Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在真空吸尘器中至少将固体颗粒从空气中分离出来的分离组件,包括进气口、出气口、界定从入口到出口的气流路径的壁部、以及至少两个用于至少将固体颗粒从空气中分离的分离器,其中该气流路径延伸穿过所述分离器,所述分离器中上游那个位于所述分离器中下游那个的上游,并且其中下游分离器包括界定内部空间的透气性过滤器元件。
本发明还涉及一种真空吸尘器,结合有根据本发明的分离组件并包括位于气流路径中的风扇。
背景技术
在许多真空吸尘器中,过滤器设置在第一分离器的下游,用于从气流中分离例如污物和/或灰尘的固体颗粒。在已知的真空吸尘器中,第一分离器通常为旋风分离器或集尘袋。该过滤器通常具有比工作时间长许多倍的工作寿命时间,在工作时间结束之后污物需要从第一分离器去除,例如通过清空集尘腔或通过去除装满的集尘袋。因此,在大多数情况下,当积聚在第一分离器中的污物和灰尘被排放时过滤器不作更换。当排放积聚在第一分离器中的污物和灰尘时,灰尘可以从过滤器去除从而减小穿过过滤器的气流阻力。
WO01/32066A中描述了一种用在真空吸尘器中的污物和灰尘分离组件,其中气流路径首先穿过用于将较大颗粒从脏空气中分离的旋风分离器,其次穿过用来将较小颗粒的灰尘从脏空气中分离的过滤元件。接收来自旋风分离器的污物和来自过滤器元件的灰尘的污物收集腔位于旋风分离器的分离腔中的中心管下方,具有向外并斜向下延伸的凸缘的圆盘设置在分离腔和污物收集腔之间。过滤器主体具有圆筒形设计,并且安装在在管内部与管同轴的位置。击打件可用于击打过滤器元件以将灰尘从过滤器元件上强行去除从而灰尘与污物的较大颗粒一起进入收集腔。
这种污物分离组件的问题在于显著降低过滤器效率的过滤器中的泄漏尚未被真空吸尘器的使用者注意到。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种使得使用者可以简便观察到过滤器中是否存在泄漏的解决方案。
为了达到这一目的,根据本发明的分离组件,其特征在于在下游分离器区域内界定气流路径的壁部包括至少一个透明部,过滤器元件透过该透明部可见,并且所述内部空间位于过滤器元件外部区域的上游,用于过滤从过滤器元件内部流向过滤器元件外部的空气。过滤器主体透过该透明部可见,在存在泄漏的情况下,通过泄漏处和/或透明部上的灰尘痕迹可以容易地注意到泄漏。
具体来说,本发明提出了一种用于在真空吸尘器中至少将固体颗粒从空气中分离的分离组件,包括:
进气口;
出气口;
界定从入口到出口的气流路径的壁部;以及
至少两个用于至少将固体颗粒从空气中分离的分离器,
其中该气流路径延伸穿过所述分离器,所述分离器中上游那个位于所述分离器中下游那个的上游,并且其中下游分离器包括界定内部空间的透气性过滤器元件,其中:
在下游分离器的区域内界定气流路径的壁部包括至少一个透明部,过滤器元件透过该透明部可见;并且
所述内部空间位于过滤器元件之外的区域的上游,该过滤器元件用于过滤从过滤器元件内部流向过滤器元件外部的空气;
其中,上游分离器是旋风分离器,所述旋风分离器具有分离腔,该分离腔绕着向上延伸的中心管延伸,该中心管在中心管内部界定中心腔,该分离腔通过该中心管的透气性上部与中心腔连通,该透气性上部形成该分离腔的出口,且该中心管(23)具有非透气性下部,其中,在工作条件下,过滤器元件内的内部空间向下方开放,并且位于中心管的非透气性下部之上并与之开放连通。

具体实施方式
附图所示的真空吸尘器1中,结合有根据本发明的分离组件2的示例。在操作中,分离组件2将固体颗粒从被由电机4驱动的风扇3移动穿过真空吸尘器的空气中分离。
分离组件2具有进气口5和出气口6。该分离组件2的内表面在入口5和出口6之间界定气流路径。附图中,画成轮廓线的粗箭头7-12指示了沿气流路径的气流。细箭头13、14描绘了在真空吸尘器运转时被导致与气流分离的固体颗粒的大致迁移方向,而细箭头15、16描绘了真空吸尘器1非运转(或者至少风扇3不转)时被从过滤器强行去除的固体颗粒的迁移。在根据本例的分离系统中,由箭头13和14描绘的颗粒运动原则上还可以包括液滴的运动,例如气流夹带的水雾滴。
