Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种真空除尘器。
背景技术
真空除尘器通常包括:含尘空气入口,用来将灰尘和尘土从气流中分离的分离装置,用来将气流经含尘空气入口吸入分离装置的风扇和电机,以及将清洁后的空气排放回大气的出口。更通常的是,在气流路径中电机前方过滤体被设置在电机的上游,以防止气流中仍然含有的灰尘或碎屑进入到电机中。这减小了由于灰尘或尘土穿过电机而造成电机损坏或摩损的危险,也防止了这些灰尘或尘土被再次排放回大气。在电机的下游设置电机后方过滤体也是很常见的,用以防止电机中脱落的任何碳粒,例如从电机的电刷上脱离的碳粒,随着气流被排放到大气中。这些电机前方过滤体和电机后方过滤体通常是单一结构的或打褶的过滤体,它们被设置成在真空除尘器的正常使用方式下可以很容易地和无障碍地接触到它们。已知的除尘器将这些电机前方/后方过滤体装在盒体中,而盒体则滑动地装在电机壳体中的或主壳体内的槽或插座上。这样,当除尘器被打开以便能够清理分离装置时,就可以看到这些过滤体。
现有的电机前方过滤体和电机后方过滤体的缺陷在于,它们的尺寸通常都很小,这意味着可获得的过滤表面也非常小,因而经过一段时间后,虽然过滤体只收集了很少量的灰尘,它们也开始被堵塞,这会影响真空除尘器的性能。因而就需要比理想的情况更经常地清理或更换过滤体,这导致成本的增加和/或用户的不满意。另一个缺陷在于,由于在真空除尘器的常规工作期间过滤体通常是隐蔽的,真空除尘器的使用者常常不知道电机前方过滤体或电机后方过滤体可能已需要更换,这使得真空除尘器使用者的工作没有成效。
已知真空除尘器的另一个缺陷与其排放口有关。通常,清洁后的空气以流束的形式排放回大气。在某些情况下,排出的空气直接朝向除尘器的前方,这搅乱了使用者正试图用除尘器要收集的碎屑。排出空气的流束还会造成其它一些问题,例如,将煤气炉上的引燃火焰吹灭,搅乱了真空除尘器附近的幕帘、其它陈列品或纸张等。除尘器电机的功率越大,排出的空气就越容易造成这种干扰。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种真空除尘器,与已知的真空除尘器相比,其清洁空气出口排放出的气流不易产生扰动。
本发明提供一种真空除尘器,它包括:具有含尘空气入口和清洁空气出口的气流路径,用于抽吸气流沿着气流路径从含尘空气入口流到清洁空气出口的风扇,用于驱动风扇的电机,用于将灰尘或尘土从气流中分离的分离装置,布置在电机上游的电机前方过滤体和布置在电机下游的电机后方过滤体,其中,电机后方过滤体装在带有一些槽或孔的壳体中,这些槽或孔构成了清洁空气的出口并且被设置成,在除尘器的使用中,当气流离开清洁空气出口时,气流发生扩散。这样一来,离开出口时气流的扩散降低了所排出气流的强度,这避免了上述的问题并减少了用户的不满。

具体实施方式
本发明的真空除尘器表示在图1a和图1b中。正如所看到的,真空除尘器10是直立式除尘器,具有一个与含尘空气入口14配合工作的除尘头12。中央支承件16其一侧支承着灰尘分离装置18,另一侧支承着过滤部件20。向上延伸的手柄22位于中央支承件16的后部,并且当该真空除尘器被用在圆柱模式时,手柄22可是随意松开一个杆体形式。向上延伸的手柄22与把手24相连接,并具有本发明内容以外的一些特征。除尘头12转动地连接在电机壳26上,电机壳26中装有电机并且一对支承轮28也连接在电机壳26上。在使用时,电机通过含尘空气入口14,或者通过杆体22,将含尘空气抽入到真空除尘器10中。然后,在被排放回到大气之前,空气要流经灰尘分离装置18和过滤体组件20。
灰尘分离装置18不是本发明的发明内容,分离装置18可采用袋式或其它形式的分离装置,例如旋风分离装置。在所示的实施例中,可以预料,灰尘分离装置18将采用两级同心旋风除尘的形式,用来将灰尘和尘土颗粒从气流中去除掉。气流通过中央支承件16中的管道被输送到灰尘分离装置18中。
一旦气流流出灰尘分离装置18,它又通过中央支承件16中的一管道,被输入过滤体组件20。过滤体组件20位于中央支承件16上与灰尘分离装置18相反的另一侧。
可以想到,过滤体组件20的整体形状将类似于灰尘分离装置18的形状。例如,在所示的实施例中,灰尘分离装置18的形状大致是圆柱形的,因而过滤体组件20的形状也将是圆柱形的,其直径基本上相等于灰尘分离装置18的直径。
