Abstract

本发明涉及高位制动灯的连接部件。根据本发明一实施例所述的高位制动灯使用紧固卡具和导向卡具,因此能容易地固定到制动灯,而不必使用诸如改锥或扳手那样的工具。特别是,本发明的紧固卡具有一夹紧件,靠弹簧弹力将高位制动灯紧固到组件托板上。此外,导向卡具是采用一简单的插入锁定系统。

高位制动灯的连接部件
技术领域
本发明涉及高位制动灯,更具体地说,涉及便于装上和拆下的高位制动灯的连接部件。
背景技术
汽车通常有制动灯,因此当前面的车辆使用制动系统时,跟在后面的汽车驾驶员容易察觉。由于制动灯一般与尾灯组合在一起,因此,跟在后面的驾驶员在晚上有时难以确定前面汽车制动灯是否点亮,如果尾灯也亮着的话。举例来说,当制动灯的灯光暗淡时就难以注意到远处的车辆制动系统是否在起作用。因此,当高速行驶突然使用制动系统时,如果驾驶员不能看出两车的正确间距就会有后端碰撞的危险。为了克服上述缺点,有些传统的汽车另外装上高位制动灯,这样,跟在后面的驾驶员就能立即注意到远处汽车在使用制动系统,从而作出适当的反应。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种高位制动灯的连接部件,它卸拆方便,不需使用诸如改锥或扳手那样的辅助工具。本发明的一个实施例所提供的高位制动灯,其紧固卡具插进组件托板的安插孔内。该卡具利用弹簧弹力和其上所装的固定工具压紧组件托板。导向卡具也插入组件托板的安插孔内且简单地装配在其中。
紧固卡具最好包括:固定凸台;卡具体,在其下部有安放弹簧的停放凸缘;卡盘,作为夹紧件可沿垂直方向滑动接合在所述卡具体上;弹簧,放置在所述停放凸缘和所述卡盘之间,以便弹性支撑所述卡盘;及凸轮,安装在所述固定凸合上并可转动,可有选择地压紧卡盘上表面。当卡盘脱离凸轮的约束时,固定凸台和卡盘之间的弹簧弹力使卡盘紧紧夹住组件托板。
此外,本发明的一优选实施例包括安插孔,其外形是具有二个不同半径的组合圆。
在本发明另一实施例中,制动灯的安装部件包括一适合于固定到制动灯的固定凸台。卡具体从固定凸台中伸出。卡具体上滑动安装着一夹紧件。在卡具体和夹紧件之间作用着偏置元件,将夹紧件向固定凸台偏置。凸轮安装在固定凸台上且压住夹紧件,使其处于第一位置,以限制其运动。凸轮的形状和尺寸做成能被一单独的制动灯支承结构驱动到第二位置,从而在偏置元件的力作用下将支承结构压紧在夹紧件与固定凸台之间。
单独的支承结构最好包括一组件托板,其上的孔可接纳卡具体。在又一优选实施例中,此孔的第一段半径较大,第二段半径较小。当卡具体位于半径较大的第一段时凸轮压在组件托板上使其处于第一位置,当卡具体移到半径较小的第二段时凸轮移动到第二位置。

