本发明涉及一种用于机动车辆车身和/或底盘部件的加强杆,例如门的防侵入杆,吸收能量的横向构件以及诸如此类。
更具体地说,这种杆包括一个中部和尾部,中部用于提供所要求的机械强度,而尾部用于把该杆装配到机动车辆的邻近的车身和/或底盘部分上。
本发明的目的是提供一种加强杆,该加强杆既易于生产,而且又能够保证上述的机械强度性能和与机动车辆其他部件的可连接性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种包括一个整体结构的加强杆,该整体结构从杆的一端延伸到另一端,并且具有一个横截面为封闭管状的中部和至少一个尾部,尾部包括一个截面为开口式的远端部分和一个将所述远端部分连接于中部的近端部分。
在下面的说明中,“封闭管状横截面”这种表达应理解为既包括实际上封闭的结构,又包括沿母线敞开口而边缘仅仅在一些沿纵向相隔的点处相邻或者也可能相连接的管状结构。此外,这一表达也指由于一个或多个附加部件的存在而封闭起来的结构,这些部件增强了上述整体部件的刚度。
通过参照附图完全利用非限制性实例而提供的以下描述,本发明的其它特征和优点将变得非常清楚,其中:

一种用于机动车辆车身和/或底盘部件的加强杆,包括(图1-4)一个整体结构8,该整体结构8从杆的一端延伸到另一端,并且具有一个中部10和尾部12。为了简单起见,图1只示出了这些尾部12其中之一,其特征与图中未示出的那些尾部相同。
中部10具有封闭的管状横截面,而每个尾部12包括一个远端部分14和一个近端部分16,远端部分14具有开口式截面并且沿杆纵向轴线的横向的尺寸大于中部10的截面的尺寸,近端部分16将远端部分14连接于中部10上。
后者在纵向上呈直线性,但在未示出的本发明的另外实施例中,它可能沿一维或多维弯曲。
远端部分14的横截面(图2)基本上是平的,带有弓形中央凸起18,从而使杆便于装配到相邻的车身和/或底盘部件,例如通过焊接的方式。在未示出的本发明另外的实施例中,远端部分14沿杆纵向轴线的横向的尺寸可能等于或小于中部10的截面尺寸。
优选地,部件8的近端部分16的横截面(如图3)从远端部分14的开口式截面逐渐变化为中部10的封闭式截面。
后者(如图4)有两个逐渐汇合的直侧壁20,直侧壁20上面通过曲线部分22相连接,而下面通过具有相对表面26的两端24相连接,从而保证杆具有所要求的机械强度。
在未示出的本发明的其他实施例中,杆的各个部分可以不同于那些所述各个部分,从而适应于具体功能的要求,但仍能提供装配简便性和机械强度的所需性能。例如,原则上,中部10的封闭管状截面可以不是所述的形状而可以是任何形状,即是圆形的,方形的,多边形的以及诸如此类。另外,封闭管状截面的空间中的形状和/或定向可以沿中部10的长度而变化,原则上甚至可从一点到另一点变化。这样可能使杆具有最佳的几何特征,从而使杆在转动惯量的精确可变性、机械强度、重量减轻以及诸如此类方面具有有利特征,以便满足具体的功能要求。
例如,上述的杆能够可用平钢板制造,然后沿杆长度的不同部分依照以上描述使之成形。特别是,可以在中部10将钢板折叠形成封闭管状结构,而相对的边缘26通过焊点或者连续纵向焊缝而焊接在一起。
在本发明的范围中,用于杆的材料不是很苛刻的,原则上,只要能形成所需形状,可以是任何材料,即金属、塑料材料或复合材料。
图5和6示出了本发明的杆的一种变型,图中使用与在图1至4中使用的与在图1至4中相同的数字编号来指相同或等效的零件。
在这种情况下,一个具有十字形截面的加强部件28被插入部件8的中部10中,十字部分的下臂30固定于它所插入的部件8中部的相对边缘26上,例如通过焊接的方法。这样臂30就封闭了中部10的横截面。十字形构件的其余的臂32的远端支撑着与它们接触的部分10的内表面的相应部分。
这样部件28就加强了部件8的结构,为杆提供了所要求的机械强度。
部件28的长度和位置可依据需满足的要求而变化。它可以在任意位置上沿中部的整个长度或其一部分延伸。作为另一种选择,可有几个分离的部件28用来加强部件8的特定部分。作为另一种选择,或除上述方案之外,可将一个或更多部件28安装在至少一个尾部12的位置处。
除了要使杆具有充分刚性的限制之外,单个部件或多个部件28的截面可以基本上毫无限制地不同于如图6所示的截面。
为此,图7示出了加强部件28的截面的另一个实例,它为中空的三角形,带有一个焊接在其所插入的部件8中部10的相对的边缘26上的附属部分34。
图8至10示出了本发明的另外的实施例,它提供有一个设置于部件8的中部10的外部的加强部件,其中前面图中使用过的参考数字编号在图8-10中表示相同或等效的部件。
在图8所示的杆中,加强部件28a具有U形截面且封闭了邻近端24。
在图9所示的杆中,加强部件28b具有水平的C形截面,封闭了水平伸展端24。
在图10所示的杆中,加强部件28c具有W形截面,封闭了部分展开端24。
加强部件28a-c可以用于代替设置于部件8的中部10中的加强部件28,或者与其一起使用。
部件28a-c的长度和位置可以依据所要满足的要求而变化。因此它们可以在任意位置上沿中部的整个长度或其一部分延伸。作为另一种选择,提供了几个分离的部件28a-c用以加强部件8的特定部分。
部件28a-c可以利用任何已知方式,例如焊接、铆接、冲压或其任意组合方式,配装在部件8上。除了要使杆具有所需刚度的限制之外,部件28a-c的截面可以基本上毫无限制地相对于如图8-10中所示的截面变化。
当然,在发明原理保持相同的情况下,制造细节和实施例可对完全通过实例所描述的情况进行广泛的变化,而不会因此超出本发明的范围。特别是,依赖于具体使用情况,杆可以包括一个具有单个尾部的整体结构,该尾部包括一个横截面为开口式的远端部分和一个将所述远端部分连接于中部的具有类似上述的截面的近端部分。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于机动车辆车身和/或底盘构件的加强杆,包括一整体部件(8),该整体部件(8)从该杆的一端延伸到另一端,并具有一带有封闭管状横截面的中部(10)和至少一个尾部(12),尾部包括一具有开口式截面的远端部分(14)和一将远端部分(14)连接于中部(10)上的近端部分(16),所述杆包括多个加强部件(28a-c),这些加强部件(28a-c)设置于该整体部件(8)的中部(10)的外部,其中,该中部(10)的封闭管状截面是通过折叠钢板而得到,该钢板的边缘通过所述加强部件(28a-c)封闭起来。

5.根据权利要求3所述的杆,其特征在于,上述远端部分(14)沿杆纵向轴线的横向的尺寸大于中部(10)的截面尺寸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的杆,其特征在于,该钢板的相邻边缘(26)通过点焊或连续缝焊而焊接在一起。
7.根据权利要求1所述的杆,其特征在于,所述至少一个加强部件(28a-c)例如通过焊接固定到部件(8)上。