过滤体组件20由电机前方过滤体组件30和电机后方过滤体组件40组成。前者表示在图2a、2b中,后者表示在图3a、3b中。每个组件30、40分别由装在壳体34,44中的圆柱形过滤体32、42所构成。在每个圆柱形过滤体32、42中,过滤材料被打褶并通过端盖32a,32a’;42a,42a’成形为圆柱形状,端盖位于两端以保持过滤体的形状。每个过滤体的打褶、支承网32b,42b、以及过滤材料填充到端盖32a,32a’;42a,42a’中都是标准化的和现有技术中已知的。这些细节将不再详述。
每个壳体34,44被设计和布置用来装纳相应的过滤体32,42。每个壳体还用来引导气流,使之沿着正确的路径进入到过滤体组件20中。电机前方过滤体壳34具有大致为圆柱形的外壁34a,其直径比电机前方过滤体32的外径大约大出10mm。这使得在电机前方过滤体32的外表面和壳体34的圆柱形外壁34a之间形成一个环形腔34b,外壁34a的上端是开口的,使得电机前方过滤体32能够容易地置入到壳体34中。当过滤体32置入壳体34中之后,一个从上端盖32a上向外延伸的突缘34c使过滤体32对中。一个环形提手32d固定在上端盖32a上,使得在需要时可以容易地将过滤体32从壳体34中取出来。出于同样原因,类似的突缘42c和提手42d也固定在电机后方过滤体42的上端盖42a上。
电机前方过滤体壳34的下端是一个环形底34d,其中心有一个圆柱形开口。环形底34d的上面有一些直立的翼片34e,电机前方过滤体32的下端就支承在这些翼片上。直立翼片34e之间形成了可供气流通过的径向通道。在环形底34d上围绕其周边成形出一个凸缘或凹槽34f,用来接纳电机后方过滤体壳44。
电机前方过滤体32的下端由延伸穿过圆柱过滤体32的中心孔的端盖32a’来封闭。用这种方式防止空气沿着电机前方过滤体32的中心向下流到端盖32a’的另一侧。
电机后方过滤体壳44通常也包括圆柱形的外壁44a。圆柱形外壁44a的直径比电机后方过滤体42的外径大约大出10mm,使得两者之间形成环形腔44c。在外壁44a上设有一些槽孔44e,它们几乎是围绕着外壁的整个周面而延伸。在电机后方过滤体壳44的底部设有凸台44f,用来接纳(未示出的)螺钉。
作为真空除尘器电机壳的一部分的圆柱形内壁44b向上延伸,从电机后方过滤体42的中央穿过。圆柱形内壁44b上缘的尺寸这样设定和布置,使它贴靠在电机前方过滤体壳的环形底34d的内周上。在上缘和环形底34d之间设有密封件45。圆柱形内壁44b的下端与设置在电机壳26中的管道46制成一体,管道引导气流穿过风扇48和电机50,然后返回到电机后方过滤体42。
圆柱形内壁44b的直径比电机后方过滤体42的内径大约小15mm,这样在两者之间就形成了第二环形腔44d。第二环形腔44d与风扇48及电机50下游的管道46相通。这部分管道46基本上是电机壳的排放侧的管道。
过滤体组件20按照下述方式工作:气流通过管道31进入电机前方过滤体组件30,该管道31连通到电机前方过滤体32的内部;由于有位于过滤体32底部的延伸穿入过滤体32内部的端盖32a,就不存在气流轴向泄漏的路径,迫使气流沿着径向向外的方向穿过过滤体32,然后向下流动,到达直立翼片34e之间的通道;气流在翼片34e之间径向向内流动,然后轴向向下流入电机后方过滤体壳44中的圆柱形内壁44b中;气流然后从电机后方过滤体42一旁穿过,沿着管道46,一直到达风扇48和电动50;气流穿过风扇,围绕在电机周围,这具有冷却的效果,然后气流返回到电机后方过滤体42和圆柱形内壁44b之间的第二环形腔44d中;由于电机后方过滤体42的上端由圆柱形内壁44b的顶部来封闭,就迫使气流穿过电机后方过滤体42,气流最后穿过环形腔44c,经过槽孔44e从电机后方过滤体壳44中排出进入大气。
管道46和圆柱形内壁44b构成了真空除尘器10的电机壳26的一部分,或者它们也可以采取独立元件的形式,固定或设置在电动机壳中。风扇48和电机50也是始终装纳在电机壳26中。然而电机前方过滤体32,电机后方过滤体42以及电机前方过滤体壳34则都可以从真空除尘机10上拆离。电机后方过滤体壳44借助螺钉始终固定在图1b所示的位置,这些螺钉最好向上穿过电机壳上的孔进入到凸台44f中。将电机前方过滤体壳34从真空除尘器10上拆下来,就很容易接触到电机后方过滤体42,然后通过电机后方过滤体壳44上端的开口,就能够将电机后方过滤体42从过滤体壳44中取出。