具体实施方式
以下参看附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例。
如图1所示,图中描绘本发明一实施例的高位制动灯的安装状态,该高位制动灯10通过连接部件(图上未示)固定在组件托板20的上表面上。图2示出高位制动灯安装状态的另一透视图,是从下面观看以便清楚表示连接部件。如图2所示,高位制动灯10用二个在前端的紧固卡具30和二个在后端的导向卡具40固定到组件托板20上。紧固卡具30和导向卡具40配置在制动灯罩11的底部,且分别插进用于紧固卡具的安插孔和用于导向卡具的安插孔内。
紧固卡具30上有夹紧件,可在装入安插孔21后夹紧组件托板20。导向卡具40通过装入安插孔21并向后移动灯罩11来固定。
如附图3所示,图中描绘紧固卡具的安插孔的形状,紧固卡具的安插孔21的轮廓线由大半径的圆21a和较小半径的圆21b组合而成。在将高位制动灯装入组件托板时,先将紧固卡具插进半径大的圆21a内,随后向后移动,借此,卡盘压紧小半径圆21b的边缘。
附图4a及4b分别是紧固卡具的透视图和正视图。图4b描绘插进组件托板20的安插孔21中的紧固卡具30。在图4b中,标号12指制动灯罩11内侧整体形成的安装架。
紧固卡具30包括:固定凸台31,与灯罩11的安装架12固定;卡具体32,其下部有一停放凸缘33,用于安装弹簧;卡盘34,作为夹紧件,它可沿垂直方向滑动接合到所述卡具体32;弹簧35,放置在停放凸缘33和卡盘34之间,用于弹性支撑所述卡盘34;及凸轮36,安装在固定凸台31上并可转动,此凸轮可有选择地压紧卡盘34的上表面。
放置在卡盘34下面的弹簧35在凸轮36逆时针转动时向下压缩,保持与卡盘34的上表面接触。当凸轮36顺时针转动时便与卡盘34的上表面脱离接触,于是在弹簧弹力的作用下卡盘34向上运动。因此,将组件托板紧固在固定凸台31和卡盘34之间。制动灯10与组件托板20的固定主要靠施于卡盘34上的弹簧弹力。
以下参照附图5a和5b详细说明紧固卡具的操作。
在紧固卡具30插进安插孔21之前,凸轮36与卡盘34不接触。即,卡盘34位于在最高处,弹簧35不压缩。当紧固卡具30的卡具体32插进安插孔21时,卡具体32首先穿过大半径的圆21a。然后,凸轮36由安插孔的边缘压紧,因此逆时针转动,压紧卡盘34的上表面。所以,卡盘30便向下移动,弹簧35压缩。接着,通过向后移动壳体11,紧固卡具30移向较小半径的孔21b,于是组件托板20便插在固定凸台31和卡盘34之间。与此同时,受大半径孔21a的边缘约束的凸轮36便脱离约束,此处,受凸轮36约束的卡盘34靠弹簧弹力向上运动。最后,如图5b所示,组件托板20在弹簧弹力作用下固定在紧固凸台31和卡盘34之间,因此,制动灯罩11利用紧固卡具30紧固到组件托板20上。
如图6所示,高位制动灯利用前端的二个紧固卡具30和后端的二个导向卡具40附着到组件托板上。导向卡具40呈L形,因而当导向卡具40插入孔内时,灯罩11不易脱离组件托板20。此外,导向卡具40端部略向下弯,以便于进入安插孔。在高位制动灯安装过程中,紧固卡具和导向卡具分别同时插进安插孔21和22内。此后,通过制动灯罩11的后移,不仅紧固卡具以上述方式夹紧组件托板,而且导向卡具也一动不动地固定在安插孔22中。
如上所述,根据本发明所述高位制动灯的连接部件能容易地使制动灯固定到组件托板上或拆下制动灯供检修,这一过程可通过使用有夹紧件的紧固卡具不必使用辅助工具,如改锥或扳手来完成。

Claims (4)

1.一种高位制动灯的连接部件,包括:
紧固卡具,插进组件托板的安插孔内,且高位制动灯的灯罩利用弹簧弹力紧固到组件托板上:及
导向卡具,它利用插入固定系统,其中,所述紧固卡具和导向卡具分别安装在高位制动灯的灯罩上,
其中,所述紧固卡具的安插孔,其轮廓线由二个不同半径的圆组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高位制动灯的连接部件,其特征在于,所述紧固卡具包括:
固定凸台,配置在所述高位制动灯罩下部;
卡具体,在其下部有一安放弹簧用的停放凸缘,该卡具体位于所述固定凸台下面;
卡盘,作为夹紧件,可沿垂直方向滑动接合到所述卡具体上:
弹簧,放置在停放凸缘和卡盘之间,用于弹性支撑所述卡盘;及
凸轮,安装在所述固定凸台上并可转动,可有选择地压紧所述卡盘的上表面,
借此,当所述凸轮脱离所述卡盘的约束时,弹簧弹力使所述组件托板紧固在所述固定凸台和所述卡盘之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高位制动灯的连接部件,其特征在于,
所述导向卡具为L形,借此,当导向卡具插入孔中时,高位制动灯不易脱离组件托板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高位制动灯的连接部件,其特征在于,所述导向卡具的一端略向下弯,以利于进入安插孔。
