅助剂可以是来自多种脑磷脂和卵磷脂的天然或合成性磷脂,例如磷脂酰乙酰胺、磷脂酰丝氨酸、磷脂酰甘油、溶血卵磷脂。
作为常规,农业化学制剂中的结构式Ⅰ和Ⅱ的活性成分含量为0.1-99%,尤其是0.1-95%,固体或液体添加剂的含量为99.9-1%,尤其是99.9-5%,表面活性剂含量为0-25%,尤其是0.1-25%。
虽然浓缩的组合物为更优选的商用性产品,用户倾向于使用稀释组合物。

让蕃茄植株变种“Roter Gnom”生长3周,用真菌的游动孢子悬浮液进行喷淋并温育于小室中(温度18-20℃,相对湿度饱和)。24小时后中断增湿作用。植株干燥后,用含有活性成分、配方为浓度200 ppm的可湿性粉剂混合物进行喷淋。在喷淋层干燥之后,将植株返回至湿度仓中放4天。将此后所产生的典型性叶面侵蚀的数量和大小作为评估测试物质效能的尺度。
b)预防生内吸作用

实施例B-10:抗黑麦中雪腐镰孢(Fusarium nivale)的活性
用雪腐镰孢来自然侵染黑麦变种Tetrahell植株,在辊式混合机用测试杀真菌剂来对其进行涂覆,使用如下浓度:20或6 ppm的a.i.(依据种子的重量)。使用条播机在10月份将所侵染和处理的黑麦种植在3米长、每行6粒种子的地块中。每种浓度重复3次。将试验地块调整到正常作物管理的田间条件(优选为冬季中具不间断雪覆盖的地域),直到病害水平能得到评价。为了能评估植株毒性,对秋季的籽苗萌发和春季的植株密度/分蘖进行记数。

b)拌种后的活性