在过滤体组件20的上端,必须采用一个可释放的锁定装置。可以采用任何适当的可松开的锁定装置,例如卡扣装置或可松开的夹子。在图4所示的装置中,它包括一个可旋转的束套52,在其工作位置时,它被压到向下的位置。一个具有圆柱壁的悬垂管54构成了与电机前方过滤体32的端盖32a内周之间的密封,以确保进入到过滤体组件20中的气流被引到电机前方过滤体32的内部;悬垂管54还构成了与电机前方过滤体壳34的圆柱形外壁34a上缘之间的密封。悬垂管54使电机前方过滤体32与电机前方过滤体壳34同心并使两者保持在正确的位置上。圆柱壁34a下端的凸缘或凹槽34f则保持着电机前方过滤体壳34和电机后方过滤体壳44之间的所要求的相互位置。
束套52被设计成能够相对于真空除尘器的主体转动,以及相对于电机前方过滤体壳34转动。还设置了(未示出的)凸轮面,这样当束套52转动时,束套相对于电机前方过滤体壳34上升,因而从束套上悬垂下来的管54也上升脱离过滤体32和壳体34。还设置了(未示出的)施压装置,以便将束套52压到其向下的位置,以免束套52意外地上升。施压装置的形式可以是凸轮表面轮廓上的止挡件、弹性塑料带、可变形的泡沫状材料、扭簧等。
为了从真空除尘器10上拆下过滤体组件20,首先束套52克服施压装置的作用而转动。从束套52上悬垂的管54的圆柱壁随之上升,脱离过滤体32和壳体34的圆柱壁34a。这使得壳体34能够略微升起并从电机后方过滤体壳44上拆下来。一旦电机前方过滤体壳34被拆下,只需简单地将电机后方过滤体42从壳体44中提出来就可以将它拆离电机后方过滤壳44。电机前方过滤体32也可以从其壳体34中提出来或倒出来。拆除了任一个或全部的壳体34、44就意味着可以按照需要拆下或更换任一个或全部的过滤体32、42。
壳体34、44由透明塑料模制而成。壳体34、44的圆柱壁34a、44a的透明性使得真空除尘器10的使用者可以检查过滤体32、42的堵塞程度。只有当灰尘分离装置18需要清理时才有必要检查电机前方过滤体32和电机后方过滤体42。使用者随时可以看到过滤体32、42,因而他很容易判断是否其中的一个或全部过滤体32、42需要更换。由于两个过滤体32、42都是圆柱形过滤体,具有较大的过滤表面,可以预料,任何一个过滤体32、42都不需要经常地更换。
位于电机后方过滤体壳体44上的槽孔44e基本上围绕着壳体44的整个周面而延伸。气流经由很大的面积从真空除尘器10中喷出,这意味着气流的排放强度并不高。此外,由于槽孔布置在曲面上,在本例中就是圆柱面上,当气流离开真空除尘器时它是发散的,这就大大降低了气流的强度,因而伴随前述同心气流而存在的问题就得以避免。

Claims (9)
1.一种真空除尘器,包括:具有含尘空气入口和清洁空气出口的气流路径,用于抽吸气流沿着气流路径从含尘空气入口流到清洁空气出口的风扇,用于驱动风扇的电机,用于将灰尘或尘土从气流中分离的分离装置,布置在电机上游的电机前方过滤体和布置在电机下游的电机后方过滤休,其中,电机后方过滤体装在带有一些槽或孔的壳体中,这些槽或孔构成了清洁空气的出口并且被设置成,在除尘器的使用中,当气流离开清洁空气出口时,气流发生扩散。
2.如权利要求1所述的真空除尘器,其特征在于,壳体是圆柱形的,所述的槽或孔绕壳体的至少一部分周面延伸。
3.如权利要求2所述的真空除尘器,其特征在于,所述的槽或孔绕壳体的至少一半周面延伸。

5.如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的真空除尘器,其特征在于,气流穿越或围绕电机以提供冷却。
6.如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的真空除尘器,其特征在于,分离装置包括至少一个旋风分离器。
7.如权利要求6所述的真空除尘器,其特征在于,分离装置包括两级同心旋风分离器。
8.如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的真空除尘器,其特征在于,电机前方过滤体和电机后方过滤体基本上是相同尺寸的。
9.如权利要求8所述的真空除尘器,其特征在于,电机前方过滤体和电机后方过滤体具有相同的结构。
