Abstract

本发明涉及手动危险报警器,它具有一外壳底板、一个盖子及包括一块易碎板、一印制电路板、一开关元件及其操作机构的报警部件。
背景技术
这种如被用在如火警报警器或紧急呼叫设备中的手动危险报警器通常是按照用于直接操作和间接操作的两种结构形式来制造的。在间接操作型报警器中,打碎板并按下按钮,而在目前更广泛使用的直接操作型报警器中,当板被击碎时,弹簧按钮通过弹簧压力而弹出并由此操作开关元件的开关钮。
在具有倾斜的拨叉定位片的已知的直接操作型报警器中,通过一个弹性销家常弹簧按钮,该弹性性贴着玻璃板并且把按黄钮保持在压下位置上,从而开关钮被保持在备用位置上。为了在击碎板时发出报警声,弹簧按钮通过压簧被压出来并且释放开关钮以便发出报警信号。从机械观点出发,尤其是通过给弹簧按钮配备弹性销而使得这种实施形式的成本很高。此外,它依赖于要获得较小公差并因而制造成本高昂。
在欧洲专利EP-A-0592925公开了这样的手动危险报警器,其中弹簧按钮被固定在一个操作杆上并与该操作杆一起被一压簧压到玻璃板上。操作杆在其一端上是旋转固定的并且在其另一端上装有一个弹性件,该弹性件在玻璃板被击碎时压到开关按钮上。在这种已知的手动危险报警器中,在正常状态下的开关按钮不是处于备用位置上,所以不能由中心完美地控制报警功能。确切地说,必须现场控制各报警器,这当然没有改善配备有这样的报警器的手动危险报警器的易操作维修性。从经济制造的观点出发,没有使手动危险报警器的机械结构及其由操作杆、弹簧按钮、压簧和弹性件构成的操作机构得到最佳化。
发明内容
现在,可通过本发明提供开头所述类型的手动危险报警器,可由中心来监测其功能作用及其备用状态,它具有简单的结构并且可以经济地制造。
根据本发明,如此完成所提出的任务,即用于开关元件的操作机构由一个贴着板的一侧边缘的转动杆形成,在手动危险报警器的正常工作状态下,所述转动杆压到开关元件上并将其保持在一关闭位置上。
本发明手动危险报警器的第一优选实施例的特征在于,当板被击碎时,转动杆转动并打开开关元件。
在本发明的手动危险报警器中,在正常状态下的开关元件总处于接通状态并可因此容易地让中心来监测其功能作用。将转动部件用作操作机构明显简化了该手动危险报警器,由此明显降低了材料成本及制造成本。
本发明手动危险报警器的第二优选实施例的特征在于,开关元件设置在印制电路板上。开关元件设置在印制电路板上同样有利于降低生产成本,因为当插装印制电路板时,开关元件应装到印制电路板上,因而不需高成本的事后安装。
本发明手动危险报警器的第三优选实施例的特征在于,转动杆被设计成是双臂的并且以其一端贴着板并以另一端压住开关元件。这样设计转动杆以及将其安置在板边缘使得操作机构能够超强地抵抗公差波动、灰尘和其它潜在的干扰源。
该开关元件最好是一个装有弹簧的终端开关。
本发明手动危险报警器的第四优选实施例的特征是,它具有一个发出测试警报的装置,该装置具有一个用于使板一直移动到放开转动杆的开关杆和一个用于操作开关杆且以下被称为钥匙的机构。
本发明手动危险报警器的另一个优选实施例的特征在于,可从下面将钥匙插入一个报警器中,在钥匙的第一插入位置上,开关杆被松开,当继续把钥匙插入到第二插入位置中时,使板移动。开关杆最好有一个定位指,它在开关杆锁住位置上贴着板的相邻侧边缘,当继续插入钥匙时,它离开所述侧边缘,在此进行板的转动和转动杆的松开。

实施形式的具体描述
手动危险报警器由一外壳底板1、一盖子(未示出)及一报警部件构成,该报警部件包括一侧壁2、一印制电路板3、一与印制电路板3保持一定距离的并有一印刷保护膜5的易碎板4和一具有一个装有弹簧的终端开关的开关元件6及其操作机构。后者的作用是,当板4被击碎时,操纵操作机构并发出警报。
操作机构由双臂转动杆7构成,该双臂转动杆以其一端贴着板4的一侧边缘并以其另一端压住开关元件6的终端开关,从而当板4完整无缺时,由开关元件6形成的开关被关闭。未示出的盖子被罩在外壳底板1上并被固定在那里,它包括一个包围板4的边缘部和以之为边界的开口,从而可以自由接近板4。
板4安放在设置于报警部件内的板条上并通过两个固定指被固定在报警部件上。这有以下优点,即当安装报警系统时,人们可分头提供报警器外壳和报警部件并且将报警部件固定到已装好的外壳中。两个固定指8之一可被设计成是可以转动的,以方便板4被放入。
当板4被击碎时,它沿印薄膜5上箭头裂开并在此区域内被向内压。由此一来,使转动杆7的上端离开了在板4未受损时贴着它的侧边缘。结果,转动杆顺时针转动并放开了开关元件6的装有弹簧的终端开关,从而发出警报。
如图所示,本发明的手动危险报警器配备有一个发出测试警报的装置。它包括一个使板4移入放开转动杆7的位置中的开关杆9及一操作开关杆9的钥匙10。具有一贴着板4相邻侧边缘的定位指11的开关杆9被锁定在其正常位置上。
外壳底板1具有一插入钥匙10的导槽,可通过一个在盖子下侧壁内的相应孔接触到该导槽。当插入钥匙10时,在第一钥匙位置上解除开关杆9的锁定并松开它,当把钥匙10继续插入第二位置中时,使开关杆9和定位指11转动。
这样一来,板4被放开并且绕一个起转动轴线作用的销12转动,由此使贴着转动杆7的板4边缘离开转动杆7的前端并松开它,从而开关元件6的开关按钮被释放并发出警报。当钥匙10退出时,板4通过定位指11又转入其正常工作位置并随后被固定在该位置上。

Claims (8)

1、一种手动危险报警器,它具有一个外壳底板(1)、一个盖子以及一个包括一片易碎板(4)、一块印制电路板(3)、一个开关元件(6)及其操作机构的报警部件,其特征在于,所述开关元件的操作机构(8)由贴着板(4)的侧边缘的转动杆(7)形成,它在手动危险报警器的正常工作状态下压到开关元件(6)上并将所述开关元件保持在一个关闭位置。
2、如权利要求1所述的手动危险报警器,其特征在于,当板(4)被击碎时,进行转动杆(7)的转动并由此打开开关元件(6)。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的手动危险报警器,其特征在于,开关元件(6)设置在印制电路板(3)上。
4、如权利要求1或2所述的手动危险报警器,其特征在于,转动杆(7)被设计成是双臂的并且以其一端贴着板(4)并以其另一端压住开关元件(6)。
5、如权利要求4所述的手动危险报警器,其特征在于,开关元件(6)具有一个装有弹簧的终端开关。
6、如权利要求1或2所述的手动危险报警器,其特征在于,设有一个发出测试警报的装置,它具有一个使板(4)一直移动到转动杆(7)被放开的开关元件(9)和一个用于操作开关元件(9)的且以下被称为钥匙的机构(10)。
7、如权利要求6所述的手动危险报警器,其特征在于,可从下面将钥匙(10)插入该报警器中,在钥匙(10)的第一插入位置上,开关元件(9)被打开,当把钥匙(10)继续插入到第二插入位置中时,使板(4)移动。
