Abstract

提供一种前悬架构造,其连结前轮的车轴与前叉下端的车轴支承臂具有重量轻且刚性高的形状。车轴支承臂8形成从侧面看大致ㄑ字状,其前端部形成用于连结到前叉5的下端的臂保持器6上的两股部分16,该两股部分16通过螺栓17可自由回转地连结到臂保持器6上,车轴支承臂8的后端形成设有切口的轴承部18,车轴支承臂8通过该轴承部18可自由回转地连结到车轴7上,而且,车轴支承臂8的中央部形成向上方开口的凹部19,设置于推杆14的下端部15上的轴承部20插入该凹部19,能将螺栓21从侧方插入该轴承部20内。

Description

两轮摩托车的前悬架构造
发明所属的技术领域
本发明涉及缓冲器与前叉为不同体的两轮摩托车的前悬架构造。
现有技术
作为两轮摩托车的前悬架构造,如图6所示,在前叉内不装入缓冲器,而是配置单独的缓冲器。在这种前悬架构造中,转向杆101可回转地安装在头管100内,在该转向杆101的上端设置有顶桥102,下端设置有底桥103,由这样的顶桥102与底桥103来支承前叉104,用车轴支承臂106连结该前叉104的下端与前轮的轴105,而且,将缓冲器107的上端安装在配置于前述顶桥102下端的缓冲器上托架113上,该缓冲器107的下端安装在缓冲器臂108上,其中缓冲器臂108的一端可枢转地支承在底桥103上,而且用推杆109连结该缓冲器臂108与前述车轴支承臂105之间,前述车轴支承臂105的摆动通过推杆109、缓冲器臂108传递到缓冲器107上。
前述推杆109的长度可调整,可容易变更缓冲特性的设定,此外,推杆109的下端部如图7所示,被分成两股部分110,车轴支承臂105的轴承部111插入该两股部分110内,从侧方用螺栓112连结。
作为以往的构造,如特公平6-47396号公报所公开的,没有设置推杆,而是在车轴支承臂与前叉之间配置缓冲器,将车轴支承臂的摆动直接传递给缓冲器。
发明所要解决的问题
不管车轴支承臂的摆动传递到缓冲器上的形式如何,与车轴支承臂连结的缓冲器或推杆的下端都是采用前述的两股部分110。而且,当车轴支承臂105摆动时,两股部分110与车轴支承臂105之间的关系如图8(a)~(c)所示。
因此,为了避免两股部分110与车轴支承臂105的干涉,设置车轴支承臂105的轴承部111的部分的两肋111a必需形成缺口的形状。在这样的条件下,为了保持车轴支承臂必要的刚性,车轴支承臂就必需加厚,导致重量增加。
解决问题的技术手段
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种两轮摩托车的前悬架构造,其中用车轴支承臂连结前叉的下端与车轴之间,该车轴支承臂的回转通过推杆或者直接传递给缓冲器,在前述车轴支承臂上形成向上方开口的凹部,将推杆的下端或者缓冲器的下端插入该凹部内,同时通过轴承可自由回转地连结到侧方的轴上。
这样,通过将车轴支承臂的形状做成近似船形的形状,就不需考虑避免车轴支承臂与推杆下端或缓冲器下端之间的干涉,由于增加了形状自由度,不会造成因必要的刚性而带来重量增加。
此外,作为将前述推杆的下端或缓冲器的下端可自由回转地支承的轴采用螺栓,通过将该螺栓的头部设置在前轮侧位置,螺栓的头部不会向外部露出,从而可提高外观性。

