Abstract

Description

油膜轴承的轴衬
本发明总的涉及用于可转动地支承滚轧机中轧辊轴颈的油膜轴承,尤其涉及在这种轴承中采用的轴衬的改进。
在图1所示类型的一传统的油膜轴承中,一轴套10轴向容纳在一从轧辊体16轴向伸出的辊颈的锥形部12上。轴套具有轴向容纳在锥形辊颈部12上的锥形内表面18和一可转动地支承在被一轧辊轴承座24内包容的并相对其固定的轴衬22之内的圆筒形外表面20。轴衬具有一巴氏合金制成的内衬23。轴套的一端设置有一径向朝外凸起的圆形凸缘26,还设置有一径向朝内凸起的圆形凸缘28。把键槽30加工在凸缘28内。键32容纳在辊颈的直径缩小的圆筒形延伸部36中的槽34中。键32伸入内轴套凸缘28中的键槽30中,以固定轴套10,从而阻止相对于锥形辊颈部12的转动。
其它的传统型轴承零件包括一内密封组件38、轴套保持圈40、轧辊止推轴承42和相应的总的用44表示的保持和外密封元件。
轧辊轴承座24、轴衬22、轴套10和其它上述传统型的构件都轴向容纳在辊颈上并可从辊颈上拆下而作为一个装置或组件。在轴向取下时,沿箭头46的方向拉轧辊轴承座24。轧辊轴承座之后是轴衬22,通过轴衬外端面22a与轴套凸缘26的内接合,可从辊颈锥形部轴向取下轴套。
在最近的关于摒弃加工轴套10以缩小尺寸的研制中,去掉轴套凸缘26,用改进的键的结构代替。在一实施例中采用一油膜轴承,图2和3示出了重新设计的轴套和键结构,其中,与前面结合图1描述的传统的构件相同的构件用类似的标号。重新设计的轴套50也设置有一靠在辊颈锥形部12上的锥形内表面52,和一被支承在包含在轧辊轴承座24内的轴衬22中可转动的圆筒形外表面54。
采用总的用56表示的键组件以可转动地把轴套50固定于辊颈。每一键具有形状基本为T形的外形,键具有一径向部56a,径向部56a具有一凸起的外部56b,在从辊颈中轴向取下轴承的过程中,用轴衬端面22a限定可啮合的邻接部。径向部56a穿过轴套50中的一阶梯孔并通过一螺栓58或其它类似紧固件连接于一基础部56c。基础部56c容纳在与辊颈锥形部12相邻的圆筒形颈部36中切割出的一槽60中。键56的径向凸起的外部56b占据了传统的圆形轴套凸缘26,由此可缩小加工轴套时所要摒弃的尺寸,降低加工轴套的费用。
如图3所示,新的键结构56的径向凸起邻接部56b与轴衬的端面22a之间的接触面积相当小,确实只包括端面22a的整个圆周的一部分。因此,在从辊颈中取下轴承的过程中,有一个关心的问题,即装在轴衬端面上的最终的集中装置可能会损伤巴氏合金的内衬23。
本发明的目的是在从辊颈中取下轴衬组件的过程中保护巴氏合金的内衬以免遭到这样的损伤。
图1是采用一传统轴套和键结构的滚轧机油膜轴承的纵向剖视图;
图2是类似于图1的纵向剖视图,它示出采用一重新设计的轴套和槽结构的最近研制的结构;
图3是沿图2的线3-3截去的剖视图;以及
图4是图2的圆形面积的放大视图。
参阅图4,从中可以看出巴氏合金的内衬23已经从轴衬端面22a轴向朝内凹进距离“X”。距离“X”足以防止内衬由于轴衬端面22a与邻接部56b的接合而被损坏或损伤,距离“X”是与每一键组件56的邻接部56b接触的圆周向距离“Y”的至少10%和最好是约15%。巴氏合金的内衬一般的厚度在约0.125至9.53毫米之间,最好是在约0.750至3.25毫米之间,距离“X”大于前述范围的最小内衬厚度。
内衬凹部可以通过在使用巴氏合金的过程中遮蔽面积22b防止覆盖、或随后从面积22b中机加工巴氏合金而获得。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于滚轧机中轧辊轴颈的油膜轴承,所述轴承包括:
一轧辊轴承座;
一包容在所述轧辊轴承座中的轴衬,所述轴衬具有一巴氏合金制的内衬;
一可取下地轴向容纳在辊颈上的并可转动地相对于该辊颈固定的轴套,所述轴套被支承在所述轴衬内转动并可相对所述轴衬轴向移动,所述轴套具有一轴向伸过所述轴衬端面的端部;以及
一从所述轴套的端部径向伸出的邻接部,用于在从所述辊颈中轴向取下所述轴承时,被所述轴衬的端面的一圆周段接触,所述巴氏合金制的内衬从所述轴衬的端面轴向朝内缩进一段距离,该距离足以防止所述内衬由于轴衬端面与所述邻接部的接触而损伤。
2.如权利要求1所述的油膜轴承,其特征在于,所述巴氏合金内衬的厚度在约0.125至9.23毫米之间,并从所述轴衬的端面轴向朝内凹进一距离,该距离大于所述厚度范围的最小值。
3.如权利要求1所述的油膜轴承,其特征在于,所述巴氏合金内衬的厚度在约0.750至3.25毫米之间,并从所述轴衬的端面朝内凹进一距离,该距离大于所述厚度范围的最小值。
4.如权利要求1所述的油膜轴承,其特征在于,所述距离是所述圆周段的至少10%。
5.如权利要求1所述的油膜轴承,其特征在于,所述距离是所述圆周段的约15%
