本发明公开了一种植物色拉油的配方.其技术方案是在每1000克植物色拉油(包括花生色拉油、葵花色拉油、玉米色拉油或大豆色拉油)中配大蒜12-18克、大葱12-18克、生姜8-20克、花椒2.5-17克、桂皮2.5-12克、八角2.5-15克、麻椒2-11克、孜然2-6.5克。上述方案还可以选择性添加葫椒2-7克、丁香2.5-7克、小回香2-6.5克、草果2-5.5克、肉扣7.5克、五香粉6克、芝麻6.1克、红枣2.8克、槟榔片2.6克、天麻2.3克、干蒜片2.1克、干姜片2.0克。本发明的色拉油,具有香味纯正,口感好,入锅不起沫,油不需烧开即可直接烹饪。

五香色拉油
一、技术领域:本发明公开了一种植物色拉油的配方。
二、现有技术:现在国内生产的色拉油都是从植物油提取单纯植物油脂,没有香味,炒菜也不香,家庭都不愿意使用这种油,因此吃色拉油的人比较少。
三、发明内容:本发明的目的就是针对现有色拉油存在的上述缺陷,提供一种可调配多种口味的五香色拉油。
其技术方案是:在每1000克植物色拉油(包括花生色拉油、葵花色拉油、玉米色拉油或大豆色拉油)中配大蒜12-18克、大葱12-18克、生姜8-20克、花椒2.5-17克、桂皮2.5-12克、八角2.5-15克、麻椒2-11克、孜然2-6.5克。
上述方案还可以选择性添加葫椒2-7克、丁香2.5-7克、小回香2-6.5克、草果2-5.5克、肉扣7.5克、五香粉6克、芝麻6.1克、红枣2.8克、槟榔片2.6克、天麻2.3克、干蒜片2.1克、干姜片2.0克。
本发明提供的配方,通过对色拉油与调料科学合理的配比,使调料的自然香味容合在色拉油中,具有香味纯正,口感好,入锅不起沫,油不需烧开即可直接烹饪,炒菜时不用放调料。也可以拌凉菜、拌馅子,解决了家庭中常年备用各种调料的麻烦。

实施例1:在每1000克花生色拉油中配大葱18.2克、干姜片17.6克、大蒜17.2克、花椒16.6克、八角15克、桂皮12克、麻椒10.5克、葫椒6.6克、孜然5.8克。
实施例2:在每1000克大豆色拉油中配大葱14.8克、大蒜12.5克、鲜生姜10克、八角8克、花椒7.6克、肉扣7.5克、桂皮7.2克、麻椒6.6克、丁香6.4克、小回香6.2克、芝麻6.1克、孜然5.2克、草果5.0克。
实施例3:每1000克葵花色拉油中配鲜大葱16克、大葱12克、鲜生姜8克、五香粉6克、丁香2.9克、花椒2.9克、桂皮2.8克、红枣2.8克、槟榔片2.6克、小回香2.5克、八角2.5克、葫椒2.4克、天麻2.3克、草果2.2克、孜然2.2克、麻椒2.2克、干蒜片2.1克、干姜片2.0克。
按上述配方中配好调料后,加入油料中浸泡、加热,使调料中的有效成分溶解在色拉油中即可制得多种口味的五香色拉油。

Claims (2)

1、一种五香色拉油,其特征是在每一个1000克花生色拉油、葵花色拉油、玉米色拉油或大豆色拉油中加入大蒜12-18克、大葱12-18克、生姜8-20克、花椒2.5-17克、桂皮2.5-12克、八角2.5-15克、麻椒2-11克、孜然2-6.5克作配料在油料中浸泡加热,使调料中有效成份溶解在色拉油中制得。
2、根据权利要求1所述的五香色拉油,其特征是配料还可以添加葫椒2-7克、丁香2.5-7克、小回香2-6.5克、草果2-5.5克、肉扣7.5克、五香粉6克、芝麻6.1克、红枣2.8克、槟榔片2.6克、天麻2.3克、干蒜片2.1克、干姜片2.0克中的一种或几种组合。
