本发明涉及一种半成品,尤其涉及一种由CuTi台金制成的眼镜框架金属丝。
目前,较好的用于制造眼镜框架金属丝一般含镍组分。这种镍组分使金属丝的可加工性优异。因此,这种金属丝可进行无熔剂焊接并且也是可焊的。但是,镍存在的缺点是对人引起过敏性。因此,特别是在眼镜架情况下存在着镍析出的严格限值,这势必要增加额外的费用。
本发明的目的是提供一种不含镍的半成品,但是其可加工性至少与含镍的半成品相同,并且强度高、弹性优异而且还耐热。
本发明的目的是通过下列方式实现的:半成品是可完全硬化的,并且由2-5重量%Ti、0.5-10重量%Mn和剩余的Cu组成。
这种半成品,尤其是金属丝可借助于最后的热处理完全硬化。其强度超过1000N/m2。同时,所述材料具有高的屈服点,并因此而具有良好的弹性,它们满足了眼镜的要求。此外,其硬度值超过300 HV10。合金具备高的耐腐蚀性。这种由Cu-Ti-Mn合金组成的金属丝的可加工性比含镍金属丝优异。
本发明的优点是经过最后的热处理可以完全硬化,该热处理是在焊接后实现的,这种优点在于在最后热处理前先将金属丝按眼镜变形,其结果是金属丝的可加工性优异可使其与架相配。接着通过最终的热处理使变形的金属丝或眼镜架零件完全硬化。该眼镜的零件就具有高的强度和较好的弹性。例如这对制成运动眼镜是有利的。
此外,由于加入了Mn,这种金属丝的耐腐蚀性变好,另一个优点金属丝在生产和接着对制成的眼镜架涂覆表面层(装饰层)之间不会被腐蚀。制成的眼镜的表面缺陷也不导致腐蚀。
一个有利的实施例的组成含有3.5重量%Ti,5重量%Mn和剩余的Cu。
另一个有利的实施例的组成含有3.5重量%Ti,2重量%Mn和剩余的Cu。

Claims (3)

1.一种由CuTi合金制成的半成品,尤其是眼镜架,其特征在于:半成品是可完全固化的,并且由2-5重量%Ti,0.5-10重量%Mn和剩余的Cu组成。
2.根据权利要求1的半成品,其特征在于:半成品含有3.5重量%Ti,2重量%Mn。
3.根据权利要求1或2之一的半成品,其特征在于:半成品含有3.5重量%Ti,5重量%Mn。