发明的实施形式
下面根据附图说明本发明的实施形式。图1是采用本发明的前悬架构造的两轮摩托车的主要部分的侧面图;图2是构成该前悬架构造的车轴支承臂的放大的侧面图;图3是图2的A-A方向的视图。
图中1是头管,转向杆2可回转地插入该头管1内,在该转向杆2的上端设置有顶桥3,下端设置有底桥4,由这样的顶桥3与底桥4来支承前叉5的上部,该前叉5的下端插入臂保持器6内,而且,车轴支承臂(枢轴臂)8的一端可自由摆动地安装在前轮的车轴7上。关于该车轴支承臂8,将在后面进行详细描述。
而且,缓冲器10的上端通过安装支柱9可自由回转地安装在前述顶桥3上,缓冲器臂的安装支柱11被固定在前叉5上,并且该支柱重叠在前述底桥4上,缓冲器臂12的一端可自由摆动地支承在该缓冲器臂的安装支柱11上,前述缓冲器10的下端可自由回转地安装在该缓冲器臂12的中间部上。
连结部件13的上端部可自由回转地连结在前述缓冲器臂12的另一端部上,推杆14的上端部可自由回转地连结在该连结部件13的下端部上,推杆14的下端部15可自由回转地连结在前述车轴支承臂8的中间部上。
也就是说,车轴支承臂8形成从侧面看大致ㄑ字状,其前端部形成用于连结到前叉5的下端的臂保持器6上的两股部分16,该两股部分16通过螺栓17可自由回转地连结到臂保持器6上。此外,车轴支承臂8的后端形成设有切口的轴承部18,车轴支承臂8通过该轴承部18可自由回转地连结到车轴7上。
而且,车轴支承臂8的中央部形成向上方开口的凹部19,将设置在推杆14的下端部15的轴承部20放入该凹部19内,从侧方将螺栓21插入该轴承部20内。这样,将车轴支承臂8、前叉5、车轴7以及推杆14全部可自由回转地连结起来。
此外,在前述推杆14的上端部与前叉5之间,可自由回转地架设上臂21,由该上臂21、前叉5、推杆14以及车轴支承臂8形成平行四边形连杆。
而且,制动钳22的安装支柱23的一端安装在前轮的车轴7上,在该安装支柱23的另一端与前叉5之间架设扭矩连杆24,此外挡泥板25安装在安装支柱23上。
图4是表示别的实施例的剖面图,在该实施例中,螺栓21的头部位于与前轮相对的一侧。采用这样的构造,由于螺栓21的头部不露出于车轴支承臂8的外侧面,因此可提高外观性。
图5是表示别的实施例的两轮摩托车的主要部分的侧面图,在前述实施例中,是采用通过推杆14将车轴支承臂8的摆动传递给缓冲器10的构造,但在该实施例中,是将缓冲器10的下端连结到车轴支承臂8上,将该缓冲器的上端连结到前叉5的中间部上,因此车轴支承臂8的摆动是直接传递到缓冲器10上。
发明的效果
按照以上说明的本发明,在将缓冲器作为与前叉不同体的两轮摩托车的前悬架构造中,由于将连结前轮的车轴与前叉下端的车轴支承臂的形状形成向上方开口的凹部,将推杆的下端或缓冲器的下端插入该凹部内,同时通过轴承将推杆的下端或缓冲器的下端可自由回转地连结到侧方的轴上,因此可以增大车轴支承臂的形状自由度,不会造成因必要的刚性而带来重量的增加。
特别是,通过将推杆的下端或缓冲器的下端可自由回转地连结,从前轮侧插入螺栓,螺栓的头部不会向外部露出,从而可提高外观性。

Claims (2)

1.一种两轮摩托车的前悬架构造,其中用车轴支承臂连结前叉的下端与前轮的车轴之间,该车轴支承臂的回转通过推杆或者直接传递给缓冲器,其特征是:
在前述车轴支承臂上形成向上方开口的凹部,将推杆的下端或者缓冲器的下端插入该凹部内,同时通过轴承可自由回转地连结到侧方的轴上。
2.如权利要求1所述的两轮摩托车的前悬架构造,其特征是:
可自由回转地支承前述推杆的下端或缓冲器的下端的轴为螺栓,该螺栓的头部位于前轮侧位置。
