Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种带键槽的通用滚动轴承,其特征是在内圈上设有键槽。本实用新型能实现内圈与轴径向定位,始终保持内圈与轴一起旋转,防止轴承与轴之间相互磨损,延长了使用寿命。
Description
本实用新型涉及轴承,尤其涉及一种带键槽的通用滚动轴承。
轴承是支承轴的零件。机器的性能、寿命和经济性等都与轴承有着密切关系,所以轴承是机器中的重要零件之一。通常所见的滚动轴承,由外圈、内圈、滚动体、保持架组成。内、外圈分别与轴颈和轴承座孔配合,通常是内圈随轴一起旋转,而外圈固定不动,装配要求内圈与轴颈之间的配合间隙为零,但在实际装配过程中往往做不到,径向不能定位,在机器使用一段时间后,就会出现跑内圈现象,即轴在内圈内相对转动,造成轴、轴承磨损,影响了机器的使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种始终保持内圈与轴一起旋转,并延长轴和滚动轴承使用寿命的一种带键槽的通用滚动轴承。
本实用新型设计方案是在滚动轴承的内圈内侧设置键槽。
本实用新型的优点是在滚动轴承的内圈上内侧轴向设置了键槽,这样,在装配过程中,将键装进轴上的键槽,然后,安装带键槽的滚动轴承,实现径向定位,有效防止了跑内圈现象,延长了轴承及轴的使用寿命。
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
图1是本实用新型结构示意图。
如图1所示,滚动轴承的内圈内侧沿轴向上设置了槽形凹口,形成键槽。
使用时,将键装进轴上的键槽,然后安装本实用新型,实现径向固定,即可使用。
