Abstract

Description

自行车轮毂
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述的用于固定制动盘的自行车轮毂。
DE19532057A1公开了一种用于自行车的全浮式心轴支座,其为了容纳支持车轮的全浮式心轴而具有两个轴瓦,全浮式心轴夹在其间。轮毂在全浮式心轴上有一个带有轴承的毂套,还有一个接合环,该接合环可连接到所述的毂套上,并且根据图1,一个制动盘可借助螺钉连接到该接合环上。接合环的型面可以通过插接与毂套型面连接,环的孔使其保持在全浮式心轴上的对中。只要型面还有一个橡胶层,制动盘就可在行驶过程中与毂套振动方面脱开,从而带来噪声产生方面的优点。然而,无法避免周向的间隙,这会对自行车产生负面影响,因为特别是在缓慢行驶时,骑车者得到的感觉方面的反馈会建议一个致动制动器的不成比例的很小的初始减速度。
相反,根据本发明的方案,将制动盘与轮毂在周向上无间隙地连接,这首先涉及提供一个通用的毂套,其或者配备制动盘,或者不配备制动盘,另一方面也可以备有不同形式的制动盘或制动鼓。
因此本发明的目的是提供一种自行车轮毂的毂套,该毂套可以装配一个制动盘,该制动盘可以周向无间隙地安装。另外毂套也可以不配备制动盘或者配备其它形式的制动器。
该目的以一种适配器形式实现,该适配器有一内型面并且可以插到毂套上面,毂套本身有一个与该内型面相配的型面。该适配器借助至少一个螺钉装在旋转的一个制动方向,结果是,在制动时,毂套总能通过适配器无间隙地带动。制动盘可通过安装孔连接到适配器上,所述适配器被一个固定部件轴向固定。固定部件有一个套环,该套环径向指向内,并盖住轮毂的轴承,因此保护其不受灰尘侵入。
如果省略盘式制动器,毂套可以不用改变形式而使用,可用一个简单的盖代替适配器和固定部件,所述盖满足密封轴承的要求。
下面参考附图描述可以附装制动盘的轮毂的一种实施形式。
图1带有一个安装制动盘的适配器的轮毂;

1表示用于固定一制动盘的自行车轮毂,所述轮毂有一个毂套2,该毂套通过轴承5连接到一固定轮毂轴4上。毂套有辐条法兰3,其通常通过辐条与轮圈相连,形成自行车轮。
根据图1,2,3和4,毂套2有一个型面7,该型面有第一侧面9和第二侧面10。该型面在圆周上设计成齿状,可以无切割制造,这种情况下,如果采用一种喷塑工艺,则必须沿轴向抽出一个型模半。一个适配器6可以连接到所述型面7上,所述适配器6有一内型面8,并类似型面7,具有第一侧面9和第二侧面10。由于型面7接合到适配器6的内型面8上,适配器6可以通过推进毂套2而在两个旋转方向上更加固定地得以安装,在此情况下,会出现一个小的切向间隙,在行驶过程中当通过适配器6向毂套2引入一扭矩时,该间隙会引起令人不适的振动。因此,在图6和7中设置了至少一个螺孔13,其径向穿过适配器并指向第二侧面10。从图7中可以看出,第一侧面9设置在一个旋转制动方向B,并比第二侧面10更陡,第二侧面10无需传递任何旋转制动方向B上的力。当一螺钉旋进螺孔13时,适配器6对第二侧面10施加压力,其结果是,适配器6沿旋转制动方向B转动,直到间隙用尽,内型面8的第一侧面9压到毂套2上的侧面7的第一侧面9上。此时,通过安装孔12安装到适配器6上的制动盘可以将制动扭矩直接传递到毂套2上,而不用穿过任何有损害的间隙。
固定部件14旋到固定螺纹16上并靠到适配器6上,使得适配器轴向固定。在固定部件14和适配器6之间的接触部位有一碟状接触面,其带一角度17,由此在固定部件14旋拧上时适配器6可附加地对中于毂套2上。固定部件14与适配器6一起形成一个适当的角度,使制动盘在固定到适配器6上时能够对中。固定部件14有一套环15,该套环15径向指向内,并绕毂套2和轴承5之上延伸,从而形成附加的密封部位以防灰尘侵入。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于自行车轮的轮毂(1),包括一个轮毂轴(4)、一个带有辐条法兰(3)的毂套(2)和至少一个在轮毂轴(4)和毂套(2)之间的轴承(5),其中设置附件以固定制动系统的旋转部分,尤其是制动盘的旋转部分,其特征在于,该附件包括一适配器(6),该适配器(6)有一安装孔(12)用来安装制动盘,并有一个内型面(8),该内型面可以一种旋转固定的方式连接到毂套(2)的一个型面(7)上,该型面(7)绕其圆周布置并与内型面(8)相匹配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮毂,其特征在于,型面(7)和内型面(8)具有齿状形状,带有第一侧面(9)和第二侧面(10)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的轮毂,其特征在于,第一侧面(9)可沿旋转制动方向(B)将一制动扭矩从制动盘传递到毂套(2)。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的轮毂,其特征在于,适配器(6)有一用于螺钉的螺孔(13),该螺钉指向型面的第二侧面(10),并能够在该点产生一个毂套(2)和适配器(6)之间的切向压应力,所述压应力使型面(7)的第一侧面(9)和内型面(8)的第一侧面靠在一起。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的轮毂,其特征在于,螺孔(13)大致垂直于第二侧面(10)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的轮毂,其特征在于,固定部件(14)是一螺纹环,其向适配器(6)方向旋拧到毂套(2)上的固定螺纹(16)上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的轮毂,其特征在于,固定部件(14)在其环形的并与适配器(6)接触的端面上具有一个碟状型面的平角(17)。
8.根据权利要求1至7之一所述的轮毂,其特征在于,固定部件(14)有一套环(15),为轴承(5)形成密封位置。
9.根据权利要求1至8之一所述的轮毂,其特征在于,当一适配器(6)未安装到位时,毂套(2)可以备有一个盖来代替侧面(7)和/或代替固定螺纹(16)。