分离组件2的入口5位于真空吸尘器软管所连接的连接器的下游。
气流路径延伸穿过上游分离器18和位于上游分离器18下游的下游分离器19。在本发明的范围内,其它分离器可提供在该上游和下游分离器的上游和/或下游,和/或介于该上游和下游分离器之间。
根据本例,上游分离器18是具有由可从真空吸尘器1的壳体22移除的箱斗21界定的分离腔20的旋风分离器。该分离腔具有大致环形并且绕着具有与分离腔20相同的中心轴线24的中心管件圆周延伸。
操作中,空气通过带有与中心轴线24相切的导向部件的入口5进入分离腔20,从而旋风气流在分离腔20中产生并维持。这使得固体和液体物质迁移到分离腔20外壁,大部分物质在那里碰撞该壁时会减速并在操作期间或者真空吸尘器已经关闭开关时落入分离腔之下同样是环形的积聚腔25中。
管状件23具有透气性上部,因为它具有多个孔26。通过这些孔26,空气在其内部离开分离腔20,在那里空气包含最低浓度的颗粒和/或液滴。此外,克服施加其上的离心力被气流夹带到分离腔外的颗粒和液滴碎片是具有小尺寸的颗粒碎片,通常称为灰尘。
气流自上游分离器18的管状件23进入下游分离器19的内部空间27,该腔27由透气性过滤器元件28界定并由基本不透气的盖体29封闭。在操作中,气流如双箭头9所示被迫穿过透气性过滤器元件28,从而尚未从旋风分离器18的气流中去除的气流中的颗粒细碎片从空气中滤出。
在下游分离器19的区域中,气流路径由透明壁部界定,依照本例该壁部由护罩30形成,过滤器主体透过该壁部可见,因为该透明壁部还形成分离组件2外部的一部分(也是真空吸尘器1的一部分)。该透明部也可以提供为位于非透明壁部中的一个或多个透明窗口的形式。
由于内部空间27位于过滤器腔31在过滤器元件28之外部分的上游,该过滤器元件用于过滤从过滤器元件28内部流向过滤器元件28外部的空气,过滤器元件中的任何泄漏均可通过泄漏处和/或透明壁部30上的灰尘痕迹容易地注意到。此外,过滤器的脏侧是在内部,因而即使经过很长一段时间的使用,过滤器只要适当操作就能一直保持最新面貌,并且过滤器上那些例如可用来指示过滤器类型或者安装时间的标签保持清晰可见。
已经由过滤器过滤的空气如箭头10指示穿过过滤腔31到达风扇3,并在气流扩散从而在风扇3下游的腔室32中到达较低速度之后,受迫排出真空吸尘器(箭头11,12)。
过滤器元件28的透气性薄膜33(见图2)最好由灰尘不能粘附的材料制成,例如ePTFE,它通常具有基本不透明颜色,并具有背层34。使用中保持鲜明可见的过滤器元件28的色彩标记可特别容易地通过提供在薄膜33外侧的彩色背层34来获得。与通常为灰色的灰尘形成鲜明对照的明亮色彩还有助于促进泄漏的检测,因为过滤器元件28外部的任何灰尘对照反差背景可更明显看到。
过滤器元件28的透气性薄膜33最好满足EN1822的H10或更高级别。
上游分离器18的中心管23在管23的内部界定中心腔35。分离腔20通过中心管23的透气性上部与中心腔35连通,该上部形成允许空气离开分离腔20的出口。该中心管23具有非透气性下部。在操作条件下显示出,过滤器元件28的内部空间27向下方开放,并且位于中心腔35的非透气性下部上方且与之连通。这使得当真空吸尘器1关闭开关时灰尘从过滤器元件28的内部落入中心腔35的下部。借助于当真空吸尘器1在非均匀表面上滚过和/或当它击打目标物时的这种轻快运动,依附于过滤器28内部的灰尘的清除得以提高。灰尘从过滤器的清除还可通过使过滤器元件28受到轻扣、刷洗、变形和/或其它处理而得到帮助。可结合在真空吸尘器中用于执行这种处理的组件同样已知。
由于从过滤器元件28脱离的灰尘落入中心腔35的闭合下部,它被收集在腔室35的一部分中,当真空吸尘器1再投入运转时主气流不会穿过该部分。因此,当真空吸尘器1再投入运转时收集在中心腔下部的灰尘将显示出相对小的再吹回过滤器28的趋势。通过将箱斗21取出壳体22并将灰尘污物倒入废物收集箱,积聚在积聚腔25和中心腔35中的灰尘和污物36、37可容易地从真空吸尘器1中去除。这包括过滤器元件28和护罩30进入箱斗21的短暂移动。然而,由于过滤器元件28的脏侧在内侧,这仅伴有极小的灰尘飞散和/或污染的风险。
