Abstract

一种压接接触件(1)带有一个压接在细绝缘导线(10)上的导线筒(2),绝缘导线的线号从AWG#30至AWG#40。导线筒(2)有一被冲孔的底部,其内形成一孔(5),由于沿一专门方向对筒底部冲孔,所以孔缘(6)截面是圆头形。当压接接触件(1)时,仅导线的绝缘层(12)被孔(5)的圆头孔缘(6)局部刮擦及部分撕裂。但是,绝缘导线(10)的导芯(11)永远不会断开,也不会被严重损坏,于是导芯(11)与导线筒(2)之间的电连接通过该孔缘(6)而被可靠形成。

Description

用于绝缘导线的压接接触件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种通过压接操作固定细绝缘电线的压接接触件,线号从约AWG#30至#40的这种电线在下文中被称作“细导线”。
背景技术
通常,压接接触件由导线筒和绝缘筒构成。在接触件导线筒被压接在要被剥离的电线终端之前,必须首先除去覆盖在该电线终端的一段绝缘层。相反,从终端持续并覆有绝缘层的电线部分将被直接且不需剥离地压接在绝缘筒内。
上文所限定的细导线的例子是AWG#36号电线,该电线的绞合导芯由七根非常细的金属长丝组成,每根金属丝具有0.05mm的直径。直径约0.15mm的绞合导芯覆有0.05mm厚的绝缘层或包膜,于是这种绝缘细导线的整个直径约为0.25mm。假如并当这种类型细导线的终端被剥离以除去其绝缘层或包膜时,导线的某些非常细的丝有可能被损坏并断开或撕裂。先有技术中形成细导线终端与压接接触件的可靠连接的压接操作是非常困难的。由于操作低效,且阻抗明显不同,那些细导线因而不是被压接,而是被焊接到其它型号的接触件上。
本发明考虑到上述缺陷,并进而提出一种改进的压接接触件,该接触件能够被固定到细导线未剥离的终端。因此,提出一种在接触件的导线筒底部冲孔以形成小孔的想法。具体而言,本发明发现沿特定的专门的方向在导线筒底部冲孔以形成孔内缘,即,典型的孔缘,从而有选择地仅切除绝缘层,而不损坏非常细的导芯。上述方法已被证明是可行的,它能够通过接触件的压接和接触,而提供良好的电连接,因而本发明是基于发明者的这种发现。
关于这一点,日本专利公报所公开的公开号为7-296860的专利可以在此进行回顾。该先有技术申请讲述了适用于固定到漆包导线(不必非是上文限定的细导线)终端的压接接触件。该接触件的导线筒底部有孔,孔的孔缘伸向内并伸向导线以形成锐边。该锐边将在导线的绝缘漆皮上刺出小孔以便夹住将被机械或电连接的导芯。
但是如果这里所讨论的导线非常细,那么前述提议绕小孔所形成锐边的穿刺行为未必限制在外部漆包层。换言之,孔缘很可能极大地损坏内导芯,从而不能保证导线和接触件之间可靠的电连接。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种与覆有绝缘层的细导线一起使用的压接接触件,其中接触件包括一导线筒,筒底部被冲孔以形成一个改进的小孔。筒底部在此处沿专门方向被冲孔,使得小孔的内孔缘仅戳穿绝缘层。该孔缘既不断开也不完全损坏覆有绝缘层的导芯,以免接触件在导线和导芯之间不能形成可靠的电连接。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明提供了一种压接接触件,其包括一个可压接在细绝缘导线上的导线筒,该绝缘导线的线号从AWG#30至AWG#40,并具有覆有绝缘层的导芯。压接接触件以特定形状制成。具体而言,该导线筒具有一个被冲孔的底部,由于筒底部的冲孔使筒内形成一孔,该孔的孔缘在截面上被制成圆头形,从而使得该圆头孔缘能够仅仅局部和有选择地破坏该绝缘层,以通过该圆头孔缘形成导芯的一部分与该导线筒的电连接。由于筒底的冲孔,避免了任何锐边。
最好筒底所形成的孔具有大体等于绝缘导线外径的直径,导线外径部分放置在筒底。这种结构可以帮助导线部分在被压接在筒上之前相对于孔正确定位。

具体实施方式
现有本发明的实施例将结合附图被详细描述。
图1描述了本文所提供的压接接触件1,该接触件具有图2所示的横截面。压接接触件1被压接在细导线10的终端,导线的线号是AWG#30或更小。但是,这种压接操作不必预先除去导线的绝缘层。类似现有技术,接触件1也由压接在导线10的导芯11上的导线筒2和压接在绝缘层12上的绝缘筒3组成。套筒形端子4与导线筒2的终端整体成形,圆孔5形成并贯穿筒2的U型底,该底向外开口。圆孔5的直径“A”几乎等于或稍大于细导线10的外径。如果导线的线号是AWG#36,那么导芯11是由七根极细金属丝形成的绞合束,如上文所述,每根金属丝的直径为0.05mm。直径约为0.15mm的导芯覆有0.05mm厚的绝缘层,于是导线的整个直径约为0.25mm。用于这种导线的圆孔5的直径“A”可以从约0.25mm至0.3mm之间进行选择。此处需注意,孔5,即通过从筒底内侧向外侧冲孔所形成的圆孔由有点弓形的圆头孔缘6环绕,且圆孔在截面被整圆,这一点在图2中可见。
图3显示了压接接触件1在该状态的结构,即接触件1将导线10的两部分在其终端处压接。绝缘筒3与先有技术的压接接触件相同在绝缘层12上并围绕该部分压接。至于本发明的导线筒2,如图3和4所示以一种非常独特的方式被压接。具体而言,绝缘包膜的外周被压入孔5,并被所制成的圆头孔缘6局部刮擦及部分撕裂。但是,压接导线筒的步骤永远不会断开或严重损坏导芯11,而是将确保导芯与孔的圆头孔缘6的连接,从而通过孔缘6形成导芯与导线筒2的电连接。
虽然上文所描述的例子仅有一个孔5,但是两个或更多的孔也可以形成在导线筒内,以进一步加强电连接的可靠性。孔5不必非是圆形,而且可以是椭圆形,正方形或任何其它合适的形状。
简言之,当将本发明的导线筒压接在绝缘导线上时,筒底部孔的圆头孔缘将仅刮擦绝缘层而根本不损坏随后将与导线筒电连接的导芯。本文提供的压接接触件因而非常适于直接压接,而不需任何除去部分绝缘层的预操作,且还提供了可靠的电连接。

Claims (2)

1、一种压接接触件,包括压接在细绝缘导线(10)上的导线筒(2),该绝缘导线的线号从AWG#30至AWG#40,并具有覆有绝缘层(12)的导芯(11),
其特征在于,该导线筒(2)具有一个被冲孔的底部,由于筒底部的冲孔使筒内形成一孔(5),该孔的孔缘在截面上被制成圆头形,从而使得该圆头孔缘(6)能够仅仅局部和有选择地破坏该绝缘层(12),以通过该圆头孔缘(6)形成导芯(11)的一部分与该导线筒(2)的电连接。
2、如权利要求1所述的压接接触件,其特征在于,所述筒底部内的孔具有一个基本等于绝缘导线外径的直径。