根据本例,中心管23的下端抵靠箱斗22由密封件38密封,以避免气流通过灰尘和污物的积聚区域而导致污物和灰尘被夹带。然而,也可能提供带有一体封闭式底部的中心管23。这省去了抵靠箱斗21的底部来封闭中心管23的需要,但必然使得积聚在中心腔35下部的灰尘要单独从中心管23排放。优选从腔室底部垂直延伸并优选径向指向的凸缘可提供在污物和灰尘收集腔25、35中以抑制腔室25、35中的空气运动。
凸缘39绕中心管23延伸到距分离腔20的外围壁很短距离的地方。介于凸缘39的自由端与分离腔20的外围壁之间的凸缘间隔最好是均匀的,最好至少3毫米并最好小于10毫米。该凸缘39具有位于中心管23的非透气性下部的上端之下的顶面40。
由旋风气流8诱发的已落在凸缘39上的毛发和其它较大颗粒的循环运动趋向于被凸缘39与毛发及其它颗粒之间的摩擦减速。由于中心管23在凸缘39的顶面40正上方的部分内不透气,当这些颗粒受到的离心力由于这些颗粒的减速而减小时,能够相对容易地夹带颗粒的径向向内的气流至少大大减少。因此,颗粒分离方面的负面影响最小化。
此外,由于凸缘39紧上方的径向向内气流的缺失或至少减少,即使颗粒绕中心管23的转速相对较低也足以导致颗粒所受的离心力奏效,从而毛发及类似的大颗粒也趋向于向外迁移并继而向下迁移越过凸缘39的外围边缘进入积聚腔25。因此,已经落在凸缘39上的毛发及其它大颗粒被更可靠地分离至分离腔20的外部,它们在那里与其它污物和灰尘积聚在一起。
为了增大凸缘39顶面上的颗粒不再回到中心管23的孔26中的可能性,顶面40最好位于中心管23的非透气性下部的上端之下至少1厘米处,更优选至少1.5至2厘米处。
为了使到达过滤器元件28的毛发及大颗粒的数量减少到最少,中心管23的透气性上部具有宽度1-3毫米的孔26的图案。
此外,非透气性下部具有外截面,且透气性上部也具有外截面,该透气性上部的外截面等于或小于非透气性下部的外截面。因此,非透气性下部不会相对于透气性上部径向突出,从而颗粒的向下迁移不受干扰。此外,为了避免颗粒回转运动的干扰,中心管23的外表面光滑并具有圆形状。凸缘39与箱斗21的外围壁之间的空隙具有固定的宽度并环形延伸的这一事实也有助于减小颗粒回转运动的干扰。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于在真空吸尘器(1)中至少将固体颗粒从空气中分离的分离组件,包括:
进气口(5);
出气口(6);
界定从入口到出口的气流路径的壁部;以及
至少两个用于至少将固体颗粒从空气中分离的分离器(18、19),
其中该气流路径延伸穿过所述分离器(18,19),所述分离器中上游那个(18)位于所述分离器中下游那个(19)的上游,并且其中下游分离器(19)包括界定内部空间(27)的透气性过滤器元件(28),其中:
在下游分离器的区域内界定气流路径的壁部包括至少一个透明部(30),过滤器元件(28)透过该透明部可见;并且
所述内部空间(27)位于过滤器元件(28)之外的区域(31)的上游,该过滤器元件用于过滤从过滤器元件(28)内部流向过滤器元件(28)外部的空气;
其中,上游分离器(18)是旋风分离器,所述旋风分离器具有分离腔(20),该分离腔绕着向上延伸的中心管(23)延伸,该中心管(23)在中心管(23)内部界定中心腔(35),该分离腔(20)通过该中心管(23)的透气性上部与中心腔(35)连通,该透气性上部形成该分离腔(20)的出口,且该中心管(23)具有非透气性下部,其中在工作条件下,过滤器元件(28)内的内部空间(27)向下方开放,并且位于中心管(23)的非透气性下部之上并与之开放连通。

8.如权利要求1所述的分离组件,其特征在于,过滤器元件(28)的透气性薄膜满足EN1822标准的H10或更高级别。
9.一种结合有根据前述任一权利要求所述的分离组件(2)并包括气流路径中的风扇(3)的真空吸尘器(1)。
10.如权利要求9所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于分离腔(20)由可从真空吸尘器壳体移除的箱斗(21)界定。
